Abstract

A manufacturing plant operating in Banten producing automotive-rubber parts has been experiencing customer complaints increase in period of 2017-2019. Process management contributing to overall quality performance is examined and improved to reduce the problem. This research proposes a model consisting of Top Management Policy, Vendor Control, Employee Participation, Process Management, Quality Performance, Sales Performance and Intangible Performance is proposed. Top management policy provides direction for the vendor control, employee participation encouragement and process control. These three variables simultaneously increase the product quality in the form of conforming requirements, delivering excellent service and minimizing customer complaints. Subsequently, this quality performance improves sales and intangible performance. Respondents of this study were 100 employees of PT. X. PLS software was used to process the data in order to obtain the direction and magnitude of influence between variables referring to the proposed model. The research shows that top management policy has significant effect to vendor control, participation and process control at values of 0.398, 0.480, and 0.487 subsequently. These three variables increase quality of product and service at values of 0.303, 0.426 and 0.188. The quality performance affects intangible at 0.252 but it does not affect sales.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Shopping Lifestyle, Hedonic Shopping Value, and Shopping Emotion on Impulse Buying of Shopee Consumers (study of the community in Ponorogo). The analytical technique used in this research is quantitative analysis technique using SPSS version 16 statistical program. This study involved 100 people ini Ponorogo as respondents. The result particially show that Shopping Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying, Hedonic Shopping Value has a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying, and Shopping Emotion has a significant and negative effect on Impulse Buying. While the result of study simultaneously show that three independent variable have a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying.

Abstract

Most people today still depend on being office employees rather than being entrepreneurs. This is what underlies the large number of unemployed, because existing companies cannot accommodate all prospective workers. The country of Indonesia still really needs new entrepreneurs because it is hoped that the increasing number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia can open up new job opportunities so that it can reduce the unemployment rateThis research aims to analyze the influence of Motivation, Entrepreneurship Knowledge and Family Environment on Entrepreneurial Interest in Management Study Program Students, Faculty of Economics, Muhammadiyah University, Ponorogo. The sample was Management Students from the 2019 and 2020 class of Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo using a sampling technique, namely Accidental Sampling and a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis used in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis using tools, namely the SPSS 25 program. Abstract

PLN is a monopoly trading company that sells electrical energy sources and manages all aspects of electricity in Indonesia, especially the Ponorogo area. In Ponorogo there is a company under the auspices of the Indonesian Electrical and Mechanical Contractors Association (AKLI) with the company name PT. Heroine of Eternal Blessing. In carrying out its work PT. Srikandi Berkah Abadi did not run smoothly, but there were many obstacles that disrupted the work process, one of which was the data input process. In this research we used a descriptive qualitative method where we carried out observations and direct interviews while conducting KKL within a period of 1 month. Based on the results of research that has been carried out previously, conclusions can be drawn, including: We carry out data processing activities on the implementation of connection work in people's homes, process data input on network maintenance and changes, and input employee hard disk data. While we were carrying out the KKL for 1 month, the problems we experienced were the ones we mentioned above, when inputting data in Microsoft Excel, it often had errors, crashes, and exited so that the data we were working on was lost and not saved.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the factors that greatly influences the work system, be it an organization or company, and whether a company or organization is good or not can be seen from how good or bad the performance of the employees is. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of independent variables in the form of work environment, workload and information technology on employee performance by taking the object of research at Surya Mart Supermarket Ponorogo. This research uses quantitative research principles. The data used in the research data mining process are primary data and secondary data. The parties selected as the population are employees of Surya Mart Supermarket Ponorogo with a sample of 45 people. The summary of the research results is that the work environment variable has a positive effect on employee performance variables, the workload variable has a positive effect on employee performance, and the information technology variable is positive on employee performance simultaneously, all variables affect employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of Islamic leadership on teacher performance in Islamic educational institutions through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. A total of 45 articles from journals published between 2012 and 2022 have been identified, and after going through a screening process, 20 relevant articles were reviewed in depth. The review results show that Islamic leadership, which is based on the values of honesty, justice, and example, positively affects teacher performance. Factors such as leader example, moral support, and participatory communication are essential in improving teacher motivation and performance. However, it was found that the influence of Islamic leadership on teacher performance can be limited if organizational policies and a conducive work environment do not support it. The study also identified research gaps related to the specific relationship between Islamic leadership and teacher performance and a lack of exploration of moderation and mediation factors that affect these relationships. This research provides practical implications for managers of Islamic educational institutions to be more consistent in applying Islamic values in leadership and the importance of providing a work environment that supports teachers' professional development. Thus, this research contributes to a deeper understanding of the dynamics of Islamic leadership and teacher performance and opens up opportunities for more targeted follow-up research.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of tax avoidance, tax risk, audit tenure and financial performance on firm value. The population in this research is 147 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in the 2019-2023 period. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The total data that can be processed is 199. The result is that tax avoidance and tax risk have no effect on firm value. Different results on financial performance and audit tenure which influence firm value. Tax risk is still a new thing for research in Indonesia, so many companies pay less attention because they already carry out tax planning and tax management and manage tax risk management.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat oleh mahasiswa KKN UNIBA 2022 di Desa Cemani, Grogol, Sukoharjo merupakan bentuk aktualisasi salah satu unsur Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Disesuaikan dengan situasi dan kondisi desa yang kering, gersang dan kekurangan daerah resapan air, dibuatlah program penghijauan lingkungan. Melalui edukasi penanaman jagung untuk murid TK Nusa Indah, Cemani dan pendampingan penanaman 180 bibit tanaman buah bersama warga desa Cemani diharapkan mampu menciptakan lingkungan yang asri, memperkuat struktur tanah, menjadi daerah resapan air, dan buah dari bibit yang ditanam bisa dimanfaatkan oleh warga Cemani. Sedangkan edukasi terkait penanaman jagung yang diberikan kepada murid TK bertujuan untuk mengenalkan anak dengan tanaman dan lingkungan sekitarnya, serta menumbuhkan rasa cinta dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan sejak dini. Dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pendampingan dengan tahap-tahap yaitu; (1) Tahap Perencanaan,(2) Tahap Pelaksanaan,(3) Tahap Evaluasi.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan transformasional telah menjadi tema sentral dalam kajian organisasi, terutama dalam menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja yang semakin dinamis dan kompetitif. Era digital yang ditandai dengan inovasi yang cepat, perubahan teknologi, dan globalisasi memerlukan pendekatan kepemimpinan yang mampu beradaptasi dengan cepat dan mendorong transformasi positif dalam organisasi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk melakukan tinjauan pustaka dengan mengintegrasikan temuan-temuan dari berbagai penelitian yang membahas kepemimpinan transformasional, khususnya dalam konteks organisasi yang berkembang di era digital. Dalam tinjauan ini, ditemukan empat dimensi utama dalam kepemimpinan transformasional yang memegang peranan penting dalam menciptakan perubahan dan mendorong inovasi dalam organisasi.. Dengan mengintegrasikan temuan dari berbagai penelitian, artikel ini mengidentifikasi empat dimensi utama kepemimpinan transformasional,yakni pengaruh ideal (idealized influence), motivasi inspirasi (inspirational motivation), stimulasi intelektual (intellectual stimulation). dan pertimbangan individual (individualized consideration). Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional secara signifikan berkontribusi pada kinerja tim melalui empat dimensi utama kepemimpinan transformasional,yakni pengaruh ideal (idealized influence), motivasi inspirasi (inspirational motivation), stimulasi intelektual (intellectual stimulation). dan pertimbangan individual (individualized consideration).
