Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the digital marketing performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), by considering the roles of business networking and market orientation as intervening variables. The research is motivated by the importance of MSMEs adapting to the dynamics of digital marketing in the era of technology-driven economic transformation. A quantitative method with a survey approach was employed, involving 70 respondents from the food and beverage sector who are members of ASIPA in Serang Regency, Banten. The analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS software.The results show that entrepreneurial orientation does not have a significant direct effect on digital marketing performance, although the direction of the influence is positive. However, entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on both business networking and market orientation. Furthermore, both business networking and market orientation were found to have a positive and significant effect on digital marketing performance. These findings indicate that business networking and market orientation serve as intervening variables that strengthen the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and digital marketing performance. This study offers important implications for MSME actors and policymakers in enhancing MSME competitiveness

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of regional employment policies on labor productivity and employment absorption in Banten Province. A quantitative approach was employed using an explanatory research method through surveys of active workers in the industrial, trade, and service sectors. Primary data were collected using questionnaires, while secondary data were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and official local government documents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The findings reveal that employment policies have a positive and significant effect on both labor productivity and employment absorption. Labor productivity also positively influences employment absorption. Job training programs are identified as the most effective policy indicator, while job placement services require improvement, particularly through the utilization of digital technology. The study recommends strengthening cross-sector coordination, optimizing digital job market platforms, and integrating employment policies with regional investment strategies to create a productive, inclusive, and competitive labor market.

Abstract

Teacher mental health is an essential aspect of education, particularly at the Elementary School/Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (SD/MI) level. An unsupportive work environment and ineffective stress management can reduce teacher performance and negatively impact the quality of learning. This study employed a quantitative approach with proportionalrandom sampling to select 120 MI/SD teachers in Kudus Regency as the sample. The research instruments consisted of a work environment scale, a stress management scale, and a mental health scale. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The findings revealed that the quality of the work environment and stress management significantly influence teachers’ mental health, both simultaneously and partially (p < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.616 indicates that these two independent variables contribute 61.6% to the variation in teachers’ mental health. These results confirm that a supportive work environment and effective stress management skills are key factors in maintaining teachers’ mental well-being. This aligns with occupational well-being theories that highlight the importance of psychosocial factors in supporting teacher performance. Schools, madrasahs, and policymakers are advised to optimize workplace facilities, create a conducive work climate, and provide regular stress management training. Such efforts can enhance teachers’ mental well-being, thereby supporting the delivery of high-quality and sustainable learning.

Abstract

This study aims to know the description of teacher and student activities in the Biology learning process by applying the Problem Based Learning model in class VIII B of MTs Negeri 1 Tuban on the structure and function of plant tissue and improving student learning outcomes in class VIII B MTs Negeri 1 Tuban. This research was a Classroom Action Research which was conducted in 2 cycles, the stages of each cycle consisting of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of this study were 32, teacher and all students of class VIII B at MTs Negeri Tuban. The research instrument used was the observation sheet and the test sheet. The observation sheet is used to describe the learning activities carried out by the teacher and student learning activities during the learning process using the Problem Based Learning model while the test is used to measure student learning outcomes after the learning process by applying Problem Based Learning Model. The results of the analysis of teacher activity observation data before CAR = 25 (good), the first cycle obtained an average score = 28 (good), the second cycle increased to 30 (good). The results of the analysis of student activity observation data before CAR = 20 (Enough), the first cycle obtained an average score = 27.5 (good), the second cycle increased to 28.5 (good). The class average before CAR = 72 with 76% classical completeness (not complete), the first cycle the class average value is 78.125 with a percentage of 78.125% classical learning completeness (not complete) in the second cycle increased to a class average of 87, 8 with a percentage of classical learning completeness of 90.63% (complete). It was concluded that the Problem Based Learning model could increase teacher activity and student activity as well as student learning outcomes in class VIII B of MTs Negeri 1 Tuban.

Abstract

The prohibition of unregistered marriage is the formulation of Bahtsul Masail Fatwa of the PCNU Cirebon District. According to the Bahtsul Masail Nahdlatul Ulama Institute (LBMNU), unregistered marriages are marriages that occur without any notification and registration at the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) and it occurs because there is a problem. This research aims to find out the contents of the fatwa formulating the prohibition of unregistered marriages and to find out the Maqosid Sharia review of the fatwa prohibiting unregistered marriages in the Bahtsul Masail of PCNU Cirebon Regency. This research uses qualitative research methods, with the type of field research. There are two types of data sources in this research, namely primary data and secondary data as supporting data. Then, this research uses two types of data collection techniques, namely semi-structured interviews and documentation. The results of this research, based on the results of the Bahtsul Masail of PCNU Cirebon Regency, state that unregistered marriages are prohibited based on the reasons of the parents/guardians who disapprove the marriage, economics, not being old enough, pregnancy out of wedlock, unclear status of divorce, difficulty in polygamy regulations and contract marriage. Then, the fatwa on the prohibition of unregistered marriages based on a review of Maqosid Sharia is that the marriage that is not in accordance with the principles of Maqosid Sharia Hifzh al-Din (protecting religion), namely the issue of the marriage guardian's disagreement. Then, there are economic issues and not being old enough, if someone continues to carry out the marriage according to the rules then it is valid, and this is in accordance with the Maqosid Sharia principles of Hifzh al-Din (protecting religion), Hifzhal-Nasl (protecting offspring) and Hifzh al-Nafs (protecting soul/honor). Then the issue of pregnancy out of wedlock, if the marriage is by the aim of getting protection from the state, then it is in accordance with Hifzh al-Din (protecting religion), hifzh al-Nafs (protecting soul/honor), and hifzh al-Nasl (protecting offspring). Then, the issue of the difficulty of polygamy regulations is in accordance with the Maqosid Sharia principles of Hifzh al-Nasl (protecting offspring) for children, Hifzh al-Mal (protecting assets) for living and Hifzh al-Nafs (protecting the soul/honor) for one's wife. And the last one is a contract marriage. Contract marriage is not permitted because it is not in accordance with the Maqosid Sharia principles of Hifzh al-Din (protecting religion), Hifzh al-Nasl (protecting offspring), and Hifzh al-Nafs (protecting soul/honor).

Abstract

The low quality of university students' scientific article writing and the demand for article writing as a separate point in the accreditation score demands the best solution to overcome this problem. So it is necessary to carry out a service that aims to improve the students' article writing skills through training and mentoring. This community service program is carried out to improve the ability of students of the Faculty of Islamic Education (FAI) Undergraduate Program in Islamic Education at Darul Ulum Islamic Center Sudirman University, Semarang Regency to write and publish scientific articles. The number of participants in this community service program is 25. The form of community service activities is training and mentoring with the following training methods: 1) Lecture method; 2) Question and answer method; and 3) Assignment/Simulation method. The results of this mentoring are that the training participants are enthusiastic about the training material provided. This can be seen from the beginning to the end of the event, all participants followed it well. Based on the evaluation results, it can be identified that the level of understanding of the community service participants is that 84% of the participants understand the skills of writing scientific articles for students.

Abstract

Pendidikan agama harus diberikan sedini mungkin kepada anak, agar pola kepribadiannya terbentuk sejak usia dini. Selain itu, pendidikan yang diberikan pada masa kanak-kanak memiliki pengaruh yang sangat kuat terhadap jiwa anak yang akan terus tertanam dalam kehidupannya. Oleh karena itu, proses pembelajaran agama harus dimulai sejak dini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kelompok bermain Nurul Huda Tanah Merah dalam mengembangkan keberagaman anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan kelompok bermain dalam mengembangkan keragaman anak. Hasil penelitian dalam membina keagamaan anak di kelompok bermain Nurul Huda dalam memberikan materi, selalu menyisipkan pesan-pesan agama dalam setiap kegiatan belajar mengajar, guru membiasakan anak membaca doa ketika hendak memulai proses pembelajaran dan menghafal surat-surat pendek, menghafal doa-doa setiap hari.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi memudahkan masuknya pengaruh negatif lintas negara. diperlukan filter berupa iman dan taqwa untuk membentengi diri agar pengaruh negatif tidak mempengaruhi perikehidupan bangsa. Pembelajaran Agama Islam melalui bermain merupakan pendekatan pembelajaran untuk mengembangkan kemampuan aspek perkembangan moral agama anak dalam rangka menanamkan iman dan taqwa. Pembelajaran melalui bermain sesuai dengan karakteristik dan tingkat perkembangan anak. Pembelajaran harus ditunjang dengan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan sistem evaluasi yang baik dan sesuai dengan standar pendidikan anak usia dini.. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana proses perencanaan pelaksanaan dan hasil yang dicapai dalam pembelajaran agama Islam melalui bermain . Sedangkan tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis proses perencanaan, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis proses pelaksanaan dan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis hasil pembelajaran agama Islam melalui bermain .Metode penelitian adalah metode analisis deskriptif studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Peneliti sebagai instrument. teknik pengambilan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Alat bantu pengambilan data menggunakan alat perekam, pedoman observasi dan camera digital. Berdasarkan penelitian ditemukan bahwa pembelajaran Agama Islam melalui bermain , proses perencanaan pembelajaran telah dilaksakan sesuai dengan kaidah perencanaan, proses pembelajaran juga telah sesuai dengan prinsip perkembangan anak dan hasil pembelajaran yang dicapai berhasil mengoptimalkan aspek perkembangan moral agama anak.

Abstract

Environmental education has become increasingly important in fostering students’ awareness, responsibility, and sustainable behavior. However, in many elementary schools, writing instruction particularly descriptive writing remains less engaging due to low student motivation and the limited use of contextual learning media. In response to these challenges, this study aims to describe the effectiveness of eco-pedagogy based environmental literacy boards in improving descriptive writing skills among fourth-grade students at MI Raudlatut Tholibin Sambung. Using a qualitative case study design, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving 25 students. The findings reveal a significant improvement in descriptive writing performance, with an average increase of 100% across content completeness, diction accuracy, and paragraph coherence. The environmental literacy boards provided visual and contextual stimuli that encouraged students to write more expressively and cohesively. Moreover, the media enhanced students’ ecological awareness and sense of responsibility through reflective writing activities. Integrating eco-pedagogy into language instruction proved effective in fostering literacy competence and environmental empathy, aligning with the Profil Pelajar Pancasila vision of critical, creative, and ethical learners.
