The aim of the research carried out by the author is to analyze the composition of investment portfolios (asset allocation) that can provide the most optimal returns to provide high returns with certain risks. The approach used in this research is the case study method. The data analysis used is a descriptive method and a quantitative method, which is limited to the Pension Fund investment portfolio data at PT. IAI Financial for the 2019-2022 period. This research shows that the first proportion shows the average return generated is 12.5 with the same risk, namely 1.44. The second proportion uses the Markowitch approach. The average return generated is 5.20 with the same risk, namely 1.44. Based on the analysis of optimizing investment instruments at PT. IAI Financial above shows that the IAI Pension Fund investment results have not been able to provide optimal results, so the financial manager at PT. IAI Financial needs to look for new investment alternatives with proportions that can increase risk and return.

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of stock liquidity and capital structure on stock returns in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Companies with capital structures that are dominated by debt tend to be shunned by investors, because high debt is a burden they will bear when they become shareholders. Companies with a capital structure dominated by debt certainly provide smaller returns to shareholders due to the large cost of interest and debt so that the use of debt in the company gives a negative signal to investors. This study uses a quantitative research approach where researchers measure variables, test hypotheses, and draw conclusions from findings so that they can be generalized. Furthermore, it was concluded that stock liquidity has a significant positive effect on stock returns. This shows that the greater the liquidity of the company's shares, the higher the return on shares in the company. Capital structure has a significant negative effect on stock returns, this shows that the greater the capital structure in the company, the smaller the stock return obtained by the company. Company size (SIZE) does not have a significant effect on stock returns. This shows that the size of the company (SIZE) does not affect the return of shares in the company. The age of the company (AGE) does not have a significant effect on stock returns. This shows that the age of the company (AGE) does not affect the return on shares in the company. Growth Opportunity has a significant positive effect on stock returns, it shows that the greater the company's growth opportunity, the higher the stock return on the company

Net Profit Margin (NPM) is a profitability ratio that is widely used to assess a company's operational efficiency because it reflects the company's ability to control costs and convert sales into net profit. This study uses a qualitative descriptive literature review method by synthesizing national and international scientific articles that discuss NPM, profitability ratios, and company operational efficiency. The results of the study show that NPM is consistently used as the main indicator in assessing operational efficiency, but high sales are not always followed by an increase in NPM. In addition, repeated fluctuations in NPM indicate instability in operational efficiency even though the company is profitable. The novelty of this study lies in the identification of a conceptual pattern that positions NPM not only as a measure of static profitability, but also as a diagnostic tool for assessing the sustainability of a company's operational efficiency in the medium and long term. These findings contribute academically by enriching the understanding of the strategic role of NPM in evaluating a company's operational and financial performance.

This study aims to examine the influence of literasi keuangan, inklusi keuangan and self-efficacy on the sustainability of micro and small enterprises (a study of stainless steel entrepreneurs in Sidoarjo Regency). This is a quantitative study employing an associative-causal approach using primary data collected via a questionnaire distributed to 39 respondents. The sample for this study was determined using a saturated sample. The data were analysed using PLS-SEM via SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that literasi keuangan has a negative but insignificant effect on the sustainability of MSMEs, inklusi keuangan has a positive but insignificant effect on the sustainability of MSMEs, and self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the sustainability of MSMEs. Thus, psychological factors in the form of business owners’ self-efficacy are the primary determinants compared to technical factors such as literasi keuangan and access to finance in this study.

This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy, financial inclusion, and access to finance on MSME performance. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method with a structured questionnaire distributed to 91 MSME actors selected through random sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0 software to test the relationships among variables and evaluate the proposed hypotheses. The results reveal that financial inclusion and access to finance have a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. This indicates that broader access to formal financial services and easier access to external funding play an important role in improving business efficiency, productivity, and sustainability. In contrast, financial literacy does not show a significant effect on MSME performance, suggesting that financial knowledge alone is insufficient to enhance business outcomes without effective implementation and access to financial resources. The implications of this study highlight the importance of strengthening financial inclusion policies and improving financing accessibility for MSMEs. Financial institutions and policymakers should prioritize expanding access to financial services and supporting funding mechanisms rather than focusing solely on financial literacy programs. These findings contribute to a better understanding of the determinants of MSME performance and provide practical insights for improving business competitiveness and sustainability.
