Abstract

Pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam pada sekolah menengah pertama sangatlah penting karena sebagai pembelajaran untuk memperbaiki diri, taat kepada Allah dan menjauhi larangannya. Sehingga, tingkat kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam harus di tingkatkan. Salah satu cara peningkatan kinerja guru yakni dengan adanya kegiatan supervisi atau kegiatan kepengawasan. Dengan memakai pendekatan, pelatihan, pembinaan, dan bimbingan yang dilakukan oleh pengawas PAIS maka peningkatan kinerja guru PAI akan lebih meningkat.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan program kerja pengawas dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru pendidikan agama Islam (2) mendeskripsikan implementasi program kerja pengawas dalam peningkatan kinerja (3) mendeskripsikan kendala dan solusi yang dihadapi pengawas dalam pelaksanaan program kerja pengawas dalam peningkatan kinerja guru.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the findings of the researcher during observations and interviews at the 10th grade of MAN 3 Agam. Researcher found that students often used pause fillers such as "hmm" and "eee", and had low vocabulary mastery that hindered fluency in speaking. They also had difficulty expressing ideas and opinions, so the speed and tempo of speaking were affected. The study aimed to determine the effect of gossiping group activities on students' speaking fluency. The study used a type of experimental research, namely a quasi-experiment with a nonequivalent control group design. The sample in this study was selected using a random technique and the selected class was XE.2 class as the control class and XE.4 class as the experimental class. Instruments in the form of oral speaking tests that had been validated with content validity and assessed with inter-rater reliability. Data analysis included prerequisite tests for normality and homogeneity, and utilized Paired sample t-Tests and Independent sample t-Tests to test hypotheses. From the results of data analysis, it was concluded that gossiping group activities had a significant effect on improving students' speaking fluency.

Abstract

To help the School achieve SNP, enterprise architecture modeling brings its business strategy and technology together. The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) can be used as the framework to organize the structures and objects related to the organization in architectural modeling. A method, such as the Architecture Development Method (ADM), is also used to determine the Enterprise Architecture in detail.The goal of information system architectural design analysis is to get a clear image of the information system and better communicate to users how it will operate. In this study, a generic architectural model design connected to the organization's vision and goal was generated using the TOGAF technique as a tool for building and designing enterprise architecture. The study's findings point to a connection between various types of architecture, starting with business architecture, application architecture, and information system architecture, which can create a framework for constructing and developing integrated information systems in schools that can be used as a guide by all organizational units. The outcomes of combining the three primary activities' information system planning and application efforts will be used as tools to support the school's vision, purpose, and goals.

Abstract

Penggunaan Figma sebagai alat prototyping telah menjadi pilihan yang populer di kalangan desainer UI/UX dan tim pengembangan produk. Dalam konteks pendidikan, penggunaan Figma membantu mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan keterampilan desain grafis, interaksi manusia-komputer, dan teknologi informasi. Pada penelitian ini metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Data dikumpulkan dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa merespons positif terhadap penggunaan Figma. Mereka menganggap Figma mudah dipelajari, intuitif, dan mendukung berbagai jenis prototipe (learnability). Selain itu, Figma dinilai fleksibel dalam menyesuaikan desain dan memungkinkan kolaborasi yang mudah (flexibility). Mahasiswa juga menganggap Figma handal dengan jarang mengalami masalah teknis dan dapat diakses dengan baik (robustness). Sikap positif terhadap Figma tercermin dalam keyakinan mereka terhadap kemampuan desain yang ditingkatkan (attitude). Oleh karena itu, Figma dapat dikatakan efektif sebagai alat prototyping dalam mata kuliah Interaksi Manusia dan Komputer, terutama bagi mahasiswa yang baru mengenal platform tersebut. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat memperluas sampel dan melacak perkembangan keterampilan desain mahasiswa secara lebih terperinci.

Abstract

Mengurangi penindasan (bullying) di sekolah merupakan perhatian utama para pendidik, orang tua, dan legislator. Kekerasan terwujud dalam berbagai cara, dan semakin banyak bukti yang menunjukkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk kekerasan tingkat rendah atau mendasar mempunyai dampak yang besar terhadap lingkungan belajar di sekolah. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode ceramah dan pendampingan penanganan kasus secara face to face yang meliputi identifikasi kasus, sosialisasi, pemberian materi, pendampingan hukum, solusi, diskusi serta mediasi. Tujuan dari pengabdian adalah menyelesaikan sengketa antara orang tua/wali murid terhadap tindakan bullying oleh siswa penyandang pendampingan psikolog serta memberikan solusi damai antar para pihak yang mengalami konflik. Pengabdian ini menghasilkan bahwa pada kenyataannya bentuk perilaku bullying disertai kekerasan paling umum terjadi di sekolah saat ini dan jika tidak ditangani dapat menyebabkan bentuk kekerasan yang lebih serius. Oleh karena itu, aspek penting dalam pencegahan kekerasan di sekolah adalah identifikasi dan penerapan intervensi ataupun strategi yang dirancang untuk mencegah atau mengurangi intimidasi di sekolah. Strategi pencegahan intimidasi praktis yang menargetkan berbagai tingkat (yaitu, individu, ruang kelas, dan sekolah) disediakan, dan pedoman praktik terbaik untuk menerapkan program pencegahan intimidasi di sekolah dengan banyak melakukan sosialisasi hukum dan parenting.

Abstract

This study investigates how foreign direct investment (FDI) stimulates regional mobility through the service export channel, and whether digital access strengthens this transmission mechanism in ASEAN from 2013 to 2022. Despite the region’s progress in digital transformation, empirical evidence on how digitalization interacts with capital inflows to influence cross-border service performance and tourism mobility remains limited. Using panel data from ten ASEAN countries, this study applies Hayes’s PROCESS macro (Model 14) in SPSS to test a moderated mediation model, where service exports mediate the effect of FDI on intra-ASEAN visitor arrivals, and internet access moderates the link between service exports and visitor arrivals. The results confirm that FDI significantly increases service exports, which in turn enhance regional visitor mobility, supporting the mediating role of services. However, the moderating effect of internet access on this mediation pathway is not statistically significant. Although the indirect effect of FDI through services grows with higher digital access, the confidence intervals of the moderated mediation index include zero, indicating that the effect is not robust across digital levels. The findings imply that ASEAN’s service-led growth in tourism primarily depends on the intensity of investment rather than variations in digital penetration. Nonetheless, the consistent positive indirect effect highlights the central role of service exports as a policy-relevant bridge between capital inflows and people mobility. Enhancing service competitiveness and ensuring inclusive digital infrastructure remain essential for translating investment gains into sustainable regional tourism integration.

Abstract

Background. Etiquette and protocols play an important role in the practice of public relations activities, ensuring effective communication and harmonious relationships with various related parties. Understanding and applying these principles not only affects the reputation of the organization, but also reflects the professionalism of a PR practitioner. Purpose. The study aims to explore an in-depth understanding of the importance of etiquette and protocol in the practice of public relations activities, as well as to provide practical guidance for public relations professionals in strengthening their communication strategies. Method. The approach used is a literature review, by identifying, evaluating, and synthesizing literature from various sources such as books, journals, and scientific articles that are relevant to the theme of etiquette and protocol in the context of public relations. Results. Literature analysis reveals that etiquette and protocols play a crucial role in shaping organizational image, managing crises, and building positive relationships with various stakeholders. Proper implementation of etiquette and protocols not only improves the effectiveness of communication, but also minimizes the risk of misunderstandings and conflicts. Conclusion. The importance of understanding and implementing etiquette and protocols in public relations activities cannot be doubted. Public relations professionals need to consider the ethical aspects and cultural values of communication, as well as maintain consistency in the implementation of protocols to build sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships with the public, clients, and other stakeholders. This conclusion underscores the need for a holistic and strategic approach to managing an organization's reputation and communication through the judicious use of etiquette and protocols in every interaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam mengenai konsep dasar implementasi model pembelajaran matematika dalam konteks Kurikulum Merdeka. Dengan melakukan studi pustaka (library research) melalui analisis beberapa tinjauan yang relevan dengan topik yang dibahas, penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana para pendidik dapat meningkatkan kompetensi profesional mereka dalam merancang pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada peserta didik. Selain itu, penelitian ini menyoroti perlunya inovasi dalam penerapan berbagai model pembelajaran, termasuk model kooperatif seperti jigsaw, serta kemampuan untuk memilih model yang sesuai dan efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif jigsaw mampu membantu meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa, mempengaruhi hasil belajar dan prestasi belajar siswa. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan landasan konseptual bagi pendidik dalam mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran kooperatif jigsaw dalam Kurikulum Merdeka secara optimal.

Abstract

This study examines the stock returns of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020–2023, focusing on the moderating role of profitability in the relationship between capital structure, dividend policy, and stock returns. The research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data sourced from the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 26, applying multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA).The findings reveal that capital structure has a positive and statistically significant effect on stock returns. In contrast, dividend policy exhibits a negative but statistically insignificant effect on stock returns. Profitability moderates the relationship between capital structure and stock returns, weakening its impact. However, profitability does not moderate the relationship between dividend policy and stock returns.These findings provide valuable insights for managers and investors in making informed investment decisions.

Abstract

Wordwall affected students' mastery of Arabic sentence structure at MTs Negeri 2 Kota Serang, particularly in terms of the number of ismiyyah and fi'liyah. This study not only measured the effect of Wordwall but also examined how to optimize its use by integrating appropriate game types and feedback features to enhance students’ mastery of ismiyyah and fi‘liyah sentence structures. Traditional teaching methods and the lack of interactive digital media resulted in low syntactic ability among students, which motivated this study. Wordwall, a game-based learning platform, is considered to be able to increase student engagement and understanding through visual and audio activities and instant feedback. A quantitative method with a One Group Pretest-Posttest quasi-experimental design was used in this study. The research sample consisted of 32 students. The tools used included learning outcome tests and perception questionnaires, which had been tested for validity and reliability using the SPSS program. The results showed a significant increase in the mastery of Arabic sentence structure, with an average pretest score of 53.66 and a posttest score of 93.25, and a paired sample t-test showed a significance value of p = 0.000. On the other hand, Cohen's effect size of 3.66 indicated a very large practical effect. The high survey results show that students' perceptions of the use of Wordwall are also positive. Based on the research that has been conducted, Wordwall can be used as a digital learning tool in madrasahs and has a significant impact on students' mastery of Arabic sentence structure.
