Abstract

PT.terminal petikemas Surabaya telah mengimplementasikan smart port sejak tahun 2021 dan terus melakukan pengembangan hingga saat ini. Guna mendukung pengembangan smart port di masa adaptasi kebiasaan baru, maka komitmen perusahaan memegang kendali yang sangat besar, disamping perlu didukung dengan manajemen kolaborasi yang memadai. Manajemen kolaborasi merupakan bagian atau sub konsep dari manajemen yang berfokus pada efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam membangun kolaborasi atau kerjasama, yang memerlukan pengelolaan dan pengaturan khusus. Manajemen kolaborasi di PT.terminal peti kemas Surabaya diatur dalam sebuah etika bisnis perusahaan. Etika bisnis perusahaan ini mengatur hubungan dengan pemegang saham, hubungan dengan pengguna jasa, hubungan dengan pemasok, hubungan dengan kreditur, hubungan dengan aparatur pemerintah, hubungan dengan pekerja dan hubungan industrial, hubungan dengan pesaing, hubungan dengan masyarakat dan lingkungan, hubungan atasan terhadap bawahan, hubungan bawahan terhadap atasan, hubungan dengan media, hubungan serikat pekerja, hubungan dengan anak perusahaan, hubungan dengan pemerintah sebagai regulator, hubungan dengan legislatif, hubungan dengan lembaga yudisial, hubungan dengan investor dan Lembaga keuangan, hubungan dengan lembaga penelitian dan perguruan tinggi, hubungan dengan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, keamanan dan lingkungan kerja serta hubungan dengan debitur. Disamping manajemen kolaborasi, komitmen perusahaan merupakan faktor yang tidak kalah pentingnya dalam implementasi smart port. Komitmen merupakan inti daripada semua hubungan kerja yang sukses. Komitmen perusahaan terminal petikemas Surabaya diatur dalam sebuah visi, misi, nilai inti dan budaya perusahaan serta standar pedoman etika dan perilaku. Salah satu komitmen PT. terminal petikemas Surabaya yaitu Perusahaan akan selalu berusaha untuk memberikan pelayanan dengan kualitas terbaik kepada pengguna jasa pelabuhan yang diwujudkan dalam program pelayanan prima, Perusahaan juga berusaha melakukan pemeliharaan, perbaikan dan penataan berbagai fasilitas pelabuhan secara bertahap sesuai skala prioritas, agar ketersediaan fasilitas maupun peralatan tetap terjamin dengan kualitas memadai. Untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan dengan kualitas terbaik kepada pengguna jasa pelabuhan, perusahaan secara rutin mengadakan pertemuan dengan pengguna jasa pelabuhan serta memantau hasil pertemuan agar dapat mengetahui kebutuhan pengguna jasa pelabuhan tersebut dan dapat memberikan pelayanan sesuai kebutuhan dan keinginannya, disamping itu perusahaan melakukan dan memiliki sertifikat ISO 9001:2015 terkait Mutu, ISO 14001:2015 terkait lingkungan, ISO 45001:2018 terkait keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, ISO 28000:2007 terkait keamanan informasi sebagai bentuk komitmen dalam hal standarisasi mutu dan sistem pelayanan jasa kepelabuhanan secara terintegrasi.

Abstract

Taman Pendidikan al-Qur'an (TPQ) is an educational institution whose focus of learning is reading and writing the Qur'an as well as a basic understanding of Aqidah, morals and shari'a on santri or students. TPQ Darul Falah students located in Gedangan Mojo hamlet have very high enthusiasm in studying, but are constrained by limited teaching staff, lack of parental awareness in supporting children to learn religious knowledge and pay tuition fees and lack of adequate facilities to support student learning. The KKN group tries to empower TPQ Darul Falah to become a more comfortable place to learn and foster interest and motivation in students in the learning process. In this research, the method used is Participation Action Research (PAR). The KKN 07 group in Mojo village collaborated with YBM PLN in helping to procure facilities at TPQ Darul Falah. The facilities provided to TPQ Darul Falah to support the students' human resources are as follows: Neon box, 4 blackboards, 4 tables, books, Qur'an, iqra', stationery, hijaiyah posters and so on. In addition to providing physical facilities, the KKN group also provides training in both soft and hard skills based on religion to the students. So that the students are able to develop their potential and be able to apply it in their daily lives.

Abstract

The rapid expansion of higher education has reshaped workforce qualification structures in many countries, yet concerns persist regarding skills mismatch and uneven labor market outcomes. This study examines the implications of imbalances between higher education, vocational education, and lifelong learning for workforce composition and employment outcomes. Using secondary data and comparative evidence from prior empirical studies, this analysis documents substantial growth in higher education attainment while limited expansion of intermediate vocational skills. Results indicate that while higher education graduates generally experience favorable employment outcomes, vocational graduates with strong work-based training demonstrate competitive and sometimes superior long-term trajectories. Participation in adult education and training has increased but remains uneven across age groups and skill levels. Evidence on apprenticeship reforms suggests a shift toward higher-level qualifications and younger participants, accompanied by overall declines in participation. These findings underscore the structural nature of skills mismatch and the limitations of education systems that prioritize academic pathways without providing adequate support for vocational and continuing training. The study contributes to the literature by integrating evidence across education pathways and emphasizing the need for balanced policy approaches to skill formation, workforce adaptability, and inclusive labor market development.

Abstract

This study aims to design and determine the Fuzzy-PID control system for ship speed with a hybrid propulsion system. This system is designed to increase the efficiency of fuel use in Internal Combustion Engines, so it is expected to reduce exhaust emissions in the environment. The control system uses Fuzzy-PID control which aims to determine the effectiveness of using the Fuzzy-PID method on ships with hybrid propulsion systems. The design of this system involves the use of a pixhawk as a ship speed monitor, an STM32 microcontroller as a data processor, an ICE engine as a main engine, a BLDC motor as an auxiliary propulsion engine, a photodiode sensor as an RPM reader on the main engine and BLDC motor, and the Fuzzy-PID method as an error value processing. The results of the experiments conducted, experiments without control produced the largest error value compared to experiments with control, with an average error value of 30.4%, experiments with PID control produced an average error value of 30.2% and experiments with Fuzzy PID control optimization produced the smallest average error value of 22.4%. The lowest fuel consumption was found in the PID-controlled experiment, with the lowest consumption at 6.44 mL during the experiment with a setpoint speed of 4.87 knots.
