Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and sales promotion on product purchase decisions at the 3 Second Distro Store in Bengkulu City. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, the object of this research is the consumer of Toko 3 Second Distro which is precisely located on Jl. Putri Gading Cempaka, Gading Cempaka District, Decrease Village, Bengkulu City, Bengkulu. The sampling method uses a non-probabilty technique, namely accidental sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 160 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Testing, namely t-test and f-test. The results of this study can be concluded that the variable Product Quality 3 Second Distro has a positive effect on Purchase Decisions, Sales Promotion has a positive effect on Purchase Decisions, and Product Quality and Sales Promotion together have a positive and significant effect on Product Purchase Decisions at 3 Second Distro Stores. Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of location and promotion on purchasing decisions at Bro & Sis Cafe Bengkulu City. This type of research is quantitative research, data collection method is done by using a questionnaire. The sample in this study was 130 samples, which were considered sufficient to represent the population. The samples taken are consumers of Bro & Sis Cafe Bengkulu City. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression test, determination test and hypothesis test. The results showed that location has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Bro & Sis Cafe Bengkulu City, meaning that if the location increases, the purchasing decision will also increase. The location of the Bengkulu City Bro & Sis Cafe which is in the campus environment can increase consumer decisions to shop at the Bengkulu City Bro & Sis Cafe. Promotion has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Bro & Sis Cafe Bengkulu City, meaning that the more promotions increase, the purchasing decisions will also increase. Promotions carried out by Bro & Sis Cafe Bengkulu City on social media can attract consumers to come to Bro & Sis Cafe Bengkulu City. Location (X_1) and Promotion (X_2) together influence the purchasing decision (Y) of products at Bro & Sis Cafe Bengkulu City. Keywords: Location, Promotion, Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work environment and work stress on employee performance at PT. Mandala Multi Finance Bengkulu city. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, the object of this research is the employees of PT. Mandala Multi Finance Bengkulu City, which is precisely located on Toba street, No. 24, Panorama,Singaran Pati district, Bengkulu City. The sampling technique, namely total sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 40 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Test, namely t test and f test. The results of this study can be concluded that the variable Work Discipline has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Work Stress has a positive effect on Employee Performance, and Work Discipline, Work Environment and Stress together have a positive and significant effect on Performance Employees at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at Pt Inti Bara Perdana (IBP) Taba Penanjung Central Bengkulu, either partially or simultaneously. The sample in this study was 85 respondents, the data collection method used was Total Sampling. Data collection techniques with observation and questionnaires, data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression. The tcount for the Leadership Style Variable for the Leadership Style variable is 9,305 which means that there is a positive influence between Leadership Style on Employee Performance at PT Inti Bara Perdana (IBP) Taba Penanjung Bengkulu Tengah. Work Environment Variable The tcount value for the Work Environment variable is 2,342, which means there is a positive influence between the Work Environment and the Decision to Visit PT Inti Bara Perdana (IBP) Taba Penanjung Bengkulu Tengah. Based on the results of calculations using SPSS, the F test was used to test the coefficients as a whole by using a significant level of 0.05 to obtain a Fsig of 0.000 while the calculated F value was 49,241, this indicates that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, thus the overall influence variable namely Leadership Style and Work Environment have a significant and positive influence on Employee Performance at PT Inti Bara Perdana (IBP) Taba Penanjung Bengkulu Tengah. Abstract

The purpose of this study is based on the identification of the problems stated above, then the purpose of this study is to determine the quality of service, products to customer satisfaction Dapur Mama IA Bengkulu. The sample of this study amounted to 160 which were determined proportionally. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The conclusion of the results of this study is that the Quality of Influence has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of Dapur Mama IA Kota Bengkulu, the better the Quality of Service provided the better it will be for the development of Dapur Mama IA Kota Bengkulu. With good Service Quality, it will create Customer Satisfaction by itself. Together, Service Quality and Product Quality have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction In Dapur Mama IA Kota Bengkulu, the better the Quality of Service provided and the Quality of Products offered will increase Customer Satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product variation and product quality on purchasing decisions of Tiara Cookies in the city of Bengkulu. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The sampling method uses a non probability technique, namely accidental sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 120 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Determination Coefficient Analysis, and Partial Test (t test), Simultaneous Test (f test). The results of the study show that partially the Product Variable Variable has a positive effect on the Purchase Decision Variable, H1 is accepted and Product Quality has a positive effect on the Purchase Decision Variable, H2 is accepted. While the f Test of Product Variation (X1) and Product Quality (X2) has a positive influence on Purchase Decision (Y) Tiara Cookies Bengkulu City, so H3 is accepted. Product Variation and Product Quality together have a positive effect on the Purchase Decision of Tiara Cookies, Bengkulu City. Keywords: Product Variation, Product Quality and Purchase Decision

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of influencer marketing and brand awareness on purchasing decisions for scarlett products among management study program students at Muhammadiyah university of Bengkulu either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this research including influencer marketing and brand awareness. The object of this research was management students from muhammadiyah university of Bengkulu, totaling 102 people. In this research the author used data collection methods by ibservation and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this research use instrument testing, multiple linier regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination analysis. The result show that influencer marketing has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, then brand awareness has a positive affect on purchasing decisions. So, from the results of the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that influencer marketing and brand awareness have a partial or simultaneous influence on Scarlett purchasing decisions among management study program students at Muhammadiyah university of Bengkulu. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of customer satisfaction and customer trust on the loyalty of bottled drinking water (AMDK) customers in Bengkulu City, both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. There are several factors that influence customer loyalty, namely customer satisfaction and customer trust. The object of this research is the people of Bengkulu city, totaling 120 people. In this research the author used data collection methods by means of observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this research use instrument testing, classical assumption testing, analysis of respondent responses, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing pand analysis of the coefficient of determination. The research results show that customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty, customer trust has a positive effect on customer loyalty. So, from the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that customer satisfaction and customer trust have a partial and simultaneous effect on customer loyalty in the people of Bengkulu City. Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the influence of digital marketing, brand image and relationship marketing on purchasing decisions. This study is a survey study using quantitative methods. Population in this study is the entire Lena MS Glow store composition in Bengkulu city. The number of samples set was 190 with the accedental sampling technique. To collect research data using questionnaires, and data analysis techniques using path analysis with PLS SEM. The results of this study prove that digital marketing has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Brand image has a positive an significant influence on purchasing decisions. Relationship marketing has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. This research is limited to the Lena MS Glow store custamers in Bengkulu city, with variables of digital marketing, brand image and relationship marketing and purchasing decisions. The results of the study contributed to the Lena MS Glow store as a reference to increase sales volume.
