Massive and increasingly complex environmental issues are becoming important and urgent to further address environmentally friendly behaviors, at every level of society, including students, so that environmental problems can be resolved. This research aims to examine the relationship of environmental knowledge to the environmentally friendly behavior of STKIP YDB Student Lubuk Alung. Because there is still a lack of environmentally friendly behavior among students. The respondents in this study were students who had taken IAD courses and came from Adiwiyata school. The instruments used in this study are questions and questionnaires. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with product moment correlation data analysis technique. The results said that students had high knowledge of the environment ,where 85% of respondents had scores in the range of 97-75 and had low environmentally friendly behaviors, this was shown by the data of environmentally friendly behavior polls, where30% of respondents always behaved environmentally both on campus and at home. Based on the analysis of environmental knowledge relationship data to environmental behavior. it found that t count was 0.6819 and t table of 1,658 at a significant rate of 5% and the results stated there was no relationship of environmental knowledge to environmentally friendly behavior.

This study aims to develop teaching materials in the form of high school physics technology handouts in the Science Technology Society (STM) model on straight motion material. This type of research is research and development that uses six steps of research, namely potential problems, information gathering, product design, design validation, design improvement, and product trials. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. Based on the analysis of the validation of the handout by the lecturer, an average value of 79% and an analysis of 88.5% of teachers showed that the handout was valid, and the practicality value of two teachers by 89% showed that the handout was very practical to use. Based on the analysis of the data above, it can be concluded that the handout of the STM model is valid and very practical to be used as teaching material for class X high school semester

This study aims to determine: 1) Difficulties in learning science for students at SMPN 2 Batang Anai 2) Factors that cause difficulties in learning science for students at SMPN 2 Batang Anai during the covid-19 pandemic, 3) efforts made to overcome difficulties learning science for students at SMPN 2 Batang Anai during the covid-19 pandemic. The population in this study were all students of SMPN 2 Batang Anai for the academic year 2020/2021. The sample technique in this study was taken using a random sampling technique. The research instrument that the researcher uses is in the form of a questionnaire or a questionnaire given to the sample and documentation. The analytical technique used is statistical test analysis technique. Statistical tests are used to see the accuracy or accuracy of an equation function to estimate the data that we analyze. The results of this study indicate that students' learning difficulties in science at SMPN 2 Batang Anai during the COVID-19 pandemic were categorized as low with a percentage of 28.25% with a score of 21% -40%.

This research is motivated by the lack of attractive learning materials used by teachers, so that students have difficulties in understanding the lessons. One solution is to design learning materials in the form of Student Worksheets (LKPD) using a learning model that can improve the abilities and interests of students. The model used in the design of this LKPD is a model (Predict Observe Explain POE. The research carried out includes the type of Research and Development (R&D). The data collection instrument is an LKPD questionnaire based on the Predict Observe Explain model, a questionnaire to determine the practicality of the LKPD. LKPD based on the Predict Observe model Explain was tested at SMAN 2 Lubuk Alung Class X Semester 1. Based on the results of the LKPD validation analysis by the validator, a valid LKPD was obtained with an average score of 79.13% of the validity of the lecturer's questionnaire, and 80% of the validity of the teacher's questionnaire. POE-based LKPD which is very practical with an average score of 78.30% of the practicality of teachers, and 85.83% of practicality of students.

This study aims to examine the role of character education in fostering student independence in schools through the integration of a curriculum that instills character values such as discipline, responsibility, and honesty. Based on a literature review of articles published between 2020 and 2025, it was found that well-structured character education can enhance student independence by strengthening their sense of responsibility and ability to make independent decisions. Additionally, character education contributes to the development of positive social behavior, including increased empathy and interpersonal skills among students. However, challenges in implementing character education in practice, particularly related to teacher training and family support, remain significant barriers. This study recommends that schools adopt project-based approaches that integrate character values into learning, as well as strengthen collaboration between schools, families, and communities. The findings also suggest the need for further research on the role of technology in supporting character education and the development of student independence.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an Influence of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) Learning Model on Science Learning Outcomes for Class IV SDN 08 Nan Sabaris. This type of research is quasi-experimental using a comparisson's static group design model. The population of the study was the fourthgrade students at SDN 08 Nan Sabaris and the fourth grade students at SDN 12 Nan Sabaris. Sampling of research is saturated sampling technique. So the sample used is class IV SDN 08 Nan Sabaris and class IV SDN12 Nan Sabaris. Data collection techniques were tests. Data analysis techniques used were normality, homogeneity, and hypothesis testing. The results of the final test of the two sample classes showed that the average value in the experimental class was 81.17 with the highest score of 100 and the lowest being 50, and the final test score of the control class was 72.47 with the highest score of 100 and the lowest 37. After testing the hypothesis using t test, obtained the value of tcount = 2.63 while the value of ttable = 2.39. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) model on student learning outcomes in science learning IPA for Class IV SDN 08 Nan Sabaris

This study aims to describe articles which related to the development of learning design. It uses a meta-analysis method by using sample of 30 international articles. This meta-analysis research shows the importance of developing learning design such a developing online-offline learning media. While, the learning media which are used related to the students and learning materials’ problems. Based on the data analysis results, they are showed 80% of problems are related to the lack of students’ interest in learning, low of students’ learning outcomes and techniques used by teachers are not adequate for teaching and learning process. The results show that researchers used online media such as e-learning, e-comic, internet-based economics, and 3D animation. The using offline media like applying jigsaw and whole brain techniques. The advantages of using learning media are increasing learning outcomes, learning motivation and students’ understanding.

Applied physics is often perceived as difficult by maritime cadets due to low motivation, limited conceptual readiness, and restricted access to non-print learning materials. This study investigates the effect of a scientific-approach Applied Physics textbook on the cognitive learning outcomes of Nautical Technology students at Politeknik Pelayaran Sumatera Barat. Using a quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group design, 24 second-semester cadets were divided into an experimental group using the scientific-based textbook and a control group using conventional materials. Both groups completed pretests and posttests, and the data were analyzed using the Mann–Whitney U test with a significance level of α = 0.05. The experimental group obtained a higher mean posttest score (82.50) than the control group (80.62), and the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05). These results demonstrate that integrating scientific inquiry steps into printed instructional materials enhances students’ conceptual understanding and supports more effective learning. The unique feature of the study is related to the fact that using a research based chemical printed textbook, addressing vocational maritime education, had not previously been investigated. Implications As reported by the results, the investigation provided a contribution to maritime physics teaching materials, they can be useful as scientific-based printed resources for enhancing and improving learning outcomes in an accessible way and context-based specificity.

This study aims to systematically examine the use of Augmented Reality (AR) in elementary school physics learning through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The review was conducted on scholarly articles published between 2015 and 2025 and retrieved from the Google Scholar database. The SLR method followed the PRISMA framework, which includes the stages of identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion of articles. The findings indicate that AR consistently contributes to improving students’ conceptual understanding of physics, learning motivation, and engagement, particularly in abstract subject matter. However, the implementation of AR still faces challenges related to limited infrastructure and teachers’ digital pedagogical competencies. The results of this study are expected to serve as both a theoretical and practical reference for the development of technology-based physics learning in elementary schools.
