Abstract

This research aims to show that halal certification for pempek Furqon food in Jambi City has a positive impact on Muslim consumer preferences. The decision to obtain halal certification reflects a commitment to Islamic halalness, winning the trust of consumers who increasingly prioritize halalness in purchases. Product quality has also proven to be a major factor in influencing consumer preferences, highlighting the need to maintain high quality standards to build and maintain consumer loyalty. In its method, this research applies a qualitative descriptive approach. Interviews and observations were used to collect primary data, focusing on active consumers of Pempek Furqon after obtaining halal certification. Apart from that, the interview subjects also included the management of Pempek Furqon. The results provide significant insight into the factors that influence Muslim consumers' preferences regarding halal products. As a suggestion, Pempek Furqon can continue to improve maintenance of halal certification, strengthen marketing strategies, product innovation and adjust pricing strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the indirect influence of Self-Confidence on Learning Outcomes through the economics learning motivation of Class XI Students at SMK Negeri 2 Jambi City. This type of research is causal associative using a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Jambi City. The method used is a survey method through distributing questionnaires from a population and sample of 124 people, using a saturated sampling technique or census. Data processing uses SPSS Amos (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 17.1 for Windows 8. The results of this research show that: 1) There is a significant positive influence between social support on learning outcomes of 0.455, t count > t table, namely 5,640 > 1.67. 2) There is a positive and significant influence between self-confidence on learning outcomes of 0.402, t count > t table, namely 4,849 > 1.675. 3) There is a positive and significant influence between motivation on learning outcomes of 0.419, t count > t table, namely 1.675 > 0.05. 4) There is a positive and significant influence between social support and motivation of 0.272, t count > t table, namely 3,119 > 1,655. 5) There is a positive and significant influence between the work environment on work motivation of 0.844, t count > t table, namely 10.177 > 2.015. 6) There is a positive and significant indirect effect between support for economic learning outcomes through motivation of 0.559, F hit > F table or 518.919 > 2.698. 7) There is a positive and significant indirect influence between self-confidence on learning outcomes through motivation of 0.504, F hit > F table or 18.919 > 2.68. This research concludes that there is a positive and significant influence between social support, self-confidence, and motivation for the economic learning outcomes of class XI students at SMK Negeri 2 Jambi City. Without ignoring other factors that can also influence Economics learning outcomes. In an effort to improve economic learning outcomes, students should increase their sense of ownership and awareness of responsibility and comply with applicable policies for the common good

Abstract

This research aims to improve the sharia economic sector, which is important in Indonesia's economic progress. This research is field research with a qualitative approach. This research uses two types of data sources: primary and secondary. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews with people, and documentation. The research results show that the halal value chain in the development of halal tourism products in Kampoeng Radja in Jambi City still needs improvement, such as tourism assets that are not yet sharia-based, especially culinary delights that do not yet have a halal certificate

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the halal value chain in developing halal tourism products and increasing the income of Kampoeng Radja in Jambi City. The halal value chain in the sharia economic sector has an important role in economic progress. However, the economic potential has not been exploited optimally. Jambi City, as one of the areas that has potential in developing halal value chains in the halal tourism industry sector, has also not utilized this potential properly. This research is field research with a qualitative approach. This research uses two types of data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the Values ??of Local Wisdom from the Aspect of Legal Norms and Customary Economy in the Wedding Ceremony Activities of the Air Haji Village Community, Pesisir Selatan Regency, West Sumatra Province. This study is included in the type of qualitative research using descriptive methods. The data in the primary data study are in the form of recordings of the wedding ceremonies of the Air Haji Village community, Pesisir Selatan, West Sumatra. Secondary data are in the form of interviews with traditional leaders. The data were analyzed using content analysis theory. The results of this study include three things, namely 1) the stage of activities before which must be carried out in the maresek wedding ceremony, manampiak bandua, maanta siriah, while those that do not have to be carried out are babako activities. 2) the stage of wedding day activities that must be carried out in the manjapuik marapulai wedding ceremony, akad nikah, basandiang di pelaminan, while those that do not have to be carried out are maanta marapulai activities. 3) the stage of activities after the wedding that must be carried out in the wedding ceremony, namely manjalang mintuo.
