Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan pada home industry “Bakpia Latansa” di Kelurahan Sambinae Kota Bima. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Jenis data penelitian terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari pemilik usaha dan karyawan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan pada home industry “Bakpia Latansa meliputi tiga, yaitu: faktor modal, teknologi, dan faktor tenaga kerja. Ketiga faktor tersebut memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap pendapatan usaha. Semakin banyak modal usaha, dengan didukung oleh penggunaan teknologi modern dan jumlah tenaga kerja yang memiliki kemampuan yang tinggi dapat meningkatkan jumlah barang yang diproduksi, sehingga mempengaruhi peningkatan jumlah pendapatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui korelasi kedisiplinan guru dengan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran IPS ekonomi siswa SMA Negeri 1 Langgudu Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021. Sampel penelitian adalah 40 orang siswa kelas X IPS. Rancangan penelitian adalah penelitian korelasional. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistika inferensial menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment, untuk mengetahui korelasi antara kedisiplinan guru dengan prestasi belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data, maka dapat disimpulan bahwa: ada korelasi kedisiplinan guru dengan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran IPS ekonomi siswa SMA Negeri 1 Langgudu Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021. Hal tersebut dinyatakan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi yaitu 0,566 yang lebih besar apabila dibandingkan dengan r-tabel dengan taraf siginikan 5% dan N =50 yaitu 0,297. Sehingga nilai r-hitung lebilh besar dari nilai r-tabel atau 0,566> 0,297.

Abstract

Usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) memiliki peran besar dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Untuk menjaga keberlangsungan kegiatan UKM di tengah persaingan bisnis yang ada diperlukan strategi pemasaran manajemen yang tepat untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi strategi pemasaran berasal dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah bentuk usaha Snack perusahaan yaitu Snack barokah yang belum menerapkan manajemen strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk memperluas bisnisnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi dan menjadi unsur strategi pemasaran serta mengembangkan dan merekomendasikan strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk diterapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis QSPM (Quantitave Planing Strategy Matrix) untuk menyusun strategi yang akan diambil. Sampel penelitian ini diambil dari Pihak-pihak di dalam perusahaan. Penentuan sampel sebagai responden menggunakan purposive sampling dengan pertimbangan responden yang memiliki kemampuan dan kewenangan dalam merumuskan strategi pemasaran perusahaan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan alternatif strategis UKM dan urutan prioritas Snack Barokah sebagai berikut: meningkatkan kualitas produk dengan menggunakan mesin kemasan, memproduksi makanan ringan sendiri, meningkatkan kualitas produk untuk menghadapi persaingan, mencari tambahan modal untuk memanfaatkan program pinjaman Pemerintah, mempertahankan tingkat harga dan meningkatkan kualitas rasa, gencar promosi produk usaha dengan memanfaatkan sarana media elektronik, Meningkatkan promosi secara langsung mendekati cara memperluas pasar seluruh salers suara konsumen, memberikan, dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan pemasok.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMES) have a great role in national economic growth.To maintain the continuity of the activities of SMES in the middle of an existing business competition needed a proper marketing strategy management to achieve company goals. Factors that may affect the marketing strategy stems from internal factors and external factors. The object of this research is the company's Snack business form that is Snack barokah that have yet to implement a proper marketing strategy management to expand its business. This study aims to identify the factors that may affect and become elements of the marketing strategy as well as develop and recommend an appropriate marketing strategy to be applied This research use analyses QSPM (Quantitave Planing Strategy Matrix) to devise strategies that will be taken. The sample of this research taken from Parties within the company. Determination of samples as respondents using purposive sampling with a respondent's consideration that is has the ability and authority in formulating marketing strategies company. This research resulted in SME strategic alternatives and the priority order of Snack Barokah as follows: increase product quality by using a packaging machine, producing their own snacks, increasing quality of products to face competition, seeking additional capital to take advantage of a Government loan program, maintain price levels and improve the quality of flavour, vigorous business products promotion by utilizing electronic media facilities, increase promotion directly approach the way to expand the market whole salers consumer voice, delivers, and maintains good relations with suppliers

Abstract

This international Community Service activity was held at Lukmanulhakeem School, Yala, Thailand, with the aim of introducing the importance of understanding Indonesian linguistics and culture to teachers and students to strengthen cross-cultural understanding from an early age. The background of this program is based on the need for an understanding of cultural diversity from an early age as an effort to build tolerance and solidarity in the educational environment. The methods used are interactive training, cross-cultural discussions, and field visits. The material provided includes an introduction to the basic vocabulary of Indonesian language and culture, such as greetings and traditional foods and gotong royong traditions. The results of the activity showed that as many as 35 teachers succeeded in improving their understanding of the linguistic concepts of Indonesian culture. In conclusion, this program has succeeded in creating harmonious cross-cultural relationships and has a positive impact on improving the quality of education at Lukmanulhakeem School. For the continuation of this program, further assistance and the provision of technology-based learning media are needed to support the sustainability of implementation in partner schools.

Abstract

This study explores the role of local folklore as a medium for expressing social criticism, focusing on the folktales Wa Mangku and Wa Buliga from South Buton, Southeast Sulawesi. While previous studies often emphasize folklore’s cultural and educational value, limited attention has been given to its function in critiquing injustice. Using a qualitative descriptive method and a literary sociology approach, the research analyzes data obtained through document analysis and interviews with native informants from Burangasi Village. Thematic content analysis reveals various forms of social criticism, including environmental degradation, poverty, social stigma, abuse of power, spiritual manipulation, and unjust traditional practices. The Wa Mangku tale critiques authoritarian customs and societal passivity toward injustice, while Wa Buliga highlights slander, violence, and discrimination driven by collective prejudice. Both stories serve as cultural mirrors that reflect the lived experiences of marginalized individuals and the consequences of irrational tradition. The findings underscore folklore’s potential as a transformative educational tool for promoting social awareness and critical thinking. This research contributes to the discourse on oral literature as a means of fostering empathy, moral reflection, and civic consciousness within local communities.

Abstract

Adolescence is a critical phase of life marked by significant physical, emotional, and social changes, which increase vulnerability to health issues such as Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (DM). The rising incidence of DM among young people is influenced by poor dietary habits, lack of physical activity, and unhealthy lifestyles. Unfortunately, adolescents often lack awareness about the risks and consequences of DM. To address this, a community service initiative was conducted involving health screening and counseling on DM management and prevention using educational flipcharts. This activity aimed to detect early risk factors and enhance adolescents' understanding of how to independently manage and prevent DM. Evaluation results indicated a significant improvement in knowledge (p-value 0.003 0.05), demonstrating that counseling had a positive impact on adolescents' awareness and comprehension of diabetes management and prevention.

Abstract

Dental and oral diseases, especially caries and periodontal disease, are still widely suffered, both by children and adults. Prevention (preventive) can be defined as preventing the onset or development of a disease or restoring bodily functions that have been lost. This activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of brushing teeth properly and correctly in students as well as checking dental and oral hygiene and doing mass brushing. After the dental examination, they were motivated to perform fillings on teeth that had caries and carry out dental health education activities. The trick is to do a demonstration of brushing your teeth and continue with the practice of brushing your teeth together using a toothbrush and toothpaste.  The conclusion of this service activity is that there is an increase in knowledge and behavior of maintaining dental and oral health after being given dental health education. Health promotion activities and demonstrations on how to brush their teeth properly and correctly can increase students' knowledge and awareness in maintaining healthy teeth and mouth.

Abstract

Saliva plays a major role in maintaining the balance of the oral cavity ecosystem through its ability to remineralize and control bacterial activity. One factor that can affect the pH of saliva is the type of food and drink consumed, including milk. Cow's milk and soy milk can cause a decrease in the acidity (pH) of saliva because milk contains some acidic substances. Purpose of the study: To determine the effectiveness of gargling cow's milk and packaged soy milk on the reduction of saliva pH of grade XI students at SMAN 03 Bombana, Southeast Sulawesi Province. Research method: The method used is quantitative experiment using pre-test and post-test design. Research Results: Based on the results of the study, it was found that the mean pH value of saliva after gargling packaged cow's milk was 5.59 ± 0.2269, while the mean pH value of saliva after gargling soy milk was 5.73 ± 0.1899. Thus, it was proven that the decrease in saliva pH was more significant after gargling using soy milk compared to cow's milk. The results of the study also showed that there was an effectiveness in reducing the pH of saliva in gargling cow's milk and packaged soy milk p = 0.000 (p˂0.05). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that gargling cow's milk and packaged soy milk can lower the pH of saliva. The decrease in saliva pH was more significant after gargling packaged soy milk than gargling packaged cow's milk.
