Abstract

Abstrak, Persaingan dibidang industri menuntut perusahaan harus mampu bertahan dan berkompetisi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap produktifitas kerja. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT. Ersyah Sejati yang berjumlah 37 orang. Sampel terdiri dari 37 responden, yang diambil dengan metode sensus. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis serta menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan dengan perolehan angka t-hitung 6.5161.692 t-tabel dan signifikansi 0.0000.05, variabel pelatihan dengan perolehan angka t-hitung 2.8611.692 t-tabel dan signifikansi 0.0070.05, variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dengan perolehan angka t-hitung 2.2951.692 t-tabel dan signifikansi 0.0280.05. Variabel gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dengan f-hitung sebesar 56.511 2.89 f-tabel dengan tingkat signifikan 0.0000.05, maka secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktifitas kerja. Kata Kunci: gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, produktifitas kerja

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui klasifikasi dan bentuk pendayagunaan zakat, infaq dan sedekah bagi korban bencana. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil klasifikasi dan bentuk pendayagunaan zakat, infaq dan sedekah bagi korban bencana yaitu bantuan yang diberikan pada korban bencana dilihat dari situasi bencana maupun dalam upaya pemulihan setelah terjadinya bencana. Tercatat pada data baznas dalam satu tahun terakhir terdapat dua becana yang terjadi di kabupaten bungo yaitu kebakaran dan banjir. Bentuk pendayagunaan bantuannya yaitu bentuk sesaat atau sekali saja. Bantuan yang diberikan berupa uang tunai dan sembako.

Abstract

Kekerasan seksual mengacu pada setiap tindakan yang dimaksudkan untuk memaksa hubungan seksual atau aktivitas seksual lainnya, terlepas dari hubungan di mana korban berada. Kegiatan penyuluhan ini bertujuan (1) Pencegahan kekerasan seksual pada perempuan dan anak, (2) Masyarakat khususnya remaja tidak tabu lagi berbicara dan berdiskusi tentang kesehatan reproduksi, (3) Membantu remaja dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang kesehatan reproduksi dan UU Penghapusan Kekerasan Seksual. Peserta pada kegiatan penyuluhan ini adalah 27 remaja yang berada di Kelurahan Kampung Pisang, Kecamatan Soreang, Kota Parepare. Metode evaluasi yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah menggunakan kuesioner pre dan post test yang diberikan kepada peserta melalui google form sebelum dan setelah pelaksanaan penyuluhan untuk melihat keberhasilan dari pengabdian yang dilaksanakan. Data hasil pre- post test dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon pada SPSS. skor rata-rata pengetahuan peserta sebelum penyuluhan sebesar 22.04 meningkat menjadi 28.81 setelah edukasi. Hasil analisis uji Wilcoxon didapatkan nilai p= 0.000, menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan pengetahuan peserta sebelum dan setelah pemberian penyuluhan. Kesimpulan pengabdian penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi sebagai upaya pencegahan kekerasan seksual pada remaja di Kelurahan Kampung Pisang Kecamatan Soreang, Kota Parepare dinilai telah memenuhi indikator keberhasilan yang ditetapkan sebelumnya, sehingga dinyatakan berhasil

Abstract

The Qur'an and Hadith are human guidelines, especially the Muslim,  which  have  been  left  by  Rasullullah  SAW  to  all  his ummah. The Qur'an is the word of God revealed to the Prophet Muhammad SAW, as a guide for humanity in organising their lives, in order to obtain happiness physically and mentally both in the world and in the hereafter. Moving on from this, in this study the author wants to analyse the material of the Qur'an and Hadith as a guide to life. The research method used is a qualitative method with  a  content  analysis  approach.  Where  the  main source is the Al-Qur'an Hadith Textbook for Madrasah Tsanawiyah published by the Ministry of Religion. After analysing the author found three subthemes in the textbook, including: 1) Understanding the Qur'an and Hadith as a guide to Muslim life, 2) The function of the Qur'an and Hadith as a guide to life, 3) The position of the Qur'an and Hadith as a guide to life. Furthermore, the author hopes that through this research new ideas will emerge for further research.

Abstract

The hospital is one of the institutions that provide health services, this health service itself cannot be separated from the hospital administration. The administration section is a supporter in terms of decision making, activities in the administration of a hospital have a huge influence on the success or failure of a hospital. The influence of the human resource recruitment system in the Administration Unit greatly affects employee performance. The better the recruited employees, the better the performance provided. To get quality human resources, a good recruitment system is needed in order to produce quality resources as well. This study aims to determine the effect of the existing human resource recruitment system in the initial hospital bros panam. This type of research is qualitative with an analytical descriptive approach. There were 6 informants in this study and this study used the Rapid Assessment Procedures (RAP) model. This research was conducted on September 29 – October 18, 2022 at Awal Bros Panam Hospital. The results of the study found that there was still a lack of human resources in the administrative unit of the early bros panam hospital, there was no special SIMRS training in the administrative unit, besides that compensation also affected the performance of employees. And in recruiting new hospital employees it is in accordance with the SOP that has been set. It is recommended to add employees in the administrative unit, provide special SIMRS training in the administrative unit for employees who graduate from hospital administration and provide a special room for recruitment and provide written tests so that test results can be obtained quickly.

Abstract

Language is a crucial tool in scientific communication, particularly in biology, where precise terminology is essential. While Latin scientific names provide standardization, integrating local languages can enhance students' comprehension and engagement. This study examines the impact of using local languages in biological scientific terms among Biology Department students at Medan State University. A qualitative research approach was applied, using online questionnaires and the Guttman scale for data analysis. The results show that 69.93% of students have a positive perception of local language use in biology learning. Most students believe it improves understanding, preserves cultural heritage, and increases motivation. However, challenges arise when local terms do not align with standardized scientific names, leading to misunderstandings. Some students also find it difficult to translate scientific terms into their local language. Despite these challenges, integrating local language fosters cultural appreciation and active learning. A balanced approach combining local and scientific terms is necessary to ensure clarity and accuracy in biology education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study: 1. To determine the Performance of the Capital Expenditure Budget seen from the Expenditure Variance Analysis. 2. To find out the performance of the Capital Expenditure Budget seen from Expenditure Growth Analysis. 3. To find out the Performance of the Capital Expenditure Budget seen from the Expenditure Efficiency Ratio. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The location of this research was carried out at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office (PUPR) which is located on Jalan Banteng No. 1 Ende District. The data sources used are secondary data and primary data. Data collection techniques namely: Observation, Interview, Documentation and Literature Study. From analysis of spending variance, analysis of spending growth and spending efficiency ratios. It can be explained that: 1. The performance of the Capital Expenditure Budget is seen from the Expenditure Variance Analysis For 2022 the performance has decreased, 2. The Performance of the Capital Expenditure Budget can be seen from the Growth of Shopping Despite the growth in defense nja has fluctuated and in 2021 the growth is negative. 3. Budget performance can be seen from the Expenditure Efficiency Ratio From 2018 – 2022 the realization of the capital expenditure budget does not exceed the capital expenditure budget, this shows that the Office of the Ende Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning has made savings on the budget.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka dalam pembelajaran Biologi di SMA Negeri 6 Medan, dengan fokus pada kesiapan guru, strategi pembelajaran, kendala yang dihadapi, serta dampak penerapan kurikulum terhadap proses belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan angket yang diberikan kepada guru biologi sebagai responden utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka telah berjalan dengan cukup baik dan memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kreativitas guru serta keaktifan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Guru telah mampu menyusun modul ajar yang sesuai dengan capaian pembelajaran, menggunakan model pembelajaran aktif seperti Problem-Based Learning dan Cooperative Learning, serta berinovasi dalam memanfaatkan media digital dan bahan praktikum sederhana untuk mengatasi keterbatasan fasilitas laboratorium. Kendala yang ditemui meliputi keterbatasan waktu, adaptasi siswa terhadap metode baru, dan perbedaan motivasi belajar antar siswa. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka di SMA Negeri 6 Medan dinilai efektif dalam menciptakan pembelajaran biologi yang kontekstual, interaktif, dan berpusat pada peserta didik.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze whether there is an effect of independence on the ability of auditors to detect fraud by using the intervening variable of professional skepticism. The method used is the analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with 34 auditors of the Audit Board of Finance and Development of West Kalimantan Province (BPKP) as the object. This research finds that independence has a positive but insignificant effect on the ability of auditors to detect fraud, while professional skepticism has a positive and significant effect on the ability of auditors to detect fraud, and professional skepticism can be a full mediation between independence and the ability of auditors to detect fraud.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the antibacterial activity of ethanol extract of senduduk leaves (Melastoma malabathricum Lour.) in inhibiting bacterial growth in the nasal passages. Senduduk plants contain bioactive compounds such as flavonoids, tannins, and saponins that have the potential as natural antibacterials. The study was conducted experimentally in vitro at the Microbiology Laboratory of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, State University of Medan in September 2025 using the disc diffusion method. Senduduk leaf extraction was carried out by maceration using 96% ethanol. The positive control used was the antibiotic ciprofloxacin HCl, while the negative control used DMSO (Dimethyl Sulfoxide). The growth medium used was Mueller Hinton Agar (MHA), and antibacterial activity was measured based on the diameter of the inhibition zone around the test disc. The results showed that senduduk leaf extract produced an average inhibition zone of 9.61 mm, while ciprofloxacin HCl produced an inhibition zone of around 28.45 mm, and DMSO showed no inhibition zone. This study is the basis for the development of senduduk leaves as a potential natural antibacterial ingredient in the pharmaceutical and public health fields.
