Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pemilik serta mekanik Bengkel Kanal Jaya, Kecamatan Medan Amplas, mengenai teknik pelumasan yang efektif dan manajemen pengelolaan bengkel sepeda motor yang efisien. Pelumasan yang tidak tepat seringkali menjadi penyebab utama kerusakan mesin dan penurunan performa sepeda motor, sementara pengelolaan bengkel yang kurang optimal dapat menghambat pertumbuhan bisnis dan kepuasan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, sosialisasi ini dirancang untuk memberikan solusi praktis terhadap permasalahan tersebut guna mendukung keberlanjutan dan profesionalisme bengkel. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi penyuluhan interaktif, demonstrasi langsung teknik pelumasan yang benar, serta sesi diskusi terbuka mengenai aspek-aspek kunci manajemen bengkel seperti perencanaan keuangan, inventaris suku cadang, layanan pelanggan, dan strategi pemasaran sederhana. Materi disajikan secara komprehensif dan mudah dipahami, dengan penekanan pada aplikasi praktis yang relevan dengan kondisi operasional Bengkel Kanal Jaya. Partisipasi aktif dari pemilik dan mekanik bengkel sangat ditekankan untuk memastikan transfer pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang maksimal Hasil agregat dari 10 peserta menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor pemahaman sebesar 35%, dari rata-rata skor pre-test 55% menjadi rata-rata skor post-test 90%.

Abstract

A clean and healthy environment is a fundamental need for a dignified community life. However, Suka Maju Village continues to face various environmental issues, such as illegal waste accumulation and low public awareness of cleanliness. This study aims to increase public awareness regarding the importance of environmental hygiene and to encourage the formulation of Village Regulations (Peraturan Desa or Perdes) as a form of support for the implementation of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 32 of 2009 on Environmental Protection and Management, particularly Chapter V Article 13. The method used was a community service approach through the Student Creativity Program (Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa or PKM), which involved socialization activities, educational outreach, and facilitated group discussions with village officials and residents. The results indicate a significant increase in community awareness of environmental cleanliness, along with an initiative by the village administration to draft a Perdes on clean living practices. This activity also strengthened collaboration between local authorities, students, and the community in promoting a healthy and sustainable environment. In conclusion, a participatory approach to implementing environmental regulations at the village level proves effective in driving behavioral change and supporting the concrete realization of environmental law objectives at the grassroots level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap produktivitas pegawai pada dinas komunikasi dan informatika kota medan. Lokasi penelitian adalah dinas komunikasi dan informatika kota medan dengan jumlah sampel 50 orang pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan model total sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis multipleregression untuk melihat besarnya kontribusi variabel-variabel bebas dalam mempengaruhi variabel terikat, yang dibantu dengan alat uji F dan ujit pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Berdasarkan uji F, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel produktivitas pegawai dengan perolehan nilai Sig. 0,000 > u. Selanjutnya, hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa variabel kompensasi (X1) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai dengan nilai Sig. 0,009 > a. Kemudian untuk variabel komitmen organisasi (X2) juga mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai dengan nilai Sig. 0,000 > a. Kemudian pada tahap analisis koefisien determinan (R²) menunjukan hasil R Square sebesar 0,985 atau 98,5%. Ini dapat diartikan bahwa variabel kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi memberikan pengaruh terhadap produktivitas pegawai sebesar 98,5%.

Abstract

The advancement of Industry 4.0 has introduced complex challenges in occupational safety and health, calling for strategic approaches to ensure sustainable work environments. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM) in enhancing workplace well-being in Indonesia. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study synthesizes relevant scholarly literature published between 2015 and 2025, focusing on Green HRM, workplace well-being, and occupational health and safety (OHS) across key national industries. The findings indicate a positive correlation between Green HRM practices and improved employee well-being, encompassing physical, mental, social, and environmental aspects of the workplace. This relationship is influenced by organizational factors such as OHS systems, workload, and conflict management, and is supported by digital technology and regulatory frameworks. The study formulates an integrative Green HRM model consisting of six core dimensions: green recruitment and selection, green training and development, green performance management, green compensation and benefits, integrated OHS management systems, and enabling technologies. This model offers a holistic framework for creating transformative and sustainable workplace well-being, aligned with the AKHLAK core values and the national development vision of Golden Indonesia 2045.

Abstract

The voluntary disclosure program (PPS) was created to increase taxpayer compliance and the need for large funds to overcome financial deficits due to the pandemic and post-Covid economic recovery. The purpose of this research is to discuss how the legal perspective of state administration views the voluntary disclosure program (PPS). In addition, it also examines how the effectiveness of voluntary disclosure programs (PPS) in encouraging National economic improvement. The results obtained from this research are that in terms of procedures and principles, the voluntary disclosure program already represents the implementation of tax law which is part of state administrative law. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the implementation of the voluntary disclosure program (PPS) is considered ineffective. This is due to several obstacles, both in terms of the variables supporting its successful tax amnesty, which have not been implemented optimally, and the conditions of business actors who experience several obstacles, including high tariffs, limited investment instruments, many tax assets that are not liquid, and economic recovery that has not been maximized.

Abstract

In a research work has a purpose, where the research was conducted to determine the influence of leadership style and giving bonuses to employee loyalty at PT. Astra Sedaya Finance Medan Branch. This research was conducted at PT. Astra Sedaya Finance Medan Branch, with a population and sample of 85 employees, including contract employees. The research instrument is a questionnaire/questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The requirements test is carried out by testing the validity and reliability tests as well as the classical assumption test. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression technique at a significance level of = 0.05. In testing the first hypothesis, it has partially proven that there is an influence between Leadership Style on Employee Loyalty with a significant value level of 0.000 <0.05, thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Then partially testing the second hypothesis has proven that the effect of Bonus Giving on Employee Loyalty has a significant effect of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted, H0 is rejected. Furthermore, the F test proves that two independent variables have a simultaneous influence on the dependent variable with a significant value of F count 0.000 <0.05 which is declared to have a positive and significant effect. From the results of the coefficient of determination of the value of R Square, all independent variables have an influence with a percentage of 41.1% and the excess is influenced by other factors, which are 58.9% which is not yet known.

Abstract

Artikel ini menyajikan tinjauan literatur tentang pelatihan manajemen SDM berbasis teknologi untuk generasi milenial. Fokus utamanya adalah pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi SDM (SIM) dan HR Analytics. Tinjauan literatur ini membahas pentingnya pelatihan dalam memperbaharui keterampilan manajemen SDM sesuai dengan kebutuhan milenial yang cenderung digital-savvy. SIM memberikan kerangka kerja untuk pengelolaan SDM yang efektif, sementara HR Analytics memungkinkan analisis data yang mendalam untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis. Artikel ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana organisasi dapat memanfaatkan teknologi ini untuk mengelola dan mengembangkan SDM milenial dengan efektif.
