Abstract

It was found that employees were not present on time, employees were not present during working hours, service was still slow, and there were many other complaints from the public. This research was conducted to find out: (1) the impact of motivation on employee performance in the National Road Implementation Work Unit Region II, East Java Province, (2) the impact of work discipline on employee performance in the National Road Implementation Work Unit Region II, East Java Province. This research includes causality research using a quantitative approach. The research population consisted of 35 employees of the National Road Implementation Work Unit Region II of East Java Province. Data was obtained using a questionnaire whose validity and reliability have been tested. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The results of this research provide data that: (1) Motivation has a positive impact on employee performance at the Regional II National Road Implementation Work Unit Office, East Jav); (2) Work discipline has a positive effect on the performance of employees of the National Road Implementation Work Unit Region II of East Java Province

Abstract

This research is carried out in order to know: (1) the impact of competence on employee performance in the National Road Implementation Work Unitof Region III East Java Province, (2) the impact of work discipline on performance employees in the National Road Implementation Work Unit Region III East Java Province, and (3) The Simultaneous Impact of Work Discipline Competence and Competence on the performance of employees of the Region III National Road Implementation Work Unit East Java Province. The population of this study consisted of employees of the National Road Implementation Task Force Region III East Java Province which amounted to 125 people. Data be obtained using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The results of this study provide data that: (1) Competence has a positive effect on the performance of employees of the National Road Implementation Task Force Region III East Java; (2) Work discipline significantly affects employee performance in employees of the National Road Implementation Task Force Region III East Java Province (3) There is a simultaneous influence of ability and work discipline on the performance of employees of the National Road Implementation Task Force Region III East Java Province

Abstract

Kinerja pemasaran petani cabai di Kabupaten Sumenep masih tergolong rendah, yang antara lain disebabkan oleh lemahnya orientasi pasar, literasi digital, dan keunggulan bersaing. Kondisi ini menuntut upaya untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pemasaran secara lebih mendalam. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh orientasi pasar dan literasi digital terhadap kinerja pemasaran yang dimediasi oleh keunggulan bersaing pada petani cabai di Kabupaten Sumenep. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 100 petani cabai sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi pasar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran dan keunggulan bersaing. Literasi digital berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Keunggulan bersaing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Selain itu, keunggulan bersaing tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh literasi digital maupun orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran, petani cabai di Sumenep perlu memperkuat orientasi pasar dan literasi digital secara terintegrasi dengan membangun keunggulan bersaing yang lebih nyata dan adaptif terhadap perubahan pasar

Abstract

Dalam era persaingan pasar yang semakin kompetitif, penguatan loyalitas merek menjadi kunci dalam mempertahankan konsumen, termasuk pada komoditas lokal seperti bawang merah Sumenep. Brand experience dan brand image berperan penting dalam membentuk persepsi konsumen, sementara brand awareness menjadi jembatan yang dapat memperkuat hubungan keduanya terhadap brand loyalty. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand experience dan brand image terhadap brand loyalty, dengan brand awareness sebagai variabel mediasi pada produk bawang merah Sumenep. Persaingan dalam dunia agribisnis semakin ketat, sehingga upaya penguatan merek menjadi penting untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis Structuran Equation Model. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pelanggan bawang merah Sumenep yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui, sampel dihitung menggunakan rumus Cochran dan mendapatkan hasil 97 responden konsumen bawang merah Sumenep. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand experience berpengaruh positif terhadap brand awareness dan brand loyalty. Brand image juga berpengaruh positif terhadap brand awareness dan brand loyalty. Selain itu, brand awareness terbukti mampu memediasi pengaruh brand experience dan brand image terhadap brand loyalty. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya membangun pengalaman merek dan citra merek yang kuat untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan loyalitas konsumen terhadap produk lokal seperti bawang merah Sumenep.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the value of coal producing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by using Profitability ratios proxied by Return on Equity and Dividend Policy proxied by the Dividend Payout Ratio. The population in this study are 19 coal producing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2016-2021 period. The number of samples is 6 companies from 19 companies that meet the sampling criteria. The sampling technique used is Purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and panel data regression analysis SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that partially profitability has an effect on firm value and dividend policy has no effect on firm value, while simultaneously profitability and dividend policy have an effect on firm value

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh konflik pekerjaan-keluarga (Work Family Conflict), kesehatan mental, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai perempuan di Kanwil DJP Jawa Timur I. Dalam era Society 5.0, tuntutan terhadap peran perempuan semakin kompleks, baik dalam pekerjaan maupun keluarga, yang sering kali berdampak negatif pada kinerja dan kesehatan mental mereka. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode kuesioner dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konflik pekerjaan-keluarga memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja, sementara kompetensi dan kesehatan mental memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan. Studi ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan dukungan organisasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai perempuan. Dengan menyediakan kebijakan fleksibilitas dan pelatihan, organisasi dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif sekaligus mendukung kesejahteraan mental.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of leadership style and work environment on job satisfaction, with work motivation as an intervening variable, among educational staff at Sunan Ampel State Islamic University, Surabaya. The method used is quantitative with a path analysis approach to understand the causal relationships between independent, intervening, and dependent variables. The research sample consisted of educational staff selected through proportional stratified random sampling. The results indicate that leadership style significantly influences work motivation and job satisfaction. Furthermore, the work environment also has a significant impact on work motivation and job satisfaction. Work motivation is proven to mediate the relationship between leadership style and the work environment with job satisfaction. Further analysis reveals that a combination of transformational leadership style and a conducive work environment can enhance the work motivation of educational staff, which in turn strengthens their job satisfaction. This research contributes by providing a more comprehensive understanding of the interaction of these variables in the context of Islamic higher education institutions. This study offers practical implications for institutional managers in designing strategies for improving job satisfaction through optimizing leadership style, improving the work environment, and enhancing work motivation. Additionally, this research enriches the literature on human resource management, particularly concerning the role of intervening variables in job satisfaction models.

Abstract

Pemasaran jasa B2B (Business-toBusiness), khususnya di sektor IT Services dan IT Consulting, menghadapi tantangan besar karena sifat jasa yang tidak berwujud (Intangibility). Kebutuhan untuk membangun Physical Evidence yang kuat mendorong Perusahaan mengembangkan strategi unik yang berpusat pada Trilogi Pemasaran Jasa internal: Visualisasi Idea (Gagasan Ide), Trust (Kepercayaan), dan Belief (Keyakinan). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan memahami bagaimana peranan visualisasi ketiga elemen tersebut dapat memperkuat strategi pemasaran visual di pasar digitalisasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan studi kasus pada perusahaan teknologi di unit IT Services dan IT Consulting. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi partisipatif serta wawancara mendalam dengan pelanggan tetap dan konsumen baru menggunakan indikator operasionalisasi konsep yang berpusat pada Trilogi Idea, Trust, dan Belief. Analisis data menggunakan Reduksi Data, Penyajian Data, Penarikan dan Verifikasi Kesimpulan. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa visualisasi Idea (inovasi, solusi, transformasi) berfungsi sebagai titik awal daya tarik yang menunjukkan kemampuan teknis (competence). Visualisasi Trust (nilai produk, nilai perusahaan, keandalan) berfungsi sebagai penguat legitimasi yang membangun kualitas hubungan dengan pelanggan. Sementara, Visualisasi Belief (brand story, rekam jejak, kampanye sosial) berfungsi sebagai mekanisme retensi yang memupuk keyakinan jangka panjang dan loyalitas konsumen, melampaui kepuasan transaksional. Kesimpulan penelitian membuktikan bahwa tiga elemen ini strategis menjadi solusi pemasaran yang efektif, bekerja secara sekuensial dan sukses mengintegrasikan komponen yang tidak berwujud (Intangible) dari jasa IT ke dalam strategi pemasaran jasa yang konkrit, inovatif, dapat diandalkan, dan menjanjikan kemitraan panjang di pasar B2B.

Abstract

Effective employee performance is central to organizational success, as it determines an institution’s ability to meet objectives efficiently and maintain competitive advantages. This research examines the role of organizational culture and employee commitment in shaping managerial performance at KPPBC TMP A Pasuruan, a critical Indonesian customs and excise office operating under stringent regulatory and bureaucratic structures. Employing a quantitative methodology, the study targeted the full population of 119 employees, selecting 66 respondents via simple random sampling to ensure proportional representation and mitigate sampling bias. Data were collected through structured Likert-scale questionnaires validated for reliability and construct accuracy, measuring perceptions of organizational culture, commitment, and managerial performance. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS allowed the evaluation of both individual and joint effects of the independent variables. Results indicate that organizational culture and commitment both have significant positive impacts on managerial performance, both separately and in combination, accounting for a substantial proportion of performance variation. Strong organizational culture instills shared values, norms, and behavioral guidance that facilitate strategic decision-making, creativity, and operational efficiency. Simultaneously, committed employees exhibit greater emotional attachment, responsibility, and motivation, resulting in improved managerial effectiveness. These findings suggest that the integration of cultural alignment and employee commitment is critical in cultivating a supportive, high-performance managerial environment. For practitioners and leaders, the study underscores the importance of fostering a strong organizational culture alongside promoting employee dedication, which together enhance managerial capability, organizational outcomes, and the development of a disciplined, accountable, and performance-oriented workforce.

Abstract

Tax revenue plays a crucial role in supporting national development, making taxpayer compliance an essential aspect of achieving Indonesia’s fiscal goals. However, compliance among employee taxpayers remains inconsistent due to diverse financial capacities, behavioral awareness levels, and the perceived quality of tax services. This study examines the influence of income, taxpayer awareness, and tax service quality on employee taxpayer compliance at PT Rajawali Assa Mandiri. A quantitative explanatory research design was applied, using a structured questionnaire distributed to employees selected through purposive sampling based on their status as active taxpayers. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to assess both partial and simultaneous relationships among the variables. The results reveal that income, taxpayer awareness, and tax service quality significantly contribute to employee taxpayer compliance, indicating that compliance behavior is shaped not only by economic ability but also by psychological readiness and administrative support. Although the predictive model demonstrates meaningful explanatory power, a portion of compliance variance remains influenced by other behavioral and organizational factors beyond the scope of this study. These findings suggest the need for integrated interventions that reinforce taxpayer education, enhance service accessibility, and align taxation policies with employee financial conditions. The study offers practical insight for government institutions and organizations in strengthening voluntary compliance to improve national tax revenue sustainability.
