Abstract

Persalinan merupakan proses alami dan fisiologis. Kontraksi sebagai kekuatan primer sering dikaitkandengan rasa nyeri dan menimbulkan emosi negatif yaitu kecemasan. Rasa nyeri dan cemas akanmemengaruhi kemajuan persalinan. Nyeri dan kecemasan persalinan dapat dikurangi denganpemberian aromaterapi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aromaterapi dapat mengurangi nyeridan kecemasan pada persalinan kala I. Artikel ini menggunakan metode literature review dengan katakunci “aromatheraphy”, “pain”, “anxiety”, dan “labour” yang diambil dari Pubmed dan ScieneDirect.Artikel yang didapat kemudian disaring sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil seleksididapatkan 4 artikel. Kesimpulan dari 4 artikel yang didapat aromaterapi dapat digunakan untukmenurunkan nyeri dan kecemasan kala I.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively examine the concept and implementation of the Total Quality Management (TQM) model from the perspective of Islamic education. TQM, as a managerial approach emphasizing the involvement of all organizational elements, process control, continuous improvement, and stakeholder satisfaction, is believed to offer effective solutions to the challenges of improving the quality of educational institutions. However, in the context of Islamic education, TQM cannot be applied mechanically as in industrial or business sectors; instead, it needs to be adapted to align with Islamic spiritual and moral values such as amanah (professional responsibility), ihsan (pursuit of excellence and perfection in work), and akhlaq (ethics and personal integrity). This research employs a qualitative-descriptive approach, utilizing an extensive literature review of studies and scientific publications from nationally accredited journals (Sinta 1-2) published between 2021 and 2025. The reviewed sources include empirical studies on the application of TQM in Islamic schools, madrasahs, pesantrens, and Islamic higher education institutions in Indonesia, as well as contemporary quality management theories relevant to Islamic values. The analysis maps the alignment between TQM principles, such as leadership, continuous improvement, customer focus, and teamwork, and Islamic management principles, including tauhid, syura, trust, and istikamah (steadfastness). The findings reveal that the implementation of TQM in Islamic educational institutions significantly contributes to academic quality enhancement, managerial efficiency, and the strengthening of value-based organizational culture. Institutions that integrate TQM principles with Islamic values show improvements in accreditation status, student satisfaction, teacher and lecturer productivity, and public trust. Moreover, the integration of spiritual values with modern management principles has proven to be a key factor in achieving competitive excellence and global relevance while maintaining Islamic identity. Therefore, this study emphasizes the importance of the Islamic Total Quality Management (TQM-I) model as a holistic quality management paradigm that not only focuses on achieving performance standards and efficiency but also on reinforcing the moral, spiritual, and social dimensions of education. This model serves as a strategic foundation for developing internal quality assurance systems across Islamic educational institutions, aiming to establish excellence, competitiveness, and a strong Islamic character.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanan layanan bimbingan kelompok melaui model cluster grouping dalam menumbuhkan bakat siswa SD/MI, faktor pendukung dan penghambat dari proses layanan bimbingan kelompok melalui model cluster grouping, serta hasil layanan bimbingan kelompok melaui model cluster grouping dalam menumbuhkan bakat siswa SD/MI. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan berusaha menggambarkan fenomena yang terjadi secara realistik, nyata dan kekinian, karena penelitian ini terdiri dari membuat uraian secara sistematis, faktual dan tepat mengenai fakta, ciri dan hubungan antara fenomena yang dipelajari. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Layanan bimbingan kelompok melalui model cluster grouping dalam menumbuhkan bakat siswa merupakan suatu layanan yang diberikan kepada siswa yang dikelompokkan menjadi satu kelas atau satu grup, yang nantinya dibimbing atau diarahkan guru dalam mengatasi keberbakatan siswa agar siswa dapat berkembang secara optimal dan akhirnya dapat menciptakan siswa-bakat siswa. mempermudah siswa mengenali dan mengembangkan bakatnya sesuai dengan bidang yang dikuasai siswa. (2) Adapun faktor pendukung layanan bimbingan kelompok melalui model cluster grouping dalam menumbuhkan bakat siswa sebagai berikut diantaranya yaitu lingkungan, kepribadian, minat dan motivasi, dan penilaian. Adapun faktor penghambat layanan bimbingan kelompok melalui model cluster grouping dalam menumbuhkan bakat siswa diantaranya yaitu lingkungan keluarga, fasilitas kurang memadai, dan kurangnya perhatian siswa terhadap kemampuan yang dimilikinya. (3) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok melalui model cluster grouping dapat menumbuhkan bakat siswa serta mengembangkan kemampuan yang unggul baik kemampuan bawaan ataupun bentuk latihan dengan berbagai potensi bakat yang dikenali dan dikembangkan dengan baik.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Asuhan persalinan tidak hanya menekankan keselamatan ibu dan bayi, perlu upaya menciptakan pengalaman positif saat melahirkan. Salah satu upaya mewujudkan pengalaman positif saat melahirkan dengan melibatkan peran pendamping persalinan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendiskripsikan peran pendamping persalinan dalam mewujudkan pengalaman positif saat melahirkan. Metode yang digunakan pada artikel ini adalah narrative literature review. Pencarian artikel menggunakan sumber data elektronik yaitu Pubmed dan ScieneDirect. Kata kunci yang digunakan “positive childbirth experience”, “birth companion”, dan “emotional support”. Hasil pencarian menggunakan kata kunci didapatkan Pubmed 12 artikel dan ScieneDirect 39 artikel. Selanjutnya artikel diseleksi menggunakan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang sudah ditentukan. Terdapat 4 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria, yaitu Pubmed 2 artikel dan ScieneDirect 2 artikel. Kemudian 4 artikel tersebut dilakukan ekstraksi dan analisis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan peran pendamping dapat membantu ibu bersalin dan tenaga kesehatan melalui dukungan emosional, penurunan nyeri persalinan, pemenuhan kebutuhan ibu bersalin, dan penyampaian informasi. Kesimpulan peran pendamping persalinan melengkapi asuhan petugas kesehatan serta berpotensi meningkatkan kualitas asuhan dan pengalaman positif saat melahirkan. Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas tentang Manajemen PAUD dengan Sistem Patrimonial, yang dianggap oleh masyarakat umum memiliki kelemahan, mengingat karakteristik patrimonial cenderung mengabaikan profesionalisme manajemen. Sebagai contoh, proses rekrutmen yang dilakukan tanpa standar keilmuan SDM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan dua Yayasan yang dikelola dengan sistem patrimonial. Implikasi dari sistem ini adalah masyarakat perlu diberdayakan, pada kebebasan merencanakan, membiayai, dan mengelola apa yang diperlukan secara spesifik. Tidak hanya titik tumbuh pendidikan berada pada masyarakat, tetapi juga keberhasilan pendidikan nasional.

Abstract

The PGOT Mardi Utomo Social Service Center is a social rehabilitation institution for beggars, homeless people, and abandoned people that focuses on increasing independence through skills training, but still faces obstacles such as low motivation of inmates, limited facilities, lack of understanding of business management, and inaccurate calculation of cost of goods produced (HPP). This community service activity aims to improve the skills of inmates through mentoring in making pukis cakes and training in calculating HPP as the basis for a simple culinary business. The implementation method includes needs identification, technical training, learning the concept of HPP, entrepreneurial motivation, production practice, and evaluation. The results of the activity show a significant increase in pukis cake production skills and the ability of inmates to calculate HPP independently to determine a rational selling price. This program also increases entrepreneurial motivation and opens up opportunities for economic independence, making it effective as a model for sustainable social empowerment.
