Abstract

Public sector digital transformation requires a deep understanding of the digital readiness of each administrative region. The Electronic Government System (EGIS) Index is used by the Government of Indonesia as a measuring tool to assess the digital maturity of government agencies. This study aims to cluster districts/cities in West Java Province based on their 2023 EGIS scores to identify hidden patterns of digital readiness. Three unsupervised learning algorithms—K-Means, DBSCAN, and Agglomerative Clustering—are used to explore data-driven regional segmentation. The analyzed dataset includes 27 administrative regions and a number of numerical features related to the EGIS dimensions. The results show that each method is able to form clusters that reflect variations in digital readiness, with DBSCAN producing the most detailed segmentation and being able to detect outliers. Agglomerative Clustering shows good hierarchical separation, while K-Means provides a fairly representative general division. This study provides an analytical basis for contextual and targeted cluster-based policy making in developing regional digital transformation.

Abstract

Transformasi digital merupakan suatu metode proses transisi bisnis dari tradisional ke digital. Cara ini telah menjadi tren bagi organisasi dan bisnis untuk meningkatkan nilai bisnis. Pandemi COVID-19 yang berdampak besar pada berbagai industri juga menjadi salah satu faktor pemicu dilakukanya transformasi digital. Usaha kecil dan menengah (UMKM) adalah salah satu sektor yang paling terkena dampaknya dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Berdasarkan data PSBB April 2020, kerugian eksportir justru mencapai 95,4%. Berbagai upaya bertahan dilakukan, termasuk menerapkan transformasi digital untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan bisnis. Oleh Oleh Khas Subang merupakan salah satu dari 30.000 usaha mikro yang ada di Subang Jawa Barat. Permasalahan umum yang sering terjadi pada usaha mikro adalah kurang dikenalnya produk, pengelolaan keuangan yang tidak terstruktur, inovasi dalam pengembangan produk, dan persaingan dengan produk sejenis. Namun menerapkan transformasi digital tidak mudah. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi transformasi digital, antara lain faktor manusia dan kurangnya sumber daya yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat model arsitektur enterprise yang sesuai untuk model bisnis UMKM dengan menggunakan metode TOGAF ADM. Ditetapkan suatu tujuan yang menjadi fokus dari semua fase yang ada. Hasil penelitian ini berupa Blueprint Company Specific .

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memecahkan tingkat kemiskinan di jawa timur pada tahun 2020 menggunakan metode clustering, khususnya metode K-Means. Kemiskinan, sebagai permasalahan sosial yang rumit, menjadi fokus penelitian ini, dengan harapan bahwa pengidentifikasi pola-pola mendasar dapat memberikan wawasan berharga untuk perencaan kebijakan pembangunan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian mencakup indikator-indikator ekonomi, pendidikan, dan kesehatan yang terkait dengan kemiskinan. Hasil clustering dengan menggunakan tools orange menghasilkan 3 cluster yaitu cluster 1 terdapat 6 kota/kabupaten dengan tingkat angka terendah cluster 2 terdapat 10 kota/kabupaten tingkat kemiskinannya menengah, cluster 3 terdapat 23 kota/kabupaten tingkat kemiskinannya tertinggi

Abstract

The research was conducted to create an expert advisor who can interact with the forex market automatically using the MQL4 language. Expert Advisor System is a design that consists of an array of technical analysis algorithms and indicators. The exponential moving average indicator is used in the creation of trading robots or better known as expert advisors. In designing this expert advisor, it starts with the process of making coding, implementing or designing coding, as well as testing GBP / USD and EUR / USD. In this study, the design of expert advisors that have been designed creates a system that facilitates and helps traders to trade foreign currencies. Based on the design by backtesting from January 1, 2022 to May 1, 2022 with a capital of 10000 USD, with GBP/USD pair, 4H timeframe, 1:100 laverage and EUR/USD M15 timeframe pair, leverage of 1:100 can generate a total net profit for GBP/USD of -43.81 and for a total net profit of EUR/USD of -16.35. The output of this study concluded that the use of moving averages is the basis for expert advisor logic to assist in making trading decisions even though the results have not been maximized.

Abstract

Along with the development of technology for web-based applications, there are many things that can be done and convenience that can be obtained through internet technology, for example, designing websites to improve information technology in junior high school institutions. Website technology is a new way of facilitating the process of conveying information which has logical consequences. The administrative part of Texar Klari Karawang Vocational School for graduate data collection information systems is still done manually by filling in data in the ledger. and filling in the data in this ledger is done when graduates/alumni want to legalize their diplomas. and after filling in the data is complete, then the officer transfers the data to a computer using Microsoft Excel. This prompted the researcher to design a graduate data management system which would later make it easier for TU officers to look up graduate data later, collect data by conducting direct interviews with relevant parties to obtain information and collect data in detail when all new data has been collected Researchers designed a data management system. researchers use the CodeIgniter programming language framework, in conclusion by carrying out several page trials of system functions, in using this system it is required to log in authentically so that it is given to be able to access and enter the system, with that a truly valid system is needed so that users can use the system properly and from the results of tests that have been carried out on several pages available inside, it is obtained with a value of 100 and there is also a value of 50 because the graduate menu is not perfect enough.

Abstract

Abstrak : PT. kary indomas elok yang beralamat di jl. Mitra selatan 2, kav 89,Kawasan industry mitra karawang, karawang, jawa barat 41361, sebuah p[erusahaan textile yang bergerak dibidang pembuatan kain syang berperan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dalam negeri dan menjadi salah satu perusahaan yang tetap bertahan dalam padatnya persaingan. Dalam pengelolaan data di Gudang kain PT.kary indomas elok textile yaitu depatement yang menyediakan kain putih polos untuk di proses menjadi kain selimut berwarna. Masih dilakukan secara manual dengan alat tulis sehingga informasi yang diperoleh sangat kurang akurat dan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama yang menhambat proses bisnis yang berjalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis proses bisnis perusahaan yang sedang berjalan, memberikan rekomendasi serta membangun sistem informasi inventori Gudang kain yang dapat mendukung operasional perusahaan. Untuk makai itu dibuatlah sistem informasi inventori Gudang kain untuk mencatat data transaksi pembelian,penjualan, dan stok barang yang dapat mendukung operasiona perusahaan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi inventori yang dapat memudahkan pencatatan pembelian,penjualan, dan data barang, hasil akhur dari penelitian ini dibuatlah sistem informasi inventori Gudang kain PT. In data management at PT. Kary Indomas Elok Textile's fabric warehouse, namely Gepatement, which provides plain white cloth to be processed into colored quilt fabric caddies. It is still done manually with stationery so that the information obtained is very inaccurate and takes quite a long time which hampers ongoing business processes. This study aims to analyze the company's ongoing business processes, provide recommendations and build a fabric warehouse inventory information system that can support the company's operations. For this reason, a fabric warehouse inventory information system was created to record purchase, sales and stock transaction data that can support the company's operations. This research produces an inventory information system that can facilitate the recording of purchases, sales, and goods data, the final result of this research is the fabric warehouse inventory information system of PT. Abstract

The advancement of the digital era has driven increased usage of online reservation applications, including Traveloka. The abundance of user feedback available on the Google Play Store platform has the potential to become a valuable database for development teams in improving service quality. However, the characteristics of unstructured and spontaneous reviews pose challenges in conventional data processing.This research aims to explore sentiment in Traveloka application user comments using the Multinomial Naïve Bayes algorithm. The dataset used consists of 1,500 review samples obtained through web scraping techniques from the Google Play Store. The research methodology includes several data preprocessing stages, including data cleaning, case normalization, word tokenization (tokenizing), stopword removal, and word stemming to their base forms (stemming). Subsequent processes include data categorization, feature extraction using the Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) approach, and building a classification model with the Multinomial Naïve Bayes algorithm.Test results show that the model is capable of classifying sentiment with an accuracy rate of 79%. The model demonstrates high recall values in identifying negative reviews (0.97), but the recall value for positive reviews remains limited (0.64). This indicates that the model has higher sensitivity to negative expressions. From a total of 1,500 review data, there were 461 positive reviews and 543 negative reviews that were successfully categorized clearly.The findings in this study prove that the implementation of the Multinomial Naïve Bayes algorithm is quite efficient in sentiment classification of user reviews, and is capable of providing strategic insights that can be utilized by development teams to improve application service quality

Abstract

This article investigates the challenges and solutions within the deep drawing process, focusing on issues like cracks and deviations from standard thickness dimensions. Utilizing both experimental methods with a 40-ton power press machine and numerical simulations via ABAQUS software, the study uses SPCC-SD steel to produce a Dop-pipe 1-inch diameter pipe cap. Key findings reveal significant correlations in elements E-90 and E-91, with minimal disparities of around 4.5% between experimental and numerical approaches, showcasing the accuracy of numerical predictions. Notably, the numerical simulations identify potential issues such as increased thickness due to higher axial forces, providing valuable insights for process optimization and defect reduction. By advancing the deep drawing process and extending its applicability to broader material-forming applications, this research contributes significantly to enhancing production efficiency and improving manufacturing practices, emphasizing the importance of simulation-driven approaches in achieving precision and quality enhancement in complex manufacturing processes.

Abstract

This study investigates the optimization of tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding parameters for joining dissimilar metals, specifically ST37 low-carbon steel and SUS 304 stainless steel, using the Taguchi L9 experimental design. The welding parameters evaluated include welding current (45-65 A), tungsten electrode diameter (1.6-2.4 mm), and shielding gas flow rate (12-18 LPM). The aim is to enhance joint integrity and mechanical properties by systematically analyzing the influence of these parameters on hardness and tensile load (TS loads). Hardness testing revealed that the weld zone exhibited the highest hardness, followed by the heat-affected zone and base metal. Tensile testing showed that the highest TS loads of 341 kgf were achieved at 45 A, 1.6 mm electrode diameter, and 12 LPM gas flow rate. Signal-to-noise ratio analysis and analysis of variance (ANOVA) indicated that welding current had the most significant influence on hardness and TS loads, with contributions of 39% and 41.27%, respectively, followed by electrode diameter (17% and 36.42%). In comparison, the gas flow rate had the least impact (45% and 22.31%). However, ANOVA results showed that none of the factors exhibited statistical significance (P > 0.05). The findings contribute to the field of welding engineering by providing optimized TIG welding parameters for ST37-SUS 304 joints, enhancing their reliability in various industrial applications such as automotive manufacturing, oil and gas, and power generation, where durable and corrosion-resistant welds are crucial.

Abstract

Community work training centers are skills training institutions that aim to improve the skills of the surrounding community by providing training programs that align with industry needs. Registration of training participants at the Al-Ikhwan Islamic Boarding School community work training centers often faces obstacles, namely, the selection process is still manual, so it takes a long time, and there is a possibility of errors. This study aims to apply the Naive Bayes Classifier Algorithm to determine whether applicants pass training at the Al-Ikhwan Islamic Boarding School community work training centers. This classification method is used to help optimize the applicant selection process by considering administrative factors, income, and training quotas. RapidMiner software is used as a tool to implement the algorithm. This study found that the Naive Bayes Classifier Algorithm can provide good accuracy results in determining applicants who pass the training selection. The test results show that the resulting model has an accuracy of 90.00% in determining passing training participants with data that has the highest chance of passing, namely data that has the attributes of the female gender, age 20 years, last education Senior High School/Vocational High School, student work/student, income 364,912, father's work as laborer, father's income 3912,280, mother's work as an IRT, and mother's income 885,964. This research increases efficiency and accuracy in determining training applicants at the Al-Ikhwan Islamic Boarding School community work training centers.
