Abstract

This study aims to determine the pricing strategy in an effort to boost sales at PT Harapan Sentosa Raya Barabai, Hulu Sungai Tengah.The analyzes were performed using the study variables and the sales price, and price indicators include price lists, rebates / discounts, payment periods and credit terms. This analysis using descriptive analysis techniques using qualitative data research, the data collected is in the form of words, pictures, and not numbers.The results showed that the pricing strategy undertaken by PT Harapan Sentosa Raya Barabai for this is to issue a price list, giving rebates / discounts, provide the payment period and credit terms for consumers, pricing strategy by PT Harapan Sentosa Raya Barabai needs to be improved, namely by give discounts for goods already old so quickly exhausted, and credit terms for consumers to do a deal to approve the purchase agreement with PT Harapan Sentosa Raya goods Barabai beginning of purchases in order to avoid problems of jammed bills of consumers. With the implementation of the right pricing strategy is expected to boost sales and increase profit company that product sales turnover PT Harapan Sentosa Raya Barabai increased and the company's target is reached.

Abstract

Pemrograman dan pengembangan sistem informasi merupakan bidang yang kompleks dalam ilmu komputer, sering kali menimbulkan kesulitan bagi mahasiswa dalam memahami konsep-konsep abstrak. Tinjauan literatur ini menganalisis lima studi terbaru (2019-2024) yang berfokus pada pendekatan inovatif dalam pembelajaran pemrograman dan pengembangan sistem informasi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi tinjauan sistematis terhadap studi-studi yang mengimplementasikan alat bantu visual, sistem pendukung keputusan, dan teknik visualisasi algoritma. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pemrograman visual, animasi algoritma, dan sistem berbasis metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa dan efisiensi pengembangan sistem. Studi-studi ini juga mengungkapkan potensi penggunaan bahasa Java untuk visualisasi objek geometri 2D dan pengembangan sistem informasi. Kesimpulannya, integrasi alat bantu visual dan pendekatan inovatif dalam pembelajaran pemrograman dan pengembangan sistem informasi memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan, meskipun diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas jangka panjangnya.

Abstract

Waste management has currently become a significant problem faced by every segment of society, from individuals to institutions. It is almost certain that the amount of waste will increase each year due to Indonesia's large population. According to data from the Ministry of Environment, the general waste generated is approximately 2.5 liters per person per day or equivalent to a total of 625 million liters. The method used in writing this article is a qualitative approach through literature review or literature study. The literature used in this writing consists of scientific articles relevant to the discussion of imported waste. Since 2018, the Chinese government has successfully reduced the level of plastic waste imports due to policies restricting waste imports. This has led waste-exporting countries to seek new target markets, especially in Southeast Asia. The issue of waste imports in Indonesia persists despite existing bans, as there is still imported waste used as a source of livelihood for the community. Importing waste has environmental and environmental pollution crises and negative impacts on human health due to water and air pollution caused by imported waste management. Regulations regarding the ban on waste imports will be effective with the involvement of the community, starting with knowledge about waste, waste management, and its dangers. The role of the community in the recycling process is crucial to reduce the burden of waste collection, industrial and hazardous waste, mitigate environmental impacts, and increase income.

Abstract

This research is based on the difficulties encounteredstudents' experience in writing poetry.This research aims to improve capabilitiesa student at SDN 053978 Tanjung IbusThis is done to provide motivation to students in learning to write poetry and provide a real learning experience that writing poetry using the acrostic technique can help students learn more actively, creatively andpleasant.Class 5 research subjects were 25 students consisting of 13 male students and 12 female students.The research was carried out using classroom action procedures (PTK). Abstract

The trend in the proportion of children with tuberculosis or TB cases in Indonesia has increased from 2014 to 2016. Family attitudes and practices include factors related to the incidence of TB in children. This study aims to describe the attitudes and practices of TB families regarding the prevention of pulmonary TB in the Children's Specialist Polyclinic of the Makassar Center for Lung Health. The type of research used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling method so that 31 families of TB patients of children who were respondents to this study were obtained—data analysis using univariate analysis. The results showed that the attitude of respondents was more positive, with several 16 people (51.6%). In contrast, respondents who had a negative attitude were 15 people (48.4%). Respondent's practice is more in the good category, with 19 people (61.3%), and bad practices in as many as 12 people (38.7%). This study concludes that most respondents have good attitudes and practices regarding pulmonary tuberculosis. It is recommended that the relevant agencies put up posters, provide leaflets in the pediatrician's polyclinic waiting room, provide educational advertisements about pulmonary tuberculosis in the main waiting room, and provide routine counseling to the families of tuberculosis patients.

Abstract

Pada anak usia dini kemampuan bahasa merupakan hal penting agar mereka mudah mengungkapkan kata-kata pada orang lain di sekitar mereka. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa anak dengan cara bercerita menggunakan perantara boneka tangan pada kelompok A di TK Muslimat NU 1 Pamekasan. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui 4 langkah: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu 14 anak, terdiri dari 8 anak laki-laki dan 6 anak perempuan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di TK Muslimat NU 1 Pamekasan, dengan total enam kali pelaksanaan yang dibagi dengan dua siklus. Cara pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengamati dan mendokumentasikan kegiatan. Lembar pengamatan dan hasil dokumentasi kegiatan sebagai alat untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah menggunakan boneka tangan dalam bercerita kemampuan bahasa anak meningkat. Peningkatan kemampuan berbahasa anak terlihat dari hasil perkembangan bahasa mereka. Sebelum melakukan tindakan, kemampuan berbahasa anak hanya mencapai 20%. Setelah siklus 1, kemampuan ini meningkat menjadi 45%, dan setelah siklus 2, mencapai 75%. Menurut hasil ini, dapat diketahui bahwa kemampuan berbahasa anak di kelompok A TK Muslimat NU 1 Pamekasan mengalami peningkatan dengan cara bercerita menggunakan boneka tangan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk berupaya menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter religius guna melindungi siswa dari terjerumus dalam perilaku asusila dengan melaksanakan kegiatan keagamaan yang rutin dilaksanakan di salah satu SMP tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa SMP YMIK memiliki program keagamaan mulai dari kegiatan harian, mingguan dan bulanan. Kegiatan tersebut meliputi kegiatan shalat berjamaah, tadarus, tahsin, kegiatan putri, serta kegiatan untuk merayakan hari besar Islam, serta pondok pesantren Ramadhan. Program keagamaan memberikan efektivitas terhadap karakter keagamaan siswa, terbukti dari hasil observasi dan penilaian bahwa siswa di SMP YMIK memiliki karakter keagamaan yang baik. Faktor pendukung penerapan nilai karakter meliputi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang berkualitas, kesadaran siswa yang tinggi, dan dukungan dari orang tua siswa. Sedangkan faktor penghambat dalam penerapannya meliputi lingkungan di rumah yang kurang mendukung, pengaruh buruk media sosial, dan rendahnya kemampuan membaca Al Quran.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the effect of a realistic mathematical model to improve student learning outcomes. The method used in this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The instruments used consisted of essay tests, and observation sheets to observe teacher and student activities. Data analysis was carried out using quantitative and qualitative approaches that included student learning outcomes. The results of the study during two cycles showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes. At the time of the first test (pretest), the percentage of learning completeness was 4.5% with individual absorption of 42%. After the first cycle, the post-test results showed that student absorption increased to 79% and student learning completeness was 73%. In the second cycle, student absorption reached 91% and learning completeness was 100%. This means that all students can achieve grades according to the minimum competency criteria (KKM). This increase in learning outcomes is clearly reflected between the first and second cycles, student absorption from the first cycle to the second cycle increased by 27%. Therefore, this study can be successfully stated after using a realistic mathematical learning model, considering a significant increase in student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis respons audiens terhadap tayangan “Legenda Si Pahit Lidah” di kanal YouTube Gromore Studio Series melalui pendekatan netnografi dalam konteks literasi digital. Cerita rakyat sebagai warisan budaya lokal mengalami transformasi dalam penyajiannya seiring kemajuan teknologi informasi, termasuk melalui media digital yang lebih mudah diakses oleh generasi muda. Metode netnografi digunakan untuk mengamati interaksi digital yang terjadi di ruang komentar sebagai representasi keterlibatan penonton. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas audiens memberikan respons yang bersifat umum dan pasif, meskipun terdapat sebagian kecil komentar yang menunjukkan apresiasi terhadap nilai budaya lokal. Tayangan animasi ini memiliki potensi sebagai sarana edukasi budaya digital, namun masih terdapat tantangan dalam meningkatkan literasi digital partisipatif dan kritis masyarakat. Representasi budaya lokal, nilai moral, serta simbolisme dalam cerita ditampilkan secara menarik melalui visualisasi tokoh dan narasi khas cerita rakyat. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan strategi peningkatan partisipasi digital seperti penyertaan narasi budaya dan pengintegrasian konten ke dalam ranah pendidikan. Temuan ini berkontribusi dalam upaya pelestarian budaya lokal melalui media digital sekaligus mendorong penguatan literasi digital budaya di era modern.

Abstract

Various efforts have been made by the government in improving the quality of education in Indonesia both in quality and quantity. This effort is carried out starting from the level of elementary education to tertiary institutions. Law No. 20 of 2003 on the National Education System states that "The purpose of education is to educate the life of the nation, to form reliable and competitive human resources, to form social, cultured, moral and virtuous characters, as well as broad-mindedness and mastery of technology". From the several cases encountered, many students still had learning difficulties in several subjects in class which caused them to be unable to master the material provided. Therefore, tutoring services are provided so that students are motivated to create student interest in lessons at school and so that students can get out of learning difficulties. The method used in this writing is a qualitative descriptive method. The author wants to reveal as clearly as possible the influence of tutoring on efforts to overcome student learning difficulties. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas. Usaha ini dilakukan mulai dari jenjang pendidikan dasar sampai dengan perguruan tinggi. Undang-Undang No. 20 Tahun 2003 Sistem Pendidikan Nasional menyatakan bahwa “Tujuan pendidikan adalah untuk mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, membentuk sumber daya manusia yang handal dan berdaya saing, membentuk watak dan jiwa sosial, berbudaya, berakhlak dan berbudi pekerti luhur, serta berwawasan luas dan menguasai ilmu teknologi”. Dari beberapa kasus yang dijumpai, banyak siswa yang masih mengalami kesulitan belajar pada beberapa mata pelajaran dikelas yang menyebabkan mereka tidak mampu menguasai materi yang diberikan. Oleh karena itu diberikannya layanan bimbingan belajar agar siswa termotivasi untuk menciptakan minat siswa dalam pelajaran disekolah dan agar siswa dapat keluar dari masalah kesulitan belajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini ialah metode deskriptif kualitatif, penulis ingin mengungkapkan sejelas-jelasnya mengenai pengaruh bimbingan belajar terhadap upaya mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa.
