Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) was implemented to address the urgency of increasing cases of bullying in schools, which have an impact on mental health, academic achievement, and the overall educational climate. This activity aims to: (1) increase students' understanding of the concept of bullying, its forms, and its impacts; (2) internalize Islamic moral values such as empathy, politeness, compassion, and brotherhood; (3) equip students with social skills in resolving conflicts wisely in accordance with the principles of Islamic Religious Education; (4) develop a child-friendly and bullying-free school culture; and (5) foster collective awareness to reject and prevent bullying. The PKM implementation methods included counseling, training, and conflict resolution practices, in collaboration with SMAN 1 Jonggat with 50 students participating. Evaluation was conducted through pre-tests, post-tests, and behavioral observations. The results of the activity showed an 80% achievement of the program objectives.

Abstract

The problem examined in this research is how much influence the Herfani Waterboom tourist attraction has on the socio-economic trickle down effect of the community in Leok II sub-district, Buol Regency. The analytical method used in this research is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The associative quantitative data in this research amounted to 30 people. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation techniques. This research aims to determine the direction of water boom tourism on the trickle down effect in Leok II Village, Buol Regency. This research uses associative quantitative methods. The data source is primary data obtained through questionnaires and documentation related to this research. The data analysis technique uses statistical calculations using the SPSS 16 application. The results of the research show that Waterboom Tourism has a significant effect on Trickle Down Effcet in Leok II Village, Buol Regency.

Abstract

Tolitoli Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression analysis method. The total sample was 54 respondents who were active employees of Ogo Malane. The independent variable studied is motivation, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The results of the study show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a tcal value of 3.794 > a ttable of 2.006. The determination coefficient (R²) of 0.217 indicates that motivation contributes 21.7% to the improvement of employee performance, while the remaining 78.3% is influenced by other variables that were not studied. The average motivation score of respondents was in the "very good" category (4.23), and the average performance of employees was also considered "very good" (4.33).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hukum jual beli dengan sistem sandak tanggep yang dilakaukan oleh Masyarakat Desa Montongbaan Selatan Kecamatan Sikur Kabupaten Lombok Timur, sandak tanggep barang atau tanah menjadi sebuah tradisi turun temurun dalam menjalankan muamalah kehidupan sehari-hari sebuah tradisi yang sangat femilier. Tradisi sandak tanggep yang dilakukan di Desa Montongbaan Selatan mengandung arti bahwa si penyandak dengan rela menyerahkan barang atau tanahnya kepada si penaggep dengan catatan si penggep rela memberikan sejumlah uang yang dibutuhkan oleh penyandak untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya dengan waktu yang tidak di tentukan apabila sipenyandak tidak bisa mengembalikan uang sipenanggep maka barang atau tanah yang di sandak selamanya di kuasai dan diambil manfaatnya oleh penanggep maka ini sangat jauh dari aturan jual beli maupun gadai lebih cendrung kepada garar(tipu daya). Hal inilah yang mendorong kami untuk melakukan penelitian terkait masalah praktek sandak tanggep yang terjadi di Desa Montongbaan Selatan Kecamatan Sikur Kabupaten Lombok Timur, untuk dikaji dan dibahas dalam perspektif hukum Islam dan adat, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui status hukum yang pasti mengenai praktek sandak-tanggep barang atau tanah tersebut dan juga untuk mengetahui perspektif hukum Islam dan adat terhadap pemanfaatan sandak-tanggep barang atau tanah tanpa memperhatikan hak penyandak selaku pihak yang memiliki barang atau tanah tersebut.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education in preventing and dealing with bullying behavior has a very important role, in creating a harmonious and noble social environment at various levels of education. However, there is a lack of studies that integrate Islamic values in religious education that specifically address the issue of bullying. Therefore, this study aims to investigate how the reformulation of Islamic Religious Education can foster a bullying-free campus culture. This research method is qualitative field research, where data is obtained directly using observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model interactive analysis technique which includes data reduction, data presentation, and data verification and conclusions. The results of this study show that the reformulation of Islamic Religious Education materials that integrate Aqidah, morals, and multicultural values through the approach of the Qur'an, hadith, Prophetic practices, and tarikh material, accompanied by learning methods that recognize student personalities based on culturais backgrounds, and inclusive class organization, significantly contribute to preventing bullying. This integration instills the values of equality, empathy, and respect for diversity, thus creating a humane, tolerant, and discrimination-free academic environment. Thus, it is hoped that the results of this research can provide solutions in overcoming the issue of bullying in higher education through the reformulation of Islamic Religious Education that integrates aqidah, akhlak, and multicultural values. This is important to create an academic environment that is inclusive, harmonious, and based on Islamic values.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the Effect of Incentive on Employee Morale at the One-Stop Integrated Service Investment Office (DPMPTSP) of Tolitoli Regency. This study uses an associative research type with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is employees who are Civil Servants at the Tolitoli Regency One-Stop Integrated Services Investment Office (DPMPTSP) which totals 42 employees. The data collection technique used saturated sampling of 42 respondents. The source of data is in the form of primary data, which is data obtained by conducting research directly related to this research. The data analysis techniques used were classical assumption tests, simple linear regression, and hypothesis testing, The results of this study were a t-calculation value of 4.563 > t-table of 2.021 and a significant value level of 0.000 < 0.05, and a Determination Coefficient of 0.342 or 34.2% showed that the provision of incentives had a significant effect on the work morale of employees at the One-Stop Integrated Service Investment Office (DPMPTSP) of Tolitoli Regency.

Abstract

General Background: Indonesia’s multicultural reality, characterized by diverse ethnic, religious, linguistic, and cultural identities, represents both a national asset and a challenge for sustaining social cohesion. Specific Background: Increasing intolerance, discrimination, and socio-cultural disparities indicate that diversity has not been fully optimized as a foundation for national development. Knowledge Gap: Existing studies largely examine multiculturalism in fragmented sectors without systematically linking it to the Indonesia Emas 2045 development roadmap or providing an integrative analytical framework. Aims: This study aims to analyze the role of multicultural Islamic education in strengthening national unity and to formulate a strategic framework supporting inclusive and sustainable development toward Indonesia Emas 2045. Results: The findings demonstrate that multiculturalism functions as strategic social capital by reinforcing Pancasila values, promoting tolerance through education, strengthening social cohesion, and supporting inclusive policies, with additional contributions from family roles, digital literacy, and cross-sector collaboration. Novelty: This study offers an integrative framework connecting multicultural dynamics, national identity formation, and long-term development planning within a unified roadmap aligned with Indonesia Emas 2045. Implications: The study provides a conceptual and practical basis for developing multicultural Islamic education curricula, inclusive governance strategies, and diversity-based development policies to maintain national unity and global competitiveness.
