Abstract

Abstrak: Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan di Bandar Lampung dan Lampung Selatan Darmajaya oleh Dosen Darmajaya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing melalau peningkatan pengetahuan serta keterampilan terkait digital marketing, total quality management dan laporan keuangan. Target dari pengabdian yaitu untuk meningkatkan penjualan melalui website, meningkatkan mutu produk agar mampu bersaing dan meningkatkan kemampuan pembukuan. Kegiatan ini dihadiri UMKM dari Serikat Saudagar Nasional (SSN) yang berasal dari kota bandar lampung 45 orang, dan UMKM dari desa jati lampung selatan 15 orang. Metode pengabdian ini dibagi menjadi tiga bagian yaitu pertama Presentasi paparan terkait motivasi, kedua keterampilan memasukkan produk ke web dan ketiga membangun instrument peningkatan mutu. Kegiatan ini berlangsung dari tanggal 18-20 Desember 2021. Hasil Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan menunjukkan ada tambahan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan melalui teori dan praktek UMKM terkait digital marketing menjadi 85%, Total Quality Management 80%, dan HPP menjadi 83%. Hasil realisasi pengetahun terlihat pada meningkatnya pemasaran produk yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan website jatiindahstore.com dan lampungberdaya.ac.id.Abstract: The community service carried out in Bandar Lampung and South Lampung Darmajaya by Darmajaya lecturers aims to increase competitiveness through increasing knowledge and skills related to digital marketing, total quality management and financial reports. The target of the service is to increase sales through the website, improve product quality to be able to compete and improve bookkeeping skills. This activity was attended by 45 people from the National Merchant Union (SSN) from the Bandar Lampung city, and 15 SMEs from the Jati Lampung village in the south. This service method is divided into three parts: firstly, presentation of exposure related to motivation, secondly skills in entering products on the web and thirdly building quality improvement instruments. This activity took place from 18-20 December 2021. The results of community service carried out showed that there was additional knowledge and skills through MSME theory and practice related to digital marketing to 85%, Total Quality Management 80%, and HPP to 83%. The results of the realization of knowledge can be seen in the increase in product marketing carried out using the Jatiindahstore.com and Lampungberdaya.ac.id websites.

Abstract

Panda Mandarin Course merupakan tempat kursus belajar Bahasa Mandarin yang memiliki 3 tingkatan kelas, yaitu Elementary 1, Elementary 2, dan Elementary 3 dimana setiap kelas memiliki tingkat kesulitan yang berbeda-beda. Pada saat ini sistem ujian yang diterapkan di Panda Mandarin Course adalah ujian secara konvensional. Namun ujian secara konvensional memiliki beberapa kekurangan, yaitu guru harus membuat soal setiap kali ujian di laksanakan, membutuhkan banyak kertas, dan guru harus memeriksa ujian terlebih dahulu untuk mengetahui hasil yang di dapat setiap murid. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, dibangun sebuah sistem yang dapat mempermudah jalannya ujian. Sistem ini disebut Computer Based Test. Dengan adanya Computer Based Test, maka ujian dapat dijalankan dengan komputer, sistem juga dapat menilai hasil ujian secara langsung setelah murid menyelesaikan ujian. Sistem ini juga diimplementasikan dengan algoritma Fisher-Yates agar setiap soal dan jawaban yang diterima oleh murid dapat teracak. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mengurangi tindakan kecurangan yang dilakukan oleh murid. Setelah sistem dianalisis, terjadi kemunculan soal yang sama sebanyak 44% dan terjadi kemunculan soal yang sama pada nomor urut yang sama sebanyak 14% yang mengindikasikan kemungkinan terjadinya kemunculan soal yang sama di waktu yang bersamaan pada 2 orang murid sangatlah kecil. Juga diketahui rata-rata kemunculan soal adalah sebesar 3,33%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Gugus Kendali Mutu dan Produktivitas Kerja. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 173 responden dari UMKM di Provinsi Lampung. Itu digunakan untuk melakukan proses data. Selanjutnya, 173 responden tersebut dibagi menjadi 114 UMKM GKM dan 59 UMKM Non-GKM. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan 15 variabel untuk mengukur Gugus Kendali Mutu dan Produktivitas Kerja. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa ada hasil yang signifikan dalam beberapa variabel Gugus Kendali Mutu terhadap variabel Produktivitas Kerja. Itu menunjukkan bahwa 15 variabel instrumen berhasil mengukur dampak Gugus Kendali Mutu dan Produktivitas. Selain itu, ditemukan perbedaan hasil antara UMKM GKM dan UMKM Non-GKM di Provinsi Lampung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah ataupun model metode WP dan metode Topsis, serta membandingkan hasil analisis kedua metode tersebut, terkait pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan penerima raskin di kecamatan way pengubuan lampung tengah. Penyerapan tenaga kerja yang rendah serta kemampuan sumber daya manusia yang kurang memadai membuat kehidupan masyarakat dibawah garis kemiskinan. Usaha pemerintah dengan meluncurkan berbagai jenis bantuan tidak membuat tingkat kemiskinan berkurang. Beberapa faktor penyebabnya antara lain pemberian bantuan tidak tepat sasaran dan kriteria yang digunakan sebagai dasar penilaian belum maximal. Pemilihan metode harus sesuai untuk mengantisipasi kesalahan terhadap data yang akan digunakan. Metode Weighted Product (WP) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) bagian dari Multi-Attribut Decision Making (MADM) digunakan untuk melakukan perangkingan terhadap keseluruhan alternatif dari kriteria dan subkriteria yang telah ditentukan. Implementasi kedua metoda terhadap kesepuluh alternatif (Kecamatan way pengubuan lampung tengah) ternyata memberikan hasil yang sangat baik mengunakan dua metode ini. Dan hasil perhitungan kedua metode ini berbeda maka disimpulkan hasil terkecillah yang terbaik adalah Topsis dengan nilai: 0,070137683

Abstract

Pengabdian dengan judul “Silent Monitoring and Cyber Law Awareness” ini bertujuan untuk memberikan dampak positif bagi siswa pada sisi psikologis melalui sistem monitoring, yang akan membuat siswa merasa selalu terawasi meski tidak ada guru maupun orang tua di setiap aktivitasnya dimanapun ia berada. Sehingga perilaku siswa menjadi terdidik dan terbiasa dengan sikap dan akhlak seperti yang dicita-citakan oleh pendidikan nasional Indonesia. Sekolah mendapat dukungan besar dalam hal pengawasan terhadap siswa, serta dampak yang positif kepada sistem monitor yang sudah dimiliki oleh sekolah dengan dilengkapi pengawasan sampai pada tingkat per siswa setiap saat dengan diterapkannya aplikasi monitoring yang diberi nama Safe Minor dan workshop monitoring dan cyberlaw. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan PKM tersebut mampu meningkatan pemahaman mitra sebesar 90% terkait pengoperasian dan teknik penerapan aplikasi monitoring (Safe Minor). Kata kunci : silent monitoring and cyber law

Abstract

Information services application for students, is one of the form of loyalty from Universities to the students to be active and not left behind in existing information. Student information services previously informed through wall magazine, banner or brochures, this has not been delivered properly and didn't have any activities data either extracurricular activities or intracurricular activities.  Regarding to all interested parties in IBI Darmajaya especially give best service to the student hence the importance of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Application to increase the flow of information needed by students, increasing student interest in every activity, having a database of the most interested activities and to accommodate IBI Darmajaya's interest. The data used in this research is all the activities information in the student affair, processed through Rational Unified Process (RUP) method with four phases done in sequence and iterative where each iteration can be used to fix iteration with visual programming language, hence resulting a well produced CRM application for information services. Keywords : CRM Application, Information,  and SDLC.

Abstract

There were many database methods for managing data. They were widespread industries that had a huge success. The method used in this study was the relational database method and the graph database. The relational database method was considered as the standard for over thirty years. The graph database consisted of several components e.g., nodes, edges, and properties that represented the data storage. The graph database provided index-free adjacency, which meant that each element contained a direct pointer which was adjacent to the elements and no longer required an index lookup. These databases can be more scaled to the larger datasets as they generally did not require a "joint" operation. Abstract

The implementation of technology information and communication is needed in the field of education and business as a tool for carrying out businesses. It changes all patterns and ways in all fields, especially in a field of businesses so that a company must use information technology in order to be a competitive organization. Information technology service quality and continuous improvements are the important factor used to encounter competitions, to improve performances, and to provide customer satisfaction. Informatics and Business Institute (IBI) Darmajaya is one of the private universities that use the information technology for academic activities. One of the information technologies used by IBI Darmajaya was the Academic Information System. This objective of this research was providing convenience for companies or colleges on IT services to measure the maturity level of the IT service quality using the Knowledge Management System-based Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 framework. This system was designed to obtain online IT service rates about the information technology quality so that the current level of information technology that the current maturity and the expected maturity were known. Abstract

This research discussed the analysis and development of the software as a service-based (SAAS) private cloud computing system at State Senior High School 1 Metro. The objective of this study was providing both theoretical and practical benefits especially for State Senior High School 1 Metro so that it presented an integrated data center for the future. The SaaS-based private cloud computing system was discussed only through the prototype model. The objective of this study was developing the SaaS-based private cloud computing system for sharing data or files (e.g., student data, teacher data, academic files, and learning files) at The State Senior High School 1 Metro. The data collecting technique used in this study were through observations and interviews. The result of the data analysis was that The State Senior High School 1 Metro needed a software-based private cloud computing application that was able to be accessed by students, teachers, and academic staff. The result of this study was that the software-based private cloud computing application was able to facilitate State The Senior High School 1 Metro to access the data and files because the data and files needed to be integrated.Keywords: Private Cloud Computing, Software as a Service (SaaS), Prototype

Abstract

The MSME must always improve the quality of their products and services in the global competition era. The achieving a performance in an organization can be seen from the organization objectives. It can be measured by quantitative or qualitative method. Total Quality Management (TQM) is a very competitive tool in improving the quality of products or services from MSMEs. This research was conducted by taking research places in MSMEs in Indonesia, especially in Lampung and Surabaya Provinces. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the influence of the constraints that MSMEs faced on performance. This type of research was quantitative. The populations in this study were all MSMEs in Lampung and Surabaya Provinces. The sampling technique was probability sampling. Research data was collected using documentation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques were factor analysis and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS data processing. The results of the study showed the resistance variables formed from latent attributes. They are two factor variables. Obstacle factor variables had proven that they have a positive and significant relationship to financial and non-financial performance, but in the partial test, it proved that only two factors had a significant positive relationship to performance with a 95% confidence level.                                          Keyword: Obstacles, Organizational Performance, Total Quality Management, Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)
