<![CDATA[Pengujian peratuan perundang-undangan di indonesia terdapat dua lembaga untuk mengajukan judicial review. Pertama menguji UU terhadap UUD 1945 kewenangan mengujinya ada pada Mahkamah Konstitusi. Kedua pengujian melalui judicial review peraturan perundang-undangan dibawah undang undang apabila bertentangan dengan undang-undang kewenangannya berda di Mahkamah Agung. pengujian peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia tersebut sebenarnya mejaga agar setiap produk peraturan perundang-undangan khususnya Undang-Undang di Indonesia dalam pembentukan norma tidak boleh bertentangan dengan norma yang telah ada pada konstitusi atau UUD 1945, begitu juga dengan pembentukan peraturan perundang-undangan di bawah undang-undang tidak boleh bertentangan dengan undang-undang, dimana UUD 1945 sendiri telah di letakan pada posisi yang paling tinggi pada peraturan perundang-undangan.I. PENDAHULUANDalam sejarah ketatanegaraan Indonesia, gagasan untuk menyerahkan kewenangan menguji produk kekuasaan legislatif terhadap Undang-Undang Dasar (UUD) kepada kekuasaan kehakiman telah lama dikemukan oleh para pendiri dan tokoh bangsa. Hanya saja perjuangan tersebut hingga runtuhnya kekuasaan Orde Baru pada tahun 1999 selalu kandas di tengah jalan.1 Harusnya, sebagai sarana check and balances kewenangan pengujian pada badan kehakiman dianggap sangat penting untuk menghindari kekuasaan yang berlebihan.Peluang untuk melembagakan gagasan mengenai pentingnya badan kehakiman memiliki kewenangan menguji Undang-Undang (UU) semakin memperoleh dukungan luas dari masyarakat setelah Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat (MPR) hasil Pemilu 1999 memutuskan bahwa perlu di lakukan perubahan terhadap UUD 1945 memalui metode amandemen. <![CDATA[Abstrak: Kompetensi lulusan sekolah menengah kejuruan merupakan indikator terlaksananya proses belajar mengajar. Penilaian kompetensi peserta didik harus dilakukan oleh instansi yang berkompeten serta di akui oleh Badan Sertfikasi Profesi Nasional. SMK Negeri 1 Seberida merupakan sekolah menengah kejuruan bidang pertanian serta tidak bisa melaksanakan uji kompetensi bagi peserta didiknya sebanyak 32 peserta. Untuk mendapatkan peserta didik yang mempunyai kompetensi dalam pengolahan roti maka dilaksanakan pendampingan dalam peningkatan kompetensi pengolahan roti. Metoda pendampingan dilakukan dengan ceramah dan pratek sejalan dengan skema dan unit kompetensi pengoalahan roti. Hasil pendampingan dievaluasi sebelum dan setelah pendampingan dilakuan dengan kuisoner. Kusioner menunjukan peserta didik meningkat menjadi kompeten.Abstract: The competence of vocational high school graduates is an indicator of the implementation of the teaching and learning process. Assessment of student competence must be carried out by competent agencies and recognized by the National Professional Sertification Agency. SMK Negeri 1 Seberida is a vocational high school in agriculture and cannot carry out competency tests for its students as many as 32 participants. To get students who have competence in bread processing, assistance is carried out in improving bread processing competencies. The method of mentoring is carried out with lectures and pratek in line with the scheme and competency unit of roti. The results of the assistance are evaluated before and after the assistance is carried out with a chisoner. Kusioner shows learners increased to competent.]]>

<![CDATA[Because of its history and culture, which shed light on a prominent religious figure from Riau's earlier days, the village of Teluk Dalam possesses a unique potential for cultural significance. Despite this, the area has not been able to properly manage the tourism potential or make money from it. In order to uncover new tourist attractions, conserve and document historic structures and artifacts, and package tourist attractions for performances at village festivals, the team devised cultural preservation efforts through community support programs. Debriefing, coaching, and training are all forms of assistance that are utilized in this process. After then, the attractions are promoted through various social media platforms. Because of the results of the mentorship programs, there has been a rise in cultural preservation knowledge, expertise, and concern. All of these factors have an effect on the possible new sources of income for the community. The village festival celebrations in Teluk Dalam Village do an excellent job of preserving numerous cultural traditions in addition to historical legacies.]]>

<![CDATA[AbstractMarriage is a means of social and divine interaction. Islam strongly recommends that marriage relations must be accompanied by an element of equivalence or harmony. One of the elements of equivalence or harmony is in terms of religious beliefs. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing (1) how is the view of Islamic law in addressing interfaith marriages between Muslims and non-Muslims; (2) what are the social impacts of interfaith marriages between Muslims and non-Muslims. This research is a type of library research, by examining and reviewing sources from books and literature related to the issues discussed, or other supporting sources. The final conclusion of this study: First, interfaith marriages between Muslims and non-Muslims when viewed from the perspective of Islamic law can be divided into four categories, along with their respective laws. Second: regarding what is meant by Ahlul Kitab women who are allowed to marry Muslim men, there are many differences of opinion among scholars, there are some who forbid it on the grounds that Ahlul Kitab are also polytheists, but the majority of scholars still allow it, some allow it with conditions and there are also allowed it unconditionally. Third: it is permissible for a Muslim man to marry a Biblical woman with the intention that he is able to influence his wife and children to embrace Islam, because he tends to have power. Fourth: If viewed from a benefit perspective, the marriage of a Muslim man to a Muslim woman who is muhshanah at the moment is Indonesian scholars, especially through the fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) forbidding this marriage. The social impact of interfaith marriages between Muslims and non-Muslims will harm the values of Islamic religious teachings, and will greatly affect the domestic life between husband and wife as well as the process of education and upbringing of their offspring. ]]>

<![CDATA[Teluk Dalam Village has a special cultural potential due to its history and culture, which reveal a religious leader in Riau's past. However, the region has not been able to adequately manage the tourism potential or earn cash from it. The team designed cultural preservation initiatives through community support programs in order to discover new tourist attractions, preserve and document historic structures and artifacts, and package tourist attractions for performances at village festivals. The employment of debriefing, coaching, and training is employed to aid. After that, attractions are advertised via social media. The results of the mentorship programs indicate an increase in cultural preservation knowledge, expertise, and concern, all of which have an impact on the community's potential new sources of income. <![CDATA[Traffic violations by motor vehicles from 2018-2019 have increased quite rapidly. As an educational institution, the legal science study program cooperates with the traffic department of the Indragiri Hilir resort police to conduct socialization and assistance to students of the Sabilal Muthadin Islamic boarding school as an effort to tackle traffic violations. One of them is by taking precautionary measures to prevent police traffic violations committed by motorized vehicles, providing education about traffic and reminding the public about the importance of respecting traffic signs and installing traffic-related banners. Traffic violations among students in the Kepolisian area of the Indragiri Hiri resort can be brought down after mentoring.]]>

<![CDATA[The goal of this study is to describe and analyze the synergy model between the Central Government and the Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir Government that is effective in creating food security, implementation of a food security action program in the Indragiri Hilir Regency, and to identify food security problems in order to improve the welfare of farmers and communities in the Indragiri Hilir Regency, as well as what steps have been and must be taken in order to achieve this goal. The technique employed in this study is qualitative, with the focus of the research being the opinions and attitudes of stakeholder actors in the execution of the Indragiri Hilir Regency's Food Security Action Program policy, including resource preparedness, implementation procedures, and others. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis model sinergisitas antara Pemerintah Pusat dan Pemerintah Kabupten Indragiri Hilir yang efektif untuk melahirkan ketahanan pangan, implementasi program aksi tentang ketahanan pangan di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, dan mengetahui permasalahan-permasalahan tentang ketahanan pangan guna peningkatan kesejahteraan petani dan masyarakat di Kabupten Indragiri Hilir serta langkahlangkah apa yang telah dan harus dilakukan guna mewujudkan ketahanan pangan serta peningkatan kesejahteraan petani di masa mendatang. <![CDATA[According to the findings, inhabitants of the Indragiri Hilir region have a strong understanding of the procedures involved in applying for loans online if their income is at least comparable to the average pay. This is the case regardless of whether or not they live in the region. People who earn less than their drinking wages have a low level of understanding, but those who earn more than their drinking wages have a very high level of knowledge. Those people who make more than their drinking wages are able to understand more. According to these findings, respondents who identify as either single or married have a grasp of online loans that is, on average, superior to that of other respondents. This holds true for both of the categories that were previously discussed. The respondents' decision to utilise this online loan application was most influenced by the fact that it was convenient to borrow money without having to offer a guarantee; however, providing financial support to members of the borrower's family was only a secondary factor in the decision to utilise this online loan application.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the extent of the implementation of the duties and authority of the Indragiri Hilir Regency General Election Supervisory Body in supervising the implementation of the General Election, especially to resolve the dispute over the Regional Head Election, Indragiri Hilir. Apart from that, this research also aims to find out what factors influence or hinder the implementation of supervision in the General Election held by the Regional General Election Commission of Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research uses empirical and normative research methods. The data obtained was processed and analyzed both qualitatively and quantitatively. The research results obtained show that the implementation of supervision by the Indragiri Hilir Regency General Election Supervisory Agency regarding the implementation of the General Election, especially to resolve regional head election disputes has been carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Apart from that, the Indragiri Hilir Regency General Election Supervisory Agency handles election cases and disputes, whether administrative in nature, ethical violations, or election criminal violations.
