Abstract

Budaya Konsumen yang merupakan hubungan antara kekuatan pasar, proses konsumsi, serta karakteristik kunci dari suatu hal yang dipahami sebagai suatu budaya. Proses konsumsi pun erat kaitannya dengan hubungan antara konsumen dan perusahaan penyedia barang atau jasa. Salah satu hal penting dalam hubungan tersebut adalah loyalitas pelanggan yang dipengaruhi beberapa faktor, antara lain kualitas pelayanan serta kepuasan dari konsumen. Kedua faktor ini yang menjadi obyek dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan yang digunakan sebagai subyek penelitian adalah CV. Saga Selaras Pratama atau biasa disebut Toko Saga yang bergerak bidang peralatan rumah tangga, alat tulis,  dan mainan anak yang berdiri pada 2014 dan berlokasi di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dari kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan yang merupakan faktor utama loyalitas konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dari penelitian ini tidak diketahui karena keterbatasan data yang dimiliki Toko Saga. Sedangkan untuk sampel penelitian menggunakan metode non-probabilitas dengan metode sampling aksidental dengan taraf kesalahan sebesar 10%. Jumlah sampel data yang digunakan sebesar 272 responden. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif kualitas pelayan dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen.

Abstract

Researchers want to know that is not happen in the process interpersonal communication as well as improvement interpersonal communication between shelter comitee and foster kids in the Sanggar Merah Merdeka, which ultimately determine the achievement of the shelter's goals. This study uses quantitative descriptive methods that are used to describe and analyze social events and activities, as well as beliefs, attitudes, perceptions, and thoughts individually or in groups to get a picture of the effectiveness of interpersonal communication carried out in daily life between the comitee of the "Sanggar Belajar Merah Merdeka" with his foster kids. Based on research results. messages according to the purpose of the studio, communication channels, communicant, interference, feedback in the shelter activities daily. Nothing to miss about demonstrates openness, empathy, communication supporting attitudes, positive attitudes, and equality also always emerge.

Abstract

Made Subdistrict of Sambikerep, Surabaya is an area that is very close to Ciputra University campus building complex which is only about 3 km away.  The large number of migrants living in the area ranging from those who work in offices and students is a huge opportunity for residents of the Made Subdistrict to open catering business. This was the main reason underlying Ms. Alfiah to open a heavy food supply business. Ms. Alfiah is a housewife who loves cooking. Come from Lamongan Regency and has lived in the Made Subdistrict area for quite a long time. The problems faced by the business partners of Okay La Beb Catering are limited marketing: The catering business owner Oke La Beb has not implemented a marketing strategy that reaches more customers, the technology used is not maximal, often there are no transactions simply because she does not have any knowledge how to use technology for marketing. The solution is to provide basic knowledge of marketing strategies through integrated marketing communication, guiding the use of digital technology in marketing communications. Through community service activities conducted, Ms. Alfiah can use online media, namely Whatsapp (personal messenger) and (Instagram) social media in marketing. Keywords: online media, catering, digital technology, marketing communication

Abstract

Craft is one of the oldest cultures in the world. In this modern era, the craft has become one of the export engines in Indonesia, especially in the Indonesian creative economy subsector and with this the craft has become the third largest contributor to gross domestic product (GDP). This has become one of the supporting factors that led to the emergence of new ventures or new businesses in East Java engaged in the craft industry. Remile is a new venture business engaged in the field of crafts, namely leather crafts, based in Surabaya. In late 2017, the Remile company began to create and implement a marketing plan which ultimately led to significant sales. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing Remile's marketing plan in the form of a marketing mix, which was created and used to drive sales Remile products significantly with descriptive methods that use data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews and structured interviews. Based on the result of the interviews, Remile make several stages or sequences in its making of their marketing mix starting with the creation of a marketing plan to marketing mix that aims to maximize and provide effectiveness Remile in carrying out marketing.

Abstract

Foto jurnalistik fenomenal karya fotografer Joshua irwandi yang di ambil untuk National Geographic merupakan foto yang berhasil menarik simpati ribuan orang dari berbagai belahan dunia. Berbagai media massa online serta individu pengguna media sosial memiliki tafsir yang beraneka ragam mengenai foto tersebut. Foto jurnalistik ini menjadi masalah yang laik untuk diteliti karena muncul berbagai pro dan kontra dari berbagai sisi. Semiotika model Barthes memungkinkan kajian yang mampu menjangkau wilayah kebudayaan lain yang terkait dengan popular culture dan media massa juga dalam foto jurnalistik ini. Hasil dari analisis semiotika yang pertama adalah cara pengambilan gambar dalam penelitian ini dapat berfungsi sebagai penanda. Selanjutnya kesan pertama yang muncul saat melihat foto tersebut adalah jenazah layaknya mumi. Yang terakhir adalah atmosphere yang muncul dari gambar tersebut adalah sepi dan sendiri.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi membuat manusia terpapar akan seluruh informasi yang ada dalamruang dan waktu. Manusia juga dapat berinteraksi satu sama lain secara instan dan ruang sudah tidak menjadi masalahuntuk komunikasi melalui dunia digital. Akibatnya, seluruh informasi yang tersebar di dunia virtual akan tersimpanuntuk digunakan dalam waktu kini hingga waktu kedepan. Salah satu arsip informasi tersebut berupa media sosialFacebook yang membuat interaksi festival virtual bagi pengguna internet. Perspektif konstruktivis yang membantupembangunan identitas kultural Belu, NTT, di dunia digital menjadi pandangan penelitian ini, dimana identitaskultural direpresentasikan dari adat istiadat melalui Festival Forohai. Berberapa ritual adat tersebut berupa Fohon Hareyang berada di Desa Matabesi, Ukun Badu dan Hasa’e Kakaluk di Desa Mandeu Raimanus, An Tama di DesaDuarato-Nualain, hingga ritual Nokar Ui dan Bei Gege Asu di Desa Dirun. Abstract

This study aims to determine the activities of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) which is the preference of students at private universities X in Surabaya. This research is a quantitative type of research using the slovin method and stratified random sampling combined with purposive sampling as a sampling method. Existing data is processed using SPSS Statistics so that the data is presented in tabular form as data analysis. The results of this study were to find several IMC activities that were considered the most interesting by these college students, starting from the most popular ones namely sales promotion (42%) and followed by personal sales, and advertising. In this study also known some IMC activities that are considered unattractive or even unknown by students in this tertiary institution starting from those considered unattractive or unknown such as events and experiences (31%), then following with direct marketing activities, and finally is an advertisement where some unknown or uninterested students are found.

Abstract

Berita tentang COVID-19 saat ini tengah menjadi trending topic di dunia karena telah mempengaruhi perekonomian dunia dalam berbagai sektor. Terlebih lagi pandemi yang mulai tinggi di Indonesia sejak Maret 2020 ini menjadi headline yang ramai diperbincangkan. Penularan virus yang terjadi secara masif membuat peningkatan jumlah orang yang terinfeksi setiap harinya. Media massa dari tiap negara memiliki cara yang berbeda-beda dalam memproduksi berita tentang COVID-19. Terkhusus di Jawa Timur yang sempat menjadi Provinsi tertinggi jumlah pasien terinfeksi Covid-19, media pun turut ramai memberitakan hal tersebut. Media berita berperan aktif dalam membingkai isu-isu COVID-19 salah satunya perihal kebijakan yang telah dikeluarkan oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur guna mendorong patisipasi publik dalam menanggulangi penyebaran virus Covid-19. Untuk melihat fenomena tersebut menggunakan metode framing berita yang disampaikan oleh Beritajatim.com dan Jawapos.com mengenai kebijakan pemerintah Jawa Timur dalam menghadapi pandemic Covid-19. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan ada dua sudut pandang berbeda yang dilakukan oleh kedua media dalam melakukan pembingkaian berita. Namun, walau adanya sudut pandang yang berbeda tetap saja bersifat mendukung kebijakan yang pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur keluarkan.

Abstract

The increasing number of tourist visits made in Indonesia, of course, must be balanced with the increase in hotels in Indonesia. One of them is in Surabaya, in that city many hotels, from non-star to five-star, are built in the city. This study aims to determine whether workload and compensation affect employee loyalty at Hotel Tanjung Surabaya. The data collection technique used is saturated sampling, where samples are taken from the entire population. The sample used in the study was 30 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods, data collection methods use a few interviews and questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using software called Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study prove that compensation and workload have a significant positive effect on employee loyalty.

Abstract

Throughout the pandemic, all levels of society still want to continue to carry out their normal lives and activities. Including in carrying out life as individuals and in society. An example of this is community service activities that have a positive impact on the dynamics of community life. Community service is also an activity that fosters self-awareness of one’s surroundings. This self-awareness allows people to pay more attention, as a symbol of humanity. Humanity itself is an essential nature of humans that distinguishes them from other creatures. As a human being, it is something that must be done to have a greater sense of humanity towards others. The method that can be done to create a greater sense of humanity is community service. Community service can be done by anyone, including students who are studying. This activity will provide great learning in terms of socialization and living as a community side by side. Community service can be done. One of which is by socializing the positive activities that are carried out by suburban child service organizations in Surabaya. This will have an impact on the community who lacks awareness to know and participate in community service. One of them is by participating in campaigning and promoting childcare organizations to the community. One small thing that is implemented for a good purpose will shape the character and character, especially of the younger generation of Indonesia to be improved. Improving the nature and character will create leaders who have a high social spirit and that is what is needed by the Indonesian state.
