Abstract

Lanjut usia adalah seseorang yang telah mencapai usia 60 tahun ke atas baik pria maupun wanita. Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Riau penduduk lansia pada tahun 2022 sebanyak 482.933 jiwa. Data bulan Januari 2023–Maret 2023 jumlah lansia yang mengikuti posyandu lansia mengalami penurunan dengan rata-rata kunjungan per bulan sebanyak 20% setiap bulan. Rendahnya kunjungan lansia ke posyandu lansia dapat menyebabkan lansia kurang dapat memantau status kesehatan yang cenderung mengalami gejala penyakit degeneratif yang disebabkan oleh faktor fisik yang melemah. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang memengaruhi pemanfaatan posyandu lansia Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Dumai Barat. Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 973 responden dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 91 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Waktu penelitian bulan September-Oktober 2023. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan Univariat, Bivariat dan Multivariat. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji chi-squre dan regresi logistik. Hasil dan Pembahasan: Hasil penelitian mengenai ada pengaruh Pendidikan p value=0,000, Pekerjaan p value=0,010, Pengetahuan p value=0,000, Sikap p value=0,001, Dukungan Keluarga p value=0,016 dan tidak ada pengaruh Jarak Pelayanan Kesehatan p value=0,627 dengan pemanfaatan posyandu lansia. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi logistik variabel yang sangat berpengaruh adalah sikap dengan nilai Exp(B) 7,276. Kesimpulan dan Saran: Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh pendidikan, pekerjaan, pengetahuan, sikap dan dukungan keluarga dan tidak ada pengaruh jarak pelayanan kesehatan dengan pemanfaatan posyandu lansia Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Dumai Barat. Diharapkan kepada petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas khususnya agar meningkatkan konseling dan penyuluhan mengenai pentingnya posyandu lansia dan rutin ke posyandu lansia minimal satu kali sebulan agar kondisi lansia tetap terpantau

Abstract

Tata kelola merupakan sistem tata kelola dalam melaksanakan manajemen yang baik dan dapat membantu dalam uapaya meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dan kualitas pelayanan khususnya perusahaan rumah sakit yang memberikan pelayanan jasa kesehatan kepada masyarakat, penerapan tata kelola yang baik pada perusahaan menjadi salah satu faktor yang mendukung perusahaan dalam meningkatkan pelayanan dan inovasi manajemen, Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pelaksanaan aspek tata kelola seperti aspek transparansi, akuntabilitas, responslibilitas, kemandirian, kewajaran dan hambatan yang dighadapi, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan membuktikan fenomena dalam permasalahan penelitian Informan penelitian sebanyak 6 orang termasuk direktur, kepala bagian keuangan, SDM, komite mutu, kepala keperawatan dan perawat, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pelaksanaan tata kelola di rumah sakit Mitra Medika Amplas pada aspek transparansi sudah berjalan namun belum dilakukan secara keseluruhan karena banyak aspek yang bersifat privasi rumah sakit, dalam pelaksanaan akuntabilitas rumah sakit sudah menjalankan sesuai dengan peraturan dan standar yang berlaku, dalam pelaksanaan aspek responsibilitas bahwa rumah sakit sudah melaksanakan aseperti SDM kesehatan sudah melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya sesuai dengan profesinya masing-masing, pada aspek kemandirian bahwa rumah sakit dapat melaksanakan segala sesuatu secara mandiri, dalam aspek kewajaran bahwa rumah sakit sudah melaksanakan dan memperlakukan seluruh karyawan dengan wajar dan adil. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah perlu melaksanakan aspek transparansi, akuntabilitas, responsibilitas, kemandirian dan kewajaran dapat lebih dilaksanakan lebih baik lagi dan secara keseluruhan serta dapat sebagai sasaran dalam pelaksanaan audit internal rumah sakit Mitra Medika Amplas.

Abstract

Background: The Emergency Room (IGD) is one of the service units in hospitals that provides first aid. Emergency services provided must meet good service quality. Patients are satisfied with the services of nurses in the ER if the patient's expectations are met. According to WHO, health systems should strive to make improvements in six areas or dimensions of quality. Objectives: To analyze the effect of emergency services on patient satisfaction at OMNI Cikarang Hospital in 2021. Method: This type of research is an analytical survey method with a cross sectional approach. The research was carried out at OMNI Cikarang General Hospital. The population of this study were emergency room patients with the number of samples in this study as many as 92 people through the calculation of the slovin formula. Sampling using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis used univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. Results: Showed that the respondents who were satisfied were 40 people (43.5%) and 52 people (56.5%) were not satisfied with the emergency room service. The results of the chi-square statistical test showed that the variables of effectiveness, efficient, accessible, acceptable, impartial and safe had an influence on patient satisfaction with a p value of <0.05. Simultaneous test results showed that the effectiveness factor was the most dominant factor influencing patient satisfaction in the OMNI Cikarang Emergency Room. Conclusion: There is an effect of effectiveness, efficiency, access, acceptable, impartial and safe has an effect on patient satisfaction in the ER OMNI Cikarang. It is recommended to health workers to always improve better services in order to increase patient satisfaction as users of health services.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Pelayanan kesehatan dapat diartikan sebagai sebuah konsep yang diterapkaan untuk memberikan layanan dalam jangka waktu yang lama dan hal ini terus dilakukan kepada publik dan juga masyarakat. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubungan dengan Pemanfaatan Pelayanan Kesehatan Bagi Masyarakat di Puskesmas Sambirejo Langkat 2021. Metode: Desain penelitian ini menggunakan observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Masyarakat berjumlah 8.025 KK, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling dengan rumus Notoadmodjo yaitu sebanyak 99 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisa data yang digunakan yaitu analisa univariat dan analisa bivariat, dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square α = 0,05. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil analisa dengan menggunakan Uji Chi-Square test memperlihatkan bahwa nilai signifikan dengan faktor waktu tunggu pelayanan nilai p-value 0.132, faktor pengtahuan  nilai  p-value 0.026, faktor jarak nilai p-value 0.002 dan faktor tradisi/budaya nilai p-value 0.13 di Puskesmas Sambirejo Langkat 2021. Kesimpulan: dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara statistik ada hubungan antara faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat di Puskesmas Sambirejo Langkat 2021. Disarankan perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut tentang pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat dengan jenis penelitian yang berbeda, sehingga dapat membandingkan dengan peneliti sebelumnya. Kata Kunci:   Waktu Tunggu Pelayanan, Pengetahuan, Jarak, Tradisi/Budaya,  Pemanfaatan Pelayanan Kesehatan Background: Health services can be interpreted as a concept that is applied to provide services in the long term and this continues to be done to the public and also the community. Objective: to find out the factors related to the utilization of health services for the community at the Sambirejo Langkat Health Center 2021. Method: The stuay design was observational analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The populations were 8025 families. The sample was 99 respondents. Data used interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed by using univariate and bivariate analyses with Chi-Square test = 0.05. Result: from analysis used the Chi-Square test, it shows that the value is significant with the service waiting time factor p-value 0.132, knowledge factor p-value 0.026, distance factor p-value 0.002 and tradition/culture factor p-value 0.13 at the Sambirejo Langkat Health Centre 2021. Conclusion: showed that statistically there was a relationship between factors related to the utilization of health services for the community at Sambirejo Langkat Health Centre 2021. Abstract

Bayi Baru Lahir (BBL) harus menyesuaikan diri dari kehidupan intrauterin ke kehidupan ekstrauterin. Salah satu adaptasi BBL normal adalah mengatur suhu tubuh walaupun BBL sangat rentan untuk mengalami hipotermi, yanag menjadi penyebab yang sangat serius terhadap kesakitan dan kematian BBL. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Perubahan Temperatur Tubuh Bayi Sesudah 2 jam Post Partum di Rumah Sakit Columbia Asia Medan tahun 2021. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien bayi baru lahir di Rumah Sakit Columbia Asia Medan sebanyak 185 orang pada kurun waktu februari sampai dengan april 2021. Jumlah sampel yang akan di teliti adalah 65 orang. Analisa data dilakukan dengan analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji chi square dan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian uji chi square menunjukkan bahwa variabel proses persalinan, suhu ruangan, lampu penghangat, metode skin to skin, mengeringkan bayi dengan seksama, selimut tubuh bayi dan tutup kepala bayi, menunda memandikan bayi 6 jam setelah lahir, bantalan penghangat, apgar score  nilai p-value = 0,000 < α 0,05, artinya ada pengaruh antara proses persalinan , terhadap perubahan temperature tubuh bayi sesudah 2 jam post pastum, dari hasil analisis multivariat didapatkan variabel yang paling berpengaruh dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel metode skin to skin. Kesimpulan ada pengaruh antara proses persalinan, suhu ruangan, lampu penghangat, metode skin to skin, mengeringkan bayi dengan seksama, selimut tubuh bayi dan tutup kepala bayi, menunda memandikan bayi 6 jam setelah lahir, bantalan penghangat, apgar score terhadap perubahan temperature tubuh bayi sesudah 2 jam post pastum. sedangkan analisa multivariat menunjukkan hasil bahwa faktor yang paling dominan adalah variabel metode skin to skin terhadap terhadap perubahan temperatur tubuh bayi sesudah 2 jam post pastum. Disarankan kepada pihak rumah sakit agar dapat meningkatkan kompetensi metode skin to skin kepada perawat atau bidan di Rumah Sakit Columbia Asia Medan dengan cara mengadakan pelatihan dan workshop baik internal maupun eksternal, juga Rumah sakit Columbia Asia medan harus mendukung metode skin to skin dari segi kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana yang menunjang pelayanan metode skin to skin.Kata Kunci : Bayi baru lahir, proses persalinan, metode skin to skinNewborns must adjust from intrauterine life to extrauterine life. One of the adaptations of normal newborns is to regulate body temperature even though they are very susceptible to hypothermia, which is a very serious cause of morbidity and mortality in newborn babies. The purpose of the study was to determine the Factors Affecting Changes in Infant Body Temperature After 2 hours Post Partum at Columbia Asia Hospital Medan in 2021. The research design used in this study was an analytic survey with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all newborn patients at Columbia Asia Hospital Medan as many as 185 people from February to April 2021. The number of samples to be studied was 65 people. Data analysis was carried out by univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The statistical test used is the chi square test and logistic regression. The results of the chi square test showed that the variables of the labor process, room temperature, heating lamp, skin to skin method, drying the baby thoroughly, baby blanket and baby headgear, delaying bathing the baby 6 hours after birth, heating pads, Apgar score p value -value = 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is an influence between the labor process and changes in the baby's body temperature after 2 hours post-pastum, from the results of multivariate analysis, the most influential variable in this study is the skin-to-skin method variable. The conclusion is that there is an influence between the delivery process, room temperature, heating lamp, skin to skin method, drying the baby thoroughly, baby blanket and baby headgear, delaying bathing the baby 6 hours after birth, heating pads, Apgar score on changes in the baby's body temperature after birth. 2 hours post pastum. while the multivariate analysis showed that the most dominant factor was the skin to skin method variable on changes in the baby's body temperature after 2 hours post-paste. It is recommended to the hospital to be able to improve the competence of the skin to skin method for nurses or midwives at Columbia Asia Hospital Medan by conducting training and workshops both internally and externally, also Columbia Asia Medan Hospital must support the skin to skin method in terms of completeness of facilities. and infrastructure that supports the service of the skin to skin method.Keywords : Newborn, delivery process, skin to skin method

Abstract

Kematian bayi yang bersifat infeksi dapat dicegah dengan pemberian ASI Eksklusif selama 6 bulan pertama. Meskipun jumlah ibu yang telah menyadari pentingnya memberikan ASI kepada bayinya makin meningkat, tetapi masih tidak berhasil ibu menyusui sampai 6 bulan. Data Profil Kesehatan Indonesia  menunjukkan bahwa persentasi pemberian ASI Eksklusif pada bayi 0-6 bulan hanya sebesar 61,5%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor yang memengaruhi ibu bekerja tidak memberikan ASI eksklusif di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Batu 10 Kec. Tanjung Pinang Timur. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan mix methods. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 orang. Sampel kuantitatif sebanyak 80 orang dan kualitatif sebanyak 5 orang. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara kepada responden menggunakan kusioner dan wawancara secara mendalam kepada informan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Berdasarkan hasil uji chi-square diperoleh pada variabel umur nilai p =0,117, pendidikan p = 0,009, pengetahuan p=0,001, sikap p=0,003, dukungan suami p=0,000 dan pojok ASI p=0.003 dengan faktor yang  paling berpengaruh adalah dukungan suami nilai p= 0.000 exp (B) 345.494. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan ASI ekslusif hanya diberikan kepada anak saat menangis saja. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah ada pengaruh antara pendidikan, pengetahuan, sikap, dukungan suami dan pojok ASI dengan ibu bekerja tidak memberikan ASI Eksklusif di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Batu 10 dan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh adalah dukungan suami. Kepada tenaga kesehatan untuk dapat melakukan upaya pendekatan kepada ibu agar memberikan ASI Eksklusif.  Kata Kunci : Umur, Pendidkan, Pengetahuan, Sikap, Dukungan  Suami, Pojok ASI, ASI EksklusifInfant mortality that is infectious can be prevented by exclusive breastfeeding for the first 6 months. The data analysis used was univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. Based on the results of the chi-square test obtained on the age variable p value = 0.117, education p = 0.009, knowledge p = 0.001, attitude p = 0.003, husband's support p = 0.000 and breastfeeding corner p = 0.003 with the most influential factor is husband's support value p= 0.000 exp (B) 345,494. The results of the interview show that exclusive breastfeeding is only given to children when they cry. The conclusion of the study is that there is an influence between education, knowledge, attitude, husband's support and breastfeeding corner with working mothers not giving exclusive breastfeeding in the Batu 10 Health Center Work Area and the most dominant variable influencing is husband's support. Abstract

Penyebab dari munculnya berbagai keluhan pasien terkait dengan kinerja perawat di ruang rawat inap dihubungkan dengan kepemimpinan kepala ruang, ditinjau dari aspek gaya kepemimpinannya. Kepala ruangan merupakan jabatan yang penting karena kemampuan perilaku kepemimpinan kepala ruangan ikut menentukan keberhasilan pelayanan keperawatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan, kinerja perawat pelaksana dan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana di Ruang Rawat Inap RS Ibu dan Anak Zainab Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif korelatif asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat pelaksana di  ruang rawat inap sebanyak 33 orang. Pengumpulan data primer melalui kuesioner dan data sekunder melalui studi dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data secara univariat dilakukan untuk memperoleh gambaran setiap variabel, bivariat untuk menganalisis hubungan antar variabel dan multivariat untuk melihat pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan kepala ruang adalah gaya demokratis, partisipatif, otoriter dan bebas tindak. Kinerja perawat pelaksana mencakup tahap pengkajian, diagnosa, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi dikategorikan baik. Ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif, otoriter dan bebas tindak kepala ruangan terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian bahwa ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana di Ruang Rawat Inap RS Ibu dan Anak Zainab Pekanbaru. Kepala ruang agar menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan yang baik yang disesuaikan kondisi kerja dan kebutuhan. Para perawat pelaksana agar berupaya meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan asuhan keperawatan di ruang rawat.Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kepala Ruangan, Perawat Pelaksana                                                The cause of the emergence of various patient complaints related to the performance of nurses in the inpatient room is associated with the leadership of the head of the room, in terms of the aspect of his leadership style. The head of the room is an important position because the leadership behavior of the head of the room also determines the success of nursing services. The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership style of the head of the room, the performance of the implementing nurse and the influence of the leadership style of the head of the room on the performance of the nurse in the Inpatient Room of Zainab Mother and Child Hospital Pekanbaru. This type of research is quantitative with associative correlative descriptive research design. The population in this study were all nurses in the inpatient room as many as 33 people. Primary data collection through questionnaires and secondary data through documentation studies. The technique of data analysis was univariate to obtain an overview of each variable, bivariate to analyze the relationship between variables and multivariate to see the influence between variables. The results showed that the leadership style applied by the head of the room was democratic, participatory, authoritarian and free of action. The performance of the implementing nurse includes the stages of assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation is categorized as good. There is an influence of participatory, authoritarian and free-flow leadership style on the performance of the implementing nurse. The conclusion of the research is that there is an influence of the leadership style of the head of the room on the performance of the implementing nurse in the Inpatient Room of Zainab Mother and Child Hospital Pekanbaru. Abstract

The 24-hour PONEK hospital is part of the maternal and neonatal emergency care referral system, which plays a significant role in reducing maternal and neonatal mortality rates. The key to PONEK's success is the availability of competent healthcare workers, reliable infrastructure, facilities, and management. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors influencing the implementation of Comprehensive Emergency Obstetrics and Neonatal (PONEK) services at Restu Ibu Hospital in Balikpapan. Methodology: The research design used in this study was an analytical survey with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study was all medical personnel involved in the PONEK Program at Restu Ibu Hospital, Balikpapan, totaling 57 people. The number of samples to be studied was 57 people. Data analysis was performed using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis. Statistical tests used were the chi-square test and logistic regression. Results: The results of the chi-square test showed that the independent variables, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure, had a p-value of 0.001 < 0.05, meaning that communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure influenced the implementation of PONEK at Restu Ibu Hospital in Balikpapan. The most dominant factor that influenced this was communication with an odds ratio (OR) of 5.969. Conclusion: The conclusion is that communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure influence the implementation of PONEK at Restu Ibu Hospital Balikpapan. It is recommended that good support and commitment from the hospital director and owner's representatives by building good communication with the PONEK team by inviting and involving all PONEK activities, Building good communication among PONEK Teams by participating in effective communication training, Building a skilled team by budgeting training plans related to PONEK so that it is hoped that all PONEK Teams have participated in training according to standards, Equipping adequate room facilities and infrastructure according to PONEK Hospital criteria, conducting MoUs with professional organizations, Building and fostering referral networks.

Abstract

The use of health services is the use of service facilities provided, both in the form of outpatient care, hospitalization, and home visits by health workers. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the utilization of outpatient services at Tengku Chik Ditiro Hospital.This study uses an analytical survey design with a cross-sectional approach. The study population was all outpatients totaling 112 people, with sampling techniques using accidental sampling. Data analysis was carried out univariately, bivariate using chi-square test, and multivariate using logistic regression test with a significance level of α = 0.05.The results showed that of 93 respondents, the majority had a perception of disease in the bad category as many as 47 people (50.5%), a perception of health services in the bad category as many as 56 people (60.2%), and a perception of clinical diagnosis in the good category as many as 63 people (67.7%), The attitude of medical workers in the bad category was 53 people (57.0%), the availability of drugs and medical devices in the bad category was 54 people (58.1%), and the utilization of outpatient services by non-poor patients was 50.8%. The variable that affects the utilization of outpatient services at Tengku Chik Ditiro Hospital is the perception of clinical diagnosis.
