Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan kemudahan kepada Perguruan Tinggi XYZ untuk mengetahui kinerja ataupun kualitas layanan teknologi informasi Sistem Informasi Akademik yang digunakan dengan cara membandingkan tingkat kematangan teknologi informasi kondisi saat sekarang (Current Maturity) dan kondisi yang akan datang (Expected Maturity), hasilnya merupakan gap analisis dan rekomendasi-rekomendasi untuk perbaikan kualitas layanan teknologi informasi. Audit teknologi informasi pada Perguruan Tinggi digunakan untuk mengetahui kapabillitas teknologi informasi yang digunakan. Audit teknologi informasi ini menggunakan framework ITIL V.3, dengan alasan metode tersebut lebih mudah digunakan dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk memperbaiki kinerja teknologi informasi guna meningkatkan kepuasan stakeholder, kami menjadikan objek audit teknoogi informasi di Perguruan Tinggi XYZ adalah Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD). Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi langsung ke Perguruan Tinggi XYZ dengan wawancara ke bagian pengembang dan pengguna teknologi informasi dan menyebarkan kuesioner

Abstract

Transformasi digital didefinisikan sebagai sebuah proses perubahan yang bertumpu pada teknologi informasi dalam rangka meningkatkan daya saing sebuah organisasi. Namun, transformasi digital tidak hanya tentang teknologi, tetapi mencakup seluruh aspek organisasi mulai dari SDM, proses bisnis/kerja, budaya dan teknologi. Bedasarkan masalah yang ada, pemecahan masahnya yaitu menganalisis faktor-faktor peting dari hasil Analisis Value Chain, Analisis CSF, Analisis SWOT, Analisis McFarlan Strategic Grid dan Ananlisis GAP yang diperlukan dalam mengembangkan suatu sistem infomasi yang selaras dengan rencana strategis organisasi. Dari data hasil responden siswa, staf dan guru dengan menggunakan metode versi ward dan peppard, SMK Negeri 1 Sukadana perlu merancang portofolio, mengembangkan dan mengelola sistem informasi sekolah dalam menyongsong transformasi digital untuk menghasilkan lulusan sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri di era digital.Hasil dari penyusunan perencanaan strategis Teknologi Informasi dengan menggunakan Ward dan Peppard berupa portofolio masa yang akan datang yang dijadikan sebagai pedoman dalam pelaksanan pengembangan Teknologi Informasi pada SMK Negeri 1 Sukadana

Abstract

In solving the problem of the accuracy of the selected algorithm if it is applied to a prototype application in predicting applicants for assistance with houses of worship facilities in Pringsewu District using data mining classification methods. In solving the problem using the rough set algorithm method and Naive Bayes from the results of the discussion carried out, it can draw conclusions Rough set algorithm and the resulting rule has the highest level of accuracy that is 92% Rough set algorithm model is included in the category of excellent classification and can be implemented in determining predictions more potential grant funding. The rules generated by the Rough set algorithm are applied in the prototype prediction of the grant of houses of worship grants with 92% accuracy of prototype verification testing results. Based on the accuracy of the resulting prototype shows that the methods and prototypes that are applied are good at predicting better results. Naïve Bayes algorithm has an accuracy level of 77% The Naïve Bayes algorithm model is included in the category of good classification and can be implemented in determining the prediction of grants but because the value of the rough set algorithm is higher then the naïve Bayes algorithm is not used to determine the prototype.

Abstract

Kartu Indonesia Pintar merupakan bagian dari kebijakan dari Presiden Ir. Joko Widodo. Penerima program Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP)  untuk kalangan siswa-siswi yang bersekolah seringkali tidak tepat sasaran. Di dalam proses pengambilan keputusan siapa yang berhak atas KIP belum jelas aturannya khususnya di SMA Negeri 1 Kotagajah. Proses pengambilan keputusan masih menggunakan input data yang dilakukan oleh operator sekolah melalui aplikasi DAPODIK, sehingga pengambilan keputusan penerima KIP banyak yang tidak tepat sasaran. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) yang dapat memperhitungkan segala kriteria yang mendukung pengambilan keputusan guna membantu, mempercepat dan mempermudah proses pengambilan keputusan dalam penentuan penerima KIP. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan adalah metode clustering. Metode clustering yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode K-Means Clustering dan Average Linkage Clustering.

Abstract

In this paper, we report the benchmarking results of Hyperledger,  a Distributed Ledger, which is the derivation Blockchain Technology.  Method to evaluate Hyperledger in a limited infrastructure is developed. Themeasured infrastructure consists of 8 nodes with a load of up to 20000 transactions/second. Hyperledger consistently runs all evaluation, namely, for 20,000 transactions, the run time 74.30s, latency 73.40ms latency, and 257 tps. The benchmarking of Hyperledger shows better than a database system in a high workload scenario. We found that the maximum size data volume in one transaction on the Hyperledger network is around ten (10) times of MySQL. Also, the time spent on processing a single transaction in the blockchain network is 80-200 times faster than MySQL. This initial analysis can provide an overview for practitioners in making decisions about the adoption of blockchain technology in their IT systems.

Abstract

In the field of medicine, the use of data mining has a quite important and evolutionary role that can change the perspective of doctors, practitioners and health researchers in the process of detecting breast cancer in a patient. There are 2 classification applications in it, namely the process of diagnosing (diagnosing) cancer cells that distinguishes between tumors (benign cancer) or malignant cancer and prognosis (prognosis) to determine the possibility of reappearance of cancer cells in patients who have been operated on in the future. Data mining aims to describe new findings in the dataset and explain a process that uses statistical, mathematical, artificial intelligence, and machine learning techniques to extract and identify useful information and related knowledge from the database.Classification with data mining can be done using several methods, namely Decision Tree, K-Nearest Neighbor, Naive Bayes, ID3, CART, Linear Discriminant Analysis, etc., which certainly have advantages and disadvantages of each. But in this study, the author focuses on the classification of data mining using the Support Vector Mechine and Deccision Tree algorithms.This study will analyze the Breast Cancer Wisconsin Original data set obtained from the UCI Machine Learning Repository (repository of research data) to classify breast cancer malignancies. This time the author correlates between the Decision Tree classifier algorithm which has good ability to process large databases as a feature selection, then with a proper and relevant SVM Method used in analyzing and diagnosing breast breast cancer patients because it has accurate results for existing problems and several bases . Keywords— Data Mining, diagnosis, Decision Tree, SVM Method

Abstract

Information is one of the most important factors at this time, especially for organizations that use information technology (IT) as a supporter of their business processes. Lampung Post is a company that uses IT to support its business processes. But in its development, technological progress is also used as an opportunity to commit crime in cyberspace or other media that are often known as cyber crime. Cyber crime is to take over the website and also change the contents of the website content that causes harm to the company and also company partners who are still in one group of companies. To maintain the security of corporate information systems, a technology or system with good information security management is needed to safeguard information assets and prevent activities that can harm the company. For this reason, an information system audit is needed to assess current and expected capability of corporate information technology governance. This research on auditing information systems uses the COBIT 5 framework to find solutions to improve corporate information technology governance systems and use a scale of 0-5 in determining the capability level assessment. Abstract

Postgraduate IIB Darmajaya in Management program in its curriculum offers concentration subjects in the third semester. Concentrations in the field of economics are grouped into three concentrations namely marketing, human resources (HR) and finance (Finance). In the third-semester students are required to choose one concentration of the field of economics according to their competence. But the obstacle is often found in the choice of concentration in the field of economics is that many students still unable recognize their interests and abilities. Besides, many students who choose the concentration in the field of economics only follow the most specialization, but do not follow based on their abilities. According to that, it requires the tool to able to provide decision support in term of selecting concentrations based on predetermined considerations. The methods used in solving this problem are Weighted Average Method and Tsukomoto Fuzzy FIS Method with 4 (four) input variables and 3 (three) output variables. Input variables consist of subject values, interest values, motivation values , and abilities. While the output variable consists of marketing concentration, human resources (HR) and finance (Finance) The sample was taken from second semester students of Master of Management.The test results show that the recommendation for the selection of the right concentration for these students is Financial specialization with a Defuzzification value of 65.91 higher than Marketing and Human Resources specialization which is 64,69 and 64,59, respectively Keywords: Decision Support System, Weighted Average Method, Tsukomoto Fuzzy FIS Method, Concentration

Abstract

Health care community is one of the social facilities that uses the developing information technology. The development of this information technology can be seen on the development of clinics and hospitals because they have developed the computerized systems. The access to the contents of the data is done by computerizing so that it will facilitate the data processing, saving time, effort and costs. The method used in this research was through Waterfall. This Waterfall method consisted of communication, planning, modeling, construction, deployment. The data collecting techniques used in this research were interview, observation and literature study. The implementation of this method was by the system analysis, the context diagram, the DFD, and the table relationships. To design and create this application used Netbeans 7.1.2, Java programming languages, MySql databases, and Xampp Webserver, The implementation of this application for the data management of the community health center in the Margodadi Village was able to help the data recording, the data processing, and the report making done by the staffs so that the administrators were able to search the data in this application. Keywords: Information System; Community Health Service Margodadi; Waterfall
