Abstract

Data pasang surut merupakan data yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam berbagai bidang, diantarannya Pusat Hidro-Oseanografi TNI AL (Pushidrosal) merupakan lembaga Hidrografi Nasional yang mewakili pemerintah Indonesia pada International Hydrographic Organization (IHO). Salah satu tugas pokok Pushidrosal adalah melaksanakan pembinaan Hidro-Oseanografi TNI AL dalam rangka mendukung kepentingan TNI dan kepentingan sipil. Oleh karena itu Pushidrosal juga memiliki tanggung jawab untuk ikut andil dalam mendukung pengembangan ilmu penegetahuan terutama dibidang hidrografi, termasuk diantarnya GPS sebagai peralatan yang menyediakan data posisi. Peralatan yang mampu menghasilkan data posisi dengan dilengkapi output raw data masih sangat terbatas. Pada tugas akhir ini penulis telah membuat Purwarupa Receiver GPS Geodetik yang bisa menghasilkkan raw data yang cukup memadai sehingga data hasil pengamatan bisa diolah dan divalidasi. Receiver GPS tersebut dibuat dengan menggunakan Chip Ublox Neo M8T dengan sistem perekaman berbasis microcontroler raspberry pi3. Purwarupa receiver GPS ini telah diuji dengan metode pengamatan absolute menggunakan raspberry pi3 dan perangkat lunak ucenter yang merupakan perangkat lunak asli chips ublox neo M8T. Lebih lanjut purwarupa receiver GPS ini juga diuji dengan metode pengamatan NTRIP yang menggunakan data koreksi dari base station Luwes CORS UI Depok. Hasil pengamatan kemudian divalidasi untuk mendapatkan nilai standard deviasi, selain itu juga dilaksanakan pengolahan jaring kontrol horizontal diperangkat lunak TBC 2.2 terhadap hasil pengamatan 24 jam yang diikatkan terhadap titik CORS BIG CJKT dan CTGR. Hasil validasi pengamatan tiap metode dan pengolahan jaring kontrol horizontal menunjukan nilai yang cukup baik.

Abstract

Pada awal bulan Juli 2023 terjadi penolakan pemasangan sinyak internet oleh suku Baduy Dalam. Hal tersebut mendapat perhatian publik dan banyak media online memberitakan isu tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis framing pemberitaan penolakan pemasangan sinyal internet oleh suku Baduy Dalam di media online Radarbanten.co.id. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan paradigma konstruktivis dan model analisis framing Robert N. Etnman yang terdiri atas pendifinisian masalah, penyebab masalah, keputusan moral, dan penyelesaian masalah. Subjek penelitian ini bersumber dari 12 berita media online Radarbanten.co.id yang diunggah dari tanggal 6 sampai 23 Juni 2023. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Radarbanten.co.id lebih menonjolkan citra baik dari penolakan tersebut. Penolakan pemasangan internet di daerah Baduy Dalam dianggap sebagai hal tepat untuk menjaga kearifan lokal dan adat istiadat setempat.

Abstract

Setiap orang pasti mempunyai keyakinnya dalam beragama baik keyakinan yang dianut maupun keyakinan yang tidak dianutnya hal itu sangat lumrah dan bisa menjadi bahan toleransi untuk kita berkehidupan. Islam mempunyai kitab yang dijadikan sumber kehidupan rujukan untuk kehidupan dan umat non islam sendiripun menamai dengan kitab yang sakral. Dan apakah ada respon mereka terhadap pembakaran Al-quran? Tentu saja banyak yang mengecam jika itu terjadi, seperti kejadian di swedia ada seseorang yang melakukan pembakaran al-quran dan mereka yang mempunyai jabatan yang strategis seperti kepala negara ataupun mentri luar negerinya mengecam dan mengatakan tindakan seperti itu sangat tidak lajim dan tidak sopan, seorang mahasiswi non-muslim pun memberikan tanggapanya bahwa diluar batas dan sangat tidak menghargai agama lain. Dari sini kita tahu bahwa siapapun mempunyai hak dalam berbicara sekalipun hal itu bukan keyakinannya akan tetapi karna lingkungan yang baik dengan kebaika yang ia dapati dari agama itu, sehingga respon kebaikanpun ia lontarkan untuk Al-Quran sendiri. Pada kali ini penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu dengan mendeskripsikan analisi objek, fenomena yang dicantumkan dalam tulisan bersifat naratif. Dan teknik pengeumpulan datanya dengan cara wawancara dan dari berbagai sumber internet. Hasil dari tulisan ini ada respon non islam terhadap pembakaran al-quran dan semuanya meresponbaik terhadap Al-Quran dan mendukung siapa yang membakarnya dia dikencam dengan hukuaman yang berat.

Abstract

This research aims to find, analyze online media towards Ganjar's electability. The focus of discussion in this research is on defining the nature of language, Ganjar's electability, Ganjar's social media management, Ganjar's political public relations through social media. The writing method used in this research is descriptive analytic, which is a method that describes or provides an overview of the subject under study using data or samples collected in such a way, without analysis to draw conclusions about the public. Ganjar Pranowo's popularity and electability were at their lowest point when he was first announced as a candidate for Central Java governor. Dian said the popularity problem caused by the pairing of Ganjar and Heru in Central Java in early 2013 was considered insufficient, but raised the possibility that PDIP votes would be split with a parliamentary victory.

Abstract

This study analyzes the challenges faced by traditional radio amidst the increasing popularity of podcasts in the digital era. A literature review method is employed to examine changes in consumer preferences regarding audio content consumption and their impact on the existence of traditional radio. The study finds that the flexibility and customization of podcast content, diversity and specialization of topics, high interactivity, and more adaptive monetization models are key factors attracting listeners from traditional radio to podcasts. The research also identifies that traditional radio needs to adopt more flexible digital strategies focusing on content diversification and increased listener engagement. Understanding these trends and dynamics is expected to help the radio industry find new ways to thrive and remain competitive in a constantly evolving media landscape. The findings of this study are expected to provide in-depth insights into how traditional radio can leverage digital technology to maintain relevance and meet the needs of audiences in the future

Abstract

The communication process is a fundamental thing in social life, communication is a very important process because by indirect communication we can understand, attitudes, behaviors and actions from the social environment. This research aims to describe barriers in communication between cultures and religions, and also describe inclusive relationships between religious communities. In this study, a literature study research method is used by presenting research results from scientific papers. In this study, preventive measures in conflicts between religious communities are to reduce egocentrism and also mutual respect between religious people.

Abstract

The students' low science learning outcomes indicated that the learning quality was still inadequate. It underlies this study to increase the science learning outcomes through the implementation of differentiated learning and Tri-N (niteni, nirokke, nambahi) using the PjBL model with card media. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method of the Kemmis and Taggart model, consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection in two cycles. 32 students of class VIII A of SMP N 1 Bantul were the subjects of this study. The results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes. At the pre-cycle stage, the overall completion percentage was only 41% with an average score of 70.31. After the first cycle implementation, the completion percentage increased to 63% with an average score of 75.83. Further improvement occurred in the second cycle, where the overall completion percentage reached 91% with an average score of 85.31. These results indicate that the applied learning method is effective in improving students' science learning outcomes and provides important implications for improving the quality of learning in class VIII A of SMP N 1 Bantul.

Abstract

A person's positive brand image is a legacy that has a significant impact on his career. A good image is important not only for attracting customers (in this example, mad'u), but also for revising material and mad'u satisfaction. Each da'i has its own specific way of transmitting Islamic teachings. Habib Ja’far uses social media, specifically Instagram, to spread his da'wah through photographs, films, colors, and infographics. This is a blend of artistic forms and conservative substance. Felix was able to capture the interest of young people by addressing this issue. Communicants who use Instagram no longer need to rely on the traditional manner of obtaining data or Islamic da'wah from specific preachers . Instagram provides the possibility to obtain statistics for followers. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach with the goal of summarizing and describing various situations, conditions, or phenomena of social reality that exist and are interwoven in society and will be the subject of research, with the goal of bringing that reality to the surface as a characteristic, character, personality, characteristic, model, or reflection of the atmosphere, circumstances, or a specific phenomenon. Habib Ja’far, who is cognizant of the rapid development of this era, chose Instagram as a platform for preaching. Habib Ja’far usage of Instagram as a da'wah media is regarded as successful in terms of projecting a positive image to the public. Habib Ja’far methods of communication for preaching on Instagram include employing captions for each piece, preaching through novels, attractive images, and videos accompanied by preaching, and using animation as an attraction to transmit the word of da'wah. Habib Ja’far employs these four modes of communication to reach out to the Islamic communication process, ensuring that informed preaching messages are accepted and understood by the public

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the Islamic communication principles used in interaction, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors that affect the application of Islamic communication principles by students. In addition, this study investigates the types of Islamic communication principles used, as well as how students use them, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research was conducted through a qualitative approach that uses a descriptive approach. The results of the study showed the following: (1) Islamic communication principles used by students in interacting with each other, such as the principles of honesty, cleanliness, and speaking positively; (2) Students apply Islamic communication principles in interactions with fellow students or in the campus environment by creating good communication, but not all students apply it; (3) Supporting factors in the application of principles, such as good communication skills, positive attitudes, and fair attitudes.

Abstract

Investigative reporting techniques are a crucial approach in journalism that aims to uncover hidden facts and deliver relevant information to the public. In the era of democratization and information openness, investigative reporting plays a vital role in supporting public transparency. This article aims to develop more effective investigative reporting techniques to enhance the accountability of government, institutions, and the private sector. The research method employed includes literature review and interviews with media practitioners and investigative journalists, as well as the analysis of various successful investigative reporting case studies. The findings indicate that new techniques in data collection, the use of digital technology, and collaboration among media outlets can improve the quality of investigative reporting. The author also recommends more intensive training for journalists to identify credible information sources and manage data effectively. Thus, the development of these techniques can strengthen the role of the media in promoting transparency and public accountability across various sectors.
