Abstract

The transportation and motor vehicle sector in Indonesia is recorded as one of the sectors with the highest carbon emissions, which requires serious attention to reduce its negative impact on the environment. This study focuses on Green HRM and Green Work Engagement, two concepts that are increasingly popular in efforts to reduce the negative impact of the automotive industry on the environment. One factor that can be a link in improving environmental performance is Green Innovation. This study was conducted in several automotive industry companies with a large and unknown population; therefore, this study can use non-probability techniques, such as simple random sampling. Based on the online questionnaire distributed to 4 companies, a total of 320 questionnaires were distributed from October to December 2024. Of these, 236 respondents returned complete questionnaires, which can be used as research data. The research data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study show that Green HRM plays a significant role in increasing environmental awareness among employees of automotive industry companies; however, its influence on environmental performance and Green Innovation is not always substantial. Additionally, Green Work Engagement has been shown to have a significant impact on environmental performance. At the same time, Green Innovation serves as a mediator in the relationship between Green Work Engagement and improved environmental performance. However, Green Innovation cannot mediate the influence of Green HRM on environmental performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Firm Growth and Firm Size on Firm Value with Earning Per Share as Moderation (Empirical Study Plastics and Packaging Public Companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the Period of 2014 - 2018). The population in this study were 14 companies, then the researchers used purposive sampling technique so that the research sample was obtained as many as 12 companies. The analysis used is multiple linear regression with moderation. The author uses statistical tools, namely SPSS version 24.0 and Microsoft Excel as data tabulation calculations. The results of the study found that firm growth has an negative influence on firm value, firm size has no effect on firm value, while EPS is proven to moderate the effect of firm size and firm growth on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of profitability and Asset Structure on the Value of Companies with Intellectual Capital as Moderation of Empirical Studies on Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Industry Sub-Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 Period. The total population are 32 companies, and the sampling technique with purposive sampling collected sample was 16 companies. This research used analysis multiple linear regression with moderation variable. Statistical software for calculated data is Rstusio. The results showed that profitability and asset structure proved to have an influence on firm value. Variable intellectual capital moderating has also been shown to have a moderate effect on profitability and asset structure on firm value.

Abstract

ABSTRAKIntensi berwirausaha di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah. Rendahnya kesadaran berwirausaha oleh generasi muda karena kurangnya literasi dan pendidikan yang mereka dapatkan. Sedangkan bagi generasi muda literacy digital mereka sudah menunjukkan perkembangan yang sangat tinggi. Penelitian ini ingin meneliti lebih lanjut faktor pendidikan formal dan nonformal dengan literasi digital sebagai moderasi dapat mempengaruhi intensi seseorang untuk berwirausaha serta dampaknya terhadap tindakan actual entrepreneurship. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui model path analysis. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Budi Luhur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa formal education dan nonformal education dapat mempengaruhi intention entrepreneur dan intention entrepreneur dapat mempengaruhi seseorang untuk menjadi actual entrepreneur. Sedangkan digital literacy tidak dapat memoderasi formal dan informal education.Kata Kunci: Literasi Digital; Niat; Wirausaha; Pendidikan; ModerasiABSTRACTEntrepreneurial intention in Indonesia is still relatively low. The low awareness of entrepreneurship by the younger generation is due to the lack of literacy and education they get. Whereas for the younger generation, their digital literacy has shown very high development. This study wants to further examine the factors of formal and non-formal education with digital literacy as moderation can affect a person's intention to become an entrepreneur and its impact on actual entrepreneurship actions. This research uses a quantitative approach through a path analysis model. The population of this study were students of Budi Luhur University. The results showed that formal education and non-formal education can influence entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial intention can influence a person to become an actual entrepreneur. Abstract

ABSTRAKKampanye politik di berbagai negara telah mengalami transformasi signifikan dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, terutama dengan kemajuan teknologi dan perubahan perilaku pemilih. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan kebaruan dalam inovasi strategi kampanye yang dilakukan oleh Presiden diberbagai negara dengan menggunakan database scopus. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode bibliografi yaitu pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan menyusun daftar referensi atau sumber-sumber informasi yang relevan dengan topik penelitian tertentu. Dalam menelusuri dokumen yang relevan peneliti mencoba memasukkan keyword utama yaitu “politics” dan “campaign” dan “president” dan “strategy” sehingga menghasilkan 117 dokumen dengan rentan waktu tahun 1948 sampai tahun 2025. Bidang pencarian dibatasi pada “judul”, “abstrak”, dan “kata kunci”. Selanjutnya data pengumpulan tidak dibatasi hanya pada artikel ilmiah tetapi juga pada buku, book chapter, review dan conference paper. Hasil Penelitian ini mengungkapkan beberapa temuan penting terkait dengan tren penelitian strategi kampanye politik presiden. Pertama, analisis tren menunjukkan bahwa penelitian mengenai strategi kampanye politik presiden telah mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan selama bertahun-tahun, mencerminkan minat yang terus berkembang dalam bidang ini seiring dengan semakin kompleksnya dinamika politik dan kemajuan teknologi. Kedua, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa negara-negara seperti Amerika Serikat, Inggris, dan Canada merupakan pemimpin dalam jumlah publikasi terkait strategi kampanye politik presiden, dengan penulis dan institusi dari negara-negara tersebut yang sering kali dikutip paling banyak, menandakan kontribusi mereka yang signifikan terhadap literatur global di bidang ini.Kata Kunci: Strategi Inovasi; Kampanye; Politik; Blue Ocean StartegyABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to find novelty in campaign strategy innovations carried out by the President in various countries using the Scopus database. The method used is the bibliographic method, which is an approach used to collect, analyze and compile a list of references or sources of information that are relevant to a particular research topic. In searching for relevant documents, researchers tried to enter the main keywords, namely "politics" and "campaign" and "president" and "strategy", resulting in 117 documents with a time range of 1948 to 2025. The search field was limited to "title", "abstract" , and “keywords”. Furthermore, data collection is not limited to scientific articles but also books, book chapters, reviews and conference papers. The results of this research reveal several important findings related to research trends in presidential political campaign strategies. First, trend analysis shows that research on presidential political campaign strategies has experienced a significant increase over the years, reflecting the growing interest in this field as political dynamics have become more complex and technology has advanced. Second, the research results show that countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada are leaders in the number of publications related to presidential political campaign strategies, with authors and institutions from these countries often cited the most, indicating their significant contribution to global literature in this field. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Profitability, Liquidity, Company Growth, and Company Size on Company Value in Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Sub Sector on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. This research uses quantitative methods with a population and sample from Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for 2019-2023. 24 companies were the object of this research which were determined using certain criteria. The analytical methods in this research consist of the classic assumption test, correlation coefficient analysis test, multiple linear regression analysis test, determination analysis test (R2), t-test, and F test. Meanwhile, the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with a significance value 0.05 using Static Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Version 29.0. The results of this research show that partial profitability and liquidity affect company value, while company growth and company size do not affect company value. Simultaneously profitability, liquidity, company growth, and company size influence company value.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this community service is to strengthen family financial literacy and nutritional awareness through the development and implementation of the Wise-Mother System a digital budgeting platform designed to help families manage household finances while ensuring balanced nutrition to prevent stunting in Tangerang City. Methodology/approach: The system adopted a participatory approach consisting of several stages, a preliminary survey and needs assessment, system design and installation, training and simulation, public socialization, and intensive mentoring. Data collection was conducted through interviews, pre-test and post-test, and field observations. Results/findings: The implementation of the Wise-Mother System successfully improved participants literacy in both financial management and nutrition. Post-test results showed a 46% improvement in budgeting skills and a 14% increase in nutritional literacy compared to pre-test scores. Furthermore, 100% of participants recognized the importance of allocating family budgets for nutritious food and understood how to use technology to support this goal. Conclusion: The Ibu Wise-Mother proved to be an effective digital innovation for empowering families to manage their household finances while improving family nutrition. Through education, training, and mentoring, the program successfully raised awareness and enhanced participants’ ability to plan family budgets aligned with nutritional needs. Limitations: The main limitations include uneven digital literacy among participants, limited internet access in certain areas, and a relatively short training duration, which required additional mentoring for consistent application of the system. Contribution: This program contributes to community development by integrating financial technology with family nutrition education, supporting the national stunting reduction agenda.
