Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance and burnout on job satisfaction either directly or indirectly which is carried out on employees of the BPJS Kesehatan Kedeputian Office in South Sulawesi, West Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, and Maluku. This research uses a quantitative approach that intends to explain the position of the variables studied and the relationship between one variable and another with path analysis using the SmartPLS 3.2.8 program. The results of this study found that work life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, burnout has a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction if mediated by burnout. The conclusion shows that when the work life balance of an employee is well maintained, burnout can be reduced as soon as possible so as not to interfere with work. This can also affect the creation of job satisfaction when an employee can balance living conditions inside and outside the company

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on consumer satisfaction at wholesalers of Daya Wholesale Market stores partially or simultaneously. The type of research used in this study is causal associative research because it analyzes causal relationships. The results showed that price and product quality had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction who shopped at the retail merchants of Pasar Daya Wholesale stores either partially or simultaneously

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the role of video content in strengthening product promotion in MSMEs. In an increasingly advanced digital age, visual content such as videos has become an effective tool in captivating the attention of consumers and reaching a wider target market. This research method involves analyzing secondary data from previous research and case studies of companies that have successfully used video content in product promotion. In addition, surveys were also conducted to consumers involved in video marketing campaigns to gather their responses and preferences towards the use of video content. The results of this study are expected to provide insight into the effectiveness of using video content in strengthening product promotion, in MSMEs including its impact on brand awareness, consumer purchase intent, and interaction with promotional content. The research will also identify key factors that influence the success of a video marketing campaign, such as video length, narration, and other creative elements. The results of this study are expected to be useful for marketing practitioners and business decision makers in planning effective marketing strategies using video content.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence entrepreneurial interest among STIE AMKOP Makassar students, focusing on variables such as intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, attitudes towards risk, and environmental influences. The results of this research are expected to provide valuable insights for the development of entrepreneurship education and training programs, as well as contribute to the academic literature on entrepreneurship in Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to students, which aims to measure aspects related to entrepreneurial interest. Research findings show that intrinsic motivation, such as personal satisfaction and self-achievement, as well as extrinsic factors such as income potential and social support, have a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. In addition, attitudes towards environmental risks and influences also play an important role in shaping this interest. This research has limitations in terms of scope and generalization of results, but is expected to contribute to supporting the development of entrepreneurship among the younger generation in Indonesia. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan, gaya hidup, uang saku dalam pengelolaan keuangan pribadi pada mahasiswa program studi Manajeman Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Kristen Indonesia Paulus. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif yang bersumber dari data primer berasal dari kuesioner yang di bagikan kepada mahasiswa. Terkait dengan hasil penelitian diketahui dengan uji hipotesis secara parsial variabel X1 (Literasi Keuangan) sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 sehingga disimpulkan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Y (Pengelolaan Keuangan Pribadi Mahasiswa), variabel X2 (Gaya Hidup) sebesar 0,506 > 0,05 tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Y, variabel X3 (Uang Saku) sebesar 0,021 < 0,05 sehingga mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Y. Dengan demikian dapat dinyatakan bahwa literasi dan uang saku memiliki pengarauh terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pribadi mahasiswa Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Kristen Indonesia Paulus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penerapan konsep kaizen dalam peningkatan brand awareness di Universitas Megarezky. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan dari hasil wawancara, dan observasi di ruang lingkup Universitas Megarezky. Subjek penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mewawancarai Pembina Yayasan, beberapa para Pimpinan, Dosen dan juga Mahasiswi, di mana dari data hasil wawancara untuk memastikan keakuratan dan keandalan data.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan konsep kaizen di ruang lingkup Universitas Megarezky sudah berjalan dengan baik, bisa dilihat dari segi pengembangan sarana dan prasarana, serta SDM sudah semakin meningkat dari sebelumnya. Upaya peningkatan brand awareness juga berjalan cukup baik di Universitas Megarezky sebab banyak stakeholder yang mengajak koloborasi penelitian maupun kolaborasi untuk peningkatan SDM. Penerapan Konsep Kaizen harus diadopsi dalam level pendidikan karena sesuatu yang cepat berubah. Peran Stakeholder dalam Universitas Megarezky sangat penting. Semua stakeholder memiliki peran krusial dalam menerapkan konsep Kaizen. Kolaborasi dan komitmen dari semua pihak akan membantu menciptakan budaya perbaikan terus-menerus yang berdampak positif pada keseluruhan kinerja dan keberlanjutan Universitas.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengurangi jumlah anak yang stunting dengan membuat biskuit yang terbuat dari kacang hijau dan daun katuk sebagai makanan tambahan (PMT). Selain itu, penelitian ini mengevaluasi seberapa baik biskuit ini meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan status gizi anak-anak yang berisiko stunting. Studi ini merupakan Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) yang menggunakan metode eksperimen. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari anak-anak berusia 1-5 tahun yang rentan terhadap stunting dan ibu hamil yang berisiko melahirkan anak dengan kondisi stunting. Selama enam bulan, data dikumpulkan melalui penilaian kesehatan, antropometri, dan analisis asupan gizi. Uji statistik digunakan untuk membandingkan perubahan dan pertumbuhan status gizi kedua kelompok. Hasil penelitian diharapkan menunjukkan bahwa biskuit kacang hijau dan daun katuk dapat meningkatkan status gizi dan pertumbuhan anak-anak serta kesehatan ibu hamil secara lebih efektif dibandingkan makanan tambahan biasa. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan bukti ilmiah yang kuat untuk mendukung penggunaan biskuit kacang hijau dan daun katuk sebagai alternatif dalam program pencegahan stunting di Indonesia.

Abstract

Ketenagakerjaan (Poltekniker) yang dilaksanakan pada 12 Desember 2024 bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman lebih dalam mengenai tata kelola BKD dan penggunaan sistem SISTER (Sistem Informasi Beban Kerja Dosen). Seiring dengan pengenalan sistem baru ini, beberapa kendala muncul pada tahap awal implementasi, termasuk keterbatasan pemahaman dosen terhadap sistem, kesulitan teknis, dan perbedaan pemahaman terkait komponen BKD. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh dosen dan tenaga kependidikan (tendik) Poltekniker dalam format hybrid (daring dan luring) dan dipandu oleh Dr. Hardiyono, SE., MM. Pemateri memberikan materi mengenai pengelolaan BKD, regulasi terbaru, serta cara efektif menggunakan SISTER. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap prosedur BKD dan penggunaan sistem SISTER secara efektif. Diharapkan, kegiatan ini dapat memfasilitasi dosen dan tendik dalam mengelola BKD dengan lebih efisien dan meminimalkan kendala yang ada. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of risk management as a moderating variable in strengthening the relationship between financial literacy and investment decisions. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 50 respondents in Indonesia who had at least one year of investment experience. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results showed that financial literacy has a positive but insignificant effect on investment decisions. In contrast, risk management is proven to have a positive and significant effect on investment decisions, and is able to significantly moderate the relationship between financial literacy and investment decisions. These findings confirm that financial literacy alone is not enough; risk management skills are essential to improve the quality of investment decision making. This study provides theoretical contributions by integrating financial literacy and risk management as important factors in investment behavior, and offers practical recommendations to improve risk literacy and awareness in the community.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what strategies can be implemented at the Makassar Coffee House in Makassar City. The data collection method in this research uses field research by applying two methods, namely interviews and observation. The data analysis methods used are Internal Factor Matrix (IFAS), External Factor Matrix (EFAS), SWOT Matrix and SPACE Matrix. The research results show that in the IFAS Factors there are five strength factors and five weakness factors in the Makassar Coffee House (MCH) with a total IFAS Factor score of 1.00. In the EFAS factors there are five opportunity factors and three threat factors with a total score of 1.95. In the SWOT Matrix there are two S-O strategies, namely maintaining the taste, especially of coffee drinks and maintaining free delivery costs for delivery orders, S-T strategy, namely providing good service to customers and balancing product prices and raw material prices, W-O strategy, namely creating a new menu, especially coffee. and food as well as collaborating with local offices and providing special offers, W-T's strategy is to increase promotions. In the SPACE Matrix, the results are in quadrant I, so the suitable strategy to carry out is the S-O strategy.
