Abstract

Digital Transformation in Education Administration at PGRI Silampari University. This study aims to examine the level of digital transformation implementation, the challenges faced, and its impact on the effectiveness of educational administration at PGRI Silampari University. The background of this study is based on the importance of digitization in improving the efficiency, transparency, and quality of higher education administration services, especially in developing regions. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. The research sample consisted of 60 respondents, including educational staff, lecturers, and students from PGRI Silampari University. The research instrument was a closed-ended questionnaire with a 1–5 Likert scale, measuring four main variables: digital technology utilization, administrative service effectiveness, digital literacy of human resources, and user satisfaction. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics. The research results obtained were: digital technology utilization with an average score of 3.9 (good category), with most respondents assessing that the digital-based administrative system was already in use, although not yet optimal; administrative service effectiveness with an average score of 3.8 (good category) with faster service processes but still facing technical challenges, digital literacy of human resources scored an average of 3.5 (moderate category) with a gap in digital application usage skills, particularly among educational staff, and user satisfaction scored an average of 3.7 (good category) with users feeling assisted but hoping for a more integrated system. It can be concluded that the level of digital transformation implementation at PGRI Silampari University is good but not yet optimal. The use of digital technology has a significant effect on the effectiveness of administrative services, while the digital literacy of human resources has a positive effect on user satisfaction. The main challenges include limited digital literacy, technological infrastructure, and resistance to change.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a scientifically based physics e-module to improve students' critical thinking skills, which are valid, practical and effective. This type of research is (R & D) with a 4D development model (define, design, develop and disseminate). The research sample was physics education students in the sixth semester of PGRI Silampari University. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and tests, research instruments in the form of questionnaires and test questions. The validation results from language experts averaged 0.83 in the very valid category, with inter-rater reliability of 42%, a moderate level of agreement. The validation results from media experts averaged 0.88 in the very valid category, with inter-rater reliability of 57%, a moderate level of agreement. The validation results from material experts averaged 0.86 in the very valid category, with inter-rater reliability of 63%, a strong level of agreement. The lecturers' practical response to the scientific-based physics e-module obtained a practicality percentage of 82.5% in the very practical category. The practical response of the limited group of students (6 students) to the scientific-based physics e-module obtained an average percentage of practicality of 88.3% in the very practical category. Based on calculations from the critical thinking questionnaire, the critical thinking percentage was 80% in the high category. Apart from that, from the test results that used questions with critical thinking indicators, an average pre-test score was 35,67 and an average post-test score was 78,85 with an average Gain test score of 0.67 in the medium category. So it can be concluded that the scientific-based e-module developed has been declared valid, practical and effective, for improving students' critical thinking abilities

Abstract

In the 21st century, learning has entered the digital era where educational practitioners have developed many digital-based learning such as online learning. However, online learning still requires face-to-face learning. So, education experts combined the two into a new learning theory called Blended Learning. Blended learning includes face-to-face, online, and offline learning, allowing students to access it through application programs. Research shows that blended learning is more effective than separate online or face-to-face learning. Blended learning applications can use a variety of combinations, such as 50/50, 75/25, or 25/75, depending on the allocation of learning time and student characteristics. In designing blended learning, it is important to pay attention to how to make the learning interesting and appropriate to students' learning styles.

Abstract

ABSTRAKZakat merupakan kewajiban bagi seluruh umat Islam yang ada di dunia. Dengan adanya pemabayaran zakat oleh masyarakat yang sudah mencapai syarat wajib zakat maka akan dapatmembantu pemerintah dalam hal pendistribusian pendapatan/kekayaan dikarenakan di dalamekonomi Islam Zakat merupakan salah satu alat distribusi kekayaan. Indonesia dengan potensiyang sangat besar khususnya pada sektor pertanian memiliki potensi zakat yang besar pula.Namun realisasi pengumpulan zakat di Indonesia masih sangat sedikit dibandingkan denganpotensi yang ada maka dari itu perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai faktor-faktor yangmempengaruhi petani dalam membayar zakat. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuifaktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan petani dalam membayar zakat hasil usahapertaniannya (bawang merah) dengan mengambil studi pada petani bawang merah KabupatenNganjuk. Adapun faktor-faktor tersebut adalah faktor pendapatan, tingkat pendidikan formal,pengetahuan zakat, dan keikutsertaan pengajian. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak100 dan data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data penelitian menggunakan regresi logistik yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan software IBM SPSS 25.0.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara simultan faktor pendapatan, tingkat pendidikan formal,pengetahuan zakat, dan keikutsertaan pengajian berpengaruh terhadap keputusan petani dalammembayar zakat hasil usaha bawang merah. Secara parsial hanya faktor tingkat pendidikan yangtidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan petani dalam membayar zakat hasil usaha bawang merah.Adapun tingkat determinasi (R2) pada penelitian ini adalah sebesar 46,3% yang menunjukkanbahwa variabel dependen dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen sebesar 46,3%, sedangkansisanya yaitu 53,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel diluar model penelitian. Abstract

Masjid tidak hanya sekedar sarana untuk menunaikan shalat, namun juga dapat menjadi tempat lembaga-lembaga sosial  yang mempunyai banyak tugas dalam pengembangan pendidikan, perekonomian dan kebijakan sosial. Masjid mempunyai banyak fungsi, salah satunya adalah sebagai tempat belajar. Sebagai tempat belajar, masjid dapat dipisahkan dari  perpustakaan. Perpustakaan Masjid merupakan salah satu jenis perpustakaan khusus yang  melayani kebutuhan spiritual masyarakat sekitar. Dengan bantuan perpustakaan maka masjid berfungsi sebagai pusat pendidikan, karena perpustakaan, jemaah masjid dan masyarakat muslim dapat mengenal produksi umat terdahulu dan mencermati secara positif perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan informasi.

Abstract

Diperlukan upaya untuk membangkitkan kembali kemajuan peradaban Islam. Pusat yang menjadi pendorong kemajuan peradaban Islam adalah masjid, yaitu Rumah Allah dan Rumah Umat Islam. Oleh karena itu, langkah-langkah perlu diambil untuk mengoptimalkan peran masjid, tidak hanya sebagai tempat ritual ibadah, tetapi juga sebagai pusat pendidikan, sastra, kesehatan, dan sebagainya. Langkah awal yang harus diambil adalah mewujudkan cita-cita pendidikan Islam sebagaimana yang diajarkan oleh seorang nabi, karena pendidikan dianggap sebagai kunci peradaban. Oleh karena itu, diperkenalkanlah model Pendidikan Masyarakat Berbasis Masjid (PMBM) yang dapat dilaksanakan terutama di masjid, yang sejak awal sudah ada sebagai bagian dari masyarakat

Abstract

The Modern Physics course discusses basic concepts such as relativity, quantum, and atomic structure, which form the basis of today's technology. One of the important early topics, namely the atomic model, is often difficult for students to understand because it is abstract and not immediately apparent. The Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach provides a solution by linking academic material to real phenomena that are close to everyday life. One example is the color of the flame on a propane gas stove, which reflects electron transitions and the light spectrum. By utilizing this phenomenon as a learning context, students can understand the concept of the atomic model in a more concrete, meaningful, and applicable way. The purpose of this study was to measure students' interest in learning after the application of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) in the Atomic Model Material by raising the phenomenon of LPG gas stoves. The research method used was descriptive, and the data analysis used was quantitative descriptive analysis of learning interest after learning. The subjects of this study were 15 fifth-semester students in the 2025/2026 academic year from the Physics Education Study Program at PGRI Silampari University. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, and the data collection instrument was a questionnaire on learning interest. The research results were obtained after applying CTL to atomic model material by raising the phenomenon of LPG gas stoves. The average student learning interest questionnaire score reached 73.5, with a classical percentage score of 93.3%, so it can be concluded that the application of the CTL model to atomic model material by raising the phenomenon of LPG gas stoves made student learning interest very good.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Rantau Jaya Kecamatan Karang Jaya, Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara dengan target sasaran masyarakat Desa Rantau Jaya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra dan hasil diskusi, teridentifikasi persoalan yang dialami oleh mitra, diantaranya: kurangnya keterampilan masyarakat tentang proses pembuatan lilin aroma terapi serai dari minyak jelantah. Sehingga diharapkan setelah selesai kegiatan PKM ini mitra mampu membuat lilin aroma terapi serai dari minyak jelantah sebagai alternatif untuk mengusir serangga, khususnya lalat dan nyamuk. Adapun metode yang TIM gunakan adalah metode sosialisasi dan pelatihan tentang cara pembuatan lilin aroma terapi serai dari minyak jelantah. Berdasarkan hasil angket keterampilan yang diberikan TIM kepada responden sebanyak 25 orang, sebanyak 73% mitra (masyarakat desa Rantau Jaya) mampu membuat lilin aroma terapi serai dari minyak jelantah sendiri dengan komposisi yang tepat, dan menyatakan siap memproduksi dan menggunakannya secara rutin di lingkungan rumah tangga.

Abstract

This purpose of this study was to analyze the results of the validation of learning videos based on Contextual, Teaching and Learning (CTL). The type of research is Research and Development (R&D) with a development model of 4D (define, design, development and disseminate). The type of research method is by calculating the feasibility value in the form of a quantitative score then converted into qualitative data (interval) with a scale of five. The data analysis technique is carried out using product validation techniques. Validation is carried out with Material Experts, Media Experts and Language Experts. The feasibility of the Material obtained a score of 33 with an assessment range of 28 < X ≤ 34, including the feasible category. The media feasibility component obtained a score of 38 with a range of x > 34, including the Very feasible category. The language feasibility component obtained a score of 32 with an assessment range of 28 < X (<) 34, including the feasible category. The recapitulation of the total assessment score from the validator obtained a score of 103 with a range of x > 102, including the very feasible category. So it can be said that the Contextual, Teaching and Learning (CTL) based learning video developed is very feasible to be tested in the next stage.
