Abstract

Research to measure the performance of Springfield Raffles Hill School comprehensively from all sectors using Balance Score Card. Springfield Raffles Hills as an SPK school that adopts the Cambridge curriculum must have a comprehensive, coherent, balanced and measurable performance assessment system. The objectives of this study are (1) to know and evaluate the Balanced Scorecard strategy map in accordance with the vision, mission and strategy; (2) Obtain the design of a performance measurement system in accordance with the Balanced Scorecard concept at Springfield School Raffles Hills; (3) Analyze the performance measurement of Springfield School Raffles Hills with the Balanced Scorecard approach. Data processing is done by interview method and Forum Group Discusssion directly to decision makers and customers, namely parents and students. Financial perspectives that can fulfill the course of school activities. Assessing the level of satisfaction of parents and students in the customer perspective, improving the quality of graduates and improving operational performance in the internal business process perspective, as well as job satisfaction index and employee motivation and increasing the achievement of job training in the learning and growth perspective. Based on the results of interviews and FGDs are as follows, the financial perspective has been running efficiently, effectively and economically, the customer perspective is quite satisfied with the performance and services of the school, the internal business process perspective still needs training for teachers and staff, the learning and growth perspective of teachers and staff work with a satisfactory level of satisfaction and have the ability to work satisfactorily. Overall the performance of Springfield School Raffles Hills is in good condition, only an increase in service quality supervision is needed.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial manager competence and Cash Management System effectiveness on fraud behavior in the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. This study also analyzes the role of professional attitudes as an intervening variable in the relationship between financial manager competence and Cash Management System effectiveness with good financial governance. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) using Smart PLS 3.0 to assess the measurement model (outer model) and structural model (inner model) in the context of research involving financial managers and internal supervisory auditors at the Inspectorate General of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. Evaluation of the measurement model includes validity and reliability tests. Structural model analysis examines the hypothesized relationship between constructs. The findings show that financial manager competence and CMS effectiveness have a positive effect on professional attitudes but do not have a significant effect on fraud behavior directly. Professional attitudes have a negative effect on fraud behavior. Mediation analysis shows that professional attitudes mediate the effect of CMS effectiveness on fraudulent behavior, while competence does not. These results underline the importance of competence and effective CMS in fostering professional attitudes and reducing fraud behavior in the scope of financial managers.

Abstract

Tinjauan sistematis ini menyelidiki pelaksanaan manajerial ekonomi yang penting untuk mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan bisnis di berbagai industri. Tinjauan ini mencakup 20 penelitian yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2014 dan 2023, yang menggunakan berbagai desain penelitian kuantitatif. Temuan-temuan utama menyoroti pentingnya perencanaan keuangan proaktif, integrasi teknologi strategis, dan manajemen risiko yang efektif sebagai pelaksanaan penting yang berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan. Sintesis dari temuan ini mengungkapkan pola yang menunjukkan bahwa organisasi yang mengadopsi pendekatan perencanaan keuangan beragam dan memanfaatkan teknologi menunjukkan kemampuan beradaptasi yang lebih tinggi dalam kondisi pasar yang dinamis. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur dengan menawarkan wawasan yang dapat ditindaklanjuti bagi para manajer ekonomi yang ingin meningkatkan pertumbuhan bisnis. Analisis komparatif dengan literatur yang ada menunjukkan kontribusi yang berbeda dari studi berbasis tinjauan literatur ini serta memperluas pemahaman kita tentang pelaksanaan manajerial ekonomi. Kesimpulannya, pelaksanaan manajerial ekonomi yang teridentifikasi mempunyai implikasi terhadap peningkatan kesehatan keuangan, ketahanan, dan daya saing. Tinjauan sistematis ini menekankan pentingnya eksplorasi berkelanjutan di lapangan, dan mendesak penelitian di masa depan untuk mendalami pemeriksaan lintas budaya dan studi longitudinal. Temuan ini memberikan masukan kepada para praktisi dan akademisi, serta menawarkan pemahaman yang berbeda tentang manajemen ekonomi yang efektif untuk pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non-Performing Loan and BI Rate on the Probability with Loan To Deposit Ratio as a Moderating Variable in case studies at Bank Persero for the 2016-2023 period. The population in this research is all Persero Banks (Bank Mandiri, Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank Negara Indonesia and Bank Tabungan Negara Indonesia. This research uses secondary data and the data analysis method uses panel data regression analysis. The sample used in this research uses non- probability sampling using saturated sampling techniques, so that the number of samples is as large as the population, namely 4 banking companies. Data analysis uses descriptive tests, classical assumption tests, panel data regression analysis and hypothetical testing using the Eviesw 10 tool. Based on the research results, it shows that the Capital Adequacy Ratio has an effect. significantly on Return On Assets, Non Performing Loans have a significant effect with a negative relationship on Return On Assets and the BI Rate interest rate has no effect on Return On Assets. In moderation, the Loan To Deposit Ratio variable is not able to moderate the Capital Adequacy Rati and Non Performing Loan variables. Return On Assets, LDR variable is able to moderate the relationship between BI Rate and Return On Assets. the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R-Square) is 0.476412 which means the dependent variable, namely ROA, can be explained by the independent variables Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non-Performing Loans and BI Rate of 47.64% while the remaining 52.36% is explained by other variables in outside the research model.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang pengaruh kegiatan media sosial terhadap consumerbased brand equity. Pengaruh ini dilihat melalui co-creation behaviour dan brand experience pada industri kecantikan. Prosedur pengambilan sampel yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yang relevan adalah dengan penggunaan kuesioner dan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 200 responden yang merupakan pengguna aktif social media dan pengguna brand kecantikan Wardah, Nature Republic, dan Innisfree. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dan AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan media sosial bepengaruh positif terhadap brand experience dan consumer-based brand equity. Brand experience juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap consumer-based brand equity. Temuan penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa brand experience memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara perceived social media marketing activities dengan consumer-based brand equity. Cocreation behaviour juga ditemukan menjadi variabel moderasi yang menghubungkan variabel pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

Education is a very strategic vehicle in improving the quality of human resources which is a determinant factor of development. In this case the teacher is not merely a teacher who transfers knowledge, but also as an educator who transfers knowledge, but also as an educator who transfers values ​​as well as a mentor who provides direction and guides students in learning. Factors that affect the performance of a teacher can come from within the individual itself and factors from outside the individual. One of them is pedagogic competence, motivation, and work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the simultaneous effect of pedagogic abilities, motivation and work environment on teacher performance at SMPN 27 Bekasi City and to determine the partial effect between pedagogic competence, motivation and the work environment of teachers at SMPN 27 Bekasi City. This research was conducted at SMPN 27 Bekasi City. The research was conducted from February 2022 to May 2022. The variables studied were pedagogic competence, motivation and work environment. The instruments used as a means of collecting research data are library studies and field studies. The method used in this study is quantitative, namely research based on data in the form of numbers that are processed by statistical analysis to influence between variables and the sample used is 53 samples. Instrument testing with validation and reliability tests. Data analysis using SPSS software with four stages. First, testing data quality. The second stage, the classical assumption test, the third stage performs multiple regression analysis. And the fourth is to test the hypothesis. The results showed that simultaneously, pedagogic competence (X1), motivation (X2), and work environment (X3) had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Partially it is proven that there is an effect of pedagogic competence on teacher performance. Partially it is proven that there is an influence of motivation on teacher performance. Partially it is proven that there is an influence of the work environment on teacher performance.

Abstract

Minat beli konsumen mejadi satu hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam pemasaran produk dengan mengenali faktor yang dapat memicunya. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh popularitas ambassador merek, iklan digital dan citra merek dalam meningkatkan minat beli konsumen pada produk lemonilo. Penelitian melibatkan 200 yang merupakan penggemar NCT Dream sebagai ambassador merek. Data penelitian diperoleh dari kuesioner yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda pada taraf uji 5%. Penelitian menghasilkan temuan terdapatnya pengaruh popularitas ambassador merek, iklan digital dan citra merek terhadap minat beli. Yang menarik popularitas ambassador merek justru negatif dalam mepengaruhi minat beli konsumen. Consumer buying interest is one thing that must be considered in product marketing by recognizing the factors that can trigger it. This study is to determine the influence of brand ambassador popularity, digital advertising and brand image in increasing consumer buying interest in lemonilo products. The study involved 200 NCT Dream fans as brand ambassadors. The research data were obtained from questionnaires which were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis at a test level of 5%. The research found that there is an influence of brand ambassador popularity, digital advertising and brand image on buying interest. Interestingly, the popularity of brand ambassadors is actually negative in influencing consumer buying interest.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis upaya peningkatan kepuasan fungsional dan kepercayaan benevolence menggunakan kualitas layanan untuk mendorong loyalitas pelanggan angkringan. Penelitian dilakukan kepada pelanggan yang menikmati makanan di kota Bogor dengan sampel sebanyak 85 pelanggan. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner, dianalisis secara struktural diolah menggunakan smartPLS. Kualitas layanan positif meningkatkan kepuasan fungsional yang selanjutnya mendorong loyalitas. Kepuasan fungsional memediasi kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas. Kualitas layanan positif meningkatkan kepercayaan benevolence yang selanjutnya mendorong loyalitas. Kepercayaan benevolence tidak memediasi kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas. The study aims to analyze efforts to increase functional satisfaction and benevolence trust using service quality to encourage angkringan customer loyalty. The study was conducted on customers who enjoyed food in the city of Bogor with a sample of 85 customers. Data were collected by questionnaire, analyzed structurally processed using smartPLS. Positive service quality increases functional satisfaction which further drives loyalty. Functional satisfaction mediates service quality against loyalty. Positive service quality increases benevolence confidence which further encourages loyalty. Trust benevolence does not mediate service quality against loyalty.

Abstract

Proses keputusan pembelian konsumen menjadi satu yang harus diperhatikan di dalam upaya meningkatkan penjualan sepatu lokal. Penelitian ini mendalami digital marketing dan citra merek terhadap proses keputusan pembelian dengan penghubung minat transaksional. Penelitian melibatkan 98 responden yaitu konsumen produk Eagle. Data yang terkumpul diolah menggunakan smartPLS dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis structural pendekatan partial square. Penelitian menghasilkan temuan bahwa Digital Marketing dan Citra Merek berpengaruh terhadap Minat Transaksional dengan arah positif. Minat transaksional berpengaruh terhadap Proses Keputusan Pembelian dengan arah positif serta menjadi pemediasi Digital marketing dan citra merek terhadap Proses Keputusan Pembelian. The process of consumer purchasing decisions is one that must be considered in an effort to increase local shoe sales. This research will explore digital marketing and brand image in influencing the purchase decision process with transactional interest as an intervening. The study involved 98 respondents who had purchased Eagle products. The collected data is processed using smartPLS and analyzed using structural analysis with a partial square approach. The research resulted in findings that Digital Marketing and Brand Image affect Transactional Interest in a positive direction. Transactional interest influences the Purchase Decision Process in a positive direction. Transactional interest mediates the influence of Digital marketing and brand image on the Purchase Decision Process.

Abstract

Mengetahui bagaimana keterlibatan karyawan memediasi hubungan antara kepuasan kerja, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, dan kinerja merupakan tujuan utama riset ini. Obyek penelitian ini adalah karyawan Binaa Enterprise yang berjumlah 35 orang. Pengumpulan informasi dilakukan dengan metode survei yang memakai platform Google Form. Alat statistik SmartPLS dipakai dalam riset ini. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan dalam pekerjaan seseorang dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja yang sehat memengaruhi kinerja. Hasil positif terhadap kinerja dapat dicapai melalui keterlibatan karyawan, yang pada gilirannya memengaruhi kepuasan kerja dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja. Finding out how employee engagement mediates the relationship between job satisfaction, work-life balance, and performance is the primary goal of this research. The number of participants are 35 persons from Binaa Enterprise employer, who also made up the research population. Gathering information with a Google Form survey platform. The statistical tool SmartPLS is used in this investigation. The findings demonstrated that contentment in one's work and a healthy work-life balance affected performance. Positive results towards performance may be achieved via employee engagement, which in turn influences job satisfaction and work-life balance.
