Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya pegawai yang merangkap jabatan di Bank BJB Syariah Cabang Cirebon. Dalam pengendalian intern untuk mencegah kemungkinan inefisiensi, kesalahan dan penggelapan aset, diperlukan pemisahan tugas. Pemisahan tugas sangat penting untuk pengendalian internal yang efektif untuk mengatasi kemungkinan kesalahan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Bank BJB Syariah Cabang Cirebon dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 30 pegawai. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi dan keamanan sistem informasi akuntansi terhadap pengendalian intern perusahaan. Sedangkan kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengendalian intern perusahaan dan keamanan sistem informasi akuntansi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengendalian intern perusahaan pada Bank BJB Syariah Cabang Cirebon.

Abstract

One of discuse of Islamic Higher Eduction (IHE) management is administration that always regarding of management. Management still widing and this study is facing new insight of administration in actual management in education that lack in preview research. The goal of this newsletter is to set up a basis for understanding the demanding situations related to IHE.The gift observe explores the efficacy of experiential getting to know withinside the context of control education, which is usually applied to non-educational discussions. This studi is literature review uses PRISMA analysis with reduction and content analysis, display and conclution. Data credibily is using triangulation, transferability and depenability. Result is 600 article is found from keyword after exclude, found only 5 about actual management in title and 18 relevant to the keyword written in the title implisitly. lack of literature spesifict display of this title directly related to education.  Above 75% Technology-assisted IHE can improve graduate quality and efficiency. Insight of this research is administration is one of important thing in actual management. Limitation of this research is lact from field data. This research significantly impacts the field of IHE by reorienting scholarly attention toward the critical intersection of administration and actual management—an area previously overlooked despite its fundamental importance to institutional effectiveness. Future research should prioritize a comprehensive multi-institutional investigation that combines quantitative metrics with qualitative insights from stakeholders across diverse IHE settings, focusing particularly on how administrative modernization can be implemented while honoring Islamic educational principles

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas integrasi kecerdasan buatan (artificial intelligence) dalam manajemen pendidikan karakter berbasis Islam di sekolah dasar. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana kecerdasan buatan dapat diimplementasikan dalam pengelolaan pendidikan karakter, serta dampaknya terhadap pembentukan karakter religius siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen di beberapa sekolah dasar Islam yang telah mengintegrasikan kecerdasan buatan dalam manajemen pendidikan karakter. Teknik analisis tematik digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi tema dan pola yang muncul dari data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi kecerdasan buatan dalam manajemen pendidikan karakter berbasis Islam di sekolah dasar memberikan peningkatan signifikan dalam hal efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan pendidikan karakter. Kecerdasan buatan membantu guru dalam memantau perkembangan karakter siswa secara real-time, menyesuaikan strategi pembelajaran berdasarkan kebutuhan individu siswa, serta menyediakan data analitis yang mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik dalam manajemen pendidikan karakter. Selain itu, kecerdasan buatan juga mempermudah dokumentasi dan pelaporan perkembangan karakter siswa. Kesimpulannya, integrasi kecerdasan buatan dalam manajemen pendidikan karakter berbasis Islam di sekolah dasar menunjukkan potensi besar dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan karakter. Namun, keberhasilan integrasi ini sangat bergantung pada kesiapan teknologi sekolah dan pelatihan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi tersebut. Oleh karena itu, disarankan adanya investasi berkelanjutan dalam infrastruktur teknologi dan pengembangan kapasitas guru untuk memastikan implementasi yang efektif.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of business feasibility and collateral value on financing decisions at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Majalengka Jatiwangi. The population used in this study were all customers who had applied for financing at BSI KCP Majalengka Jatiwangi. The sampling technique was carried out using probability sampling and simple random sampling methods. So it is known that the sample in this study amounted to 89 respondents. The analysis method used is quantitative method. The data analysis method uses the research instrument test method, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, hypothesis testing (t test and f test), coefficient of determination using the help of IBM Stastistic SPSS software version 25. The results showed that the business feasibility variable had a positive and significant effect on the decision to provide financing as evidenced by the regression coefficient value of 0.535. The guarantee value has a positive and significant effect on the decision to grant financing as evidenced by the regression coefficient value of 0.842. Meanwhile, the variables of business feasibility and collateral value have a positive and significant effect on the decision to grant financing of 0.414. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kelayakan Usaha dan Nilai Jaminan Terhadap Keputusan Pemberian Pembiayaan di Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Majalengka Jatiwangi. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah yang pernah mengajukan pembiayaan di BSI KCP Majalengka Jatiwangi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling dan simple random sampling. Sehingga diketahui sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 89 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode uji instrument penelitian, Uji asumsi klasik, Analilis linier berganda, Uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji f), Koefisien determinasi menggunakan bantuan software IBM Stastistic SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kelayakan usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pemberian pembiayaan dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien regresi yaitu sebesar 0,535. Nilai jaminan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pemberian pembiayaan dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien regresi yaitu sebesar 0,842. Sedangkan pada variabel kelayakan usah dan nilai jaminan bepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pemberian pembiayaan sebesar 0,414.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe Information and Communication Technology-Based Education Management. The approach used in this study is a qualitative description. The research was conducted at MI Sabiilul Muttaqin Warugede, Cirebon Regency from January to July 2020. The subjects of the research were school principals and teachers. Meanwhile, the informants are school principals, teachers, and the surrounding community. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The technique of checking the validity of the data is by using source triangulation. The data analysis technique used an interactive model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: Information and Communication Technology-Based Education Management at MI Sabilul Muttaqin Wargede Cirebon Regency begins with planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. Three management functions based on information and communication technology, namely organizing, implementing, and supervising, information and communication technology is more optimal as the basis of the supervisory process, this supervision process represents the entire management process of implementing information and communication technology systems lies in the planning function, cannot be optimal in using information and communication technology. The solution requires planning without using, namely by meeting in person ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menggambarkan Manajemen Pendidikan Berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskripsi kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di MI Sabiilul Muttaqin Warugede Kabupaten Cirebon mulai Januari- Juli 2020. Subyek penelitiaan adalah kepala sekolah dan guru. Sedangkankan informannya adalah kepala sekolah, guru, dan masyarakat sekitar. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan trianggulasi sumber. Teknik analisa data menggunakan model interaktif yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Manajemen Pendidikan Berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi di MI Sabilul Muttaqin Wargede Kabupaten Cirebon diawali dengan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Tiga fungsi manajemen berbasis teknologi Informasi dan komunikasi yaitu pengroganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan, teknologi informasi dan komunikasi lebih optimal sebagai basis dari proses pengawasan, proses pengawasan ini mewakili seluruh proses manajemen penerapan sistem teknologi informasi dan komunikasi terletak pada fungsi perencanaan, tidak bisa optimal dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Solusinya diperlukan perencanaan tanpa menggunakan, yaitu dengan bertemu secara langsung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi bahwa pengasuhan orang tua pada anak berpengaruh besar terhadap tumbuh kembang anak. Adapun bertujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi tentang: 1) Perencanaan, 2) Pengorganisasian, 3) Pelaksanaan, dan 4) Pengawasan Program Parenting di TKIT Al-Farisi Majalengka. Penelitian Program Parenting merupakan penelitian naturalistik dengan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan observasi. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari alur reduksi data, alur mendisplay data dan alur penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data dalam penelitian dilakukan pemeriksaan yang didasarkan pada empat kriteria, yaitu; credibilitas, transferabilitas, depandibilitas dan confirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian adalah: 1) Perencanaan, yaitu dengan melakukan penyusunan seperti tujuan, bentuk kegiatan, jadwal kegiatan, anggaran, narasumber, klasifikasi peserta dan kurikulum, 2) Pengorganisasian; dalam pengorganisasian Program Parenting memiliki struktur kepengurusan, terdapat job description dan hubungan antar unit kerja sudah sangat baik, 3) Pelaksanaan; dalam pelaksanaan program Parenting sudah berjalan sangat baik dibuktikan dengan adanya pengarahan dari mulai yayasan hingga koordinator sekolah, 4) Pengawasan; pengawasan terdiri dari menentukan standar pelaksanaan, menentukan cara mengukur pelaksanaan dan proses memperbaiki penyimpangan.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, with a focus on innovation and the effectiveness of using AI in improving the quality of learning. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study design involving five Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Cirebon Regency, involving in-depth interviews with 15 PAI teachers and 50 students, classroom observations, and document analysis. The research results show that the application of AI provides significant benefits such as delivering more interactive material, personalizing learning according to student needs, and more efficient learning evaluation. In conclusion, the implementation of AI in PAI learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah can improve the quality of learning and student understanding, although its success depends on technological readiness, teacher training, and support from related parties. It is hoped that this research will become a reference for other madrasas in adopting AI to increase the effectiveness of PAI learning.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the managerial role of leaders of pesantren-based rehabilitation institutions in tackling juvenile delinquency in Pondok Bukit Mahabbah Darul Adni majalengka, and its impact on the character and mental development of students. This research was conducted through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis using qualitative case study methods. A thematic analysis approach was applied to identify key themes from the data collected over the six-month research period. The results of this study show that institutional leaders have successfully carried out managerial roles in tackling juvenile delinquency originating from various regions in Indonesia, which is reflected. This is reflected in the interpersonal role of the leader of the institution, the informational role and the decisional role performed by the leader of the institution in carrying out its institutional management. This research opens up opportunities for further study on juvenile delinquency handling in other educational institutions and broadens the scope of research on the managerial role of agency leaders in tackling juvenile delinquency

Abstract

This study analyzes how an Islamic-based academic guidance framework supports students’ access to state universities at MAN Ciwaringin. Persistent disparities between madrasah and general high school graduates indicate the need for guidance models that integrate academic preparation with the pedagogical principles of Islamic education. Using a qualitative case study design, data were gathered through interviews with students, counselors, and alumni, complemented by observations and program documentation. The analysis focuses on the interaction between structured academic coaching and value-oriented mentoring practices embedded in the school’s tarbiyah tradition. The findings show that the guidance model contributes to three main outcomes: improved understanding of university admission mechanisms, enhanced study strategies aligned with exam requirements, and stronger learning discipline shaped by ethical teacher–student relationships. Rather than functioning as motivational support, mentoring enables reflective planning and informed decision-making regarding university and major selection. The study demonstrates that access to higher education in Islamic schools is influenced not only by academic readiness but also by the coherence between guidance practices, institutional culture, and student support networks. Conceptually, this research contributes to Islamic education by showing how tarbiyah-informed mentoring can operate as a practical mechanism for narrowing access gaps in madrasah contexts.
