Abstract

This research examines the reformulation of the status of the People’s Consultative Assembly (MPR) within Indonesia’s constitutional system after the amendment of the 1945 Constitution, using a convergent approach between positive constitutional law and contemporary Islamic constitutional thought. Following the amendments, the MPR was transformed from the highest state institution into a high state organ equal to others, thereby losing part of its strategic function. By employing the principles of shūrā, ahl al-ḥall wa al-ʿaqd, and maqāṣid al-sharīʿah, this study offers an alternative perspective to strengthen the role of the MPR as a moral-constitutional institution. The findings reveal that integrating Islamic ethical values with Pancasila has the potential to enrich the substantive dimension of Indonesian democracy. The reformulation emphasizes the importance of reinforcing ideological evaluative functions, establishing a national deliberative forum, and enhancing the ethical capacity of MPR members as strategic efforts toward more dignified and just governance.

Abstract

Financial inclusion is widely regarded as a key towards reducing inequality. Providing a better access to finance helps to reduce poverty by granting more equal opportunity to grow. Therefore, to promote a more inclusive economic growth, G20 countries establish principles for innovative financial inclusion to share and promote together the development of inclusive finance. This study reviews previous both empirical and theoritical literatures to provide more evidences how the current body of literature has examined financial inclusion. Based on the previous literature, financial inclusion is determined not only by the lower cost but also distance to service, legal protection and political stability. Hence, providing wider range of services, a better legal protection and political stability is necessery particularly to promote more inclusive economic growth which is associated to financial inclusion. Abstract

Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) merupakan parameter penting dalam pemeriksaan kesehatan untuk menilai status gizi dan risiko penyakit. Namun, pengukuran IMT secara manual masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam hal akurasi dan efisiensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan alat ukur IMT digital berbasis data untuk meningkatkan ketepatan pengukuran dan mendukung integrasi dengan sistem pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) untuk menghasilkan produk baru dan mengevaluasi efektivitasnya sebelum digunakan secara luas. Proses penelitian dilakukan secara sistematis melalui tahapan identifikasi masalah, perancangan desain, pembuatan prototipe, uji coba, dan evaluasi, guna memastikan produk yang dihasilkan berkualitas dan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Alat ini dilengkapi sensor berat (Load Cell), sensor tinggi badan (Ultrasonic), dan sensor lingkar perut (Rotary Encoder) yang terhubung dengan mikrokontroler (Arduino) untuk memproses data secara real-time. Hasil pengukuran ditampilkan melalui LCD dan dapat disimpan dalam basis data, sehingga memudahkan tenaga medis dalam menganalisis dan memantau kondisi pasien. Pengujian menunjukkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 98% untuk berat badan dan 97% untuk tinggi badan, dengan margin kesalahan kurang dari 1%. Alat ini diharapkan dapat menunjang layanan pemeriksaan kesehatan yang lebih cepat, akurat, dan terdigitalisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui representasi nilai-nilai Islam yang terdapat dalam Wedding Agreement The Series. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif desktriptif dimana sumber datanya didapatkan dari sumber data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori semiotika Roland Barthes yang memaknai adegan, dialog, ekspresi dengan pemaknaan denotasi, konotasi dan mitos. Makna denotasi adalah makna sebenarnya, makna konotasi adalah makna yang tersembunyi, makna mitos adalah pemaknaan yang belum mendalam atau disebut dengan observasi kasar Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam Wedding Agreement The Series terdapat nilai-nilai Islam yang dibagi menjadi tiga aspek yaitu nilai akidah, nilai syariah dan nilai akhlak. Nilai akidah yakni meyakini bahwa ujian itu tanda Allah sayang pada hamba-Nya, yakin bahwa semua masalah ada jalan keluarnya, yakin bahwa semua yang terjadi adalah kehendak Allah. Nilai syariah adalah melaksanakan sholat, berpuasa, membaca Al-Qur’an, menikah karena ibadah, bakti kepada orang tua, taat pada suami, menjaga keluarga dari api neraka. Nilai akhlak yakni akhlak kepada Allah, akhlak kepada alam semesta, akhlak kepada sesama, akhlak kepada pasangan dan akhlak kepada keluarga.

Abstract

This study aims to increase students' creativity by applying Tri N teachings (niteni, niroake, nambahake) through social studies learning in elementary schools. The instruments used were observation sheets of the learning process and observation sheets or observation rubrics for the level of student creativity. While the interview technique is used to obtain data related to Tri N teachings to students. Students' creative attitudes were observed using the observation rubric. Tri N is one of the Tamansiswa teachings initiated by Ki Hajar Dewantara. The research method used is descriptive qualitative to describe Tri N learning in an effort to increase the creativity of class IV students at SD Negeri 5 Panjer. While the data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and the creative attitude observation rubric. The data analysis technique used refers to Milles and Huberman which includes the process of data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research that has been done show that the application of Tri N teachings makes students have high creativity so that they can produce innovative and creative works.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the use of dioramas as interactive tools in teaching Integrated Science and Social Studies (IPAS) for Grade 5. The research seeks to understand how dioramas are implemented in the learning context and their impact on students' learning experiences. Data were collected through interviews, classroom observations, and analysis of the use of dioramas with 29 students at SDN Panaragan 1. The findings indicate that dioramas enhance student engagement and facilitate a deeper understanding of IPAS concepts through a more visual and interactive approach. Dioramas help students develop critical and creative thinking skills and deepen their comprehension of the subject matter. The results provide insights into how dioramas can be more effectively integrated into IPAS.

Abstract

Economic development is a crucial aspect of a country's growth and progress. The role of entrepreneurship has increasingly been recognized as a key factor in accelerating economic development. This research aims to analyze the dynamic interaction between entrepreneurship, education, and human resources in the context of economic development. This study is a qualitative literature review. Data for this literature review will be obtained through searching relevant scholarly articles and conference papers from the Google Scholar database. The search will be limited to the time span between 2010 and 2024 to ensure the freshness and relevance of information. Keywords used entrepreneurship, economic development, education, human resources. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurship is not only a driver of economic development but also a pathway to achieving inclusive, sustainable, and beneficial economic growth for society as a whole. Thus, a holistic approach involving education, human resource development, and appropriate policy support is needed to enhance the role of entrepreneurship in economic development. Governments, educational institutions, the private sector, and society as a whole need to collaborate to create an environment that supports entrepreneurial growth and minimizes barriers to the success of new businesses

Abstract

The ability to cooperate and politely communicate with other parties is very important in this era of the industrial revolution. On the other hand, students still do not understand the importance of cooperation and politeness for their success in the future. Therefore, this Community Service Activity is caused by two things, namely: a) the low ability of students to cooperate in communicating, and b) the low knowledge of students regarding politeness in communicating with teachers, peers, and younger people. Therefore, this study aims to provide training related to the principles of cooperation and politeness to students in communicating. The method used in this research is the lecture method, question and answer, and group discussion. The results of this study revealed that high school students were very happy to participate in this training because they could know the types of cooperative principles that they could apply in communicating. In addition, they become more understanding about the types of politeness in building communication with teachers, students of the same age, and younger people. The implication of this study emphasizes that the application of the principles of cooperation and courtesy is very appropriate to be taught in schools, both by school principals and teachers to their students.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of public participation on the effectiveness of policy implementation in local development programs. Grounded in participatory governance and policy implementation theories, the research explores how community involvement, institutional capacity, and inclusiveness contribute to successful local development outcomes. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from local government officials, community representatives, and program participants to assess the relationships among public participation, accountability, transparency, and policy performance. The results reveal that meaningful community participation significantly enhances implementation effectiveness by improving coordination, strengthening trust, and aligning development initiatives with local needs. Furthermore, institutional capacity and communication quality were found to moderate the impact of participation on implementation outcomes, emphasizing that participatory mechanisms are most effective when supported by capable institutions and transparent governance systems. However, the study also identifies persistent barriers such as elite capture and limited local empowerment, which can reduce participation’s transformative potential. These findings highlight the importance of embedding participatory practices within local governance frameworks to achieve more sustainable, inclusive, and community-centered development. The study contributes to both academic discourse and practical policymaking by offering evidence-based recommendations for enhancing the design and implementation of participatory local development programs.

Abstract

Community service was carried out to address the problem of the Tarowang Village community's low legal understanding regarding ownership, control, and administration of land certificates, which often triggers disputes and obstacles in legalizing land rights. The objective of this activity is to increase legal awareness among residents through comprehensive outreach regarding the importance of land legality, the use of certificate digitization as an alternative solution, and an understanding of the administrative flow of certificate processing. The methods used included legal counseling, expert presentations, interactive discussions, and mapping of land cases experienced by the community. The results of the activities demonstrated a significant increase in the community's understanding and ability to identify the legal status of their land, understand the benefits of digital land certificates, and prepare administrative documents more accurately and effectively. Overall, this community service program has had a tangible impact in the form of increased legal literacy and increased readiness to manage land legality as a form of rights protection and legal certainty.
