Abstract

Kualitas pendidikan sangat bergantung pada kinerja guru, oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan analisis mendalam terhadap faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja guru dalam menghadapi dinamika pendidikan saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penguasaan teknologi, adaptasi, dan partisipasi guru SMA terhadap kinerja mereka. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dari 100 guru SMA di Kabupaten Bogor melalui kuesioner yang dirancang khusus. Penguasaan teknologi diukur melalui tingkat pemahaman dan penggunaan teknologi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Adaptasi guru diukur sejauh mana mereka dapat menyesuaikan metode pengajaran dengan perkembangan teknologi dan tuntutan kurikulum terkini. Partisipasi guru dinilai berdasarkan tingkat keterlibatan mereka dalam kegiatan pengembangan profesional dan kolaborasi dengan rekan sejawat. Kinerja guru dievaluasi melalui capaian hasil belajar siswa, interaksi dalam kelas, dan kontribusi mereka dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguasaan teknologi, adaptasi, dan partisipasi guru membawa pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja guru. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah guru perlu termotivasi untuk meningkatkan penguasaan teknologi, adaptasi, dan partisipasi. Sekolah perlu mengembangkan kurikulum dan silabus yang mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam pembelajaran, menyediakan fasilitas dan infrastruktur yang mendukung penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, dan memberikan penghargaan kepada guru yang aktif menggunakan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Pemerintah perlu mengembangkan program pelatihan dan sertifikasi guru yang mencakup penguasaan teknologi, adaptasi, dan partisipasi, memberikan bantuan dana kepada sekolah untuk mengembangkan infrastruktur teknologi, dan mendorong penelitian dan pengembangan di bidang pendidikan teknologi.

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan memfokuskan tercapainya tujuan perusahaan, perusahaan juga harus bisa menghadapi perubahan lingkungan yang cepat agar tetap dapat bertahan dalam persaingan pasar yang semakin ketat. Adanya sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan memiliki kompetensi sudah menjadi suatu keharusan agar perusahaan dapat memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik. Menurut beberapa pandangan stress kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja suatu perusahaan. Serta kebaruan dalam penelitian ini yang menjadikan satu variable mediasi yaitu intention to stay juga mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Namun dalam beberapa penelitian, menunjukan hasil yang berbeda-beda. Adanya perbedaan antar pandangan dengan hasil penelitian, serta adanya research gap diantara satu penelitian dengan penelitian yang lain, maka penulis bermaksud meneliti keterkaitan antara kompensasi dan budaya organisasi dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Variabel yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah stress kerja (X1) dan kepuasan kerja (X2), dan variable mediasi intention to stay (Z) serta variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja karyawan (Y). Sampel dalam penelitan ini merupakan kayawan yang bekerja di PT.GIORDANO INDONESIA yang berjumlah 102 orang, dan populasi yang didapat sebanyak 137 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan rumus slovin, Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner,Uji validitas instrument menggunakan Pearson Correlation dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach Alpha. Hasil penelitian ini akan menunjukan bahwa : di dalam uji t variabel independen secara parsial mempengaruhi variabel dependen. Dan dalam uji f variabel independen secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Dan variable independent melalui variable mediasi secara parsial mempengaruhi variable dependen.

Abstract

Community service in Purwadadi District, Subang Regency, West Java, in September-October 2024, aims to empower 30 start-up MSMEs in facing the main challenges, namely business legality, business strategy, and digital marketing. This program is in collaboration with President University as an official partner of the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower and consists of five stages: socialization, training, technology implementation, mentoring and evaluation, and sustainability. Through intensive training, participants are given guidance on creating a Business Identification Number (NIB) using OSS, an understanding of SWOT analysis for business strategy, and digital marketing skills using social media and e-commerce. The implementation of technology such as digital bookkeeping is also taught to improve operational efficiency. Monthly evaluations ensure the success of skill implementation, while MSME study groups are established to support sustainability. The results show that this integrated approach is able to improve the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran kepuasan pelanggan sebagai mediator antara persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan niat pembelian kembali, dengan citra merek sebagai faktor pendukung. Studi ini dilakukan pada pengguna platform e-commerce Shopee yang berdomisili di Bekasi sebanyak 83 responden dan metode analisis data menggunakan aplikasi smartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini adalah persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh terhadap kepuaan pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap niat pembelian kembali. Citra merek berpengaruh terhadap niat pembelian kembali. Kepuaan pelanggan secara tidak langsung memediasi persepsi kemudahan penggunaan terhadap niat pembelian kembali. Pengaruh yang ditunjukkan masing-masing memiliki arah positif. This research aims to explore the role of customer satisfaction as a mediator between perceived ease of use and repurchase intention, with brand image as a supporting factor. The study was conducted on users of the Shopee e-commerce platform residing in Bekasi, involving 83 respondents, and the data analysis method employed was smartPLS 3.0. The findings of this research indicate that perceived ease of use has a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction, in turn, influences repurchase intention. Brand image also influences repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction indirectly mediates the relationship between perceived ease of use and repurchase intention. The results of this study suggest a positive direction for repurchase intention on the Shopee application.

Abstract

Citra yang dimiliki sekolah dan promosi yang dilakukan berperan penting dalam mendorong kepercayaan benevolence dan minat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganaliis citra dan promosi dalam mempengaruhi kepercayaan benevolence serta dampaknya pada minat masyarakat. Penelitian dilakukan di cileungsi dengan mengambil 76 responden yaitu orang tua siswa kelas 6 di wilayah Cileungsi. Data diperoleh dari kuesiober yang diberikan kepada responden dan dianalisis menggunakan model struktural (SmartPLS 4). Penelitian menghasilkan temuan bahwa kepercayaan benevolence berpengaruh terhadap minat; citra tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan benevolence; dan kepercayaan benevolence tidak memediasi citra terhadap minat. Penelitian juga menghasilkan temuan bahwa promosi berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan benevolence; dan kepercayaan benevolence memediasi promosi terhadap minat masyarakat. The image of the school and the promotion carried out play an important role in encouraging benevolence beliefs and interest. This study aims to analyze the image and promotion in influencing benevolence beliefs and their impact on public interest. The study was conducted in Cileungsi by taking 76 respondents, namely parents of 6th grade students in the Cileungsi area. Data were obtained from questionnaires given to respondents and analyzed using a structural model (SmartPLS 4). The study found that benevolence beliefs influenced interest; image did not influence benevolence beliefs; and benevolence beliefs did not mediate image on interest. The study also found that promotion influenced benevolence beliefs; and benevolence beliefs mediated promotion on public interest.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the role of self-actualization as an intermediary in the influence of leadership example and communication on employee performance at Bina Mandiri Multimedia Vocational School. The exemplary variable is understood through three indicators, namely exemplifying the method, inspiring, and challenging the process. The leader communication variable also has two indicators, namely verbal and non-verbal communication. Meanwhile, self-actualization is understood through indicators such as the search for happiness, achieving personal success, and understanding one's identity. Performance variables are defined through aspects such as quality, quantity, and responsibility. This research uses quantitative methods with a confidence level of 95%. The sample used consisted of all employees of Bina Mandiri Multimedia Vocational School, namely 40 people. The data collection method involves the use of primary data through observation and questionnaires and secondary data through literature study. The research instrument was tested through validity and reliability tests. Data analysis was carried out using Smart PLS with a partial square structural analysis approach. The research results show that leadership example has a positive impact on self-actualization which in turn has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, leadership communication has a smaller or insignificant impact on self-actualization and its influence on employee performance is also limited through this factor.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non-Performing Loan and BI Rate on the Probability with Loan To Deposit Ratio as a Moderating Variable in case studies at Bank Persero for the 2016-2023 period. The population in this research is all Persero Banks (Bank Mandiri, Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank Negara Indonesia and Bank Tabungan Negara Indonesia. This research uses secondary data and the data analysis method uses panel data regression analysis. The sample used in this research uses non- probability sampling using saturated sampling techniques, so that the number of samples is as large as the population, namely 4 banking companies. Data analysis uses descriptive tests, classical assumption tests, panel data regression analysis and hypothetical testing using the Eviesw 10 tool. Based on the research results, it shows that the Capital Adequacy Ratio has an effect. significantly on Return On Assets, Non Performing Loans have a significant effect with a negative relationship on Return On Assets and the BI Rate interest rate has no effect on Return On Assets. In moderation, the Loan To Deposit Ratio variable is not able to moderate the Capital Adequacy Rati and Non Performing Loan variables. Return On Assets, LDR variable is able to moderate the relationship between BI Rate and Return On Assets. the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R-Square) is 0.476412 which means the dependent variable, namely ROA, can be explained by the independent variables Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non-Performing Loans and BI Rate of 47.64% while the remaining 52.36% is explained by other variables in outside the research model.

Abstract

Displin Korektif dalam Memediasi Kepuasan dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Perawat di RS Karunia Kasih. Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) mengetahui kepuasan kerja dalam mempengaruhi disiplin korektif perawat di RS Karunia Kasih, 2) Mengetahui motivasi kerja dalam mempengaruhi disiplin korektif perawat di RS Karunia Kasih, 3) mengetahui disiplin korektif dalam mempengaruhi kinerja perawat di RS Karunia Kasih, 4) menguji pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja perawat di RS Karunia Kasih melalui disiplin kerja sebagai pemediasi, 5) menguji pengaruh kepuasan terhadap kinerja prawat di RS Karunia Kasih melalui disiplin sebagai pemediasi.Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah perawat yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit Karunia Kasih dengan total sampel 55 orang. Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang sudah terkumpul diolah menggunakan smartPLS dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis structural menggunakan pendekatan partial square. Penelitian menghasilkan temuan terdapatnya pengaruh Pengaruh Disiplin Korektif terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan dengan arah positif sebesar 0,785, terdapat Pengaruh Kerja terhadap Disiplin Korektif dengan arah positif sebesar 0,227, terdapat Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Disiplin Korektif dengan arah positif sebesar 0,759, terdapat Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan melalui Disiplin Korektif dengan arah positif sebesar 0,178, terdapat pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan melalui Disiplin Korektif dengan arah positif sebesar 0,596.

Abstract

Research to measure the performance of Springfield Raffles Hill School comprehensively from all sectors using Balance Score Card. Springfield Raffles Hills as an SPK school that adopts the Cambridge curriculum must have a comprehensive, coherent, balanced and measurable performance assessment system. The objectives of this study are (1) to know and evaluate the Balanced Scorecard strategy map in accordance with the vision, mission and strategy; (2) Obtain the design of a performance measurement system in accordance with the Balanced Scorecard concept at Springfield School Raffles Hills; (3) Analyze the performance measurement of Springfield School Raffles Hills with the Balanced Scorecard approach. Data processing is done by interview method and Forum Group Discusssion directly to decision makers and customers, namely parents and students. Financial perspectives that can fulfill the course of school activities. Assessing the level of satisfaction of parents and students in the customer perspective, improving the quality of graduates and improving operational performance in the internal business process perspective, as well as job satisfaction index and employee motivation and increasing the achievement of job training in the learning and growth perspective. Based on the results of interviews and FGDs are as follows, the financial perspective has been running efficiently, effectively and economically, the customer perspective is quite satisfied with the performance and services of the school, the internal business process perspective still needs training for teachers and staff, the learning and growth perspective of teachers and staff work with a satisfactory level of satisfaction and have the ability to work satisfactorily. Overall the performance of Springfield School Raffles Hills is in good condition, only an increase in service quality supervision is needed.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial manager competence and Cash Management System effectiveness on fraud behavior in the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. This study also analyzes the role of professional attitudes as an intervening variable in the relationship between financial manager competence and Cash Management System effectiveness with good financial governance. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) using Smart PLS 3.0 to assess the measurement model (outer model) and structural model (inner model) in the context of research involving financial managers and internal supervisory auditors at the Inspectorate General of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. Evaluation of the measurement model includes validity and reliability tests. Structural model analysis examines the hypothesized relationship between constructs. The findings show that financial manager competence and CMS effectiveness have a positive effect on professional attitudes but do not have a significant effect on fraud behavior directly. Professional attitudes have a negative effect on fraud behavior. Mediation analysis shows that professional attitudes mediate the effect of CMS effectiveness on fraudulent behavior, while competence does not. These results underline the importance of competence and effective CMS in fostering professional attitudes and reducing fraud behavior in the scope of financial managers.
