Abstract

This research aims to: (1) To describe the economic conditions of the families of women who work as casual laborers in Lunjen Village, (2) To describe the efforts made by women who work as casual laborers to support the family economy in Lunjen Village. The type of research in this research is included in field research by explaining and describing conditions and phenomena more clearly regarding the situation that occurs, so the type of research used is descriptive-qualitative. Where the descriptive method is a method that attempts to describe a symptom, event or incident that is happening now. The data collection techniques used in this research are in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation to state the authenticity of the data, using data analysis in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: (1) The economic conditions of the families of women casual laborers in Lunjen Village can be categorized as prosperous families. This can be seen from (a) Part of the family income of female casual laborers can be saved, (b) The families of female casual laborers have assets in the form of gold, gardens and livestock, (c) All family members can eat meat, fish or eggs at least once a week, (d) All family members have different clothes for home and for traveling, (e) The house of the woman who works at casual jobs is categorized as a habitable house. (2) Apart from being a casual laborer to support the family economy. They also carry out other activities to support the family's economy by: (a) Making woven ropes that have sales value, (b) Selling various snacks and drinks, (c) Growing vegetables and fruit for sale, (d) Keeping livestock as an investment. The theoretical implication that can be conveyed in the context of this research regarding female workers is that it can be said that female workers have left the socio-cultural construction that has existed so far. Female workers have also proven that apart from their roles and responsibilities in the domestic realm as housewives, they can also play a role in the public realm to help their husbands in improving the family economy. Meanwhile, the practical implications of this research are the emancipation of female workers in helping to improve the family economy. By working as female workers in the public sector, we can break the assumption that only husbands or only men are worthy of working outside the home as breadwinners. Now female workers have also proven that they are also capable of working to earn a living for their families.

Abstract

Some economic and agro-industrial managerial problems are that the company's human resources are not maximized in optimizing productivity, cost efficiency, and product quality control. This also includes improving understanding of markets, marketing strategies, and the development of appropriate technologies to improve agro-industrial performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of on-time performance, flight schedules, and ticket prices on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty of Garuda Indonesia Airlines at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Jakarta, Indonesia. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. The data analysis method uses SEM PLS. The results show that a positive and significant direct impact on customer satisfaction is obtained from on-time performance and ticket prices, while flight schedules have a positive and insignificant direct impact. A positive and significant direct impact on passenger loyalty, it is obtained from customer satisfaction and ticket prices, while on-time performance and flight schedules have a positive and insignificant direct impact, which implies that customer satisfaction is a vital factor for Garuda Indonesia Airlines to survive in such a highly competitive aviation market

Abstract

Human resources are one of the most important assets for the company to ensure the achievement of company goals. This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal communication, organizational culture and rewards on the performance of PT JKL employees located in the Delta Silicon Cikarang Industrial Estate. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling method used is nonprobability sampling, namely by using a measurement scale, namely a Likert scale. The population in this study was 169 with the number of samples in this study were 119 respondents. Where the number of male respondents was 74 people and 45 women. The data analysis technique used in this study used SPSS. The results of this study prove that all hypothesized relationships are supported. The results of the study prove that there is a positive and significant influence between interpersonal communication variables on work performance variables, interpersonal communication variables on employee work performance variables 1), there is a significant influence between organizational culture variables on employee work performance 2), there is a significant influence between reward variables on employee work performance significant influence between reward variables on employee work performance. Simultaneous test results 3), there is a significant positive influence between interpersonal communication variables, organizational culture and rewards on employee work performance. organizational culture and reward on employee work performance.

Abstract

Transformasi digital menjadi fondasi utama dalam modernisasi bisnis di Indonesia, termasuk sektor UMKM. Studi ini bertujuan mengevaluasi manfaat, tantangan, dan strategi optimalisasi integrasi database eksternal guna mendukung efisiensi dan adaptivitas bisnis digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur kuantitatif dan kualitatif terhadap sepuluh publikasi terindeks SINTA dan GARUDA periode 2018–2025. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa teknologi seperti Open API, middleware, ERP, HRIS, cloud platform, dan analitik akuntansi digital mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional hingga 41% serta akurasi transaksi hingga 88%. Tantangan meliputi perbedaan format data, keterbatasan infrastruktur TI, dan rendahnya literasi digital, khususnya di UMKM. Studi ini berkontribusi dengan menyajikan pendekatan integratif berbasis pemetaan kuantitatif yang belum banyak diangkat dalam studi sebelumnya, serta menawarkan strategi berbasis teknologi dan penguatan kapasitas SDM sebagai kunci transformasi berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the largest coffee producers in the world, but the country's contribution to global coffee exports has declined significantly, mainly due to the low added value of coffee products that are still sold in raw form. Meanwhile, domestic coffee consumption continues to increase, providing opportunities for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to develop coffee products with higher added value. This study focuses on Watutau Village, which is famous for its high-quality coffee, but has not been optimal in utilizing this potential. The majority of coffee farmers in Watutau Village still sell raw coffee beans, which results in low product sales value and farmer welfare. Therefore, this study explores the potential for innovation in processing, packaging, and branding to increase the competitiveness and income of coffee MSMEs in the village. Through a qualitative approach and case studies, this study identifies the challenges faced by farmers and MSMEs in increasing the added value of coffee, and develops innovative strategies involving post-harvest processing, attractive packaging, and building a strong brand identity. This study also aims to strengthen the local coffee MSME sector and increase farmers' income. The results of the study are expected to provide theoretical contributions in the field of entrepreneurship and agribusiness product innovation, as well as practical guidance for business actors and local governments in designing economic empowerment programs based on local potential.

Abstract

There are still many students ability to carry out activities that require the cooperation of muscles, nerves and other systems is caused by a lack of eye, hand and foot coordination. This research was to determine the effect of throwing and catching a ball on eye, hand and foot coordination of mentally retarded students at SLB Negeri Ungaran. This type of research is experimental. The data collection technique used is the test and measurement. In the pretest results, there were students who got the lowest score with a score of 5, the highest score with a score of 10, the total score was 53, the average score was 6.63 and the standard deviation value was 1.685. The posttest for eye, hand and foot coordination, there were students who got the lowest score with a score of 8, the highest score with a score of 15, the total score was 87, the average score 10.88 and the standard deviation value was 2.031. Based on the results of the t test between the pretest and posttest groups, the ability to throw and catch the ball showed a value of 0.000 <0.05, which means the hypothesis raised in this study (Ha) was accepted. The results of data analysis show that the ball throwing and catching training program has a significant influence on eye, hand and foot coordination abilities

Abstract

This research aims to analyze Bode Riswandi's monologue drama, “Satan Comes on Time,” through the lens of feminist theory. The play tells the story of a marginalized woman who works as a sex worker and voices her inner struggle and social criticism of stigma, gender inequality, and the patriarchal system. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach, focusing on the representation of women, power relations, and social criticism in the text. The results of the analysis show that this text has five main elements of feminism, which are rooted in feminist theory, namely stereotypes of women, unequal power relations, reflective consciousness of female characters, the metaphor of the “devil” as a symbol of capitalism and patriarchy, and criticism of inequality in access to education and employment. Through this monologue, the voices of women who are often silenced appear as a narrative of resistance that touches and opens space for awareness of the importance of gender justice.

Abstract

Pemahaman yang kurang mendalam terkait alur kerja manufaktur dan rantai pasok serta keterbatasan dalam mengaitkan teori dengan praktik lapangan menjadi permasalahan yang harus segera diatasi. Observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa hasil pembelajaran yang diperoleh oleh mahasiswa kurang maksimal, dimana hanya sebagian kecil mahasiswa yang dapat memahami konsep secara komprehensif dan terlibat aktif dalam diskusi serta penyelesaian masalah terkait logistik manufaktur. Warehouse management system merupakan suatu software yang dirancang untuk mendukung permasalahan tersebut dimana digunakan untuk mengelola dan mengendalikan proses yang terjadi di dalam rantai pasok. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan alat peraga praktikum logistik terintegrasi untuk menunjang pembelajaran. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah learning factory dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif dimulai dari perancangan, implementasi dan tahap uji coba. Melalui pengembangan alat peraga ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah dalam monitoring persediaan barang di gudang, sekaligus prosesnya lebih efektif dan efisien. Alat peraga dan sistem diharapkan beroperasi sesuai tujuan pembuatannya yaitu dapat memudahkan mahasiswa dalam memahami alur proses, hubungan antar komponen, serta dinamika sistem yang dipelajari. Hasil ini juga membuat kemampuan analisis, pemecahan masalah, serta kerja sama tim menjadi lebih meningkat. Lulusan sarjana terapan teknologi rekayasa logistik diharapkan nantinya mempunya karakter yang unggul, adaptif, dan berdaya saing tinggi yang siap bekerja di bidang logistik manufaktur sesuai dengan perkembangan industri 4.0

Abstract

Seiring meningkatnya permintaan produksi troli plat di Perusahaan Trolley Manufacturing, efisiensi tata letak fasilitas menjadi salah satu tantangan utama untuk menjaga kelancaran aliran material dan pemanfaatan ruang kerja. Layout yang diterapkan saat ini belum optimal karena pola aliran proses tidak terintegrasi dan jarak perpindahan material masih cukup jauh, sehingga menimbulkan pemborosan waktu dan tenaga. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merancang ulang tata letak fasilitas produksi dengan tujuan meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi operasional melalui metode Systematic Layout Planning (SLP). Pendekatan ini mencakup analisis hubungan antar area, perhitungan kebutuhan ruang, serta penyusunan rancangan tata letak baru yang kemudian dibandingkan dengan kondisi eksisting. Aplikasi BlockPlan dimanfaatkan sebagai alat bantu dalam menyusun tata letak area kerja secara efisien berdasarkan tingkat kedekatan hubungan antar stasiun. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa Layout 1 menjadi alternatif terbaik karena memperoleh skor tertinggi pada seluruh kategori. Tata letak usulan mampu memperpendek jarak perpindahan material, mengurangi waktu tempuh antar proses, serta memperlancar aliran kerja di area produksi. Penerapan layout baru ini berpotensi meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi biaya material handling, dan mendukung sistem produksi yang lebih produktif serta ergonomis. Penelitian ini juga memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi manajemen dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait pengembangan fasilitas dan strategi peningkatan kinerja produksi.

Abstract

The development of Internet of Things (IoT) technology is increasingly rapid and has been widely applied in various fields ranging from industry, health, agriculture to education. However, the understanding of vocational middle level students regarding IoT concepts and implementations is still limited, especially in the application of simple hardware such as ESP32. This condition is a challenge as well as an opportunity to provide basic IoT introduction and training so that students can improve their technological competence according to the needs of the digital era. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to provide a basic understanding of the concept of IoT and train SMK NU Tasikmalaya students in using the ESP32 Microcontroller for simple projects. Through this training, it is hoped that students will be able to get to know IoT hardware, understand data communication flows and be able to build basic applications such as real-time sensor monitoring. The method of implementing PkM is carried out through a short workshop approach consisting of delivering basic IoT concept materials, introduction to ESP32 devices and direct practice of making simple IoT projects. This training is carried out with demonstration methods and independent practice so that students can more easily understand and be able to apply the knowledge obtained. This activity is expected to improve students' digital literacy and basic skills in the field of IoT so that it can be a provision to develop competencies in the world of work and continue higher education.
