Abstract

This research aims to measure the level of productivity of Islamic boarding schoolcooperatives in Indonesia during the period from 2013 to 2021. The methodemployed in this study is the Malmquist Index Productivity (MPI). The researchfindings reveal fluctuations in the productivity trends of Islamic boarding schoolcooperatives from year to year. Furthermore, the study uncovers a significantdecrease in the level of productivity of these cooperatives during the Covid-19pandemic. The average productivity score of Islamic boarding schoolcooperatives throughout the research period indicates an overall decrease of0.614. This decrease is predominantly attributed to a decline in the averagetechnology change (TECHCH) with a value of 0.616 and a reduction in thechange in efficiency (EFFCH) with a value of 0.998. Individual analyses showthat Cooperative B exhibits the highest productivity value compared toCooperative A. However, both Cooperative A and Cooperative B are moresignificantly influenced by changes in efficiency in determining their productivitylevels

Abstract

This study tries to review the research around Islamic boarding school (Pesantren) economy on reputable journal. It uses descriptive statistical analysis based on selected 79 article publications or paper related to Islamic boarding school economy, with national and international journal. The entire sample journal publications have published for twelve years from 2007 to 2019. The Results show that Islamic boarding school economy research study case is still dominated by East Java (29%), following by West Java (20%) and Central Java (6%). In addition, the average time of journal publication is between 11 and 12 years. There are at least 20 journals that publish Islamic boarding school economy articles and the most research with Shirkah: Journal of Economics and Business, Economica: Jurnal Ekonomi Islam, Advances in Social Science. Furthermore, the comparison of qualitative research (77%) is still more than the quantitative approach (13%) and mix method approach (10%).

Abstract

Islamic banking and the law issue become a topic that has been studied more and more in the last few decades. This study aims to analyze the literature related to Islamic bank law with coverage of research trends and future research directions. A total of 375 articles sourced from Scopus which were analyzed using the biblioshiny R software. The findings in this study include keywords that are often used in research, including banking, sustainable development, Malaysia, Islamic bank law and Islamism. While the authors who have the greatest contribution to this study are Scholtenz B, Peres-gladish, and Nilsson J. Finally, the latest topic trends in related research Islamic bank law are Covid-19, pandemic, ESG, and ratings.

Abstract

This study aims to see the development of research on the topic of "Halal Gastronomy" and research plans that can be carried out based on journals published on the theme. This research uses qualitative method with bibliometric analysis approach. The data used is secondary data with the theme "Halal Gastronomy" which comes from the Dimension database with a total of 16 journal articles. Then, the data is processed and analyzed using the VosViewer application with the aim of knowing the bibliometric map of "Halal Gastronomy" research development in the world. The results of the study found that in bibliometric author mapping the authors who published the most research with the theme "Halal Gastronomy" were Ningsih, Caria; and Hatta, Farah Ayuni Mohd. Furthermore, based on bibliometric keyword mapping, there are 4 clusters with the most used words including tourism, gastronomy, halal food, culture, and destination. Then, the topics of research paths related to Halal Gastronomy are Halal Gastronomic Tourism in Indonesia, Celebrity Chefs and Halal Gastronomy, Opportunities in Halal Gastronomy Tourism, and Gastronomy Elements in Halal Context.

Abstract

The involvement of Sufi Ulama of Tarekat Qadariyah-Naqsabandiyah (TQN) Jagaraya in political contestation provides a distinct approach to introduce the presidential candidates they supported in the 2019 Indonesian presidential election. In contrast to the conventional guru-disciple attachment, the Sufi ulama adopt various strategies to modify the standpoint of their Tarekat member and align it with particular political tendencies. The intent of this study is to identify the strategies implemented by the Sufi ulama to collect support for their preferred political candidates within the Tarekat community. By utilizing a qualitative methodology, this study revealed various strategies used by those ulama in introducing political leaders, yet additionally taking the congregation's view regarding its process into consideration. Kiai Raga, with his traditional religious intellectual background, adopts traditional methods of gathering tarekat members who are interested in traditional tarekat rituals. Kiai Alam, on the other hand, embraces digital media to promote his political stance. These two varied methods by the two nationals Sufi Ulama display a dynamic combination of invention and adaptation, reflecting their diverse efforts to accommodate the political preferences of their respective tarekat members.

Abstract

The increasing awareness of the Muslim community in Indonesia towards the halalness of every product eaten causes an increasing demand for halal food. The development of the halal industry must be supported by the development of the right halal supply chain. Halal supply chain as a process of managing halal food products from various supplier points to various consumer points, involving various parties, located in different places, which may be at the same time, involved with managing halal food products, with the aim of meeting the needs and requirements of customers. To ensure the availability and access of halal food, a new paradigm is needed in better structuring halal food production and trade through halal clusters. This study aims to determine the development map and trend of the Halal Cluster published by reputable journals in the field of Halal Economics. The data analyzed were 30 Dimensions indexed research publications. The export data is then processed and analyzed using the R Biblioshiny application program to find out the bibliometric map of the development of the Halal Cluster. This research will also analyze thematic maps that appear based on density and centrality which are analyzed based on document titles with the research theme of Halal Cluster which is divided into 4 quadrants. These results are obtained from a semi-automatic algorithm by reviewing the titles of all references to the object of research

Abstract

This research explains the relationship between the practice of fiqh, kalam and Sufism in the community of TQN Suryalaya. The approach used is juridical-normative with qualitative research methods. Qualitative data sourced from reference books of Tarekat Qadiriyah wa Naqsyabandiyah Suryalaya community. The results of the study found that phenomenologically, the religious life of the TQN Suryalaya community describes the events of obedience and legal awareness that reflect the identity of esoteric and exoteric rites of Islamic teachings. Most of them are carried out based on a strong awareness and belief that it can be a medium to achieve the potential and high purpose of life, namely insan kamil or akhlak karimah. The form of relationship between the understanding of the Tarekat Qadiriyah wa Naqsyabandiyah Suryalaya community in relation to the practice of the integration of fiqh, kalam and Sufism is at-Tadaruj (tiered and sequential unity) seen in six main teachings, namely: First, Talqin; Second, Miftah al-Shudur; Third, Uquudul Juman; Fourth, the book Akhlakul Karimah Akhlakul Mahmudah, based on Mudawamatul Dhikr. fifth, the Book of Worship as a Method of Guidance for Victims of Drug Abuse and Juvenile Delinquency; and sixth, tanbih.

Abstract

This study aims to see the development of research on the topic of "Halal Restaurant" and research plans that can be done based on journals published on the theme. This research uses a qualitative method with a bibliometric analysis approach. The data used is secondary data with the theme "Halal Restaurant" which comes from the Scopus database with a total of 123 journal articles. Then, the data is processed and analyzed using the VosViewer application with the aim of knowing the blibliometric map of "Halal Restaurant" research development in the world. The results of the study found that there are 5 clusters with the most used words are: market, tourist, halal tourism, intention, relationship, effect, halal product, process, practice, information, and Muslim tourist. Then, the topics of research lines related to Halal Restaurant are (1) Demand for Halal Restaurants, (2) Behavioral Intention Toward Halal-Certified Restaurants, (3) Halal Restaurant Trends in Global Markets, (4) Customer Satisfaction and Trust in Halal Restaurants, and (5) Halal Tourism and Halal Restaurant.

Abstract

The results of the study found that there were 4 clusters with the most used words being pesantren, development, Islamic microfinance, community, Islamic boarding school, Islamic microfinance institution, and micro waqf bank. Abstract

Kewajiban zakat didasarkan Al-Qur`an, al-Sunnah, dan Ijma`para ulama. Jenis-jenis harta yang wajib dikeluarkan zakat sudah disebutkan dalam dalil-dalil syar’i, namun seiring perkembangan zaman dan teknologi, harta dan kekayaan seseorang juga semakin berkembang sesuai dengan kebutuhan hidup manusia. Sekarang sudah muncul beberapa jenis harta dan kekayaan baru, karena pesatnya perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi tersebut. Perkembangan ini melahirkan kreasi dan produk-produk baru, baik berupa penggalian hasil potensi alam, mengeksploitasi kekayaan maupun hasil potensi sumber daya manusia, bahkan mengalahkan pertumbuhan jenis-jenis harta kekayaan konvensional. Maka, dengan demikian, perlu ada sebuah penelitian untuk menemukan metode baru dan dalil-dalil yang dapat digunakan dalam menetapkan hukum zakat kekayaan investasi. Motode penelitian yagn diginakan dalam kajian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur berdasarkan bahan dokumen berupa buku atau kitab fikih. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penalaran dalam menginterpretasikan makna harta wajib zakat, perlu memasukkan kekayaan investasi. Ilat dan dalil-dalil yang digunakan dalam menetapkan kewajiban zakat kekayaan investasi mengacu pada ijtihad intiqa’i dan insya’i dengan membandingkan pendapat yang telah ada kemudian menganalogikannya dengan kekayaan investasi.
