Abstract

Pengabdian ini berjudul peran sumber daya manusia dalam mengembangkan kinerja pada UMKM Griya Cendekia di desa Curug, kecamatan Gunung Sindur, kabupaten Bogor. Tujuan umum dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pemahaman, sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pengetahuan secara praktis ilmu manajemen dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia bagi pelaku UMKM. Lebih khusus lagi pengabdian ini bertujuan mendorong pengurus UMKM untuk menerapkan manajemen SDM dalam mengelola para pelaku usaha di Griya Cendekia sehingga dapat mengembangkan kinerja dan meningkatkan level UMKM. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode wawancara pendahuluan, penyampaian materi secara langsung mengenai manajemen secara umum, penerapan manajemen SDM, penggunaan e-commerce dalam pemasaran produk dan tata kelola pengurusan keuangan. Tujuan akhir dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mendorong dalam pengembangan UMKM yang berdampak pada kesejahraan masyarakat, khususnya pelaku UMKM Griya Cendekia. Kata Kunci: Manajemen; UMKM Griya Cendekia; MSDM; Kesejahteraan Masyarakat.

Abstract

Kemampuan komunikasi bisnis yang efektif sangat penting dalam dunia kerja, terutama dalam bidang pemasaran. Pelajar jurusan manajemen pemasaran di SMK Al-Amanah Pamulang memerlukan pelatihan praktis untuk meningkatkan keterampilan ini. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan judul "Pelatihan Kemampuan Komunikasi Bisnis dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Penjualan" dilaksanakan oleh dosen Universitas Pamulang dengan tujuan membekali 48 siswa dengan keterampilan komunikasi bisnis yang efektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini meliputi ceramah, diskusi, simulasi, dan role-play untuk memastikan pemahaman dan aplikasi praktis yang optimal. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan komunikasi bisnis peserta, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas penjualan mereka di masa depan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of OCB to employee performance, intrinsic motivation to employee performance and job satisfaction to employee performance.Online questionnaire given to respondents who are online shop employees. Through the Whatsapp network, questionnaires were distributed. While literature, books, and websites used as a secondary data source. The population used consisted of 2013 permanent employees from all online shops . This research uses probability sampling method by using simple random sampling as the sampling method. Due to the large number of respondents, the number of samples in this study was calculated using the Slovin equation and the number of respondents who became the sample was 103 people. In this study, the analysis uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with data processing tools using smartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are OCB has a positive impact on employee performance, intrinsic motivation has a positive impact on employee performance and job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT Penjuru Wisata Negeri. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 32 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that Leadership Style (X1) influences employee performance (Y) with a coefficient of determination value of 0.160 or 0.16% and the hypothesis test obtained tcount > ttable (2.391 > 2.045). Work Discipline (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a coefficient of determination value of 0.653 or 65.3% and the hypothesis test obtained tcount > ttable (7.516 > 2.045). Leadership Style (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a coefficient of determination value of 0.656 or 65.6% and the hypothesis test obtained tcount > ttable (27.594 > 3.330).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at PT Bank Muamalat KCU Fatmawati partially and simultaneously. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique from a population of 60 as samples. The method used to test and analyze the influence partially and simultaneously uses hypothesis testing (t test and f test). This study investigates the significant impact of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. Data analysis reveals that work discipline has a substantial influence on performance, with a contribution value of 0.933. This suggests that adherence to rules and punctuality play a crucial role in enhancing employee output, as supported by reinforcement theory and time management principles. Additionally, work motivation shows a significant effect on performance, with a contribution value of 0.672, highlighting the importance of intrinsic motivation factors, such as achievement and recognition, in driving employees to excel. The findings underscore the need for a comprehensive approach in performance management, emphasizing both the establishment of strong disciplinary practices and the cultivation of high motivation levels to optimize employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, work discipline and organizational culture on job satisfaction which has an impact on employee performance at PT. Unables Indo Multi in South Jakarta. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, amounting to 125 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are self-efficacy has a significant effect on job satisfaction with a determination of 27.3%. Hypothesis test obtained t arithmetic > t table or (6.797 > 1.979) this is reinforced with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Work discipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction with a determination value of 41.9%. Hypothesis testing obtained t arithmetic > t table or (9.412 > 1.979) this is reinforced with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction with a determination value of 28.5%. Hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (7.009 > 1.979) this is reinforced with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Self-efficacy, work discipline and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on job satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 6.428 + 0.221X1 + 0.416X2 + 0.218X3, the determination value is 51.7% while the remaining 48.3% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing using statistical test F count > F table or (43.237 > 2.450), it is also reinforced with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination value of 38.96%. Hypothesis test obtained t arithmetic > t table or (8.846 > 1.979) this is reinforced with a significance of 0.000 <0.05

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of motivation on performance through job satisfaction. Motivation is considered a key factor that drives individuals to perform well, and job satisfaction is believed to mediate this relationship. The background of this study is rooted in the understanding that high motivation can lead to increased job satisfaction, which ultimately enhances employee performance. The purpose of this research is to analyze the direct and indirect effects of motivation on performance through job satisfaction using path analysis. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed. The sample consisted of 290 lecturers from Universitas Pamulang, selected through simple random sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire focusing on motivation, job satisfaction, and performance. Path analysis was applied to examine the relationships between these variables. The findings show that motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, which in turn positively impacts performance. This suggests that motivated lecturers tend to be more satisfied with their jobs, leading to improved performance in teaching and other academic responsibilities. Based on these results, it is recommended that universities focus on enhancing motivation among lecturers to foster job satisfaction, which can further improve their performance.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan dasar mengenai kewirausahaan digital kepada para santri Tahfizh di Yayasan Tajaul Karomah, Desa Situ Gandung, Kabupaten Tangerang. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah rendahnya pengetahuan santri tentang peluang usaha berbasis teknologi, serta minimnya pengalaman mereka dalam memanfaatkan media digital untuk tujuan produktif. Dalam menjawab tantangan tersebut, tim pelaksana merancang metode pengabdian berbasis pelatihan partisipatif yang terdiri dari penyampaian materi, diskusi interaktif, dan praktik langsung penggunaan media sosial, marketplace, dan alat bantu desain digital. Materi pelatihan dirancang sederhana dan kontekstual sesuai dengan kondisi peserta dan lingkungan pesantren. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman santri mengenai konsep kewirausahaan digital, serta tumbuhnya motivasi untuk merintis usaha berbasis internet. Beberapa santri bahkan menunjukkan antusiasme untuk mengembangkan produk lokal seperti makanan ringan dan herbal melalui media online. Program ini memberikan dampak positif tidak hanya dari sisi peningkatan kapasitas individu, tetapi juga membuka peluang penguatan ekonomi pesantren secara berkelanjutan. Dengan memadukan nilai religius dan keterampilan digital, kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal menuju kemandirian ekonomi santri yang berbasis ilmu, etika, dan kreativitas.

Abstract

This community service aims to raise new entrepreneurs in the Majlis Da’wah Al- ‘Adni. Issues raised regarding how to start a business properly and correctly. The method used in the implementation of this service is carried out in several activities, namely (a). The Preparation Phase includes: (1). Initial survey (2) Consolidation and determination of target locations, (3). Preparation of training materials / materials. The results of this activity are very beneficial for Majlis Da'wah Al-‘Adni in the growth of new entrepreneurs in terms of how to start a business to become MSMEs properly and correctly.
