Abstract

Desa Andaman merupakan sebuah desa di Kabupaten Barito Kuala Kecamatan Anjir Pasar yang memiliki hasil padi yang melimpah dangan kulaitas yang baik. Namun kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat dan pemerintah desa dalam hal pengelolaan potansi yang ada menyebabkan pertanian di daerah tersebut tidak mengalami peningkatan dalam hal peningkatan perekonomian masyrakat. Hal tersebut, tidak lepas dari kebiasaan masyarakat yang menjual langsung hasil panen setelah musim panen terjadi dengan harga yang sangat rendah. Pengabdian masyarakat dengan judul “Pendampingan Pengembangan BUMDES untuk Pemasaran Produk Beras Anjir Kemasan Hasil Pertanian Lahan Basah di Barito Kuala” ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran serta pemahaman untuk masyarakat dan aparatur desa  untuk mengolah dan memasarkan produk berasnya sendiri melalui BUMDES (Badan Usaha Milik Desa). Adapun metode pelaksanaan ini adalah menggunakan metode Transfer IPTEKS dengan menggunakan prinsip bahwa setiap inovasi yang diterima oleh mitra sebaiknya melalui proses : Mendengar, Mengetahui, Mencoba, Mengevaluasi, Menerima, Menyakini, Melaksanakan.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of product innovation and digital marketing on the competitive advantage of MSMEs in Banjarmasin. Employing a quantitative approach with 45 MSMEs as the population, the research uses a saturated sampling technique for data collection through a structured questionnaire. Multiple linear regression analysis is employed for data analysis. The findings indicate that product innovation positively and significantly influences the competitive advantage of Sasirangan Kain MSMEs in Banjarmasin, allowing them to differentiate and gain an edge over competitors. Additionally, digital marketing significantly contributes to their competitive advantage by effectively reaching target customers and fostering a strong brand presence. Emphasizing continuous innovation and adopting digital marketing strategies are crucial for achieving sustainable competitive advantages in this market. Policymakers and MSMEs should prioritize these aspects to thrive in the dynamic business landscape. These research findings offer valuable insights, highlighting the significance of product innovation and digital marketing as essential drivers of competitive advantage for MSMEs in Banjarmasin.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the conceptual model for the attitude and perception investigate customer interest in doing online shopping influenced by promotion, risk perception and trust. Samples collected were 117 respondents which found online and directly to respondent. The use of an online questionnaire among others, to ensure that respondents fill is correct respondents who are used to access the internet. The next filter to ensure respondents had online shopping, at the beginning of the questionnaire has been given the question of whether the respondent ever online shopping. There is no limit to the number of respondents in online shopping, which goods are purchased and through the website / online shopping portal specific. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is a popular model that was adopted because it is a model that was developed to measure the level of acceptance of the technology, according to the model in this study. The analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS. The results showed that the promotion and trust influence the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use in online shopping, except for the variable trust has no effect on the perceived usefulness. And both perceptions significantly influence the attitudes and interest in online shopping. But the perceived of risk was not significant effect on trust and perceived ease of use.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh (1) perilaku kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja usaha pada penjual jamu di Kampung Pejabat Banjarbaru Selatan. (2) literasi digital terhadap kinerja usaha pada penjual jamu di Kampung Pejabat Banjarbaru Selatan. (3) kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja usaha pada penjual jamu di Kampung Pejabat Banjarbaru Selatan. Jenis dari pada penelitian ini ialah penelitian kuantitatif. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan 33 penjual jamu di Kampung Pejabat Banjarbaru Selatan sebagai responden. Teknik sampling total atau sensus di gunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk pengambilan sampel. Data di kumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dengan menggunakan aplikasi program software IBM SPSS 26 data yang di dapatkan di analisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil pada penelitian ini diketahui bahwa (1) perilaku kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha pada penjual jamu di Kampung Pejabat Banjarbaru Selatan, (2) literasi digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha pada penjual jamu di Kampung Pejabat Banjarbaru Selatan, (3) kompetensi kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha pada penjual jamu di Kampung Pejabat Banjarbaru Selatan

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to test and analyze the influence of service quality, product, promotion, price and distribution on customer repurchase interest with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS), with the help of SmartPLS3.0 progam. The results of this research show that the variables that have a significant influence on satisfaction are Service Quality and Product. Meanwhile, Promotion, Price and Distribution do not have a significant direct effect on Customer Satisfaction. Apart from that, service quality, products, promotions, distribution and customer satisfaction have a direct and significant influence on repurchase interest. Meanwhile, price has no significant effect on repurchase interest

Abstract

Dunia pemasaran dalam beberapa tahun terakhir ini mengalami perubahan yang signifikan akibat adanya perubahan yang signifikan pada tehnologi informasi. Hampir Sebagian besar Masyarakat telah mengenal penggunaan teknologi informasi yang menyebabkan ternjadinya perubahan perilaku termasuk perilaku konsumenTujuan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah: Memberikan pemahaman tentang digital marketing kepada pelaku UMKM dalam memahami pentingnya digital marketing dalam mempromosikan produk UMKM; Membuat toko online di salah satu e commerce/marketplace dan pengelolaannya sehingga calon pembeli semakin tertarik untuk membeli produk UMKM. Pelatihan ini sasarannya adalah pelaku UMKM yang berada di Kota Banjarmasin Beradasarkan analisis situasi diketahui bahwa permasalahan yang terjadi pada pelaku UMKM yang berada di Banjarmasin adalah kurangnya keterampilan dan pemahaman tentang Digital Marketing dalam mempromosikan produknya dan transaksi pembelian produk yang mayoritas masih menggunakan cara yang manual. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan pelatihan digital marketing, Pengabdian pada Masyarakat ini telah memberikan edukasi kepada pelaku UMKM tentang digital marketing dan bagaimana menggunakan e-commerce atau marketplace. Secara umum kegiatan pelatihan ini berjalan lancar dan mendapat dukungan dari Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Mikro dan tenaga Kerja sehingga kegiatan ini berhasil dilaksanakan tanpa kendala yang berarti.

Abstract

This market research aims to analyze opportunities for coal barging and transshipment companies in Indonesia, analyze the market prices for transport barging & transhipment in 2023 and 2024, identify factors that affect the performance of coal logistics companies in Indonesian as well as prospects and strategies implemented by the coal Logistics industry. This type of research is qualitative research. The method of qualitative research is done using a survey method that describes, explains and interprets a phenomenon that occurs in an object and data is qualitatively characterized. The research was conducted qualitatively through interviews with companies operating in the field of coal logistics and coal users’ logistics. The results of the research conclude that the coal logistics industry in the future still has a fairly high prospect of business. As the largest island country with the longest coastline in the world, Indonesia has the potential and advantages to be optimized as a strategic maritime transport route. With coal reserves awakened, then coal production in Indonesia is also expected to increase with the national production target of 2024 to 922.14 million tons. This growth of production will improve the performance of the coal transportation sector, thus creating a positive business prospect for the coal logistics industry

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze: (1) the effect of nutritional knowledge on the use of nutrition labels on Le Minerale products, (2) the influence of motivation on the use of nutrition labels on Le Minerale products, (3) the influence of attitudes on the use of nutrition labels on Le Minerale products (4) the effect of the use of nutrition labels on Le Minerale products on purchase decisions. This type of research is in the form of quantitative research. The population used in this study is generation Z in Indonesia aged 17 to 28 years and has bought Le Minerale products. Data was collected from 122 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is SEM PLS. The results showed that (1) nutrition knowledge had a positive and significant effect on the use of nutrition labels on Le Minerale products, (2) motivation had a positive and significant effect on the use of nutrition labels on Le Minerale products, (3) attitudes had a positive and significant effect on the use of nutrition labels on Le Minerale products, (4) the use of nutrition labels on Le Minerale products had a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, (6) the use of nutrition labels as a moderation of the influence of motivation on purchasing decisions had a significant effect, while nutrition labels as a moderation of the influence of attitudes on purchasing decisions did not have a significant effect.

Abstract

Revenue receipts of Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency during the period 2004-2023 shows average growth annual by 18.82%. DAU receipts recorded growth annual by 7.62%, spending area by 13.60%, and growth economy by 4.79% per year. Research this aiming to (1) analyze influence simultaneous PAD and DAU towards growth economy HSS Regency ; (2) analyze influence partial PAD and DAU against growth economy ; (3) testing role shopping government as variable moderation in the relationship between PAD and DAU with growth economy ; and (4) understanding impact growth economy to welfare public HSS Regency . Research uses a Mixed Method approach with multiple linear regression analysis tools and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Samples were taken as many as 800 people with multi-stake random sampling, where samples were spread across all sub-districts and village sampling to RT throughout Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency. Analysis results multiple linear regression show that (a) PAD and DAU are simultaneous influential significant to growth economy; (b) PAD does not influential to growth economy and DAU has an influence significant to growth economy; (c) shopping area No capable to moderate PAD relationship to growth economy; and (d) shopping area also not to moderate DAU's relationship to growth economy.

Abstract

This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to achieve three objectives: (1) to evaluate how the distribution of religious tourism objects can be optimized as tourist destinations; (2) to evaluate the problems and challenges faced in the development of religious tourism objects; and (3) to make policy recommendations for the development of religious destination objects in Banjar Regency. The data collection method used was in-depth interviews with key subjects selected for this study. The results of the study explain that there are 18 religious destination locations in Banjar Regency consisting of the tombs of scholars. The absence of facilities and infrastructure, the lack of local resource contributions to the existence of tourist objects, and the lack of efforts to encourage religious-based tourism are some of the obstacles faced. Improvement and development of tourism facilities and infrastructure, strengthening the role of local resources, and intensifying the promotion of religious-based tourism are some of the strategic actions that can be taken to overcome these obstacles.
