Abstract

Digital transformation in the banking sector has led to the emergence of mobile banking services such as BRImo, owned by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk., which offers customers easy financial transactions. However, behind this innovation, complex issues have arisen regarding compliance with the data minimization principle as stipulated in Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (PDP Law) and the 2018 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This research focuses on the compliance of the personal data processing consent mechanism in the BRImo application with the data minimization principle, as well as the legal consequences of non-compliance with this principle. The research was conducted using a normative juridical approach through a review of relevant laws, doctrines, and legal literature, as well as a sociological juridical approach. The results show that BRImo's non-compliance with the data minimization principle is reflected in the practice of bundled consent without granular options, minimal transparency regarding data purposes and retention, and limited user control to revoke or modify consent. This shifts data consent from a substantial function to a mere administrative formality, ultimately leading to potential criminal and administrative sanctions and reputational risks for service providers. Corrective measures require the implementation of granular consent, interactive privacy dashboards, strict data retention policies, the appointment of a Data Protection Officer (DPO), and internal education to ensure lawful, fair, and proportionate data processing.

Abstract

Persediaan merupakan unsur aktiva perusahaan yang dapat memunculkan biaya dalam pengadaan maupun pengelolaannya sehingga harus di kelola secara efekktif dan efisien. Kelebihan persediaan dapat menaikkan biaya simpan, sedangkan kekurangan persediaan dapat menimbulkan permasalahan dalam proses produksi. PT X merupakan produsen rokok kretek yang permintaannya bersifat fluktuatif. Hal ini membuat perusahaan harus selalu memastikan ketersediaan bahan baku khususnya tembakau untuk kelancaran proses produksinya. Kendala yang dialami PT X dalam persediaan tembakau adalah tingkat pemakaian yang lebih rendah dari tingkat pengadaan tembakau, sehingga perusahaan mengalami kelebihan persediaan tembakau di gudang. Metode Continuous Review dengan Sistem (r,Q) digunakan sebagai pendekatan dalam penyelesaian masalah ini karena metode ini diklaim dapat meminimasi total biaya persediaan, sesuai untuk kondisi dimana tingkat kebutuhan terhadap material yang tinggi dan nilai satuan material yang mahal, serta sesuai untuk persediaan dengan fluktuasi permintaan yang tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan total biaya persediaan, metode usulan ini terbukti mampu menghasilkan biaya persediaan yang lebih rendah dan mendapatkan penghematan sebesar Rp. 129.246.893,- atau 28,98% dari total biaya riil persediaan di PT X.

Abstract

Kepuasan pelanggan memiliki peran penting dalam mencapai kesuksesan suatu organisasi yang menawarkan produk ataupun layanan jasa. Hal ini dikarenakan kepuasan pelanggan adalah kunci suatu usaha dapat terus berjalan maka dari itu pemilik usaha perlu memenuhi ekspektasi para pelanggan terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa meraih kepua-san pelanggan adalah dengan memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kepuasan pelanggan melalui beberapa atribut kualitas pela-yanan di PT. X. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah para pelanggan di PT. X dan ditentukan dengan disproportionate stratified random sampling. Variabel dependen dalam tinjauan ini adalah kepuasan pelanggan sedangkan variabel independen adalah 5 komponen nilai yang terdiri dari responsive, reliability, tangible, assurance dan emphaty. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengamatan, wawancara serta menyebarkan kuesioner dan diolah dengan menggunakan metode Service Performance (SERVPERF). Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan tingkat kepuasan pelang-gan terhadap kualitas sebesar 82,185% dan terdapat 3 atribut pelayanan utama yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan yaitu atribut kemampuan karyawan dalam menjelaskan masa-lah, kemampuan karyawan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan serta atribut kecepatan karya-wan dalam pemberian solusi.

Abstract

PT X adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dibidang pembuatan produk tas. Terdapat berbagai macam produk tas yang di produksi oleh PT X, yaitu tas ransel, tas jinjing, dan lain se-bagainya. Terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dialami oleh PT X dalam menjalankan bisnisnya seperti terlambatnya pengiriman bahan baku, rusaknya bahan baku dalam penyimpanan, per-mintaan yang tidak sesuai dengan peramalan, kerusakan pada mesin produksi, dan jumlah produk cacat yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan. Berdasarkan dari permasalahan yang dialami oleh perus-ahaan maka dilakukan identifikasi dan analisis risiko pada rantai pasok dengan menggunakan metode HOR. Pada HOR diperoleh hasil identifikasi bahwa terdapat berbagai macam risiko yang terjadi pada perusahaan yaitu sebanyak 33 kejadian risiko. Dari beberapa kejadian risiko didapat-kan 42 penyebab risiko dimana terdapat 13 agen risiko paling dominan yaitu ketergantungan pada satu supplier, terbatasnya alat transportasi pengiriman, sumber daya manusia yang terbatas, kele-lahan pekerja, tidak adanya SOP untuk melakukan evaluasi kinerja supplier, tidak adanya job train-ing, keterlambatan informasi yang diperoleh dari konsumen, terjadi breakdown mesin, tidak adanya SOP pengecekan rutin dari perusahaan, pengecekan mesin yang diburu waktu, kerusakan mesin sangat parah, permintaan secara mendadak, dan gangguan selama proses pengiriman.

Abstract

Purchasing Consortium (PC) is a strategy in purchasing wich two or more organizations with separate legal entities are merged either individually or through third parties. The main problem that arises in a PC is how to allocate the savings obtained to each member. Generally, the contributions given by each buyer in the purchase differ from one another. Allocation of savings equally to each buyer is no longer representing the contribution of each buyer.The purpose of this study is allocated savings using the Shapley value method of the cooperative game theory. Where each buyer obtained a saving allocation that is in accordancewith his contribution.Based on the results of the Shapley value, the results of saving allocations were matched with the contributions of each member who joined the PC. Where buyers 1 with a larger contribution get a greater contribution than the others. Keywords: Purchasing consortium, Shapley value

Abstract

The problem of inorganic waste that is difficult to decompose poses a serious threat to environmental sustainability, both in rural and urban areas. Low public awareness of the long-term impacts of waste drives the need for simple, easy-to-understand educational strategies that directly involve residents. This community service activity aims to increase the understanding of residents of Silea Village, Wundulako District, Kolaka Regency, through visual information media that explains the length of time it takes for various types of waste to decompose. The implementation method begins with field observations to determine strategic installation points, followed by the design of information signs, the production process, and the installation stage with residents. The activity took place on August 8–10, 2025, involving 15 KKN students, village officials, and community groups. The number of participants involved in the socialization session was 45 people, consisting of housewives, youth from the youth organization, and representatives of the dasawisma (village). The results of the activity showed an increase in public understanding in differentiating between organic and inorganic waste, as well as awareness of the long-term impacts of accumulating plastic, cans, and glass waste. Active community participation in the sign installation process also fostered a sense of ownership, making the educational message more easily accepted. For housewives, the primary benefit was an understanding of daily household waste management, while for youth, this activity opened up insights into the importance of the younger generation's role in protecting the environment. In conclusion, the use of visual media in the form of information signs has proven to be an effective new approach to environmental literacy. This activity not only raises awareness but also strengthens community involvement, thus enabling more sustainable waste management.

Abstract

Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) is a form of community empowerment that plays an important role in strengthening household food security. This article aims to describe the activities of establishing and mentoring a KWT conducted by students of the Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN) from Universitas Qamarul Huda Badaruddin in Selebung Madani Village. The implementation method employed a participatory approach through socialization, training, and direct mentoring. The results of the program indicate the successful formation of an active KWT that utilizes home gardens for cultivating food crops and vegetables, as well as an increase in members’ knowledge and participation in supporting household food security.

Abstract

Sang Hyang Semara Ratih is a symbol for Balinese Hindus.Another parable Sang Hyang Semara ratih is the meeting of spermatozoa with ovum and also the moon and the sun. The purpose of this project entitled “Sang Hyang Semara Ratih Sebagai Sumber Ide Penciptaan Motif Batik Pada Busana Casual” is to describe the idea, create a written batik with the source of the idea to add a variety of Balinese motifs and design casual clothing by applying the Sang Hyang Semara Ratih motif’s through an aesthetic approach. Data information is obtained from literature study and visual review. The method of art creation uses 3 stages of 6 steps, in the form of exploration, design and realization. The output results are: 2 pairs of casual clothes, a draft of scientific article, catalog of works and HaKi for “Batik Sang Hyang Semara Ratih”. The casual clothing created each has a title based on its character and appearance, namely the first pair of works has the title “Angsung Smara” and “Tadhah Sih” with a batik motif entitled “Sasmitamerta”, and the second pair of works has the title “Baskara” and “Basanta” with a batik motif entitled “Candradisti”. Adult women and men from 18 years old to 40 years old is a target for this casual fashion.

Abstract

Empowerment of KWTs in utilizing house yards is one way to meet needs without having to buy them. The yard of the house can be a place for farming activities that have a big role in meeting the needs of the family. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase public awareness, especially women through the use and ability of local communities to actively participate in efforts to empower the utilization and sustainable management of natural resources through the use and arrangement of yards. The method used is the lecture method and direct training with several stages, namely preparation, counseling, training, and mentoring. The target of this activity is the Melati Farming Women's Group in Ahuawali Village. Efforts to use yard land for vegetable cultivation have had a very good impact on the Melati farming women's group. Women are able to contribute to increasing the availability of healthy and nutritious vegetables for the family

Abstract

PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan agribisnis terkemuka yang bergerak dalam pengolahan minyak kelapa sawit beserta produk turunannya, dengan sistem distribusi yang melibatkan berbagai departemen serta pemanfaatan beberapa platform informasi. Kompleksitas alur distribusi tersebut menyebabkan terjadinya berbagai bentuk pemborosan, terutama pada aktivitas administrasi dan pertukaran data antar sistem yang belum terintegrasi secara optimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi serta meminimalkan pemborosan pada proses distribusi melalui pendekatan Lean dengan metode Lean Assessment Matrix (LAM). Lean Matrix 1 digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi area kritis terjadinya pemborosan, sedangkan Lean Matrix 2 dimanfaatkan untuk merumuskan rekomendasi perbaikan berbasis sistem informasi distribusi dalam rangka mengeliminasi akar penyebab pemborosan pada area kritis tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa urutan pemborosan dari tingkat tertinggi hingga terendah terdiri atas defect sebesar 18%, overproduction sebesar 17%, overprocessing sebesar 16%, serta transportation, motion, waiting, dan inventory yang masing-masing sebesar 12%. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, prioritas rekomendasi perbaikan difokuskan pada penguatan sistem informasi distribusi melalui integrasi SAP berbasis cloud, penerapan Transportation Management System (TMS) dengan fitur Traffic Management Control, serta implementasi Document Management System (DMS). Penerapan usulan perbaikan tersebut mampu menurunkan jumlah aktivitas dari 64 menjadi 54 aktivitas serta mengurangi waktu proses sebesar 360 menit. Selain itu, hasil analisis Value Stream Mapping menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) sebesar 29%, yang mengindikasikan bahwa optimalisasi sistem informasi distribusi memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam menekan pemborosan sekaligus meningkatkan efisiensi proses distribusi.
