The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work safety consisting of the state of the work environment and the use of work equipment on worker productivity. This research was conducted at PT Musim Mas Medan, with a population and sample of 200 people taken by purposive sampling. The research instrument is a questionnaire/questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The requirement test was conducted to test for normality, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression technique at a significance level of = 0.05. The results showed: there is a positive and significant effect between safety at work on worker productivity with t count = 3.617 and t table 1.97 with a coefficient value of 0.430. From the results of SPSS output, it is known that the R square value is 0.62 or 62%, which means that safety at work has an influence on the level of worker productivity.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Supervision and Implementation of Operational Standards on the Quality of Work of Employees of PT Nutri Inti Prima Perkasa Medan. This research was conducted at PT Nutri Inti Prima Perkasa Medan, with a population and sample of 56 people taken by purposive sampling. The research instrument is a questionnaire/questionnaire with a Likert scale model. Requirements test was conducted to test for normality. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression technique at a significance level of = 0.05. The results showed: there was a positive but not significant effect between supervision (X1) on work quality with t count = 1.376 < t table 2.004 and a significant value of 0.175>0.05. While the variable Implementation of Operational Standards (X2) on Work Quality with a value of t count = 3.093 > t table 2.004 with a significant level of 0.003> 0.05 based on the results of SPSS output it is known that the R square value of 0.216 or 21.6% means the Supervision factor and Operational Implementation can be explained by Quality of Work, while the rest can be explained by other factors such as performance, incentives, leadership style, training and organization of 78.4%.

The problem of this research is that the performance of police officers is still not optimal in dealing with work stress and pressure, handling conflicts well, or communicating effectively within the scope of work and society where the duties and responsibilities faced by police officers are often heavy and full of pressure. If employees cannot manage stress well, they can experience physical and mental fatigue, which can impact their performance in handling daily tasks. This study aimed to determine both simultaneously and partially the influence of emotional intelligence and individual characteristics on the performance of police employees. The method used is quantitative descriptive using secondary data by distributing questionnaires, processed using the SPSS application with multiple linear regression techniques. The findings of this research are that there is an influence between emotional intelligence and individual characteristics on the performance of police employees both in partial and simultaneous terms. The implication of this research is that emotional intelligence helps police employees manage stress better, remain calm under pressure, and face stressful situations without losing self-control. These emotional and personality aspects play a key role in ensuring effective public services and creating positive relationships with the public.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi dan Kompensasi terhadap Promosi Jabatan Karyawan pada PT Astra International Daihatsu Medan secara parsial dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi dan Kompensasi secara simultan terhadap Promosi Jabatan Karyawan pada PT Astra International Daihatsu Medan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Astra Internasional Daihatsu Medan dengan populasi 85 karyawan PT Astra Internasional Daihatsu Medan. Dengan menggunakan analisis data dari kuesioner. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah Kompetensi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Promosi Kerja karyawan PT Astra Internasional Daihatsu Medan, Kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Promosi Kerja dan merupakan variabel dominan yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Promosi Kerja karyawan PT Astra Internasional Daihatsu Medan. PT Astra Internasional Daihatsu Medan. Variabel bebas penelitian memberikan kontribusi yang besar dalam menjelaskan kenaikan pangkat sebesar 77,90% sedangkan sisanya 22,10% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

One of the most important elements in realizing good governance for the implementation of staffing management is the career development of employees. This research aims to find out the influence of work quality and work performance on the career development of employees of the Medan City Dukcapil Office. The research method used is quantitative with the t-test hypothesis. The results showed that there was a significant influence simultaneously and partially between the quality of work and work performance on the career development of employees of the Medan City Dukcapil Office. This is because employee career development programs can increase self-confidence and motivate employees in producing good job performance and have an impact on increasing the credibility of the company. The quality of work will encourage career development if all aspects that support the quality of work are met.

Pengabdian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pengelola jurnal ilmiah program studi komunikasi penyiaran Islam tentang tata cara pengaturan awal jurnal, cara mengumpulkan artikel, dan cara mempublikasikannya. Selain itu juga, tujuan lainnya adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengelola jurnal dalam mengelola jurnalnya, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan indeksasi nasional dan internasional. Selain itu, diharapkan jurnal ini dapat berguna bagi akademisi pada khususnya dan masyarakat luas pada umumnya. Pelatihan ini menggunakan pendekatan demonstrasi dan pendampingan menggunakan Open Journal System (OJS) mulai dari penataan hingga pengumpulan artikel dan publikasi. Hasil pelatihan diperoleh, peserta mampu memahami materi dengan sangat baik dan mampu dalam menerapkan pengoperasian jurnal. Disimpulkan dari hasil kegiatan pengabdian tersebut diketahui bahwa jurnal yang dikelola oleh program studi komunikasi penyiaran Islam sudah layak untuk menerbitkan karya ilmiah baik dari segi artikel yang masuk maupun pengelolaannya.

This study was conducted by looking at the phenomenon of online shopping services that are currently growing. So the researcher aims to analyze the influence of Purchase Interest and Competitiveness on Sales Increase in Instagram online shopping services @Jastipdiskon.Medan. The background of this study is based on problems related to consumer purchasing interest and lack of competitiveness that can result in decreased sales. This study uses a quantitative method with a customer population of @Jastipdiskon.Medan of 80 people. The sampling technique was carried out using the Simple Random Sampling (Slovin) method. Purchase interest and competitiveness factors have been shown to have a significant influence on increasing sales. These results are presented to provide input for the same type of business so that it can continue to grow and the possibility of other factors that can affect sales such as great competition due to the increasing number of online shopping services today

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyoroti pentingnya peran konsultan keuangan dalam membantu perusahaan merancang strategi keuangan yang efektif. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan sintesis berbagai sumber literatur terkait. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsultan keuangan memiliki kemampuan untuk memberikan analisis mendalam tentang situasi keuangan perusahaan dan menawarkan solusi inovatif untuk mengatasi tantangan keuangan yang dihadapi. juga mampu memberikan saran yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan dan mengurangi risiko. Dengan keahlian dan pengalaman yang luas, konsultan keuangan menjadi mitra strategis bagi perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan keuangan . Kesimpulannya, peran konsultan keuangan sangat penting dalam membantu perusahaan menghadapi dan mengatasi tantangan keuangan. Dengan bantuan konsultan keuangan, perusahaan dapat merancang dan melaksanakan langkah-langkah yang efektif untuk mencapai tujuan keuangan . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marketing strategy and Brand Image. on sales volume of PT Vitacimin drugs. Takeda Indonesia, North Sumatra. This research was conducted at PT. Takeda Indonesia, North Sumatra, with a population and sample of 60 Outlines (Supermarkets, Minimarkets and Wholesalers) were taken by purposive sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The requirements test is carried out by testing the validity and reliability tests as well as the classical assumption test. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression technique at a significance level of α = 0.05.The results of partial hypothesis testing have proven that there is an influence between advertising strategy on sales volume with a significant value level of 0.001 <0.05, thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The results of partial hypothesis testing have proven that the influence between Brand Image. on Sales Volume has a significant effect of 0.000 <0.05. Thus Ha is accepted H0 is rejected. Furthermore, the F test proves that the two independent variables have a simultaneous effect on the dependent variable with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 which is stated to have a positive and significant effect.From the results of the SPSS output it is known that the R square value simultaneously gives an effect with a percentage of 53.6% and the advantage is that it is influenced by other factors which are not examined in this discussion at 46.4%.
