Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of education of employees at the Karangpawitan Subdistrict Office, Karawang Regency, which has an impact on the activities of carrying out tasks in their services. The phenomenon that occurs is that in an effort to carry out public services, officials often make mistakes that should not occur, for example in complying with working hours regulations, many employees arrive late and do not come to work. This makes the performance of an organization hampered in completing work that should be done. has been determined by time. Basically, an entry schedule is very necessary to improve the employee's performance. The aim of this research is to find out whether the quality of HR management influences the quality of public services. The research methodology uses quantitative methods with associative techniques. The findings in the field show that there is an influence between the quality of HR management on public service performance of 34%, the remaining 66% is determined by other factors outside the Quality of HR Management. The originality of this research is that it was originally carried out by the researcher without plagiarizing from other research with the same theme.

Abstract

Universitas Putra Indonesia “YPTK” telah menerapkan jaringan hotspot dan memiliki lebih dari satu hotspot yang digunakan untuk mengcover semua ruangan yang ada di lingkungan Universitas Putra Indonesia “YPTK”. Hotspot di Universitas Putra Indonesia “YPTK” khususnya untuk mahasiswa ini hanya di proteksi menggunakan password saja, hal tersebut masih bisa dikatakan belum maksimal dari segi keamanan jaringannya karena jika password tersebut telah diketahui orang yang bukan mahasiswa Universitas Putra Indonesia “YPTK” maka akan memudahkan orangtersebut untuk dapat terhubung ke dalam jaringan hotspot. Berdasarkan uraian di atas untuk menghasilkan jaringan hotspot yang optimal diperlukan adanya manajemen pengguna secara terpusat. RADIUS (Remote Access Dial In User) adalah suatu protokol keamanan komputer yang digunakan untuk melakukan otentikasi, otorisasi dan pendaftaran user account. Freeradius adalah salah satu service pada Ubuntu Server yang memiliki konsep AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting). Dengan demikian Freeradius dapat digunakan untuk proses manajemen pengguna dalam upaya mengoptimalkan jaringan hotspot.Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan fleksibilitas jaringan hotspot di Universitas Putra Indonesia “YPTK”melalui penggunaan Freeradius agar otentikasi pengguna dilakukan secara terpusat. Penggunaan Freeradius juga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keamanan jaringan hotspot. Dengan demikian akan menghasilkan jaringan hotspot yang optimal.Kata kunci: Radius, Freeradius, Hotspot, Authentication, Authorization, Accounting.

Abstract

Green entrepreneurship, which emphasizes environmental and social sustainability, is growing in various countries, including developing countries. According to the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM, 2020), approximately 25% of new businesses in developing countries are oriented towards green innovation. This reflects the growing awareness of business actors regarding the importance of sustainability in business models. Despite this positive trend, the integration of green entrepreneurship into business practices still faces various challenges. This study aims to examine the effect of Green Entrepreneurship Orientation and Green Innovation on Business Performance. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and analytical design. This design was chosen to describe the actual conditions of green entrepreneurship implementation, the level of green innovation, and its impact on business performance. This approach allows for analysis of relationships between variables through systematic data collection and statistical testing of formulated hypotheses. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of green entrepreneurship orientation and green innovation has a positive and significant impact on the business performance of MSMEs in Karawang Regency. These findings provide the basis for formulating policies that encourage the development of environmentally based entrepreneurship while supporting the achievement of sustainable development goals (SDGs) at the local level. This finding also provides important implications from the perspective of Islamic economics, particularly in realizing the maqashid of sharia through sustainable business practices.

Abstract

Increasingly fierce competition in the era of globalization requires human resources (HR) to develop themselves proactively. The influence of work quality based on the welfare and justice provided by the company, the influence of work quality in the absence of career development within the company also triggers a decline in worker morale and quality. PT. Fuji Kinzoku Indonesia is engaged in manufacturing in the automotive industry, producing components for four-wheeled or more motorized vehicles. There is a phenomenon at PT. Fuji Kinzoku Indonesia regarding career development where employee recruitment is done through outsourcing which sometimes causes more harm to employees because of the large number of deductions from employee salaries. This research aims to examine the influence of career development on employee performance at PT. Fuji Kinzoku Indonesia, especially in the Quality Control Department. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires to 45 employees of the Quality Control Department at PT. Fuji Kinzoku Indonesia. The results of the validity and reliability tests show that this research instrument is valid and reliable. There is a positive influence between career development and employee performance. The results of the analysis show that an increase in career development contributes to an increase in employee performance. In 2021, when companies reduced new recruitment during the COVID-19 pandemic, there was an increase in the status of contract employees to permanent employees. Therefore, career development has a positive impact on employee performance at PT. Fuji Kinzoku Indonesia.

Abstract

The head of the study program is the spearhead of success in a study program. So a head of a study program is required to have good leadership and management skills in order to be able to carry out his duties and functions correctly. The problem that arises is that the appointment of a head of a study program is often carried out not looking at some aspects or criteria, usually the appointment is subjective and based on how long he has been a lecturer in the study program. Even though the appointment of a study program head must be seen from many aspects and criteria, this is done because if you appoint a study program head who is not competent, it can result in not running well with the study program he leads. The criteria used in this research are Functional Position, Education, Working Period, Research, PKM Activities, Supporting Activities and Lecturer Achievement. To overcome this problem, a decision support system with the MAUT method is the right solution to use. The advantage of the MAUT method is that the calculation and decision-making process is faster because it can directly calculate the final evaluation value without the need to compare the importance weight values between criteria. This method will process the criteria values of each candidate so that the results will be more objective. In this study, the number of alternatives used was 6 data on the value of the prospective head of the study program. Based on the MAUT process, a decision was obtained that the chosen head of the digital business study program was a Candidate-01 lecturer with a value of 1.0.
