Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan weight training terhadap hasil cengkraman bantingan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pre-eksperimen dengan One Group Pretest-Postest Design. Jumlah sample 30 atlet. Dari hasil pengelolaan data dan analisis data diketahui bahwa latihan weight training berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil cengkraman bantingan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ternyata memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan dengan nilai rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 16%. yang menandakan terhadap pengaruh cengkraman bantingan pada atlet silat tadjimalela.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pola latihan bertahap pada dinding terhadap penguasaan passing atas pada atlet bola voli junior. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Desain yang digunakan adalah “The One Group pretest Posttest Design” yaitu dilakukan tanpa kelompok kontrol atau pembanding hanya pada satu kelompok. Dalam penelian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah anggota club bola voli bilzia berjumlah 50 orang.  15 orang yang menjadi peserta dari populasi penelitian club bola voli bilzia yang berada di Majalengka dipilih sebagai sampel oleh peneliti. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah AAHPER face wall-volley test yaitu memantulkan bola ke tembok menggunakan passing atas. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pola latihan bertahap pada dinding terhadap penguasaan passing atas pada atlet bola voli junior dengan peningkatan rata – rata dari 16,60  menjadi 20.47, nilai uji normalitas dari 0,376 menjadi 0,409 dengan data berdistribusi normal. Nilai uji paired sampel t test dihasilkan sig (2-tailed) dengan hasil 0,00. Serta uji R square sebesar 0.718. Kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pola latihan bertahap pada dinding terhadap penguasaan passing atas pada atlet bola voli junior. Hal tersebut dibuktikan oleh hasil pengolahan data menggunakan uji paired sampel t test bahwa nilai sig (2-tailed) lebih kecil dari nilai yang ditentukan maka dapat dikatakan Ha diterima dan besaran pengaruh tersebut sebesar 71,8%. Dan terdapat pengaruh yang cukup tinggi pola latihan bertahap pada dinding terhadap penguasaan passing atas permainan bola voli. Tingkat keberpengaruhan tersebut ditunjukan dari hasil uji menggunakan uji R square.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran berdasarkan gender terhadap hasil belajar guling depan siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan quasi eksperimen dengan desain factorial dengan populasi sebanyak 312 siswa dengan sampel 40 orang siswa kelas VII di SMP N 1 Katapang. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan rubrik penilaian guling depan. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 2020. Hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara model pembelajaran Problem base learning dan Direct Intruction terhadap hasil belajar guling depan siswa SMP N 1 Katapang. Kemudian terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan gender. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini untuk peserta didik putra untuk peningkatan hasil belajar guling depan lebih baik menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem base learning sedangkan untuk peserta didik putri menggunakan model pembelajaran Direct Intruction.

Abstract

This research aims to improve students' accuracy skills in performing basic bounce pass technical movements through the traditional game of deer hunting. This research was carried out at SDN Cipageran Mandiri II in the PJOK subject, with the research subjects being class III-A students for the 2023/2024 academic year, with 30 students consisting of 14 boys and 16 girls. The research method used is Classroom Action Research with a research design using the Kemmis and McTaggart model, which focuses on continuous reflection and action cycles. This classroom action research includes planning, implementing actions, monitoring, evaluating, analyzing, and reflecting. Data was collected at the monitoring and evaluation stage using student activity observation sheets and teacher activity sheets. Then, the data was analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of the first research cycle obtained a completeness score of 50%, or as many as 15 people had completed it. In cycle II, there was a completeness score of 86%, or as many as 26 people had finished it. Meanwhile, in cycle III, 100% or 30 people had reached completion. This shows that the actions teachers and students took in the first, second, and third cycles can be said to have completed learning. Based on the results above, deer hunting games can improve bounce pass accuracy results.

Abstract

This research aims to improve students' backhand short-serve skills in badminton learning through a peer teaching-learning model. The subjects in this research were class IV students at SDN Bongkok, consisting of 11 female students and 15 male students. The research method uses classroom action research (PTK) with a quantitative, qualitative approach, with a Kemmis and Mc Taggart model research design that focuses on reflection and continuous action cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This data analysis was carried out qualitatively and quantitatively. Based on the data analysis, the learning outcomes were that in cycle 1, 50% or 13 students were declared complete; in cycle 2, 76.92% or 20 students were completed; and in cycle 3, 100% were declared complete. For student activity in cycle 1, it was 72.11, increasing in cycle 2 to 80.12, and in cycle 3, it reached 90.70. The IPKG 1 and IPKG 2 assessments also increase each cycle; in cycle 1, the IPKG 1 is 69%, IPKG 2 70%; in the second cycle, IPKG 1 is 77%, IPKG 2 is 80% and increases at the end of cycle 3, namely IPKG 1 98.8 IPKG 2 100 %. In conclusion, the application of the peer teaching-learning model in badminton learning can improve students' learning outcomes for backhand short-serve skills.

Abstract

Sport is a place for humans to explore motion. To improve agility in futsal, researchers will apply a circuit training model, Which offers many positive changes in students. This study is because agility in extracurricular futsal participants at SDN Ambit is still lacking, and agility training is not good because players do not master futsal. This study aims to determine the effect of applying the training circuit model in increasing agility in extracurricular futsal participants of SDN Ambit. This study used a pre-experimental method with the "One Group Pretest-Posttest Design" design. The population of this study was extracurricular participants of SDN Ambit. The data analysis technique used by this study is a paired sample t-test. The results were obtained to determine the effect of applying the training circuit model in increasing agility in futsal extracurricular participants. Until this research, the number of 16 students from Situraja sub-district of SDN Ambit Ambit Village. This study is a population because the entire sample is the total population. The research instrument uses an Illinois run test. After the students were given the treatment given to the research subjects, which showed a value of t = -6.536 with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, if < 0.05, it can be concluded that H1 is accepted. The conclusion obtained is that there is a significant influence on the results of applying the training circuit model in increasing agility in doing futsal sports, using the training circuit model first.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the improvement in learning outcomes in the game of volleyball by modifying learning tools and media for class V SDN Gunung Sari. The type of research used is classroom action research (PTK). The research subjects were fifth-grade students at SDN Gunung Sarı, totalling 23 students. The data collection techniques used are observation, tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The research results found that using modified learning tools and media can improve learning outcomes in volleyball for class V students at SDN Gunung Sari. The analysis results significantly improved from pre-cycle, cycle I, cycle II, and cycle III. The results of learning the volleyball game in the pre-cycle in the complete category were 39% or nine students. The results of learning the volleyball game in cycle I in the whole category were 65% or 15 students. The results of learning the game of volleyball in cycle II in the complete category were 82% or 19 students, and in cycle III in the whole category, it was 100% or 23 students. This research concludes that the application of modified learning tools and learning media in volleyball games can improve learning outcomes for class V students at SDN Gunung Sari.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of ladder drill media in increasing motivation to learn sprinting at the Cinarengta Sumedang State Elementary School. This research uses a quantitative approach with experiments, meaning that a sample is given a treatment. The research design used was One Group Pretest- Posttest Design. The research involved 22 samples, with 13 men and nine women. This research has several stages, the first of which is a pretest; this stage is to see students' motivation before being given treatment using a learning motivation questionnaire, and the second stage is given treatment with ladder drill exercises for 12 meetings. The third stage is the posttest, which looks at the results after being given treatment to see an increase in motivation using a learning motivation questionnaire—a random sampling technique. Based on the results of the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, the overall pretest and posttest data show that the pretest sig value is 0.136 (p<0.05), posttest 0.365 (p<0.05), so it can be concluded that the values ​​are normally distributed. Then, it was tested using a paired sample t-test, and the average increase was -6.5000. The sig-paired t-test value is <0.05, which is 0.000. then there are results. Ngain Score is 0.7, which means 0.7>0.76, which is effective. The Percent Value is 76.4773%, which is >76%, meaning the treatment is effective. With a percentage increase of 33%, these results show that the influence of ladder drill media increases motivation to learn to run fast. In conclusion, there is an increased motivation to learn to run fast with effective results. Keyword: ladder drill, fast running, motivation to learn

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the effect of the game of cat and mouse on speed results in learning to sprint for class V students at SDN Dahniar. This research uses a quantitative pre-experiment method, one group pretest and posttest. Based on the normality test results, it is known that the overall pretest data 0.062 and posttest 0.034 > 0.05 are normally distributed. Then, it was tested using the paired sample T-test, where the average initial test value of the initial test was 2.85 while the final test value was 3.40 so that the average value of both was -0.550 with a sig value of paired T-test samples >0.05, namely 0.142. This shows that there is no influence of the cat and mouse game on the results of the sprint learning speed of class V students at Dahniar State Elementary School, and the cat and mouse game of class V students of Dahniar State Elementary School cannot influence the results of sprint learning speed. The conclusion is that the game of cat and mouse does not influence the results of learning to sprint. Keywords: Games, Influence, Print Running Learning Results

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to explore high jump techniques with rubber rope media at Tegalsari State Elementary School class V, in order to improve student learning outcomes and skills in performing high jumps. The method used in this research is experimental method with the research design applied is pretest-posttest group. Based on the research and the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the high jump learning process using rubber band aids can be used as a model or strategy for learning high jump for class V SDN Tegalsari. The data that has been collected by researchers obtained the results of 12 students or 85.71% reaching the target, 2 students did not do it seriously.Keywords: High Jump, Rubber Bracelet  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi teknik lompat tinggi dengan media tali karet di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Tegalsari kelas V, guna meningkatkan hasil belajar dan keterampilan siswa dalam melakukan lompat tinggi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian yang diterapkan adalah pretest-posttest group. Berdasarkan penelitian dan hasil analisi yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses pembelajaran lompat tinggi dengan menggunakan alat bantu karet gelang dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu model atau strategi pembelajaran lompat tinggi untuk kelas V SDN Tegalsari. Data yang sudah dikumpulkan peneliti diperoleh hasil 12 siswa atau 85,71% mencapai target, 2 siswa tidak melakukan dengan sungguh-sungguh.Kata Kunci: Lompat Tinggi, Karet Gelang
