Abstract

Research Aims: This study explores the direct and indirect effects of job stress on employee loyalty with the mediation of job satisfaction of bank employees in East Java. Design/methodology/approach: This research is explanatory. The research was conducted on bank employees in East Java, the population. Data was collected through questionnaires and purposive sampling. The number of samples required was 160 respondents. SmartPLS software is used to analyze data and answer research hypotheses. Research Findings: The results provide empirical evidence that job stress has no significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction significantly affects employee loyalty, and job satisfaction can mediate between job stress and job satisfaction. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: The practical implications can be used as a consideration for banking management in generating employee loyalty.

Abstract

Financial performance is an important phenomenon for measuring organizational success. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leverage, company size, and market value on financial performance. The research methods used are explanatory; the population used is food and beverage Manufacturing companies in the Food and Beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period are used to determine the number of samples in this study. From 31 December 2017 to 31 December 2019. The sampling technique used is a purposive sampling method and there are 12 companies published audited financial reports and reported them completely and consistently using the purposive sampling technique with criteria. The Source of data used is secondary data with a time series type of data. The hypothesis is tested using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis with Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results show that Leverage has a significant effect on Financial Performance. At the same time, Firm Size had no significant effects on Financial Performance and Market Value had no significant effects on Financial Performance. This research implies that food and beverage companies need to develop financial strategies to improve their financial performance by increasing their leverage.

Abstract

Human resources are a very crucial asset for a company. How well the resources are managed will determine the success of the Company in the future. Companies need healthy and motivated human resources to become more advanced, develop and survive in a changing business environment. The purpose of this study is how the influence of turnover intention on workload, job satisfaction and work stress on employees of PT. Suryamas Cipta Sentosa Surabaya. Quantitative research methods are one of those used. The population of the study was 124 and a sample of 75 respondents was used as a sample, namely as participants. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique. Instruments testing, hypothesis testing, multiple linear regressions analysis, and classical assumptions testing through the SPSS version 22 application are some of the data analysis methodology. The results of the study showed that the variables of workload, job satisfactions and work stress partially had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention on employees of PT. Suryamas Cipta Sentosa Surabaya. Then workload, job satisfactions and stress simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention on employees of PT. Abstract

Tujuan dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh tim Dosen dan dibantu mahasiswa dalam pelaksanaannya di Desa Wage - Taman – Sidoarjo ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman pentingnya permodalan dalam UMKM. Permodalan yang dijelaskan dalam kegiatan ini adalah tentang strategi UMKM untuk mendapatkan akses permodalan dan menglola struktur modal dalam usahanya. Permasalahan yang dialami para pelaku UMKM Desa Wage-Taman-Sidoarjo ini masih kesulitan dalam menguasai strategi permodalan karena masih cenderung mengelola modal sendiri dan melakukan pinjaman tidak terstruktur dan kesulitan akses permodalan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dengan cara survey, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi dengan memberikan contoh dan pendampingan dalam upaya permodalan dengan strategi akses permodalan yang mudah. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bagi pelaku UMKM Desa Wage-Taman-Sidoarjo telah memahami pentingnya akses permodalan di lembaga keuangan dengan memberikan informasi kinerja usaha dalam bentuk laporan keuangan sederhana sebagai bukti tertib administrasi keuangan, legalitas usaha, memperhatikan konsumen, pemberdayaan sumber daya manusis, serta kepemilikan aset. Pelaku UMKM disarankan untuk dapat mengembangkan usahanya melalu strategi permodalan yang memberikan kemudahan dengan memperbaiki kelemahan-kelemahan dalam mengelola usahanya supaya lembaga keuangan memberikan kepercayaan atas bisnis yang telah dijalankan sehingga modal akan didapatkan dan digunakan dalam mengembangkan usahanya.

Abstract

This community service aims to increase the capacity of MSME actors in Sepanjang Village in utilizing digital marketing through social media and local marketplace training. The activity was carried out in the period from April 20 to June 20, 2025, with a participatory and practice-based approach. A total of 30 participants took part in the training which included creating business accounts, content strategies, managing online stores, and using analytical features. The impact of the training included improving digital skills, expanding market access, increasing sales, and the formation of a digital community network for MSMEs. This activity shows that structured and applicable digital training can be an effective solution in encouraging the digital transformation of MSMEs in the Sepanjang area. The sustainability of the program is recommended through further training and intensive mentoring to strengthen the competitiveness of local businesses in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

The urgency of this study is driven by the rapid development of online to offline (O2O) shopping platforms, which millennial consumers increasingly use in Indonesia. The shift from online to offline shopping and the quality of service provided are believed to significantly impact consumer purchase decisions. This study aims to analyze how the O2O shift and service quality influence the purchase decisions of millennial consumers in Indonesia. The method used in this study is Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS application to analyze data obtained from 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The results of the analysis show that the online and offline shifts positively and significantly impact service quality. Furthermore, the O2O shift also positively and significantly influences customer purchase decisions. Service quality, in turn, was found to have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating both online and offline shopping experiences to enhance service quality and influence purchase decisions among millennial customers in Indonesia. This study contributes to understanding how O2O strategies can be leveraged to improve customer satisfaction and drive purchasing behavior. The novelty of this study lies in its approach, which integrates the effects of the O2O transition and service quality simultaneously, a perspective not extensively explored in previous studies related to millennial consumers in Indonesia. Practical implications of this study suggest that companies need to consider seamless integration between online and offline platforms to enhance customer experiences and drive purchase decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kelayakan bisnis dari aspek produksi dan pemasaran pada UMKM Pabrik Tahu Bohar di Pasar Wage, Sidoarjo. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan kajian literatur, penelitian ini mengevaluasi lokasi usaha, teknologi produksi, proses produksi, serta strategi pemasaran. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa aspek produksi layak dengan lokasi strategis, penggunaan teknologi yang efisien, dan proses produksi terstruktur. Namun, aspek pemasaran masih sederhana dengan strategi promosi word-of-mouth, penggunaan sosial media Whatsapp dan distribusi terbatas di pasar lokal. Meskipun demikian, produk berkualitas dan harga kompetitif menawarkan potensi keberlanjutan usaha. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk pengembangan UMKM Pabrik Tahu Bohar, meliputi diversifikasi saluran distribusi melalui platform digital, penguatan promosi di media sosial, peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia, dan inovasi layanan seperti pembayaran digital dan pengiriman. Strategi ini bertujuan memperluas pasar, meningkatkan efisiensi, serta mendorong pertumbuhan dan daya saing yang berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian menekankan pentingnya inovasi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan penjualan guna mendukung pertumbuhan usaha di masa mendatang.

Abstract

MSMEs development needs to be carried out because it is related to their contribution to the national economy. The development of MSMEs cannot be separated from indicators of increasing income, the addition of various types of businesses, and larger business scales. Of course, it is related to problems, capital, quality of human resources, and the mentality of business actors in running the business. The aim of this research is to analyze the development of MSMEs through capital issues, quality of human resources and the mentality of business actors so that consistency in research results can be found so that they can be used as a basis for developing MSMEs in general. The sampling technique in this research used accidental sampling. The data collection technique uses a survey via questionnaire with 100 respondents divided according to the proportion of the number of MSMEs in each region. Analysis uses Path as data analysis with Smart-PLS as the analysis tool. The findings of this research show that capital and the quality of human resources influence the development of MSMEs, while the mentality of business actors has no influence on the development of MSMEs.

Abstract

This study has the aims of detecting the impact of ROA and ROE on CSR, the population of the financial statemenst of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk, sample of financial statements starting from 2018-2020 obtained 36 samples, the sampling mechanism is purposive sampling. As well as information collection techniques using documentation. Material testing using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression data analysis, hypothesis t test and F test. Based on simultaneous testing, the ROA impact on CSR is 0,000<0,05, ROE has an impact  on CSR 0,033<0,05. The implementation of better corporate social responbility can practice good things for the sustainability of the company in the long term. CSR disclosure can also show that a company is carring out its obligations properly according to existing regulations and the surrounding population and environment of the company. With the activities carried out by CSR, the company can give people confidence in the company’s products after which the good name of the company becomes excellent in the eyes of the population, and can grow financial capacity which can be shown from the ROA and ROE ratio.
