Abstract

The background of this study is based on the low learning motivation of students, as indicated by the lack of active participation in learning, particularly in Mathematics. This study aims to describe the implementation of a constructivist approach in improving students’ learning motivation through differentiated instruction in Mathematics for second-grade students at SDN 023 Kuaro. This research uses a qualitative approach with respondents consisting of teachers, students, and the school principal. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling based on the research objectives. Snowball sampling occurred through the involvement of participants relevant to the main respondents. The research procedure began with the preparation of instruments and instructional tools based on the constructivist approach. The research was carried out through interviews and observations. Data analysis involved drawing preliminary and final conclusions during the interview process. The results of the study, obtained from teacher respondents, indicate that they have prepared, implemented, and evaluated student engagement and understanding using cooperative and collaborative strategies. Student respondents have prepared, carried out, and completed group tasks, while the principal has facilitated the preparation, implementation, and evaluation processes.

Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini merupakan pendidikan awal, sering disebut dengan masa keemasan, oleh karna itu masa ini menentukan perkembangan selanjutnya. Salah satu aspek penting dalam menentukan kehidupan anak dimasa depan adalah membiasakan hidup sehat di lingkungan sekitar anak, adapun lingkungan sekitar anak adalah lingkungan keluarga, sekolah dan masyarakat pihak- pihak ini yang terlibat langsung dalam pemenuhan pembiasaan dini hidup sehat. Semenjak pandemik covid 19 dan pasca pandemi menuntut semua untuk tetap menjaga kebersihan dan kebiasaan hidup sehat. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini bagaimana perlakuan guru terhadap anak untuk mengajarkan pola hidup sehat setelah pasca pandemic covid-19, jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif atau menggambarkan kondisi anak dalam hal menerapkan pola hidup sehat pasca pandemic covis-19, seperti apa yang dilakukan guru untuk melihat keberhasilan anak dalam pembiasan pola hidup sehat. Dari hasil pengamatan guru menggunakan beberapa metode dalam pengenalan pembiasaan hidup sehat antara lain metode Bercerita, Pembiasaan, dan Demonstras. Kesimpulan pengenalan pembiasaan hidup sehat pasca pandemic covid-19 anak dapat terbiasa mencuci tangan dengan benar, mengajarkan pola makan yang bernutrisi, membuang sampah pada tempatnya, dan mengajarkan cara merawat lingkungan sekitar.

Abstract

Background: Menopausal women often experience emotional disorders such as anxiety, irritability, and depression, as well as physical problems such as pain during intercourse, hot flushes, and sleep disturbances. Poor sleep quality is a major complaint during menopause. This study aims to analyze the effect of the combination of Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) and lavender aromatherapy on the sleep quality of menopausal women. Methods: This quasi-experimental research uses a pretest-posttest approach with purposive sampling, involving 20 menopausal female respondents at the Posyandu Elderly in Belangwetan Village, North Klaten, from July 14 to 29, 2024. The intervention given was a combination of PMR, which involves tensing and relaxing the muscles for 15-20 minutes a day, while inhaling lavender aromatherapy. Result: Before the intervention, the average sleep quality of the respondents was 17.25 (range 13-20), which decreased to 5.90 (range 4-9) after the intervention. The Wilcoxon test showed a p-value = 0.000, proving that this intervention was effective in improving sleep quality in menopausal women. Conclusion: The combination of PMR and lavender aromatherapy is effective in improving sleep quality because it helps relax muscles, activates the body's relaxation system, and is easy to apply.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dan aktivitas siswa kelas V SD Negeri 020 Kuaro pada materi pecahan melalui penerapan Model Project Based Learning (PjBL) dengan asesmen observasi. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini menggunakan model Kemmis dan McTaggart dan dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 020 Kuaro, Kecamatan Kuaro, Kabupaten Paser, Kalimantan Timur. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi tes hasil belajar (pre-test dan post-test), lembar observasi aktivitas siswa, rubrik penilaian proyek, dan angket respons siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan: (1) Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Kognitif: Rata-rata nilai siswa meningkat dari 58,5 (pra-siklus) menjadi 72,0 (Siklus I) dan mencapai 84,5 (Siklus II), dengan persentase ketuntasan meningkat dari 30% menjadi 85%. (2) Peningkatan Aktivitas dan Keterampilan Kolaboratif: Rata-rata aktivitas siswa meningkat dari 68,8% (Siklus I) menjadi 88,2% (Siklus II), membuktikan bahwa pendekatan PjBL efektif menumbuhkan keterlibatan aktif dan tanggung jawab bersama. (3) Peningkatan Motivasi dan Respon Positif: Respon positif siswa meningkat dari 78,8% menjadi 92,4%, di mana siswa merasa senang, termotivasi, dan mudah memahami konsep pecahan karena dikaitkan dengan aktivitas sehari-hari.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberikan pengetahuan, praktik baik dan berdampak pada perubahan perilaku masyarakat. Kurangnya kesadaran dan perilaku ramah lingkungan sejak usia dini berpotensi memperburuk kondisi lingkungan dimasa mendatang. Salah satu pendekatan strategis dalam membentuk karakter peduli lingkungan Adalah melalui edukasi berbasis prinsip 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) di lingkungan Sekolah Dasar Negeri 13 Desa Simbur Naik. Rendahnya integrasi edukasi lingkungan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, mindset tentang lingkungan bersih, serta terbatasnya sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung pengelolaan sampah yang sistematis di sekolah menjadi faktor penting dalam membentuk ketidakpedulian siswa terhadap lingkungannya. Adapun metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dalam tiga tahapan. Tahap pertama, sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada siswa, guru, dan warga sekolah mengenai pentingnya penguatan karakter peduli lingkungan melalui pengelolaan sampah berbasis 3R. Tahap kedua, mengadopsi praktik baik dengan memilah sampah organik dan non organik. Tahap ketiga pendampingan keterampilan dalam mengolah limbah menjadi produk yang memiliki nilai guna maupun nilai estetika. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan terbentuk ekosistem sekolah yang mendukung terinternalisasinya nilai-nilai kepedulian terhadap lingkungan dalam perilaku sehari-hari seluruh warga sekolah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa yang mampu mengidentifikasi jenis sampah dengan benar, serta meningkatnya keterlibatan siswa dalam praktik pemilahan sampah. Selain itu, sekolah mulai menerapkan penggunaan tempat sampah terpilah dan mendukung kegiatan kreatif berbahan limbah. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membentuk ekosistem sekolah yang lebih peduli lingkungan serta menjadi model bagi sekolah lain di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

Early Childhood EducationBuah Hati implements character education which is packaged in polite language. Students who consist of various backgrounds, different age levels and different emotional levels, in their daily life the teacher speaks politely in interacting with students, which according to observations of the teacher's language has an impact on every child's character. Education is very important for children or adults to get. Language is a very important communication tool, without language friendly communication will not be established. The purpose of this study is to find out how the concept of polite language towards character education and to know the application of polite language to character education for early childhood in PAUD Buah Hati. This research method is descriptive qualitative research that describes and explains facts in the field, primary and secondary data sources. The data collection process uses observation, interviews, documentation, data collection techniques with data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research on the application of polite language, the categories of building communication are 80%, the type of good listener is 90%, the understanding of children's feelings is 86%, the active listener is 88%. Influence on children's character values in the categories of honesty 78%, 76% discipline, 75% tolerance, 85% confidence, 85% hard work, 79% responsibility and 80% manners. The conclusion in the study of the application of polite language to the character of children in PAUD Buah Hati, Central Aceh District, teachers treat children to build communication with children, become good listeners, understand children's feelings, and stage an active listener which has an impact on honesty, discipline, tolerance, confidence , Hard work, responsibility and courtesy.

Abstract

This study discusses the legal analysis of environmental crimes in the context of the latest laws in Indonesia, specifically Law No. 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management and the accompanying regulatory changes until 2025. This study uses a normative juridical method with a statute approach and a conceptual approach. The data used are secondary data obtained from library studies, including laws and regulations, legal literature, and scientific journals. The main focus of this study is on the criminal liability of corporations as perpetrators of environmental crimes, as well as the challenges of legal implementation faced in practice. Although the legal framework is in place, law enforcement against corporations still faces structural, substantial, and cultural obstacles, including difficulties in proving corporate guilt and implementing the principle of ultimum remedium. This study highlights the importance of reforming the environmental legal system, increasing the capacity of law enforcement officers, and the need for policies that support environmental sustainability and ecological justice. With a comprehensive and equitable approach, it is hoped that the goals of sustainable development and the protection of the community's right to a good and healthy environment can be achieved.
