Abstract

Sejak awal penciptaaan, laki-laki dan perempuan sudah ada bersama. Bahkan mereka diciptakan untuk hidup berdampingan. Tetapi di mata lelaki, keberadaan perempuan bersifat problematis. Mungkin bukannya tidak dibutuhkan, tetapi kontribusinya dipertanyakan. Aneka kekerasan yang dialami perempuan sudah semestinya terjadi. Cara pandang tersebut menjadi sisi tilik ]untuk menjelaskan praksis aneka kekerasan terhadap perempuan. Tulisan ini ingin membedah kekerasan dengan bertolak dari reflesi atas novel Perempuan di Titik Nol, karya Nawal El-Saadawi. Novel ini akan mengupas secara tajam konteks dan relevansi kekerasan yang dialami para perempuan dewasa ini.

Abstract

Refleksi Kritis Fenomena Komodifikasi Tubuh di Era Ekonomi Kapitalis. Tulisan ini lahir sebagai refleksi atas fenomena penjarahan, pelecehan, dan komodifikasi atas tubuh di era ekonomi kapitalis saat ini. Meski berbentuk uraian filosofis yang kelihatan rumit, melambung tinggi, namun di penghujung akhir tetap ada cerita tentang fakta sosial. Cerita tentang kondisi kodrati tubuh sebagai sesuatu yang kudus dan suci kini telahdireduksi dan disulap sebagai tempat untuk mencari kepuasan erotis dan material. Abstract

Research on the dating behavior of teens at boarding houses in Ruteng City consists of two parts - research on high school teenagers and college’s students teenagers. This report focuses on the results of research to students living at boarding houses. This study was designed to describe the dating behavior of teenage boarders in the Ruteng, Manggarai Regency. Sexual dating behavior that drives this research is about emerging forms of thinking about sexual drive for couples. Various forms, such as holding hands, hugging, kissing, touching sensitive body parts, and sexual intercourses. Based on this concept, dating behavior is grouped into 4 activities, dating, necking, petting, and intercourses. Getting data, the team used survey by quantitative approach. Data collection techniques consisted of questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Questions related to student dating behaviors. Questionnaire was supported by interview and observation. The total participants were 320 students who were dating in Ruteng. From the total and 95% confidence level, the team determined margin of error totally 5.3%. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistical techniques and non-parametric statistics. Descriptive statistics were used to describe the condition of participants in terms of age, circumstances, and semester level. Non-parametric statistics were used to assess the significance of the relationship between age, circumstances, and semester variables for dating safety. Some of them have even been prominent in sexual relations. These facts were caused by unregulated environments. In Ruteng, the boarding houses do not have a construction permit because they do not have local regulations from the Manggarai regency government. This confirms the owner's mentality that is oriented to money and ignore the rules, do not limit male and female relations of boarders, and the desire of teenagers to make boarding as a safe dating place. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for local governments to issue local regulations.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the availability and use of science learning media in class 6th of Catholic private elementary schools at Langke Rembong District. This research method is in the form of a survey that focuses on two things, namely the availability and use of science learning media. The study was conducted to all the science teachers in class 6th totaling 46 teachers as a population, then the data were only taken from 23 teachers as a sample selected purposively. Instruments used were questionnaires, checklists, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the availability of science learning media in those schools were sufficient. However, many media were in damaged conditions. Those happened because they were stored, not used. Most teachers were not trained to use that media and had no initiative to solve the problem. Therefore, in terms of utilization, only good media is utilized to its full potential.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kontribusi motivasi belajar siswa dan kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap prestasi belajar Sosiologi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian korelasi eksplanatoris dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 2428 siswa yang berasal dari SMA N 1, SMA N 2, dan MAN di Kecamatan Langke Rembong propinsi NTT. Jumlah sampel ditentukan berdasarkan teknik proporsional dan simple random sampling. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik angket dan teknik tes. Teknik angket digunakan untuk mengumpulkan informasi terkait tinggi rendahnya motivasi siswa dan kompetensi pedagogik guru. Teknik tes berupa tes pilihan ganda digunakan untuk mengukur prestasi belajar Sosiologi siswa. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi sederhana dan korelasi ganda. Hasil analisis korelasi sederhana menunjukan terdapat hubungan positif antara motivasi belajar (X1) siswa dengan prestasi belajar Sosiologi (Y) dan terdapat korelasi positif antara kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap prestasi belajar Sosiologi siswa. Koefisien korelasi motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar adalah ry.1 = 0,643. Koefisien korelasi kompetensi pedagogik guru (X2) terhadap prestasi belajar Sosiologi adalah ry.2 = 0,666. Taraf signifikansi kedua korelasi tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05 yang membuktikan hipotesis adanya korelasi positif antara variabel motivasi dan kompetensi pedagogik terhadap prestasi belajar Sosiologi siswa. Koefisien korelasi antara (X1) dan (X2) terhadap Y meningkat ketika dihitung secara bersama-sama menggunakan teknik korelasi ganda. Besaran koefisien korelasi kedua variabel tersebut terhadap prestasi belajar Sosiologi adalah sebesar ry.12 = 0,754. Dengan kata lain, kontribusi bersama variabel motivasi belajar dan kompetensi pedagogik terhadap prestasi belajar Sosiologi adalah sebesar 57,2%. Sebesar 42.8% hasil belajar Sosiologi dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to complete the shortcomings of previous studies related to the challenges of implementing learning in the current era of disruption. In an effort to find alternative solutions that are more effective, this study seeks to analyze and examine how educators transform themselves to face various challenges in education in accordance with the spirit of the times. The existence of educational disruption has not been followed by an emphasis on the importance of digital-based transformative education and strengthening the competence of educators as an increasingly ideal basis for transformation. This paper is based on the argument that no matter how strong the influence of the pace of development of digital information technology, which tends to be disruptive, the spillover of which has shaken the education sector, creative and dynamic efforts will increasingly find momentum during the Covid-19 pandemic. Thus, educators continue to play a vital role in the educational process that cannot simply be replaced by technological sophistication. Within the limits of this understanding, basically all achievements of scientific and technological progress are rooted in the educational process by placing the basis of digital transformation as a starting point for change to a better, civilized and quality direction.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the problem of students’ learning outcomes at SDI Wae Ciu becaused of the use of conventional learning models. The purpose of the study was to describe the comparison of student learning outcomes through the use of the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) model, and also to describe whether using the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model could improve student learning outcomes. This type of research was quantitative research with experimental methods. Experimental research was causal (causation) where its evidence was obtained through comparisons between the experimental group (which was treated) through the use of the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model, and the control group (which was not treated). Data collection techniques was the test to collect data on student learning outcomes. The data analysis technique used was the t-test, after testing the normality and homogeneity. The results showed that the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) model had a positive influence on student learning outcomes. Based on the results of the Paired Samples T-Test analysis, the posttest results obtained in the experimental class and control class were known that the t-count is 0.05 with a significance of 0.000. The significance value (2-tailed) which showed 0.000 > 0.05, then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model also determined the accuracy of the expected goals, learning would be effective, efficient and the expected learning outcomes would be achieved. Based on the research that has been done, there was a significant effect on improving student learning outcomes by using the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bentuk-bentuk kekerasan dalam rumah tangga terhadap anak di Desa Kakor, kecamatan Lembor Selatan, Kabupaten Manggarai Barat.Penelitian ini menggunakan survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Total responden berjumlah 50 anak. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kekerasan orang tua terhadap anak di Desa Kakor. Bentuk kekerasan yang paling dominan adalah kekerasan fisik dan psikologis.

Abstract

Masalah utama penelitian ini adalah diduga rendahnya kemandirian siswa di SDK Ruteng IV. Banyak siswa tidak aktif bertanya dan tidak mengerjakan tugas-tugas. Siswa cenderung menunggu untuk diperintah. Inisiatif kurang tampak. Penelitian ini hendak mengkaji 3 hal: mendeskripsikan perilaku kemandirian siswa, upaya guru dalam mengembangkan kemandirian siswa, dan upaya sekolah selama ini dalam meningkatkan kemandirian siswa.Metide penelitian bersifat kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Indikator kemandirian dapat dilihat dari rasa percaya diri, berinisiatif, menghargai waktu, berlaku sopan, menyelesaikan tugas dengan baik, dan bertanggung jawab. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemandirian siswa belum memuaskan. Tampak indikator-indikator tersebut kurang maksimal, kecuali spiritual (berdoa rutin). Guru sudah berupaya dengan pembiasaan dan teladan, serta pengembangan kemandirian melalui proses pembelajaran. Dari pihak sekolah, ada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler seperti bakti sosial dan pramuka, kendatipun tidak berhubungan langsung dengan nilai kemandirian siswa.
