This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of leadership style and workload on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable at Malalak Public Health Center. The population of this study consisted of all employees of Malalak Public Health Center, with a saturated sampling technique used as the sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaire distribution and analyzed using path analysis with the support of statistical software. This research applied a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using SmartPLS 3.0 as the analysis tool. The results indicate that leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, while workload has no significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style has a significant effect on motivation, and workload also has a significant effect on motivation. However, motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, motivation does not mediate the relationship between leadership style and employee performance, nor does it mediate the relationship between workload and employee performance

This research tres primary data obtained by distributing questionaires to 60 employees as respondents at PT RPSM (Rimbo Panjang Sumber Makmur), Kinali Passaman Barat. The analiytical method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) version 3 with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of this study indicated that (1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on compensation. (2) job satisfication has a positive and significant effect on compesation. (3) work motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee perfomance. (4) job satisfication has a positive and significant effect on employee perfomance. (5) compensation has a positive and significant effec on employee perfomance. (6) compensation is not able to mediated the effect of work motivation on employee perfomance. (7) compensation is able to mediated the effect of job satisfication on employee perfomance.

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and leadership style on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Teluk Luas Padang. The study population was 66 employees at PT Teluk Luas Padang. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling method with a sample of 66 employees. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) SmartPLS 3 method. The results of the study at PT Teluk Luas Padang indicate that work discipline significantly influences job satisfaction. Leadership style significantly influences job satisfaction. Work discipline does not significantly influence employee performance. Leadership does not significantly influence employee performance. Job satisfaction significantly influences employee performance. Work discipline significantly influences employee performance through job satisfaction. Leadership style significantly influences performance through job satisfaction.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work environment and compensation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Barung-Barung Balantai Community Health Center, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This study is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tools. The population of this study was 89 employees of the Barung-Barung Balantai Community Health Center, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The sampling technique in this study used saturated samples with a sample of 30 employees. The results of the study found that there was no significant influence of the work environment on job satisfaction, there was a significant influence of compensation on job satisfaction, there was a significant influence of the work environment on employee performance, there was no significant influence of compensation on employee performance, there was no significant influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, there was no significant influence of the work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction, compensation did not have a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.

This research aims to find out and try to analyze the Influence of Work Motivation and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at PT. Semen Padang. This research is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tools. The population and sample of this study are employees of the Department Unit. Semen Padang as many as 50 people. The results of the study found that there is a significant influence of work motivation on job satisfaction, there is a significant influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, there is no significant influence of work motivation on employee performance, there is a significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance, there is no significant influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, job satisfaction cannot mediate work motivation on employee performance, job satisfaction cannot mediate organizational culture on employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of reward and punishment on employee performance through work discipline as an intervening variable at Polres Tanah Datar. In the era of globalization, characterized by increasing competition and demands for professional work standards, organizations are required to optimize human resource management to achieve organizational goals effectively. Reward and punishment represent management strategies used to improve employee discipline and performance. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method through questionnaires as the data collection instrument. The research population consists of all employees at Polres Tanah Datar, with a sample of 53 respondents determined using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using the SmartPLS method to examine both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The results indicate that reward and punishment do not have a significant direct effect on employee performance. However, reward and punishment have an indirect effect on performance through work discipline as an intervening variable. These findings suggest that improving employee performance is more effectively achieved through strengthening work discipline as a mediating mechanism in the implementation of reward and punishment systems within the organizational environment.

This study aims to examine the influence of compensation and e-attendance on employee performance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Padang City Education and Culture Office. Data collection was conducted through a survey and questionnaire distribution, with a sample of 69 respondents. The analysis method used was structural equation modeling using SmartPLS. The results showed a significant effect of compensation on job satisfaction. There was a significant effect of e-attendance on job satisfaction. There was a significant effect of compensation on employee performance. There was a significant effect of e-attendance on employee performance. There was a significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. There was a significant effect of compensation on employee performance through job satisfaction. There was a significant effect of e-attendance on employee performance through job satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze the influence of content marketing strategies and influencer involvement on social media on purchase decisions, with consumer trust as an intervening variable among Management students of the 2022 cohort at Universitas Putra Indonesia “YPTK” Padang who use Lazada. The population consisted of 900 students, and 100 respondents were selected using probability sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results indicate that content marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions and consumer trust. In contrast, influencer involvement does not have a significant effect on purchase decisions or consumer trust. Furthermore, consumer trust does not significantly influence purchase decisions and is unable to mediate the relationship between content marketing and purchase decisions, nor between influencer involvement and purchase decisions.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel Intervening pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode sensus (sampel jenuh) terhadap 44 pegawai. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Disiplin Kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Secara langsung, Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Sementara itu, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Dalam pengujian pengaruh tidak langsung, Kepuasan Kerja terbukti memediasi pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai secara signifikan, namun tidak memediasi pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja pegawai lebih efektif dilakukan melalui peningkatan motivasi kerja yang mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, sehingga berdampak pada kinerja. Oleh karena itu, instansi disarankan untuk meningkatkan motivasi pegawai melalui pemberian penghargaan, peluang pengembangan karier, serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung guna meningkatkan kepuasan dan kinerja pegawai secara optimal.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Kerja dan Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis jalur dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari pegawai instansi terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) Budaya Kerja berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja; (b) Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja; (c) Budaya Kerja berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai; (d) Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai; (e) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai; (f) Budaya Kerja berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja melalui Kepuasan Kerja; dan (g) Komunikasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja melalui Kepuasan Kerja. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya komunikasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja.
