Abstract

The aim of this finding is to see (1) the influence of career development on worker retention. (2) to see the effect of compensation on worker retention. (3) to see the effect of job satisfaction on worker retention. These findings were applied to employees of PT. Sunwoo Garment Indonesia in Sukoharjo. The method is a quantitative method. Where the population is employees who do their work at PT. Sunwoo Garment Indonesia in Sukoharjo. The sample was 100 respondents with a non-probability sampling technique applying the purposive sampling method. The selection techniques include documentation, observation, questionnaires, questionnaires and literature studies. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests, F tests, t tests and R2. Findings (1) Career development has a positive and significant influence on employee retention. (2) Compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee retention. (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee retention. (4) The coefficient of determination is 46.2%. Where employee retention can be explained from career development, compensation, job satisfaction, there is 46.2%. Then other variables explain other variables outside of these findings.

Abstract

This research examines the role of e-commerce in empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia through a qualitative approach based on literature review. Analysis of scientific literature from 2021-2025 identifies three main focuses: mechanisms of e-commerce in enhancing MSMEs capacity and competitiveness, determinant factors of digital technology adoption effectiveness, and strategies for sustainable empowerment optimization. Research findings indicate that electronic commerce platforms function as catalysts for market access expansion, digital literacy improvement, and business turnover growth acceleration. Adoption effectiveness is influenced by business operators' digital literacy, technology infrastructure availability, capital access, and socio-cultural ecosystem support. Optimization strategies require multi-stakeholder collaboration through intensive training programs, pro-MSME policies, and inclusive infrastructure development. This research contributes to enriching digital economy literature with Indonesian contextual perspectives and provides policy recommendations for strengthening MSMEs digital transformation as national economic pillars. Practical implications include the necessity of continuous mentoring and government-private sector synergy in creating conducive digital ecosystems for micro-enterprises sustainability in Indonesia.   Keywords: E-commerce, Empowerment, MSMEs   Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji peran e-commerce dalam pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia melalui pendekatan kualitatif berbasis kajian kepustakaan. Analisis literatur ilmiah periode 2021-2025 mengidentifikasi tiga fokus utama: mekanisme e-commerce dalam meningkatkan kapasitas dan daya saing UMKM, faktor-faktor determinan efektivitas adopsi teknologi digital, dan strategi optimalisasi pemberdayaan berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa platform perdagangan elektronik berfungsi sebagai katalisator perluasan akses pasar, peningkatan literasi digital, dan akselerasi pertumbuhan omzet usaha. Efektivitas adopsi dipengaruhi oleh literasi digital pelaku usaha, ketersediaan infrastruktur teknologi, akses permodalan, serta dukungan ekosistem sosial-budaya. Strategi optimalisasi memerlukan kolaborasi multipihak melalui program pelatihan intensif, kebijakan pro-UMKM, dan pengembangan infrastruktur inklusif. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memperkaya literatur ekonomi digital dengan perspektif kontekstual Indonesia dan memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan untuk penguatan transformasi digital UMKM sebagai pilar perekonomian nasional. Implikasi praktis mencakup perlunya pendampingan berkelanjutan dan sinergi pemerintah-swasta dalam menciptakan ekosistem digital yang kondusif bagi keberlanjutan usaha mikro di Indonesia.   Kata Kunci: E-Commerce, Pemberdayaan, UMKM

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat oleh mahasiswa KKN UNIBA 2022 di Desa Cemani, Grogol, Sukoharjo merupakan bentuk aktualisasi salah satu unsur Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Tujuan diadakan kegiatan penyuluhan UMKM diharapkan bagi para pelaku UMKM di Desa Cemani dapat menangani masalah yang akan dihadapi dalam pemasaran maupun penjualan produk. Metode yang digunakan pendampingan dan penyampaian materi UMKM kepada masyarakat. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu dengan tahap perencanaan dan tahap pelaksanaan. Tahap perencanaan yang dilakukan yaitu dengan menentukan lokasi survey UMKM dan media penyampaian materi. Sedangkan untuk tahap pelaksanaan penyampaian materi UMKM dengan melakukan podcast dan pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan survey langsung ke tempat usaha pembuatan rempeyek Kube Dadi Mulyo. Penyuluhan UMKM dilaksanakan dengan media podcast yang dilakukan di studio digital Desa Cemani. Pendampingan UMKM juga dilakukan di Kube Rempeyek Dadi Mulyo.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Service Quality, Product Variations and Promotion partially or simultaneously on Purchasing Decisions at Indomaret, Laweyan District, Surakarta. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The population was taken from all Indomaret consumers in the Laweyan area of Surakarta, an infinite number and a sample of 100 respondents. This research uses a purposive sampling technique. Questionnaires were used for data collection. The data analysis method uses statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression test, F test, t test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results state that Service Quality, Product Variations and Promotion have a positive and significant partial or simultaneous effect on Purchasing Decisions at Indomaret, Laweyan District, Surakarta.
