To achieve this goal, every organization needs human resources. Human resources and leadership need to be well integrated because these two things can mutually influence employee performance. Good employee performance can achieve the desired organizational or company goals. This is a challenge for the company to produce the best employee performance. In this study, the formulation of the problem that will be assessed is whether there is an influence between the autocratic leadership style and work motivation on employee performance, whether there is an influence between work motivation on employee performance, is there an influence between leadership style and motivation on employee performance at PT Assa Rent on year 2019. This research is a qualitative study, with data collection techniques, interview techniques, observation, literature study, and questionnaires (questionnaire). From this research, the conclusion that the writer can take is that when the leadership style and work motivation are tested jointly, there is a significant influence between the leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT Assa Rent. If seen from its dominance, the variable of work motivation is more dominantly affecting employee performance compared to the leadership style variable.

Management performance measurement based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) has been widely applied in any organization. This paper aims to identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and classify them based on performance measurements to improve optimal management organizational performance. This research is based on a literature review of 50 journals based on performance management with the weight of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the years 2011-2020. Performance measurement using this Key Performance Indicator can be implemented in many institutional organizations such as industry company sector, services, academics, hospitals, and government. KPIs can change behavior in an organization and provide results in broad contexts such as improving business results or driving improved operational performance. KPIs also help in implementing performance measurement on an ongoing basis. So that KPIs become a better way of managing the organization.

Value Stream Mapping (VSM) is a technique used in the lean principle that helps analyze the flow of materials and information needed to bring a product or service to the customer. VSM has received a lot of attention in the industrial sector from both the manufacturing industry and the service industry. The development of VSM tools has grown rapidly. Much of the research using VSM tools is carried out in industry and universities. This literature review aims to provide an overview of the implementation of Value Stream Mapping in the service industry and to find out its implications. This paper involves a review study of 45 papers related to a case study of VSM implementation in the service industry. The study was conducted using the Google Scholar database, Researchgate, ProQuest, Elsevier. This paper provides an advantage for the service industry to find problems related to waiting times. This paper extends the knowledge and study of the application of VSM as an unexplored tool in several branches of industry. VSM can also serve as a complementary approach, capable of increasing outcomes in many areas other than services. This paper also provides benefits for future researchers to add insights and references for studies related to VSM in the service industry sector.

PT.PLN (Persero) merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang berfokus dibidang penyediaan kelistrikan untuk masyarakat di Indonesia. UKKO singkatan dari Unit Kegiatan Kerja Operasional yang ada didalam PT.PLN (Persero). Penerapan sistem UKKO dalam perusahaan dibutuhkan untuk mendukung kegiatan pengarsipan menjadi lebih baik serta mampu meningkatkan kinerja para pegawainya. Studi kasus penelitian ini pada PT.PLN (Persero) khususnya di PT.PLN (Persero) Basecamp Cikupa Tangerang. Permasalahan timbul karena masih digunakannya sistem manual yang berakibat memperlambat kinerja pegawai. Untuk penyelesaiannya, maka PT.PLN (Persero) Tangerang membutuhkan suatu sistem informasi UKKO berbasis website sebagai upaya peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni pembuatan sistem informasi UKKO yang dapat dijadikan sumber informasi lengkap, dapat mengurangi kesalahan penginputan dan lebih hemat waktu. Metodologi penelitian ini berupa metode pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, metode perancangan dan metode pengujian Black Box Testing. Hasil akhir penelitian ini berbentuk Aplikasi Sistem Informasi UKKO berbasis Website untuk peningkatan kinerja pegawai PT.PLN (Persero) Tangerang

The level of knowledge, attitudes and skill of broiller farmers in Kecamatan Plosoklaten Kabupaten Kediri already in a good condition, but there were still some farmers that are not care about procedures of good farming practices and profitable farming practices. The methods that used in this research was a surveying method, withgathering a great quantity of variables through a interview in the form of a list of questions shaped a the questionnaire. Population in this research wasall farms with the same business partnership, from 30 farmers with 3 different business partnerships. The sample of this research was 14 farmers in a same business partnership in Kecamatan Plosoklaten and then grouping in to 3 based on stratification. The result showed 8 small scale farmers and 3 big scale farmers. The average of farmers income in a period wasRp 6.146.279 in small scale farms, Rp 7.066.910 and Rp 8.885.064 in big scale farms. BEP in small scale farms 4.508/Kg, in medium scale farms 7.692/Kg and in a big scale farms 10.237/Kg. R/C ratio in small scale farms 1,02, in medium scale farms 1,07 and in a big scale farms 1,11. Broiller farming in Kecamatan Plosoklaten Kabupaten Kediri worthed to continue because the average of R/C ratio was >1.

ABSTRAK Universitas Islam Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari Banjarmasin atau UNISKA MAB adalah salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta yang cukup banyak diminati oleh masyarakat di Kalimantan. Untuk kegiatan promosi maupun pengenalan kampus, UNISKA MAB masih memakai cara lama seperti lewat spanduk (baliho), media cetak maupun lewat informasi secara online di website resmi UNISKA MAB. Sedangkan untuk mahasiswa baru, informasi tentang kampus secara detail dirasakan masih kurang walaupun pada kegiatan Pengenalan Kehidupan Kampus Mahasiswa Baru (PKKMB), mahasiswa baru memperoleh buku pedoman tentang kampus UNISKA MAB, namun dirasakan masih kurang efektif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan masih adanya mahasiswa baru yang kebingungan mencari lokasi ruang perkuliahan, ruang BAK atau ruangan lainnya.Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi berbasis android dengan menggunakan teknologi AR (Augmented Reality). Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, pengguna terutama mahasiswa baru dapat mengetahui lebih detail tentang lokasi atau ruangan-ruangan yang ada di kampus UNISKA MAB melalui smartphone yang mereka miliki. Selain itu aplikasi yang dilengkapi fitur visual 3D dan audio ini dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif tambahan dalam kegiatan promosi tentang UNISKA ke sekolah-sekolah yang ada di Kalimantan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh penilaian kinerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pengemudi transportasi online di Indonesia, (2) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pengemudi transportasi online di Indonesia, dan (3) mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pengemudi transportasi online di Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengemudi transportasi online di Indonesia. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan SEM dengan pendekatan PLS untuk mengetahui hubungan-hubungan antar variabel yang diuji. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penilaian kinerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, ada pengaruh antara motivasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja, dan kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

TPQ is one of the means of Islamic da'wah in which it is taught about reading and writing the Qur'an and the basic teachings of Islam. TPQ Al Barokah is one of the TPQ located in Malangsari Hamlet, Bulusulur. The number of students at TPQ Al Barokah is approximately 12 people and each student is gifted with their own uniqueness and character. There are children who like to seek attention by throwing tantrums and are difficult to manage, but there are also those who are diligent and obedient to the teacher, paying attention when explained the learning material. The author in his service at TPQ Al Barokah uses a game-based learning method. This service aims to create a learning atmosphere that is fun, full of enthusiasm, relaxed but serious and is expected to stimulate and foster the creativity and knowledge of students about the science of Islam. The result of this service is that students at TPQ Al Barokah are very enthusiastic in participating in the game. There are some students who previously when explained by the lecture method they did not pay attention and ran here and there after this game the child wanted to pay attention and follow the game until it was finished.

Objective: To increase the awareness in diagnosing orbital pseudotumor and its management, especially in a peripheral secondary hospital with limited facilities.Case presentation: A 47 years old woman came with left eye (LE) protrusion, blurred vision, retrobulbar pain, and severe headache at regular intervals. This condition begun 8 months ago, and was diagnosed with orbital cellulitis, however the symptoms persisted until now. Physical examination of the LE showed a decreased in visual acuity, protrusion, chemosis and conjunctiva injection, increased in IOP, limited ocular motility, ipsilateral afferent pupillary defect and optic disc oedema. Plain and contrast CT-Scan showed a hypertrophy of ocular muscles with soft tissue swelling. Patient then diagnosed with idiopathic orbital inflammation and immediately prescribed with high dose steroid for 5 days with observation with glucose level observation for toxicity. Afterwards, she was given an oral corticosteroid and was tapered off for the next few weeks. At two months follow up, there were improvement in protrusion, motility and visual acuity. Conclusion: A complete history taking, physical examination and appropriate additional examination are needed. In hospital or clinical setting with limited facilities, a thorough and comprehensive examination are needed in order to establish the diagnosis and management of orbital pseudotumor.

Background: Type of Tension The most typical kind of primary headache is a headache. Sleep disturbances are one of the causes of TTH. Further study is necessary to fully comprehend the connection between sleep disruptions and TTH, however, as their interaction is quite complex. Understanding the connection between sleep issues and tension headaches is one of our main objectives. Methods: Use Google Scholar and PubMed to look up papers and books. Criteria for Scopus-indexed international journals in quartiles 1-4 and national journals 1-6 with SINTA accreditation (S1-6) The last 10 years' worth of periodicals and textbooks were used to compile the literature review. The time period utilized, however, is the most recent ten years due to challenges in locating articles. Results: It was determined from various investigations that TTH and sleep problems are related. There is a reciprocal relationship between the two; headaches can lead to sleep problems, and vice versa.Inference: The prevalence of TTH is correlated with sleep problems.
