Abstract

Panti Asuhan Yatim Aisyiyah Muhammadiyah merupakan Panti Asuhan yang dimiliki oleh Organisasi Islam Muhammadiyah dengan jenjang pendidikan mulai dari SD hingga Perguruan Tinggi dan sebagian santri ada yang tidak sekolah formal. Jumlah Panti Asuhan Yatim Aisyiyah Muhammadiyah di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta adalah sebanyak 24 Panti Asuhan, menurut pengurus panti, ada beberapa kasus kekerasan yang terjadi di lingkungan panti namun belum ada penanganan secara khusus karena belum adanya pelatihan dan pembentukan tim pencegahan dan penanganan kasus kekerasan. Kegiatan pelatihan ini mendapatkan response yang sangat baik, tergambar dari jumlah peserta sebanyak 60 pengurus panti asuhan perwakilan panti asuhan yatim Muhammadiyah aisyiyah se-provinsi Yogyakarta hadir dalam kegiatan pelatihan serta pembentukan tim khusus anti kekerasan ini, tujuan pelatihan dan pembentukan tim ini adalah agar terjadi persamaan persepsi antar pengurus tentang alur dan mekanisme pencegahan serta penanganan kasus kekerasan sebagai upaya dalam menurunkan angka kekerasan dan potensi kekerasan di lingkungan panti asuhan.

Abstract

In the learning process, teachers still use lecture and discussion methods. Apart from that, the lack of multimedia-based teaching materials affects the level of student participation. This has an impact on low student learning outcomes. This research aims to analyze the influence of using interactive media based on Adobe Animate CC on student participation in history learning. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive analysis approach assisted by SPSS. The population in this study consisted of students in classes XI-1, XI-2, and XI-3, totaling 97 students. The entire population was used as the sample in this study. Data collection techniques in this research were through questionnaires, observation, documentation, and tests. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire sheet. The data analysis technique uses inferential statistical analysis. The results of this research indicate that the variable use of interactive media based on Adobe Animate CC has a significant influence on the variable of student participation in history learning.   The main results of this research prove that the use of Adobe Animate CC interactive media is very suitable for teachers to apply continuously in history learning because it can have a good impact on students, thereby increasing student participation in learning. The research implication is that the use of interactive media can increase students' interest and motivation in learning history, changing learning that is often considered boring into a more exciting and interactive experience.

Abstract

Objective : This study aims to develop a loyalty model for operational staff in vehicle handling terminal companies by analyzing the impact of Employee Engagement, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Trust, and Job Satisfaction on employee loyalty in two Vehicle Handling Terminal Companies in DKI Jakarta and Subang, West Java.Methodology : The research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and inferential statistics. Focus Group Discussions with experts validate the findings, involving a population of 87 operational staff members. Data is analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM).Research results : Descriptive statistics reveal that operational staff's perceptions of employee loyalty are satisfactory but need improvement. Regarding causality, Employee Engagement has a positive and significant impact on employee loyalty. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a negative and significant effect on employee loyalty. Employee organizational trust significantly influences employee loyalty, while job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on loyalty.The novelty of this research lies in explaining the loyalty model for operational staff in vehicle handling terminal companies through Employee Engagement, OCB, Organizational trust, and job satisfaction, with Employee Engagement being the dominant factor. Job satisfaction is explained by OCB and Organizational trust, but it does not mediate the relationship between Employee Engagement, OCB, Organizational trust, and employee loyalty

Abstract

Radikal bebas adalah molekul atau fragmen molekul yang memiliki satu atau lebih elektron tidak berpasangan dalam orbital atomnya. Pembentukan radikal bebas dapat terjadi ketika ikatan kovalen terpisah. Apel memiliki berbagai manfaat, termasuk menurunkan kolesterol darah, menstabilkan gula darah, menurunkan tekanan darah, bertindak sebagai agen antikanker, dan membantu program diet. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji aktivitas antioksidan dari ekstrak buah apel anna (Malus sylvestris) yang berasal dari Kota Batu, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Ekstrak buah apel anna diperoleh menggunakan pelarut etanol 70% dengan metode maserasi. Aktivitas antioksidan dievaluasi menggunakan sampel apel anna dari Kota Batu dengan metode penelitian eksperimental laboratorium. Hasil pengujian antioksidan menunjukkan bahwa nilai IC50 dari ekstrak apel anna adalah 2,1577 ppm, yang tergolong dalam kategori aktivitas antioksidan sangat kuat. Abstract

Digital transformation has driven fundamental changes in marketing practices, compelling companies to shift their focus beyond economic gain toward broader sustainability goals. Paid advertising and organic reach represent two primary approaches in digital marketing, each with distinct strategic advantages. The objective of this study is to compare the effectiveness of these two approaches in supporting sustainability performance, while also exploring the potential for their integration into a sustainability-oriented hybrid strategy. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method based on the PRISMA 2020 protocol, a total of 20 articles were selected and analysed from Scopus-indexed databases. The findings indicate that paid advertising is highly effective in achieving rapid reach and initial conversions, while organic reach is more effective in fostering long-term engagement and customer loyalty. The hybrid strategy is shown to be the optimal approach, combining the strengths of both methods in a synergistic manner. The present study makes a conceptual contribution to the field of sustainable digital marketing by offering a novel framework for industry practitioners to design strategies that balance operational efficiency with long-term sustainability objectives.

Abstract

Objective: This research aims to identify factors that influence lecturer performance and develop a model that can explain the relationship between achievement motivation, lecturer competence, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction with the performance of permanent lecturers in seven higher education schools in Region III Jakarta. Methodology: This research applies the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method involving 189 respondents who were randomly selected through questionnaire distribution with a 1-5 Likert scale . Research results: analysis results, lecturer performance can be explained by Achievement Motivation, Organizational Commitment, and Competence, with Lecturer Organizational Commitment being the most dominant variable. This research presents novelty through the application of a model that has never been used before in Lecturer Performance case studies, which integrates variables and dimensions from previous research. Although there have been many studies discussing Achievement Motivation, what is unique is that this research shows a negative and significant influence on Job Satisfaction. Apart from that, Job Satisfaction does not function as a mediator between lecturers' Achievement Motivation, Competence and Organizational Commitment on lecturers' performance.

Abstract

The main focus in evaluation is aspects such as policy foundations, program support, implementation processes, and success of HR programs
