Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan pada SMA Negeri 12 Padang di dalam menentukan rekomendasi pada bakal calon peserta bidikmisi secara konvensional sehingga menghasilkan calon pesertayang tidak sesuai maka dari itu dibuatlah Sistem Penunjang Keputusan di dalam Bidikmisi dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan dibantu bahasa pemograman JAVA dengan database MySQL. Jadi dibuatlah aplikasiSistem pendukung Keputusan yang dapat membantu pihak sekolah SMAN 12 Padang dalam merekomendasikan siswa yang berhak,  berkompeten dan akurat dalam mengikuti program bidikmisi  dengan hasil keputusan yang mutlak.

Abstract

Koperasi PRIMKOPPOL (Primer Koperasi Kepolisian) Polres Kuningan merupakan salah satu koperasi yang mempunyai andil besar terhadap kesejahteraan anggotanya. Dalam pencatatan pinjaman anggota koperasi PRIMKOPPOL Polres Kuningan pengelolaan data masih menggunakan komputerisasi sederhana, jadi banyak kesalahan dalam mencatat data anggota yang akan meminjam. Maka diperlukan sebuah aplikasi berbasis website yang akan memudahkan pengelolaan data pinjaman anggota di koperasi PRIMKOPPOL Polres Kuningan.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi akuntansi pemberian kredit anggota koperasi PRIMKOPPOL berbasis website ini dengan pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan yang tiap masing-masing memiliki data sekunder dan data primer didalamnya. Alat pengembangan sistem dengan model proses flowchart, flowmap, diagram konteks, data flow diagram, model data yang digunakan entity relationship diagram, dan rancangan database. Metode bahasa aplikasi pemrograman adalah mengunakan database didalamnya yaitu PHP dan MySQL dan metode perancangan aplikasi perangkat lunak.Aplikasi Akuntansi Pemberian Kredit Anggota pada Koperasi PRIMKOPPOL di Polres Kuningan dapat menghasilkan data kredit anggota, slip pencairan, dan jurnal yang akan memudahkan kegiatan koperasi PRIMKOPPOL Polres Kuningan.

Abstract

Data mining is a form of development of computerized methods that are widely used in various fields, especially those related to data. Data mining has the main function of turning data that seems meaningless into very valuable information. The use of data mining in credit risk analysis is very feasible to implement, one of the reasons is that data mining is able to recognize customer credit patterns originating from past data, resulting in information in the form of knowledge that can facilitate credit analysts in carrying out their duties. The purpose of this research is to simplIFy the task of credit analysts AND minimize misjudgment of prospective customers AND also shorten the time of assessment AND with accurate AND fast decision results. The assessment is carried out by utilizing past data based on predetermined criteria, THEN the data will be processed using the data mining method, namely the c4.5 algorithm. The results of the research are in the form of a knowledge rule: R1: IF Loan Amount = Small THEN Performing Loan (PL), R2: IF Loan Amount = Big THEN Non-Performing Loan (NPL), R3: IF Loan Amount = Medium AND Work= Employee THEN Performing Loan (PL), R4: IF Loan Amount = Medium AND Work=Entrepreneurial THEN Performing Loan (PL), R5: IF Loan Amount = Medium AND Work= PNS THEN Non-Performing Loan. From testing the new data testing with the value of Work ‘Employee’ Loan Amount ‘Rp. 7.000.000,-’ dependents ‘2’ length of loan ‘24 months’ with the results of the decision ‘Performing Loan (PL)’ . The result of the decision is based on the rule, namely R4: IF Loan Amount = Medium AND Work=Entrepreneurial THEN Performing Loan (PL).

Abstract

This study focused on the problem of lack of interactive multimedia-based educational information media that is interesting as a provider of information about parasitic infections in humans. This parasitic infection is very dangerous, especially for children who still lack knowledge about it. The aim of this research is to provide educational information media to the wider community, especially at the Seberang Padang Health Center, about parasitic infections in a way that is as interesting as possible and easy to use. Interactive multimedia is a solution to this problem. This research uses the Multimedia Development Life Cycle Method as a guide in building interactive multimedia with the stages of Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing and Distribution. The results of the alpha test showed that all features of this interactive multimedia can function properly. A beta test was conducted on 30 respondents from the public who accompanied patients to the Seberang Padang Health Center. As a result, this interactive multimedia received a rating of 4.54 out of 5. Therefore, this interactive multimedia is very good and suitable for use as an educational medium for information about parasitic infections. With this interactive multimedia-based educational information media, it is hoped that the wider community can better understand and be aware of parasitic infections and preventive measures that can be taken to avoid these infections.

Abstract

SACOM Energia Lda is an East Timorese company operating at the oil gas industry. Development of business competencies requires integrated human resource management (HRM) in an institute. The research purpose is to evaluate and elaborate factors that have influence of employee performance such as rewards and punishments. Data were  obtainedfrom SACOM Energia Lda employees using a questionnaire method. All the data calculated using SPSS program. Tests carried out include validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity, each test carried out obtained acceptable. Based on statistic analysis, it was discovered that the provision rewards, punishments, and performance were quite good with values of 34.2, 40.8, and 33.9, respectively. The partial test results show that the tcount ttable on both variables and the sig value 0.05, then both hypotheses H1 and H2, on variables (X1) and (X2) are proven to have an effect and according to simultaneous test, it was found that the sig value is less than 0.001, this shown the result indicate the variables (X1 X2) simultaneously will affect employee performance, the result H3 hypothesis is proven to have an effect. This research can be concluded that rewards and punishment have an influence of 50,4% on performance, while 49.6% is caused by external factors.Keywords: Human Resource Management, Rewards, Punishment, EmployeePerformance.

Abstract

Work discipline is a crucial factor in achieving a company's goals. This study aims to determine the impact of work discipline on employee performance in the Logistics Division of PT Alam Jaya Graha. The company operates in the transportation sector and is based in Bekasi, West Java. The research was conducted using arithmetic mean and simple linear regression methods, with a sample size of 71 respondents and census is adapted. The findings indicate that the average work discipline score is 3.55, which falls into the "Good" category, and the average employee performance score is 3.56, also categorized as "Good." Furthermore, the simple linear regression analysis shows that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (0.00 0.05). The coefficient of determination obtained is 97%, indicating that work discipline has a substantial contribution to influencing employee performance. Future research is recommended to use different methods and a combination of more independent variables

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini sudah mempengaruhi disemua sektor industri, salah satu adalah pertanian. Dalam penelitian ini akan disajikan rujukan desain dalam melakukan penyortiran cherri kopi menggunakan metode artificial intelegence (AI) yaitu metode k-Nearest Neighbor. Hasil percobaan menunjukan tingkat keberhasilan dengan hasil yang cukup memuaskan yaitu 71.12%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya hidup hedonic dan nilai social terhadap loyalitas pelanggan berbelanja online pada marketplace. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari konsumen marketplace yang mempunyai kebiasaan berbelanja online. Dengan menggunakan model persamaan sekuensial (SEM), kumpulan data dianalisis untuk mengamati signifikansi hubungan untuk melihat peran atau pengaruh dari gaya hidup hedonic dan nilai social terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian explanatory research dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang diambil dari populasi konsumen pengguna marketplace. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling dengan karakteristik sampel seperti usia, pekerjaan, penghasilan.Alat uji yang digunakan untuk menguji instrumen penelitian ini beupa ujivaliditas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik. Uji hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji t dan uji f. Hasil dari penelitian terdapat pengaruh hedonic lifestyle dan social value terhadap customer loyalty dibuktikan degan nilai signifikansi <,0.01 dimana lebih kecil dari nilai alpha 0,05. Penelitian ini menyoroti bahwa gaya hidup hedon dan nilai social berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dalam kebiasaan berbelanja pada marketplace yang dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian sebesar 73,6 % variable X1 dan X2 berpengaruh terhadap variable Y, dimana Hedonic Lifestyle dan Social Value memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Customer Loyalty.  Kata kunci: Hedonic,Marketplace, Loyalty, Effect, Shopping Habits

Abstract

Superior human resources are those who are able to make a full contribution to the company and are reflected in the performance and productivity level of employees. Human resource development is an important step to improve the quality of the workforce which includes the development of conceptual and theoretical knowledge as well as the improvement of abilities in carrying out certain tasks. This development is carried out through various initiatives such as training, education, and coaching, all of which aim to strengthen individuals' abilities in achieving organizational goals. The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of human resource training and identify career development strategies in improving human resource performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Karawang branch. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection through interviews, documentation and observations of several relevant resource persons, such as branch heads and human resource managers. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Karawang Branch has carried out human resources training effectively, following planning in accordance with the needs of the company and central policies. In terms of education, the company provides opportunities for employees from various levels of education, ranging from high school graduates to master’s degree, in collaboration with the University of Logistics and International Business (ULBI). Career development begins with performance evaluation and is influenced by education, training and work experience. A rigorous recruitment process ensures that employees have the skills required by the company, while periodic training and work motivation through morning briefings and appreciation strengthen work motivation and employee welfare.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh beberapa faktor yang terkandung dalam Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), yaitu Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), serta sikap pengguna, terhadap niat penggunaan aplikasi e-commerce. Model ini sering digunakan untuk memahami bagaimana dan mengapa individu menerima atau menolak teknologi baru, yang dalam hal ini adalah aplikasi e-commerce. Penelitian ini tidak hanya menilai pengaruh faktor-faktor tersebut secara terpisah, tetapi juga menganalisis hubungan antar konstruk yang ada dalam model TAM. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen pengukuran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. CFA adalah teknik statistik yang digunakan untuk mengonfirmasi sejauh mana data yang dikumpulkan sesuai dengan model teori yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Selain itu, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antar konstruk dalam model, serta untuk menguji sejauh mana faktor-faktor tersebut mempengaruhi niat pengguna untuk menggunakan aplikasi e-commerce. Data dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari kuesioner 103 pengguna aplikasi e-commerce yang tinggal di kota Bekasi. Kuesioner dirancang untuk mengukur persepsi dan sikap pengguna terhadap aplikasi e-commerce, baik dari segi kemudahan penggunaan (PEOU) maupun manfaat yang dirasakan (PU). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kedua faktor, yaitu PU dan PEOU, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap pengguna (attitude) dan niat (intention) mereka untuk menggunakan aplikasi e-commerce. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menemukan adanya pengaruh langsung antara Perceived Usefulness dan Perceived Ease of Use terhadap niat penggunaan aplikasi tersebut, yang semakin menegaskan pentingnya kedua faktor ini dalam meningkatkan adopsi aplikasi e-commerce.
