Abstract

Bengkulu City has various historical, cultural and natural tourism assets, this has allowed Bengkulu City to become a tourism city. The internet penetration rate of Indonesia's population continues to increase from year to year. However, the regional government of Bengkulu City has not read the opportunities for digital marketing platforms and made branding efforts for the Bengkulu tourism sector. This study aims to determine the digital marketing branding communication strategy for Bengkulu city tourism destinations. The research approach used is a qualitative approach based on the philosophy of postpositivism. This research is a case study research using the concept of AISAS theory which consists of Attention, Interest, Search, Action and share. The results of this study state that digital marketing communications carried out by the Bengkulu government focus on creating marketing content to create tourist attraction through social media. Image quality, content content, content duration and words in the content are important parts that must be considered. In addition, it is known that the creation of digital marketing content requires quite a lot of effort so that the content is of high quality and attractive, it is necessary to have human resources with special digital skills and a qualified team of creators.

Abstract

Program Bank Sampah di Kota Bengkulu adalah gerakan yang diinisiasi oleh pemerintah kota untuk mewajibkan setiap kelurahan memiliki bank sampah guna mengelola sampah secara berkelanjutan. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam memilah sampah serta membuka peluang ekonomi melalui pengelolaan sampah yang tepat. Dalam mendukung program tersebut, mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu melakukan pengembangan website Bank Sampah di Kelurahan Bajak. Website ini dirancang untuk mempermudah pengelolaan administrasi, pencatatan transaksi, dan pengelolaan data nasabah bank sampah secara digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan pengurus bank sampah, serta pengembangan sistem berbasis web. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah sebuah platform digital yang dapat membantu efisiensi operasional bank sampah dan meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan pengelolaan sampah. Website ini diharapkan menjadi salah satu solusi digitalisasi pengelolaan sampah di tingkat kelurahan.

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan atau badan usaha harus memiliki laporan keuangan pada akhir periode perusahaan dapat mengetahui jumlah aktiva, kewajiban, ekuitas, pendapatan serta biaya yang dikeluarkan perusahaan selama satu periode yang bersangkutan. Perusahaan juga akan tebih mudah untuk mengambil suatu keputusan apakah perusahaannya akan diteruskan atau dijual dan menanamkan modalnya ke perusahaan lain. Koperasi Matahari juga mempunyai modal yang cukup besar dan volume transaksi yang tinggi. Koperasi Matahari telah melakukan penyusunan laporan keuangan akan tetapi masih sacara manual, belum menggunakan sistem informasi akuntansi, sehingga laporan tidak bisa disajikan secara cepat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini  ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan penyusunan laporan keuangan koperasi dengan menggunakan Excel For Accounting (EFA) yang sesuai dengan prinsip akuntansi. Program ini digunakan karena tidak sulit dan sudah familiar sehingga Koperasi matahari  tidak terlalu kesulitan untuk mempelajari dan menggunakannya. Selain itu, program ini juga mempunyai banyak keunggulan dan fasilitas yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan Koperasi. Adapm laporan keuangan yang dibuat adalah neraca, laba rugi, laporan perubahan ekuitas dan laporan arus kas.Masalah utama yang menjadi fokus dalam pengembangan koperasi adalah mengenai pengelolaan keuangan. Pengelolaan keuangan pada koperasi membutuhkan keterampilan Akuntansi yang baik oleh  pengelolah koperasi. Laporan keuangan merupakan alat yang sangat penting untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai posisi keuangan  perusahaan dan kinerja keuangan yang dicapai oleh suatu entitas. Informasi yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kondisi dan perkembangan suatu entitas adalah laporan keuangan yang dilaporkan setiap akhir periode sebagai laporan atas pengelolaan suatu entitas.Bentuk kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan adalah pelatihan dan workshop penyusunan laporan keuangan koperasi Matahari  dengan mnggunakan aplikasi microsof excel yaitu aplikasi Excel For Accounting (EFA), workshop penyusunan rekening, pencatatan transaksi,memposting,penyusunan laporan keuangan dan workshop evaluasi dari pelaksanaan penyusunan laporan keuangan yang sudah dilaksanakan. Dari kegiatan ini target dan hasil capaiannya adalah: terlaksananya kegiatan kegiatan pengabdian secara lancar, meningkatkan pemahaman para pengurus koperasi menyusun laporan keuangan sesuai SAK  ETAP.Kata Kunci : Laporan Keuangan, SAK ETAP, EFA.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and job satisfaction on employee work motivation at PDAM Perumda Tirta Hidayah, Bengkulu City. This study used a quantitative method with a sample of 130 respondents, using a total sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation at PDAM Perumda Tirta Hidayah, Bengkulu City. This means that the higher the level of leadership, the more employee work motivation will increase. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation at PDAM Perumda Tirta Hidayah, Bengkulu City. This means that the higher the level of employee job satisfaction, with things like salary, work relationships, opportunities for development, and recognition of work results, the higher the employee job satisfaction. And leadership and job satisfaction together have a positive and significant influence on employee work motivation at PDAM Perumda Tirta Hidayah, Bengkulu City. This means that with an effective leadership style and a high level of job satisfaction, work motivation will be more optimally increased. These two components work together and are very important to produce productive, loyal, and motivated employees. Keywords : Leadership, Job Satisfaction, Employee Work Motivation

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that studies on the influence of Work Stress and Burnout on Turnover intention in PT (GSB) have not been widely conducted, so it is important to explore the relationship between these three variables. By understanding the factors that cause turnover intention, companies can create a healthier and more conducive work environment, as well as increase employee loyalty. This research is expected to contribute to PT (GSB) in developing more effective human resource policies to overcome work stress and burnout, as well as reduce the level of turnover intention in the company. The importance of understanding the relationship between work stress, burnout, and employees' intention to leave the company, especially in the context of organizations that operate in certain regions with unique work dynamics. By studying these factors, the research is expected to provide input for PT GSB's management in designing a more effective HR management strategy, creating a supportive work environment and reducing the level of turnover intention. The purpose of this study was to determine work stress on employee turnover intention, the effect of burnout on employee turnover intention, and the effect of work stress and burnout on employee turnover intention at PT Galempa Sejahtera Bersama (GSB) Empat Lawang. The type of research used is quantitative research using a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study are employees of PT Galempa Sejahtera Bersama (GSB) Empat Lawang. The data collection techniques used are observation, documentation and questionnaires. Meanwhile, data analysis uses descriptive analysis, inferential analysis uses SPSS and determination coefficient analysis (R2). The results of this study show that Work stress has a positive effect on employee turnover intention at PT. Galempa Sejahtera Bersama (GSB) Four Lawang. This means that the higher the work stress, the higher the turnoven intention rate. Burnout has a positive effect on employee turnover intention at PT Galempa Sejahtera Bersama (GSB) Empat Lawang. This indicates that the higher the burnout, the higher the employee turnover intention. Work stress and burnout simultaneously or together have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT. Galempa Sejahtera Bersama (GSB) Four Lawang. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of lifestyle and differentiation on the decision to purchase an iPhone for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, UM Bengkulu, both partially and simultaneously. The object of this study was students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, UM Bengkulu Class of 2021-2022 with a sample of 130 people. This study used data collection methods by means of observation and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study used instrument testing, respondent response analysis, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, UM Bengkulu. The differentiation variable shows a positive and significant effect on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, UM Bengkulu. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that lifestyle and differentiation have a partial and simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, UM Bengkulu.
