Abstract

The younger generation is the generation that will bring change to a country. The ethics and morals of the younger generation need to be considered because they will become an example for future generations. Ethical and moral teachings need to be taught from an early age by parents, teachers and the surrounding community. In Hinduism, ethical and moral teachings are associated with Susila, Susila is good behavior carried out by humans. This teaches about the values regarding the good and bad actions that are done by someone in everyday life. The purpose of this study is to find out what teachings from Tri Kaya Parisudha are used as the basis of ethics and morals for the younger generation. The method used is qualitative method with literature study. The results of this study are that Tri Kaya Parisudha is used as the basis for the application of ethical teachings or Susila to be applied by the younger generation so that they are able to give birth to generations who have good morals and ethics in the surrounding community. The parts of Tri Kaya Parisudha's teachings are Manacika which means good thinking, Wacika which means saying good and right things and Kayika which means doing good which refers to the view of truth (dharma).

Abstract

The role of teachers in education increases interest in learning which includes efforts to create a learning environment that inspires students to enjoy learning. Interested learning is self-directed, including enthusiasm, seriousness, concentration, and strategies to achieve goals. Educators need to improve the quality of learning in the classroom, the quality of learning in the classroom can be improved in various ways, so that students feel comfortable. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method to describe and analyze in detail the role of teachers in developing students' interest in learning. The results of this research are also based on observations made by researchers at SDN 26 Ampenan. To increase the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of learning so that it meets expectations, in the learning process teachers are encouraged to carry out various innovations such as by creating learning media, especially in subjects that are considered difficult, students will be more interested in achieving their academic potential effectively maximum. Abstract

This journal discusses the role and challenges faced by teachers in improving the quality of education in the digital era. Education is recognized as the key to achieving a better life, where teacher competence is a crucial factor in achieving learning goals. With the development of information technology, teachers are required to have digital pedagogical skills to utilize technology in the teaching process. This research uses a qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation to explore how teachers face these challenges. The research results show that teacher professionalism must continue to be improved in order to adapt to curriculum changes and technological developments. The challenges faced include the need to update skills, face scientific advances, and act as a facilitator and motivator. The proposed solutions include empowering teachers in the use of technology and increasing abilities in using modern learning tools. This journal emphasizes the importance of human resource readiness and supporting facilities and infrastructure to achieve effective technology-based education.   Keywords: Teacher Professionals, Challenges, Educational Technology
