Abstract

Childhood is a crucial period for the development of soccer technique, but the effectiveness of training is often hampered by a lack of data on dominant physical factors. This study analyzed the contribution of agility and balance to dribbling ability in thirty students at SD Inpres 6/75 Kading. A quantitative correlational approach was applied through a series of stages including the zigzag run test, the Modified Bass Test, and the dribbling test, using the Pearson correlation analysis technique using SPSS. The analysis results showed a significant positive contribution both partially and simultaneously. Quantitatively, agility contributed a correlation of r = 0.460 with a significance value of 0.001, while balance contributed r = 0.468 with a significance value of 0.009. The findings demonstrated that these two variables together explained 32.9% of the variation in dribbling ability with an r = 0.573 and an F-test of 6.606 with a significance value of 0.005. The main conclusion confirms that agility and body stability are crucial physical determinants in supporting manipulative movement performance in soccer. Therefore, this study recommends that coaches and sports teachers prioritize specific physical conditioning training programs to optimize students' mastery of basic techniques from an early age. This aims to build a solid fitness foundation for more effective and sustainable athletic performance development in the national future. ABSTRAK Masa kanak-kanak merupakan periode krusial bagi pengembangan teknik sepak bola, namun efektivitas latihan sering terhambat oleh minimnya data faktor fisik dominan. Penelitian ini menganalisis kontribusi kelincahan dan keseimbangan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola pada tiga puluh siswa SD Inpres 6/75 Kading. Pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional diterapkan melalui serangkaian tahapan meliputi zig-zag run test, Modified Bass Test, serta tes dribbling, dengan teknik analisis korelasi Pearson menggunakan perangkat SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya kontribusi positif signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Secara kuantitatif, kelincahan menyumbang korelasi r = 0,460 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001, sedangkan keseimbangan memberikan kontribusi r = 0,468 dengan signifikansi 0,009. Temuan membuktikan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama menjelaskan variasi kemampuan dribbling sebesar 32,9% melalui perolehan nilai r = 0,573 serta F hitung 6,606 dengan signifikansi 0,005. Kesimpulan utama menegaskan bahwa integritas kelincahan dan stabilitas tubuh merupakan determinan fisik yang sangat krusial dalam mendukung performa gerak manipulatif sepak bola. Oleh karena itu, studi ini merekomendasikan agar para pelatih dan guru olahraga lebih mengedepankan program latihan kondisi fisik spesifik guna mengoptimalkan penguasaan teknik dasar siswa sejak dini. Hal tersebut bertujuan untuk membangun fondasi kebugaran yang kokoh demi tercapainya pembinaan prestasi atletik yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan di masa depan nasional.

Abstract

Physical education through futsal plays a crucial role in developing motor coordination, but mastery of passing techniques among extracurricular students at MTs Al-Hidaya Bakke still requires optimization. This study focuses on the effect of passing strategy training on improving basic team skills. Using a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design, the study involved twenty students as subjects through a total sampling technique. The research stages included initial observation, pretest administration, implementation of a structured training program, and ending with a posttest. The results showed a significant increase in students' passing skills. Quantitative data revealed an average pretest score of 4.50, increasing to 8.06 at the posttest. Statistical analysis showed a t-value of 13.128, which was significantly greater than the t-table of 1.73 with a significance level of 0.00 less than 0.05, and a percentage increase in skills of 3.56%. These findings prove that regular passing strategy training can effectively improve accuracy, response speed, and coordination between players. The main conclusion of the study confirms that systematic integration of technical training is an appropriate training alternative for minimizing defensive gaps and improving collective team performance. This training model can serve as an empirical reference for developing a more targeted and applicable extracurricular futsal program to achieve optimal sports performance for students in schools. ABSTRAK Pendidikan jasmani melalui cabang olahraga futsal berperan krusial dalam pengembangan koordinasi motorik, namun penguasaan teknik passing pada siswa ekstrakurikuler MTs Al-Hidaya Bakke masih memerlukan optimalisasi. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengaruh latihan strategi passing terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dasar tim. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu tipe one group pretest-posttest, penelitian melibatkan dua puluh siswa sebagai subjek melalui teknik total sampling. Tahapan penelitian meliputi observasi awal, pemberian pretest, pelaksanaan program latihan terstruktur, dan diakhiri dengan posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan operan siswa. Data kuantitatif mengungkapkan nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 4,50 meningkat menjadi 8,06 pada saat posttest. Analisis statistik menunjukkan nilai t-hitung sebesar 13,128, yang jauh lebih besar dari t-tabel 1,73 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,00 lebih kecil dari 0,05, serta persentase kenaikan keterampilan sebesar 3,56%. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa latihan strategi passing secara rutin mampu memperbaiki akurasi, kecepatan respon, dan koordinasi antar pemain secara efektif. Simpulan utama penelitian menegaskan bahwa integrasi latihan teknik yang sistematis merupakan alternatif pelatihan yang tepat untuk meminimalisir celah pertahanan dan meningkatkan performa tim secara kolektif. Model latihan ini dapat dijadikan referensi empiris bagi pengembangan program ekstrakurikuler futsal yang lebih terarah dan aplikatif guna mencapai prestasi olahraga yang lebih optimal bagi peserta didik di sekolah.

Abstract

Badminton is one of the popular sports and is loved by many people. Badminton also consists of several techniques including racket grip, hitting technique, standing posture, and position and footwork. Therefore, physiotherapy techniques are needed to improve and maximize the grip strength of badminton players which is commonly called Handgrip. This study aims to determine the effect of handgrip training and racket modification training on short serves. The type of research used is quantitative research with experimental research methods. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people who were divided into two groups with each group consisting of 15 people. The research sample was selected using the Random Sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the dependent t-test analysis technique. The results obtained in this study with a p-value of 0.109 > 0.05 which shows that there is no significant difference between handgrip training and racket modification on short serve ability but handgrip training is more effective than racket modification training with handgrip training, namely mean difference 9.067 and p-value 0.000 < 0.005 while racket modification training means difference 5.867 and p-value 0.000 < 0.005.This shows that both exercises are equally good for improving short serve skills in badminton. Thus, it is hoped that athletes can improve their short serve skills in badminton by routinely performing physiotherapy movements such as handgrip or other exercises such as racket modification exercises.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan rondo terhadap teknik dasar  passing dalam permainan futsal siswa SMK Negeri 4 Bone dan untuk mengetahui penaruh latihan rondo terhadap teknik dasar control dalam permaianan futsal siswa SMK Negeri 4 Bone. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen dan sampel terdiri dari 30 siswa. Hasil analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS version 23. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh latihan rondo terhadap teknik dasar passing dalam permainan futsa siswa SMK Negeri 4 Bone, ditunjukkan dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 dimana nilai probabilitas lebih kecil dari pada 0,05 (P (0,000) < 0,05). (2) Ada pengaruh latihan rondo terhadap teknik dasar control dalam permainan futsal siswa SMK Negeri 4 Bone, ditunjukkan dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 dimana nilai probabilitas lebih kecil daripada 0,05 (P (0,000) < 0,05). (3) Latihan rondo lebih efektif  dalam  meningkatkan teknik dasar passing dalam permainan futsal siswa SMK Negeri 4 Bone. (4) Latihan rondo lebih efektif  dalam  meningkatkan teknik dasar control dalam permainan futsal siswa SMK Negeri 4 Bone.Kata Kunci: Futsal; Rond; Passing; Control
