Abstract

This study is important considering the rapid adoption of live streaming technology in the fashion industry, which has become a primary tool for boosting sales. Understanding the factors influencing fashion vendors' use of this technology is crucial, as it can help businesses and marketplace platforms design more effective and interactive marketing strategies. This study examines how behavioral intention affects the actual use of live streaming technology, while also considering the moderating role of gender in the relationships between these variables. The study adopts a quantitative approach, collecting data through a questionnaire survey. The population for this study consists of fashion vendors who actively use live streaming features on marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada in the Tanah Abang area. Purposive sampling was employed as the sampling technique, as the study requires fashion vendors who meet specific criteria, namely, those who have used live streaming technology to sell their products on marketplaces. As a result, the sample size amounted to 211 participants. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS software to test the model’s validity and the relationships between variables. The findings show that trust significantly affects performance expectancy and effort expectancy. Both performance expectancy and effort expectancy significantly influence behavioral intention, and behavioral intention, in turn, positively affects the actual use of live streaming. This study offers new insights into how gender differences influence fashion vendors' perceptions and decisions when using live streaming technology as a marketing tool. Furthermore, it provides a deeper understanding of how trust in technology can strengthen performance and effort expectancies, ultimately enhancing behavioral intention and the actual use of live streaming technology.

Abstract

This research aims to discover how knowledgeable traditional market traders are regarding digital payment technology, what challenges traders face when trying or considering using digital payments, and how prepared traders are for traditional market digitalization programs. The research method used is qualitative research, which is conducted in-depth interviews with traditional market traders at Kebayoran Lama Market, South Jakarta. The research was conducted in June 2024 and visualized using NVIVO software. The interview results show that traditional market traders' understanding of digital payments shows that awareness, education, trust, and security factors play an essential role in adopting this technology. Overcoming the challenges of adopting digital payments requires a holistic approach that includes improving security and privacy, user education and training, developing technological infrastructure, reducing transaction costs, encouraging social and cultural influence, and increasing merchant support. Meanwhile, to increase the readiness of traditional market traders in facing digitalization, several strategic steps are needed, including comprehensive education and training to increase optimism and reduce discomfort, providing easily accessible technical support, security campaigns to explain digital payment system security measures, as well as promotions and incentives to encourage technology adoption.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Literacy, Financial Knowledge, Financial Self Efficacy, Financial Technology on Financial Management Behavior. The object of this study is students of the Faculty of Economics andBusiness at Budi Luhur. The data used in this study is primary data directly by distributing questionnaires via google form. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sample in this study was 95 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis technique used was PLS (Partial Least Square) using SmartPLS v.4.1.0.4. Based on the resultsof the study, it shows that Financial Literacy, Financial Knowledge, Financial Self Efficacy, and Financial Technology have a significant positive effect on Financial Management Behavior in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Budi Luhur University.   Keywords: Financial Literacy, Financial Knowledge, Financial Self Efficacy, Financial Technology, Financial Management Behavior   Abstrak.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Financial Literacy, Financial Knowledge, Financial Self Efficacy, Financial Technology terhadap Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisni di Budi Luhur. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer secara langsung dengan penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 95 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah PLS (Partial Least Square) menggunakan SmartPLS v.4.1.0.4. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Financial Literacy, Financial Knowledge, Financial Self Efficacy, dan Financial Technlogy berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis di Universitas Budi Luhur.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Inclusion, Financial Literacy, Financial Management Quality and Financial Management Behavior on Financial Performance in MSME Warkop in West Jakarta. The sample of this study was 96 respondents in MSME Warkop in West Jakarta. This study was conducted with a quantitative approach with a survey method. For data analysis, namely SEM analysis assisted by the SmartPLS program and Microsoft Excel. The results of the study showed that Financial Inclusion, Financial Management Quality and Financial Management Behavior have a positive and significant effect on the Financial Performance of MSME Warkop in West Jakarta. While Financial Literacy does not show a significant effect on Financial Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Inklusi Keuangan, Literasi Keuangan, Kualitas Manajemen Keuangan dan Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada UMKM Warkop di Jakarta Barat. Sampel penelitian ini ada 96 responden pada UMKM Warkop di Jakarta Barat. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Untuk analisis data yaitu analisis SEM yang dibantu dengan program SmartPLS serta Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Inklusi Keuangan, Kualitas Manajemen Keuangan dan Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan UMKM Warkop di Jakarta Barat. Sedangkan Literasi Keuangan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), Earnings Per Share (EPS), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on company stock prices. The focus of the study was directed at food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020–2024 period. This sub-sector was chosen because it has a strategic role in the Indonesian economy, as well as being one of the sectors that is relatively stable and has long-term growth prospects. This study uses secondary data in the form of annual financial reports and stock price information obtained from the official IDX website. The sampling method was carried out using a purposive sampling technique, namely selecting samples based on certain criteria. From a total population of 94 companies, 19 companies were obtained that met the criteria as research samples. The data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods with the help of Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) software version 22. The results of the study indicate that ROA has a significant effect on stock prices, which means that the higher the company's ability to generate profits from its assets, the greater investor confidence is reflected in the increase in stock prices. The CR variable also proved to influence stock prices, indicating that a company's liquidity is a consideration for investors in investment decisions. Conversely, the EPS variable did not significantly influence stock prices. This suggests that although EPS reflects earnings per share, this information is not always a dominant factor for investors in assessing stock prices in the food and beverage sub-sector. Similarly, the DER variable also had no significant effect, indicating that a company's capital structure does not directly influence market perception of stock prices.

Abstract

Investment decision-making among millennials in Indonesia is not only influenced by rational considerations but also by behavioral and psychological factors, which can be explained using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Millennials represent the most active group in adopting digital financial services and participating in various capital market instruments, making it important to understand the determinants of their investment behavior. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, risk tolerance, financial attitude, and investment experience on investment decisions among millennial employees. The research employed a quantitative design by distributing structured questionnaires to 100 respondents selected using an incidental sampling technique. The study population consisted of millennial employees working at BRI Tower 2, Jakarta. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach, processed through SmartPLS version 4.1.1.2. The results indicate that financial literacy, risk tolerance, and financial attitude significantly and positively affect investment decisions, whereas investment experience has a positive but insignificant effect. These findings confirm the TPB framework, in which financial literacy and financial attitude strengthen attitude toward behavior, while risk tolerance reflects perceived behavioral control. However, investment experience alone is not sufficient to consistently shape rational decision-making. This research contributes theoretically to behavioral finance studies and extends the application of TPB in the context of investment behavior. Practically, the findings imply the need for organizations and policymakers to design targeted financial literacy programs and initiatives that foster positive financial attitudes. Strengthening these aspects is expected to encourage sustainable and rational investment practices among young employees in Indonesia.

Abstract

Sistem pemerintahan memiliki bagian yang mengelola pemerintahan, dari berbagai bagian yang ada dalam pemerintahan, lembaga merupakan salah satu yang berperan penting. Lembaga tersebut terdiri dari berbagai macam, salah satunya adalah bagian yang mengurusi keuangan, baik ditingkat sistem pemerintahan pusat maupun ditingkat pemerintahan yang paling rendah yaitu Rukun Tetangga (RT). Bagian ini berfungsi mengurusi semua hal berkaitan dengan pengelolaan keuangan, yang selanjutnya keuangan tersebut harus dilaporkan kepada pihak-pihak yang bertanggung jawab seperti kepala atau ketua dan anggota. Keuangan di perumahan Bintaro Gallery, Kelurahan Pondok Kacang Timur, Kecamatan Pondok Aren, Kota Tangerang Selatan berasal dari iuran rutin setiap bulan dari warga. Uang kas yang terkumpul digunakan untuk berbagai kegiatan kewargaan, seperti misalnya ketika ada kegiatan kebersihan lingkungan dengan memperbaiki jalanan rusak, tanggul jebol dan pemelirahaan fasilitas umum seperti mengecat pos kaling dan pembatas jalan. Uang kas  juga dipergunakan untuk membantu warga apabila tertimpa suatu musibah yang mendadak, seperti misalnya kecelakaan, masuk rumah sakit, ataupun meninggal dunia. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar warga yang meminjam tidak merasa terbebani dari apa yang telah dipinjamkan tersebut. Hal ini juga dilakukan agar perekonomian warga semakin meningkat dan terbantu oleh kas yang menjadi wilayahnya. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini sistem informasi yang diharapkan mampu membantu pengurus untuk mengelola keuangan kas menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien serta transparan dalam mewudujkan kesejahteraan Bersama.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to evaluate how well social media platforms and their analytics tools contribute to the success of marketing efforts in expanding the reach and sales of UKM Al Huda. Methodology/approach: The study was conducted at the location of UKM Al Huda, utilizing social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and Instagram Insights. Data collection methods included online surveys and reviews of social media performance, which helped in analyzing the effectiveness of the promotional strategies based on the collected data. Results/findings: The findings of this study indicate that social media analysis significantly increases the visibility of Al Huda SME products. This in turn leads to increased customer engagement and improved sales performance, highlighting the positive impact of social media marketing on business. Based on the pre-test results, an 80% increase in participants' abilities was obtained from the participants' abilities before participating in the Social Media Analysis training. Conclusion: Pelatihan UKM Al Huda berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman strategi pemasaran digital, pemanfaatan media sosial, dan analitik. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan anggota dalam memasarkan produk secara online. Keberlanjutan program diharapkan mendorong perluasan pasar dan peningkatan penjualan. Limitations: The study is limited by a relatively short observation period and the reliance on available social media data, which may not fully represent the entirety of UKM Al Huda's marketing efforts. Contribution: This study contributes to the field of digital marketing by providing valuable insights into the impact of social media analytics on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami hubungan antara leverage dan perubahan aset tidak berwujud dan bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap operasional bisnis, serta menganalisis apakah komite audit dapat menghubungkan kedua faktor tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini, perusahaan yang paling banyak ditemui adalah perusahaan sektor real estate dan jasa real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun buku 2017–2022. Purposive sampling adalah metode yang digunakan dalam teknik persiapan sampel penelitian ini, yang diterapkan pada sampel dari sekitar 43 bisnis yang berbeda. Metode analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis regresi moderat (MRA) dan analisis regresi berganda linier (LBER) dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 22.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun leverage dan aset tidak berwujud berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis, namun pengaruh leverage terhadap kinerja bisnis yang disebabkan oleh variabel yang digunakan dalam komite audit tidak signifikan.

Abstract

Harga saham menjadi tolak ukur kemajuan suatu organisasi dalam mengawasi permodalan sebelum para penyandang dana menanamkan modalnya pada suatu organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel independen, Return on Assets, Current Rate, Debt to Equity Rate, dan Net Profit Margin, serta variabel dependen yaitu harga atau nilai saham perusahaan sub sektor telekomunikasi. sektor yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengujian yang digunakan dalam pengujian ini menggunakan strategi pemotongan yang disengaja, populasi dalam eksplorasi ini adalah seluruh organisasi sub-area komunikasi penyiaran yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan contoh yang digunakan dalam pengujian ini adalah 12 perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang komunikasi, dan informasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. eksplorasi diperoleh dari laporan moneter yang didistribusikan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2022. Konsekuensi dari eksplorasi ini adalah variabel Laba dari Sumber Daya mempengaruhi biaya saham, tingkat berkelanjutan mempengaruhi biaya saham, tingkat Kewajiban terhadap Nilai mempengaruhi biaya saham, dan pendapatan keseluruhan bersih mempengaruhi Biaya Penawaran.
