Abstract

The study aims to analyze the development process, effectiveness, and feasibility of the training management model based on the needs of educational units in compiling teaching modules on the Merdeka Teaching platform for PAUD teachers. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model. The collection technique uses a Likert scale questionnaire, an open questionnaire, a discussion note format, and an observation sheet. The data analysis technique is descriptive analysis, model feasibility test analysis, and model effectiveness analysis. The results of the model feasibility were obtained from the expert validation results with a score of 3.49 in the Very Good category, indicating that the training management model based on the needs of educational units in compiling teaching modules on the Merdeka Teaching platform for PAUD teachers is suitable for use in schools. Finally, the model effectiveness test can significantly improve teachers' ability to compile teaching modules, with an average pre-test score of 59 and an increase during the post-test with an average of 93 and a gain test result of 0.82, which is categorized as high. Thus, the effective needs-based training model can improve teachers' ability to compile teaching modules for PAUD teachers at the work center of the Pantai Labu District Cluster, Deli Serdang Regency.

Abstract

This study was conducted with a qualitative approach aimed at understanding individual perspectives, identifying and describing processes, and exploring limited research topics or backgrounds with detailed information. The background of this topic selection is to measure the level of sexual knowledge of adolescents in Medan and Tantang, analyze their behavior patterns, and analyze the relationship of sexual behavior with the level of sexual knowledge of adolescents. This study used a type of qualitative research that was descriptive. The study subjects used in this study were all adolescents in Tungan Medan. Researchers choose purposive sampling methods when selecting research subjects. The data collection techniques used in this study were the spread of questionnaires and the data collection tools used were questionnaires or questions. Research results show that some teens are already pregnant with sexual knowledge, but some teens lack sufficient knowledge. The consequence of this is that adolescents can commit reckless sexual behavior, such as premarital sex with their spouses. Therefore, it is important to provide comprehensive sex education to adolescents, covering aspects such as body anatomy, reproductive health, and sexual knowledge. In addition, adolescents have access to accurate and reliable information about sex through school education, access to reliable information sources, and open communication between adolescents and their parents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang persepsi remaja tentang konten LGBT pada aplikasi TikTok di Desa Sikapas Kecamatan Muara Batang Gadis Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi remaja mengenai konten LGBT pada aplikasi TikTok. Populasi penelitian seluruh remaja yang berusia 13-19 tahun yang berjumlah sebanyak 172 orang. Sampel penelitian berjumlah sebanyak 44 orang yang di ambil secara acak. Pengumpulan data melalui angket. Data analisis secara deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa remaja memiliki persepsi yang berbeda-beda, ada yang berpersepsi secara positif dan ada yang berpersepsi secara negatif. Persepsi di ukur melalui 3 unsur yaitu: unsur kognisi, unsur afeksi, dan unsur konasi. Unsur kognisi (pengetahuan dan pemahaman remaja mengenai perkembangan eksistensi LGBT pada aplikasi TikTok). Unsur afeksi (tanggapan remaha terhadap kegiatan sehari-hari kelompok LGBT baik secara individu ataupun dengan pasangannya guna meningkatkan eksistensinya di aplikasi TikTok), dan unsur konasi (penilaian remaja terhadap perkembangan eksistensi kelompok LGBT yang semakin meningkat di aplikasi TikTok).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the branding process in constructing the halal tourism destination of Aceh Province as "the light of Aceh". Using a constructivist paradigm and qualitative approach, this study collects data through in-depth interviews with the publication team and the Aceh halal tourism acceleration team at the Aceh Culture and Tourism Office. The research findings reveal that the marketing communication efforts carried out by the Aceh Culture and Tourism Office in constructing the brand image of halal tourism destinations based on the first stage of media construction are to prepare construction materials in collaboration with relevant publics, namely the publication team, the Aceh halal tourism acceleration team, and other tourism associations and communities. The second stage is the stage of construction distribution through various media and channels, especially social media. In the use of digital media, the concrete concept is real-time. The third stage is the stage of construction formation, namely the construction of the image constructed by the Aceh Culture and Tourism Office through the media used, especially owned/shared/social media, is the good news model. The fourth stage, namely the confirmation stage, is evident in the adoption of the logo by various publics. Other confirmations are that in the same year when the halal tourism destination brand was launched in 2016 to 2022, Aceh received both national and international awards.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh metode pembiasaan terhadap pembentukan karakter disiplin peserta didik yang belum sepenuhnya berkembang di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Pre-Experiment dan desain Quasi-Experimental tipe Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode pembiasaan berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam membentuk karakter disiplin peserta didik. Metode ini membantu peserta didik mengembangkan kebiasaan positif, seperti kepatuhan terhadap aturan sekolah, ketepatan waktu, dan tanggung jawab terhadap tugas. Selain itu, penerapan metode ini juga meningkatkan kesadaran peserta didik dalam menjaga keteraturan dan konsistensi dalam kegiatan sehari-hari di sekolah. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan metode pembiasaan meliputi peran aktif guru, dukungan lingkungan sekolah, serta keterlibatan orang tua dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai disiplin. Dengan demikian, metode pembiasaan dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai kedisiplinan di lingkungan pendidikan dasar dan membentuk karakter peserta didik secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penggabungan media audio visual sebagai alat pembelajaran dan penerapan paradigma pembelajaran berbasis masalah (PBL) telah menarik minat yang signifikan dalam bidang pendidikan. Tujuan dari metode ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pendidikan dan pada akhirnya meningkatkan kinerja akademik mereka. Artikel ini mengkaji temuan penelitian yang memanfaatkan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas bahan pembelajaran audio visual dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa. Temuan awal dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pemahaman dan antusiasme siswa sebelum terlibat dengan materi audio visual. Namun demikian, bukti konklusif menunjukkan peningkatan substansial dalam pemahaman, ingatan, dan keterlibatan siswa setelah penggunaan media. Analisis data lebih lanjut membuktikan peningkatan hasil evaluasi dan tanggapan siswa yang positif terhadap media audio-visual. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pemanfaatan media audio visual dalam pembelajaran berbasis masalah meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan mendorong pengalaman belajar yang lebih menyenangkan. Esai ini meningkatkan pemahaman praktis dan teoritis tentang peran penting media audio visual dalam lingkungan pendidikan.

Abstract

Permainan bulutangkis di wilayah Tandassura Polman Mandar dikenal dengan baik oleh masyarakat luas mapun disekolah termasuk Siswa SMP Negeri Tandassura Polewali Mandar, namun perkembangannya belum memperlihatkan prestasi yang memadai dan mengalami pasang surut, hal ini terlihat dari penguasaan gerak dalam permainan baik secara umum maupun secara khusus, demikian pula disekolah menengah belum begitu berkembang dengan baik dan dari segi saran dan prasarana khususnya disekolah SMP Negeri Satap Tandassura Polewali Mandar terdapat lapangan bulutangkis yang sudah cukup baik yang bisa digunakan untuk proses belajar mengajar dan berlatih Khususnya siswa kelas VIII, juga secara tegas didalam kurikulum sebagai mata pelajaran wajib dipelajari, sehingga sangat menunjang untuk menunjang kelancaran pempelajaran khususnya permainan bulutangkis yang diselenggarakan oleh guru penjas disekolah ini. Dengan demikian seberapa baik hasil belajar permainan bulutangkis yang dicapai oleh siswa. Maka dilakukan penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat capaian belajar bulutangkis siswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan Siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri Satap Tandassura Polewali Mandar sebanyak 28 siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriktif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data wawancara dan dokumentasi nilai hasil belajar setiap siswa yang ada pada guru penjas disekolah tersebut. Analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif persentase. Dari hasill analisis data statitik ditemukan 8 orang (28,6 %) pada kategori “sangat baik”, 20 siswa (71,4 %) kategori “baik”, dan tidak ada siswa dalam kategori “cukup”,“kurang” dan “sangat kurang”. Kesimpulan hasil belajar permaina bulutangkis siswa SMP Negeri Satap Tandassura Polewali Mandar dikategorikan “Baik”.

Abstract

This study aims to increase environmental awareness through education on cleanliness and recycling at the Ranggi Literacy House located in the PWI Housing Complex Block A59, Jalan PWI, Sampali Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra 20371. The method used in this research is action research with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were 15 children at Ranggi Literacy House, ranging in age from 6 to 12 years old. The research was conducted in several stages, namely planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews, documentation of activities, and a simple questionnaire regarding participants' understanding before and after the activity. Furthermore, the data was analysed descriptively qualitatively to see the extent to which this activity can increase environmental awareness among participants. The results of the study showed that after participating in the education, there was an increase in children's understanding of the importance of disposing of waste in its place and skills in recycling waste into more useful items. With the sustainability of this program, it is hoped that environmental awareness can increase and create a culture of caring for the environment among children and the surrounding community.

Abstract

This research aims to increase environmental awareness for PAUD Karya Bakti Medan children through counseling on organic and inorganic waste sorting. This study uses a qualitative approach. This research was carried out at Paud Karya Bakti which is located on Jalan karya Bakti no 124, Indra Kasih Medan Tembung District, Deli Serdang Regency. Data collection techniques were collected using interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis process is carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the analysis show that counseling on organic and inorganic waste sorting can increase environmental awareness for PAUD Karya Bakti Medan children. PAUD Karya Bakti Medan children who participated in counseling for organic and inorganic waste sorting had better knowledge and environmental awareness compared to children who did not participate in counseling. Counseling on organic and inorganic waste sorting can help PAUD Karya Bakti Medan children understand the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness and reducing negative impacts on the environment.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the time management strategies employed by students at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah and to identify the factors that influence their ability to manage time. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study type. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data was analyzed using a thematic analysis method, which consisted of three main stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study indicate that students at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah still face difficulties in managing their time efficiently. Factors such as procrastination, inaccurate time estimation, and lack of priority are the main obstacles in student time management. This study also found that well-defined goals, internal motivation, and commitment to self-improvement are significant supporting factors in student time management. By applying effective time management strategies and understanding the factors that influence them, students at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah can improve their learning productivity and achieve their expected academic goals.
